Currently, in the construction of ecological landscape environmental art, problems such as the separation of the green concept and intelligent technology, weakened artistic expression, and low operation and maintenance efficiency persist. Meanwhile, global sustainable development and smart city construction urgently require the green and intelligent upgrade of landscape design. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the effective construction path of ecological landscape environmental art under the green intelligent design concept. The research adopts the literature research method, case comparison analysis method (selecting typical cases such as Singapore's smart garden city and the green intelligent landscape in Xiongan New Area for comparison), and integrates interdisciplinary exploration by combining environmental ecology, intelligent technology (such as IoT, big data), and public art theory. The results show that in successful cases, through the coordinated design of green and intelligent, the energy consumption of the landscape area can be reduced by 32%-40%, the biodiversity can be increased by more than 28%, and more than 80% of users express satisfaction with the artistic experience brought by intelligent interaction; at the same time, it is found that the disconnection between technology application and ecological goals, and insufficient cost control are the main practical obstacles. Based on this, this paper proposes a multi-dimensional construction strategy of ecological priority, technology collaboration, and art integration, including big data ecological analysis at the planning level and the integration of green materials and intelligent devices at the design level, providing theoretical support and practical models for the sustainable development of ecological landscape environmental art, and its value lies in promoting the implementation of the new landscape design paradigm of "technology - ecology - art" three-dimensional integration.
