Climate Change Discourse on Social Media in Egypt
The current study examines how Egyptian media outlets on Facebook framed and discussed climate change during the period from May 6, 2022, to May 6, 2023, a timeframe encompassing six months before and after the COP27 Conference. Using AI-assisted keyword generation via TextRazor, 21 Arabic and English keywords related to climate change were identified to retrieve relevant posts from three major Egyptian media outlets, Youm7, CBC, and Al-Masry Al-Youm, yielding a total of 230 posts. Guided by Braun and Clarke’s (2006) six-phase framework Thematic Analysis was employed to identify dominant narratives surrounding climate change. The findings revealed four main themes: the political framing of climate change, Africa’s prominence within the discourse, calls for international solidarity, and the portrayal of climate change as a dreadful or threatening phenomenon. Overall, the results indicate that climate change communication on social media in Egypt remains largely top-down, politically driven, and event-oriented, reflecting country’s efforts to assert leadership in regional and global climate action.
Read moreThe role of social media influencers as a marketing tool on Instagram
The study aims to determine if social media influencer serves as a dynamic third party on their personal platforms, informing and selling the brand’s message to their followers, depending on the built credibility turning it to a social media advertising. The findings showed the SMIs worked hard to represent themselves in a certain way and draw their life with planned context to enhance their self-presentation and improve their self-portrait, and accordingly this made their followers look upon their life through this window that might cover the reality. SMIs preferred to post on the afternoon period to be sure that all followers were awake and ready to receive their content and interact with them. Through Instagram feed, SMIs were posting “Reels” and “Pictures” and this was highly used to promote to different brands and services, as “Reels” were proved to be the highest engagement method that widely spread the content and increase followers’ loyalty. SMIs posted a full portrait for themselves on Newsfeed to show a full look of their ideal thin body, well dressed outfit, perfect makeup and luxurious context. Also, SMIs appeared through “Reels” alone and promoting products using background music to highlight the content posted and empower their message. Stories of SMIs included videos and pictures with filters to perfectly presenting them in front of the audiences. Selfie was highly used by SMIs in their stories as it promoted a positive self-image, revealed their happiest moments and captured their feelings. They also posted different formats as portrait, pictures with products and pictures with family or friends, to involve their followers. SMIs used filters on their picture to change how their pictures looked before they posted them. SMIs used text with pictures to easily interpret their message to their followers. The videos posted by SMIs were normal talking from the influencer’s side, talking to their followers about products, about their life, gifts they received and their life experience. The text was short and concise delivering the message by adding hashtag, emojis and tagged people. It was found that audience were keen to ask the SMIs questions and know more about the influencer’s life, opinion and attitude.
Read moreAn integrated group decision making framework for business performance evaluation of performing arts enterprises with probabilistic hesitant fuzzy IDOCRIW-MOOSRA method
There is a lack of domestic and foreign research on the evaluation and improvement strategies of business performance of performing arts enterprises, especially in the context of the “restructuring” of cultural groups in China. Most of the existing studies are distributed in bulk, not only lacking in theoretical depth, but also lacking in systematization to a certain extent, which shows that the existing studies have not fully formed a mature and valuable theoretical system. The business performance evaluation of performing arts enterprises is a multiple attributes group decision making (MAGDM). This paper constructs a novel probabilistic hesitant fuzzy Multi-Objective Optimization Simple Ratio Analysis (PHF-MOOSRA) model based on the integrated determination of objective criteria weights (IDOCRIW) under the probabilistic hesitant fuzzy sets (PHFSs) for this issue. The PHFSs provides an evaluation circumstance containing more information which make the final decision-making results more accurately. Additionally, the IDOCRIW method separately and the MOOSRA method based on the MOORA method is proposed in PHFSs circumstance in this model. In the end, this model is then applied in a numerical case study for business performance evaluation of performing arts enterprises and compare this model with other existing methods.

In 2017, with the rising Chinese film market, some Chinese private film and television companies began to establish other businesses, many of which failed. The aim of this study was to investigate the future development route of a Chinese private film and television company. In this paper, a detailed study of the case was employed to utilize facts and information such as the number of Chinese theater lines, the representative Chinese film box office, and Bona Films’ yearly financial statement. As a result of the article’s investigation, first and foremost, the Bona Film is in a loss situation in 4Ps due to the outbreak. Thus, Bona Film needs government policy support. Then, from the standpoint of the 4Ps, Bona Film is primarily concerned with the investment, production, and distribution of Nationalist films. The product category is too narrow. Finally, Bona Film’s cinema is too small to build a complete Bona Film system.
Read moreCOP27 perspective of resources management: From conflict to COVID-19 of emerging countries
Resources management in the modern era is a crucial perspective of a sustainable environment linked with sustainable development. Therefore, it is crucial to re-estimate the resources-environment management nexus in a new setting. Concerning environmental management from the COP27 perspective, economies are taking various economic, financial, and environmental steps to reduce hazardous emissions in the region. Recently, BRICS economies have invested in renewables and enhanced capital formation to accelerate environmental recovery. In this respect, this study tends to examine the influence of electricity from renewable resources (ELREC), resources management (resources rents), research and development (RDEV) and gross fixed capital formation (GFCF) on carbon emissions of the BRICS economies throughout 1989–2021. Using various diagnostic tests, this study confirms the long-run equilibrium association between the variables. This study uses non-parametric estimation approaches and concludes that ELREC and RDEV significantly enhance environmental sustainability. Except for forest and oil resources, the rest of the forms of the resources increase emissions. On the other hand, economic growth and GFCF significantly lead to higher emissions, which degrades the environment. Resources rents also contribute to increasing carbon emissions.
Read moreDesign and Application of Business English Sand Table Simulation Training Course in Secondary Vocational School Based on Machine Learning
Sand table training teaching for English majors truly embodies the characteristics of combining theory with practice, and also enables students to truly apply what they have learned and improve their practical ability and practical skills. At present, all secondary vocational schools aim at cultivating high-quality compound applied talents to meet the needs of the society, and pay special attention to the cultivation of students’ professional skills and professional abilities. Based on machine learning, this paper designs the sand table simulation training course of business English in secondary vocational schools, and establishes an English vocabulary self-adaptive learning model that realizes machine learning algorithm. The solution process of the model refers to the self-adaptive test process based on item response theory. This model can continuously iterate the fitness until it is stable, and finally push out the learning content that suits him. Sand table training teaching has the characteristics of short-term intensive training and strong practical operation, which can help students transform the business knowledge in textbooks into flexible business operations.

Read moreA Video Copyright Transaction Traceability Method Based on Mother-Child Blockchain
The paper proposes a video copyright transaction traceability method (TTMC) based on the parent-child chain. The video production process records and the video traceability source code records that can uniquely identify the video are recorded on the private blockchain (child chain). The alliance blockchain (parent in the chain), the nodes that are authenticated by the member nodes can conduct video media resource copyright information transactions and traceability. First, the parent chain member node is authenticated, and after the authentication, the copyright transaction and the traceability system can be accessed; secondly, the member node stores each step of information in the child chain when making the video for rights certification; then the video is watermarked and obtained Video fingerprint, calculate the video ID for each video, smart contract automatically uses the matching algorithm based on the mother-child chain distributed architecture to automatically complete the transaction. Simulation experiments show that the method proposed in this paper is effective in tracing the source of video copyright transactions.
