DynaMix: Generalizable person re-identification via dynamic relabeling and mixed data sampling
Development Trends and Prospects of Electromechanical Energy Converters and Power Electronics Units for Aircraft with Electric and Hybrid Propulsion
This article considers the conceptual state of traditional aircraft technology. It is shown that achieving technological leadership requires the development of aircraft based on electric and hybrid propulsion systems. It also examines the current state of electric machine development, drawing the conclusion that a specific power of 16.1 kW/kg for electric motors will not be achieved until 2030. It is also shown that the development of hybrid and electric propulsion aircraft requires mastering serial production of such aircraft, obtaining Rosaviatsia or EASA certification, and accumulating sufficient flight hours on aircrafts with such electric motors.

Distance education has been lately very popular abroad. It is necessary to look through somespecial aspects of lessons construction in blended learning abroad. Many discussions took place abroad about different barriers in distant education. A low degree of communication is part of most barriers to distance education. Communication improvement in distance education greatly depends on capability to manage strategically one’s learning and other people’s learning. Teachers use more and more new information and communication technologies joined with computer supported collaborative learning. Some foreign researchers in their work use the terms “self-regulated learning”, “socially shared regulation of learning”, “computer supported collaborative learning”, which illustrate technological activity in the process of distant learning. Because of such education, students form vitally important skills based in such key competencies as critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, communication, collaboration, creativity, analytical and inter-cultural skills.
Read moreAnalyzing queuing systems by methods of theory of systems with random jump structure
A problem of finding probabilistic characteristics of a queueing system, with its dynamics described by a non-Markovian chain with finite number of states, is considered. Exact and approximate solutions that rely on the theory of systems with random jump structure are found. The queuing system is described by a dynamic system with conditionally Markovian random structure. The proposed approach is used to obtain an approximate solution to the applied problem of probabilistic analysis of recovery of aircraft during combat.

A method for calculating available overloads and for subsequent evaluation of helicopter maneuverability is proposed taking into account specific operational conditions.
Read moreA group-theoretical model of the formal neuron
A group-theoretical model of the formal neuron which allows one to design optimally the neural computers over a finite set of the integer variations of the weight and threshold vectors was constructed and examined. This model creates the preconditions for direct mapping of the problems of the user of neural computer onto the quantum processes of the nanoelectronic systems whose fundamental characteristics are defined and described by the symmetry groups.
