The article is devoted to the study of the application of artificial intelligence technologies in law enforcement activities in Ukraine and the world. The purpose of the article is to analyze the international and domestic experience of using digital technologies in law enforcement activities, to identify the shortcomings of the legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence in this area, to provide proposals for its improvement in Ukraine. It was found that one of the countries that is actively expanding the use of artificial intelligence and successfully introducing relevant technologies into public administration is China. The artificial intelligence system which is used in China called «Zero Trust». The purpose of using this system is to prevent the commission of corruption offenses. It is emphasized, that the disadvantage of the «Zero Trust» system is that artificial intelligence, identifying the cause of corruption, does not indicate the algorithms and principles of this process. At the same time, the experience of using artificial intelligence in the field of preventing and combating corruption in Ukraine is considered when carrying out automated verification of persons declarations of authorized to perform state and local government functions. Ways of improving legal regulation when conducting financial control of declarations using artificial intelligence technologies are proposed. It has been found that artificial intelligence is widely used in the USA to predict the prevalence and state of crime. It was emphasized that Ukraine also has experience in the application of artificial intelligence technologies in law enforcement activities. Artificial intelligence is used in the development and implementation of departmental specialized intelligent software, the implementation of operative and investigative actions (for the recognition of video objects observation by comparing images in social networks, etc). It was concluded that artificial intelligence and digital technologies help to quickly process large volumes of information in the investigation and prevention of criminal activity. Modern developments in the field of artificial intelligence and advanced digital technologies, which are implemented in foreign countries to prevent and fight crime, are of great importance for the improvement of legal regulation in this field in Ukraine.

The article discusses the essence and features of modern Internet marketing based on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The article examines how AI can help online marketers collect and analyze consumer data, segment and personalize audiences, create and distribute effective content, optimize and automate advertising campaigns, and measure and improve marketing results. The article also analyzes the latest trends in the use of AI technologies by Ukrainian and foreign companies and identifies their advantages.The investigation identified effective AI tools in online marketing, such as chatbots, recommender systems, text generators, sentiment analysers, face and speech recognition systems, etc. The article presents a comparison of AI tools in online marketing of Ukrainian and foreign companies. Foreign companies use modern products that have no analogues in Ukraine. This is due to the popularity of the trend of using AI technologies in foreign companies. In Ukraine, this trend is developing and we can see it in the use of chatbots and CRM systems. They have been implemented by such companies as PrivatBank and Promodo. Despite this, the development of foreign companies is progressive. Previously, only large corporations could afford to use AI technologies, but now young startups are catching up with the trend. AI combined with human capabilities can actually turn business into a universal tool for profit. However, this path is not without obstacles, so the article highlights the challenges of AI that may affect the economic, legal, ethical, and social spheres of life. Scenarios for preventing possible problems allow for the effective use of AI's potential. The article suggests measures that should help society adapt to changes in the socio-economic environment associated with the displacement of humans by AI. It is important to understand the advantages and disadvantages of modern online marketing tools to ensure effective solutions to business problems.

The widespread application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in Industry 4.0 can improve the work efficiency of doctors and help more patients. The application direction of AI in pharmaceutical logistics can be roughly divided into two types: First, AI technology empowers intelligent devices, and second, it improves labor efficiency through software systems. This article summarizes the digital development of the pharmaceutical industry in the United States, the European Union, and Japan, analyzes the current status and shortcomings of digital development in Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry, and proposes digital development strategies for Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry. The development of the domestic Internet has promoted the reform and progress of the pharmaceutical industry, but the policy development of digital applications needs to catch up. The digital transformation of the pharmaceutical industry faces problems such as the need for digital technology support for new drug research and development, medical data security problems, and the need for service platform construction for pharmaceutical enterprises. Finally, this article provides feasible suggestions for the better application of AI technology in Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry by reviewing the research status, development trends, and development bottlenecks of AI technology in this area.

The main focus is on studying the prospects and possibilities of using artificial intelligence technology systems in detecting, investigating and preventing crimes. Ensuring the use of artificial intelligence technologies in law enforcement activities should become an urgent task of forensic science. The use of artificial intelligence technologies to predict crimes or illegal behavior of certain individuals, detect a possible criminal, as well as the use of these technologies for forensic purposes are considered promising areas of research. The article reflects the idea that it is impossible to ensure a positive result from the use of digital technologies in forensic activities only through the formulation of theoretical provisions and scientific discussions, despite the lack of large-scale and significant results of applied research in this area. Promising use of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in forensic and law enforcement practice will achieve higher results.

The current increase in the number of publications on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in neurosurgery indicates a new trend in clinical neuroscience.The aim of the study was to conduct a systematic literature review to highlight the main directions and trends in the use of AI in neurosurgery.Methods.Using the PubMed search engine, 327 original journal articles published from 1996 to July 2019 and related to the use of AI technologies in neurosurgery, were selected. The typical issues addressed by using AI were identified for each area of neurosurgery.Results.The typical AI applications within each of the five main areas of neurosurgery (neuro-oncology, functional, vascular, spinal neurosurgery, and traumatic brain injury) were defined.Conclusion.The article highlights the main areas and trends in the up-to-date AI research in neurosurgery, which might be helpful in planning new scientific projects.

The National Academies Board on Human Systems Integration (BOHSI) has organized this session exploring the state of the art and research and design frontiers relating to the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to Healthcare. Advances in AI, machine learning, and robotics promise to revolutionize access to and quality of healthcare. At the same time lessons learned from earlier applications of AI technologies suggest a need to carefully consider the user and use context and the need for effective human-machine teaming design to avoid brittle systems that fail to be used or worse that negatively impact patient safety. The Panel brings together prominent researchers from both the Human Factors and Computer Science and AI communities to discuss promising applications, challenges and short-falls and ways forward for achieving the promise of enhanced delivery of health care through application of AI technologies.

With the rapid development of the financial industry and artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the application of AI robots in finance has become a widely discussed topic in the academia. As an important part of the financial market, the secondary trading market of virtual currencies is characterized by high volatility, risk and decentralization, which poses significant challenges for traditional trading methods. AI technologies, especially machine learning and deep learning algorithms, provides a new path to optimize trading strategies and reduce investment risks thanks to their powerful data processing, pattern recognition and real-time analysis capabilities. This paper focuses on the characteristics of AI technology and the secondary trading market of virtual currencies, as well as the practical application of artificial intelligence technology in the financial industry, and explores the potential of applying AI robots to virtual currency trading. The research shows that AI robots can provide more accurate decision support for investors through massive data analysis, automatic trading execution and real-time risk assessment, improving market response speed and investment return rate. If the combination of AI robots and virtual currency trading is successful, it is expected to create more long-term and stable returns for investors, providing important theoretical and practical value for the development of financial investment.

In an era where artificial intelligence (AI) technology is increasingly penetrating various aspects of life, including education, it is important to understand its impact on students' social relationships. These changes raise questions about how interactions between students and teachers are affected by AI Technology. This research aims to investigate the impact or artificial intelligence on students' social relationships in an educational environment. The focus is on understanding changes in interactions between students, student-teacher interaction, as well as broader implications for social dynamics inside the classroom and outside the classroom. The research method used is a literature review which uses data collections sources that are relevant to this research, which can be in books, megazines and other print media, or can be obtained from photos and videos. The research results show that artificial intelligence technology has a complex impact on students' social relationships. Although it can improve efficiency and learning outcomes, AI technology can also reduce social inequality, and create excessive dependence on technology. Educators and policymakers need to carefully consider the use of AI technology in education to ensure that positive impacts are maximized, while negative impacts are minimized.

The object of the study is the relations in the field of ethical regulation of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the financial and banking sector. The subject of the study is represented by China's regulatory documents that establish requirements for the deployment and application of artificial intelligence technologies. The features of the Chinese approach to the regulation of relations in this area are determined. General and special ethical requirements for artificial intelligence technologies are characterized. The article examines the activities of the financial regulator – the People's Bank of China in regulating relations in the field of ethics of artificial intelligence and fintech companies, identifies key aspects of security in respect of which ethical requirements are especially necessary. China systematically implements the state policy on the legal regulation of the digital economy through the regulatory inclusion of ethical requirements for artificial intelligence technologies legal mechanisms. Ethical regulations cover all aspects of relations and focus on the security of personal data, freedom of competition and responsibility of subjects. We especially note the emphasis of the Chinese authorities on the principle of non-discrimination of individual social groups and administrative-territorial entities, which will reduce and level the gap in the use of digital technologies on a national scale, and will also contribute to the unity of the nation. The financial regulator keeps the issue of ethics of artificial intelligence under control, developing appropriate regulatory acts for financial institutions. The People's Bank of China pays special attention to the "weak" aspects of the financial and banking sector in legal regulation: personal data protection and unfair competition.

Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are used in various sectors of the national economy, in particular in agriculture. The purpose of the research is to consider the essence and directions of application of AI technologies in agriculture. These technologies are used in various branches of agriculture: detection of plant diseases, classification and identification of weeds, determination and counting of fruits, management of water resources and soil, forecasting of weather (climate), determination of animal behavior. AI technologies used in agriculture have a number of significant features. First of all, these are software and technical means. AI technologies perform an intellectual function when performing work in agriculture, which consists in making abstract conclusions, recognizing patterns, taking actions in conditions of incomplete information, showing creativity, and the ability to self-learn. The strengths of the use of AI technologies include increasing labor productivity in the agricultural sector, increasing the efficiency of management decisions, as well as increasing access to information, expanding human opportunities in the workplace and the emergence of new professions. The main opportunities are related to various technical breakthroughs, including machine learning, the use of neural networks, big data, etc. This will create additional jobs in high-tech sectors, in particular in programming. AI technologies will allow to optimize the production of food all over the world and reduce the severity of the problem of global hunger. One of the threats to Ukraine lies in the apparent lag behind advanced countries in the development of these technologies for agriculture. The results of the research can be used by the executive authorities when develo¬ping programs for the innovative development of agriculture and technical modernization of the industry.

Artificial intelligence technologies have transformed the education sector and require the introduction of new teaching and learning practices, the development of artificial intelligence courses, and educational research. The aim of the study is to analyse regulatory documents in the context of introducing artificial intelligence technologies into the educational process and to determine the trajectory of preparing students for the use of artificial intelligence technologies. The article analyses current approaches to integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the educational process of higher education institutions and their impact on the development of digital competence among students. The challenges, opportunities and risks of using artificial intelligence technologies in education are identified, and international and Ukrainian regulatory documents governing the introduction of artificial intelligence are outlined, in particular the UNESCO framework, the European Commission’s ethical recommendations on the use of artificial intelligence for educators, the European Strategy for Artificial Intelligence in Science, and the Concept of Artificial Intelligence approved in Ukraine. The need to create a regulatory and ethical framework for the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in educational institutions is emphasised. Based on an analysis of regulatory documents and best practices, a conceptual technology for integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the educational process has been developed, which includes target, technological, content-methodological, ethical, and performance-evaluation components. The trajectory of training students to use artificial intelligence technologies in their professional activities and the experience of introducing the academic discipline ‘Artificial Intelligence Technologies’ are presented. The necessity of forming in students a conscious, safe and responsible use of artificial intelligence tools, the development of critical thinking and the development of strategies for educational institutions in the context of using artificial intelligence technologies is substantiated. The study showed that the use of artificial intelligence contributes to the high-quality organisation of the educational process, the improvement of teaching methods, and the development of future-oriented critical thinking skills in students.

The rise and exploitation of artificial intelligence (AI) in general and in particular the medical field is fuelled by breakthroughs in deep learning (DL), advances in computing hardware devices, as well as the exponential growth of clinical data used for decision-making. Modern oncological research is intensively adopting AI-based technologies, with most of the related elements such as machine learning (ML) and DL models being utilised to improve the accuracy and efficiency of cancer diagnosis, prevention and treatment, with studies showing that AI could have many additional applications in cancer care. In most countries, numerous AI technologies have received governmental approvals for use in oncology, most notably in radiology. In response to the growing interest in the use of AI technologies in clinical oncology, the number of AI start-ups that concentrate their efforts on combating cancer has surged. The present research study adopts a mixed methodological approach to perform a comparative analysis of the top five AI start-ups that are focused on the application of AI technologies in clinical oncology. The five chosen AI start-ups include: CancerIQ (USA); Panakeia (UK); MultiplAI Health (UK); MNM Bioscience (USA) and X-Zell in Singapore. The selection of the AI start-ups was based on the availability of statistical metrics of interest to the study and the impact of their projects and applications on clinical oncology. The study performs a quantitative and qualitative analysis of selected metrics associated with the use of AI in clinical oncology and the related financial performance metrics.

The relevance of the paper is due to the fact that the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in education is determined by global trends in the digitalization of the learning process and the need to adapt educational systems to contemporary challenges. Foreign experience in implementing AI demonstrates significant potential for personalizing learning, automating assessment, and analyzing data on the performance of participants in the educational process. Studying successful practices from other countries can reveal effective methods for integrating innovative technologies into the learning process. The purpose of the present article is to examine the current state of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational processes of various countries around the world. The methodology of the research is based on the general scientific and special methods of cognition such us analysis, synthesis, logical method, monitoring, and the method of visualization of the research results. The conclusions. The global experience of applying artificial intelligence in education demonstrates significant potential for these technologies to personalize learning, enhance the effectiveness of the educational process, and expand opportunities for both higher education students and educators. Foreign experience shows that various countries are already actively using AI-based innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness and quality of education. At the same time, the implementation of AI in education is accompanied by certain challenges and risks that must be considered and addressed at both national and international levels. However, given the rapid growth of investments and innovations in this field, it can be expected that AI will become an integral part of the education of the future, transforming the learning process and opening new horizons for the development of human potential. The scientific novelty of the research. A comparative analysis of the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process of different countries, including China, the USA, the United Kingdom, and Japan, has been conducted. Key features of AI integration in the field of education and its impact on learning personalization, process automation, and the improvement of educational outcomes have been presented. The practical significance of the article. The research results can be used to develop strategic approaches for the implementation of artificial intelligence in Ukrainian higher education institutions. The proposed recommendations will enable educators to effectively integrate innovative technologies to enhance the quality of education and improve student learning outcomes through personalized learning and the automation of routine tasks.
