ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ЦИФРОВИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ ПРИ ПІДГОТОВЦІ ФІЗИЧНИХ ТЕРАПЕВТІВ В УМОВАХ ЗМІШАНОЇ ФОРМИ НАВЧАННЯ

Introduction. The development of computerization and digital technologies in the world leads to their widespread use in the educational process of higher education, at the same time, the modern digital society poses new challenges for national education in terms of training students, who will flexibly adapt to real-life practical situations, think creatively, generate ideas, freely navigate information flows, and be able to search, process, create and use digital information through technical, software, hardware, network and other means of digital technologies. The use of such technologies is extremely relevant today, as there is an urgent need for new approaches to the training of physical therapy specialists due to a number of social factors associated with the deterioration of the health of different age groups, an increase in injuries and disabilities among civilians and military personnel caused by military operations in our country. The purpose of the publication is to substantiate the use of digital technologies in the training of future specialists in the specialty 227 Therapy and Rehabilitation of the educational program "Physical Therapy". Methods. Theoretical analysis of scientific sources, generalization, systematization and comparison of the collected material, modeling. Results. The concepts of pedagogical technology, innovative technology, digitalization of education, digital technology, medical information system have been clarified. The specifics of training specialists in the speciality "Physical Therapy" and functional responsibilities in the future profession are clarified. The article outlines the positions of domestic scholars on the interpretation of the term "digital technology". Some consider this concept as digital resources (platforms, applications, messengers, programmes), others as teaching methods, technical (computer) learning tools. In most scientific sources, the definition of digital technology is presented in terms of various options for combining elements of existing other technologies (interactive, project-based, person-centered) with computer-based learning tools. It has been found that digital technologies are actively used not only in the educational process of higher education institutions, including medical ones, but also in the practical activities of health care institutions. Attention was focused on the practical use of educational simulations, telemedicine, teleexamination, online consultation, electronic health care system (eHealth), medical information systems (Health 24, Doctor Eleks, Helsi), and artificial intelligence in the work of physical therapists. The article presents variants of combining elements of digital and other teaching technologies in practical classes in the discipline "Pedagogy and the Art of Teaching" for students of the second (master's) level of the educational programme "Physical Therapy", speciality "Therapy and Rehabilitation". Conclusion. The use of digital technologies in combination with elements of other innovative technologies ensures effective training of future physical therapists and enriches the process of communicative interaction between the teacher and students in practical classes in the discipline "Pedagogy and the Art of Teaching" for second (master's) level students. The introduction of digital technologies by business entities and their impact on the operational activities and financial discipline of transport companies in the fourth digital revolution are studied. Industry 4.0 is a fully automated production with real-time control. The sphere of transport in Industry 4.0 is characterized by the following processes of digitalization development: use of big data and cloud technologies; robotics development; the spread of the IoT; blockchain; crowdsourcing. Today, the next direction of digital technologies in transport is being developed, such as traffic control automation. The introduction and use of information technology to manage operational activities in transport enterprises is a control over the condition and location of vehicles, cargo or drivers on the basis of GPS-technologies and on- board computer systems. The next direction of introduction of digital technologies in transport is the use of electronic logistics. The financial discipline of transport enterprises is carried out by various digital technologies that analyze and control the activities of enterprises, namely: electronic data interchange (EDI), FMS fleet management system, electronic financial transactions, CCTV cameras, cataloged databases. The competitiveness of transport companies is now inextricably linked with the use of digital technologies in operational activities and to ensure financial discipline, it is effective to: stimulate the transition to payment information and electronic circulation of invoices between companies; creation of electronic files which will allow to keep the detailed account of all components of work of the transport enterprise; for the effective application of digital technologies for the development of "electronic skills"; use of Digital Data, Big data, blockchain, crowdsourcing and other technologies.

Digital Technology Use in US Community-Dwelling Seniors With and Without Homebound Status

Purpose. The aim of the article is substantiation of the role of digital infrastructure in the process of digital transformation of Ukraine and analysis of the possibilities of using blockchain technologies. Methodology of research. General and special methods of economic research are used in the course of scientific research, in particular: analysis and synthesis to reveal the economic essence of digital infrastructure; statistical and graphic methods ‑ in the analysis of world trends in the development of information and communication technologies, methods of induction and deduction, abstract and logical method ‑ in drawing conclusions from the results of the study. Finding. Definitions of digital economy, suggested in domestic economic literature, are considered. The author’s definition of this concept is substantiated. Areas of activity have been identified in which the introduction of digital technologies will play a decisive role in the context of digital transformation. The Concept of the development of the digital economy and society of Ukraine and the directions of digital development defined by this Concept are considered. The types of digital infrastructures and the main digital technologies that ensure their formation are given. The essence of the concept of blockchain and the scope of its possible application in Ukraine in order to protect data and ensure cybersecurity is revealed. Originality. The author's definition of digital economy is offered, in which special value is given to introduction and real use of digital technologies in various spheres of human activity. The role of digital infrastructure and main technologies that ensure its formation is substantiated. The directions of using blockchain technologies and measures that need to be implemented for further digital transformation of Ukraine are proposed. Practical value. The results of the study will contribute to the formation of the institutional basis for further development of information technologies in Ukraine, their introduction into the real sector of the economy, and in the future ‑ building an effective digital economy focused on innovation in production and services. The digitalization of education significantly facilitates access to the educational process for people with special needs. The study aims at determining the main possibilities of using digital technologies as a means of supporting the education of students with disabilities. The research strategy requires both quantitative and qualitative methods to understand what university staff considers effective when using digital technologies for students with disabilities with due regard to their experience, knowledge and abilities to meet the needs of such students. To achieve this objective, the authors used a set of theoretical and empirical methods: theoretical, empirical and numerical methods. The main research method was an online survey. Based on the online survey of teachers, IT specialists and network administrators (from six Russian universities), the authors of the article have revealed the advantages, directions and opportunities of digital technologies to support the learning of students with disabilities, considered the use of digital assistive technologies in teaching such students and the issues of introducing digital technologies as a means of supporting students with disabilities and creating conditions for overcoming them. The study results have demonstrated that the pedagogically balanced and expedient use of digital technologies will help students with disabilities fully engage in the educational process and develop individual educational strategies acceptable to them.

The presented monograph examines the economy of modern China. Of particular interest are the issues of e-commerce. The current stage of global economic development is characterized by the widespread introduction of new digital technologies and a gradual transition to a digital economy model. In this regard, a new form of international trade has appeared — e-commerce. Purpose of the study. The main purpose of this article is to identify the main directions, means and methods of applying digital technological solutions in the static activities of the Republic of Uzbekistan and develop new recommendations for further improvement of this area of the national economy in the context of digital transformation of the world economic system.Materials and methods. When writing this article, the authors used the methods of system analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, methods of working with computer networks, digital services and platforms, special methods and tools necessary for working with a statistical information system, statistical, optimization and software methods for working with the portal of the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.Results. The authors of the article studied modern scientific and practical approaches to the effective use of digital technological solutions in the field of statistics, both on a global scale and in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on the conducted research, the authors concluded that in order to improve the national statistical system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, it is necessary to widely use advanced technological solutions using a full range of digital mechanisms, including innovative approaches to automating the processes of collecting and processing statistical information, creating the possibility of searching and obtaining statistical and analytical data in an interactive form for short periods of time, organizing interaction between statistical bodies and other ministries and departments of the country.The authors of the paper also noted that all processes for the effective introduction of digital technologies in the statistical sphere are carried out within the framework of the «Digital Uzbekistan – 2030» strategy and in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In particular, the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan was entrusted with certain tasks, such as improving information systems for storing, processing and presenting statistical data, platforms for the unified state register of enterprises and organizations, as well as automating population registration processes. As part of the implementation of these tasks, a lot of work is being done to in-depth study of new areas and modern technologies in the field of the digital economy and e-government for their implementation in statistical activities.Conclusion. Modern world trends in the effective implementation of digital technologies in the processes of collecting, processing, transmitting and storing information in various sectors and areas of the world economy are also firmly included in the sphere of statistical activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan. As practice shows, at present, digital web services, software systems, information systems based on the use of digital devices and technologies are already operating in the field of statistics of Uzbekistan. But, along with the already existing achievements in the application of digital solutions in the field of statistics of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the methodology for the effective use of digital mechanisms and the organization of interdepartmental information interaction is being improved in order to enhance the quality of information exchange of data to develop optimal management decisions and increase the competitiveness of the national economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The paper presents a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the use of various learning technologies: digital, traditional, and blended learning in the educational process of a university. The authors show the results of research related to the analysis, development, and refinement of parameters, capabilities and implementation of digital technologies in the educational process. The analysis is carried out based on a set of surveys of students and teachers. A comparison of the impressions of the participants of the educational process and an analysis of its results during the transition from the classic model of the educational process to a blended (classic model with the use of digital educational technologies) anddistance learning is carried out. The results obtained were correlated with objective indicators — compliance with the academic schedule, average academic performance, and the level of residual knowledge. Significant advantages and disadvantages of the introduction of distance learning in the educational process were identified, on the part of both trainees and teachers. In conclusion, the authors summarize that the use of digital technologies makes it possible to create a learning environment around the student that forms professional digital innovative competencies.

In the context of rapidly changing information space and digital technologies, research on the effectiveness of registration procedures is essential to ensure fairness, protect the interests of citizens and entrepreneurs, and improve the efficiency of public administration. The study aims to identify the main difficulties arising in the registration of civil law contracts in Kyrgyzstan in the context of modern changes in legislation and the introduction of digital technologies, as well as to develop practical recommendations to improve the registration process. To achieve this purpose, a comprehensive approach was used, including an analysis of the legal framework, a statistical analysis method, and a questionnaire survey. The study results identified several key problems in the system of registration of civil law contracts in Kyrgyzstan. Firstly, the registration process was found to be lengthy, which slows down economic transactions and creates uncertainty for the parties. Secondly, a lack of transparency of procedures is present, which may encourage corrupt practices. The study revealed limited use of digital technologies in the registration of civil law contracts in Kyrgyzstan, which hinders the optimisation and automation of the process. This is related to insufficient integration of databases, outdated systems and insufficient development of information infrastructure, which hinders the effective implementation of modern technologies and slows down the modernisation of the registration system. In addition, solutions to these problems are proposed, which include improving legislation to speed up the registration process, increasing transparency and ccessibility of information, and actively introducing digital tools such as electronic signatures and online platforms to simplify procedures and reduce administrative barriers. The results of this study can be used to develop and implement effective measures to improve the system of registration of civil law contracts in Kyrgyzstan, which in turn contributes to increasing transparency and accessibility of legal services for citizens and businesses

Parkinson's disease (PD) is an age dependent neurodegenerative disorder with increasing prevalence. Digital technologies like computers and smartphones offer mobile telecommunication, diagnostic and monitoring and may connect the patient continuously with his healthcare team, providing disease related information, and support healthcare. Since the use of these technologies in western civilization is age dependent, possession and usage cannot be regarded as given in PD. In contrast to increasing efforts to implement digital technology into PD patient care, little is known about the use of computers, smartphones, and internet-affinity in PD patients. To evaluate the use of digital technologies in different age groups of PD patients. We developed a questionnaire adapted to the annual German microcensus on "use of digital communication technologies", allowing a comparison to the general population in Germany. 190 PD patients completed the questionnaire. About 75% of PD patients access disease related information on the internet. Patients across all age groups used computers and the internet as frequent or more frequently compared to the German population. Use of computers, smartphones, and the internet in PD was age dependent. Advanced PD patients with higher motor impairment used smartphones less often, while mobile phone usage was not reduced. The adoption of a digital lifestyle is present in the PD population, apart from smartphone usage, which is impaired by motor symptoms. Thus, future healthcare technologies are not hampered by the inability of PD patients to use the necessary tools, however, fine motor-skill requirements have to be acknowledged.

The article analyzes the problem associated with improving the quality of professional training of foreign language teachers. The quality and level of foreign language training in higher education are determined by the teaching staff, who are the bearers of the ideology of education renewal conditions. In the context of the digitalization of education, improving the quality of foreign language training involves the widespread use of digital learning technologies. The digitalization of education has brought the foreign language training of students to a new level of quality, which makes it possible to raise the culture of teaching foreign languages, ensure the social adaptation of the student, and create an appropriate digital educational and developmental environment for the personal development of the student. The article examines significant innovative trends in the system of higher education, which make it possible to train a competitive specialist, who becomes the main indicator of the quality of university education. Specialists trained with the help of new-generation technologies demonstrate the advantages of a new system of foreign language training using digital learning technologies with their fluency in a foreign language. The introduction of digital technologies in the process of teaching a foreign language substantially expands the possibilities of education, significantly enriching the educational process.

The article reveals one of the acute aspects of higher education – the use of modern digital technologies. The article describes the possibilities of modern service programs used in the learning process, methods of presentation of educational material and knowledge control. The interpenetration of the content of different academic disciplines as a factor of creating a unified educational space through modern digital technologies is analyzed in the article. The use of modern digital technologies is considered as a factor of successful mastering of educational material. The authors come to the conclusion that the productive use of digital technologies, the involving students in an independent search, the selection of information forms students' competencies that meet modern requirements. Using test system developed at MPEI for grammar assignments is presented in the article.

Digital technologies foster intensification of transformation processes on insurance market. Insurance market development depends on efficient introduction of digital insurance technologies, which give an opportunity to compete with global innovation technologies providing information security on global space. The article studies acute issues of insurance market development in conditions of digital technologies. On the basis of digital insurance analysis the article shows importance of further introduction of digital technologies into insurance industry in order to raise quality of insured’ protection and to develop insurance business in digital economy. The authors came to the conclusion that digital insurance is a result of the stable and effective development of finance market. Factors influencing insurance market development were identified, the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on insurance industry was demonstrated and acute types of insurance in these conditions were studied. The role of finance theory and insurance education in insurance market transformation was described as well as the necessity of system upgrading of education technologies.

The article examines the experience of using modern digital technologies to control and accurately assess the quality of students ' knowledge and skills. It is shown how digital technologies allow us to quickly implement high-quality pedagogical control and objectively assess with high accuracy the level of the student's knowledge, allowing us to conduct testing more efficiently and quickly, as they are able to automate the process of creating tests, evaluating them and reporting results. In addition, the positive side of the systematic control of knowledge based on the use of digital technologies is its objectivity, based on the realization of the possibilities of their informative functions, since they do not allow the teacher to influence the test results, and also allow to establish the accuracy of the answer. When performing this type of control, conditions are created under which the student is not afraid of the control procedure and does not try to invent new ways to increase the grade. Digital technologies allow the teacher to create individual training programs, which makes it possible to adjust testing to the needs of each student and create a personalized approach to the educational process. The teacher has the opportunity to objectively assess the real level of students' knowledge and their compliance with the declared competencies. Digital tests can be taken at any time and from any place, making the testing process convenient and accessible for students. The use of digital technologies to monitor knowledge can be motivating for students, as it allows them to participate more actively in the learning process and increase their achievements.
 The text of the article briefly describes the need for digital technologies in education, types and applications of control and diagnostic systems and online services, justified expediency and advantages of digital testing technologies, as well as examples of modern services and programs for creating tests. It is also noted that digital technologies make it possible to save test results and obtain statistics on student answers, which allows for a more objective analysis of the level of knowledge. The use of digital technologies also makes it possible to increase the efficiency of knowledge control and reduce time spent on preparing tests and evaluating results.
