The given article regards the theoretical approaches to ensuring the quality of high education by means of institutional audit. Emphasis is placed on the need to provide quality educational services in a civilized society, in accordance with which the importance of institutional audit in Ukrainian legislation is determined. The audit is designed to ensure the quality of educational services in general secondary education, so its active implementation in the educational process is the key to effective development of the educational sphere. The quality of education is a basis for ensuring and improving the quality of human life, which is the key objective of the state. The article analyzes the scientific views on the notion of “quality of education” and addresses the legislative interpretation of the quality of education and tools for its provision. Having analyzed the scientific notion of “quality of education”, we consider the following definition to be the most appropriate: the quality of education is a multifaceted model of social standards and requirements related to a personality, which changes in the course of time; to the educational environment where the personality’s development and improvement takes place; and to the system of education that implements it at certain stages of the personality’s learning. On a legislative level, the system of education quality management includes the following components: − system of quality management in educational institutions (internal system of education quality management); − external system of education quality management; − system of quality management of the activity of managerial bodies and institutions in charge of external education quality management. Institutional audit as a tool for ensuring the quality of education is aimed at helping schools to become more efficient and to further develop and sustain an education quality culture that is based on transparency, innovation and partnership of all the participants of the educational process.

Education has different meanings as per different approaches. The quality in education is a complex and multicultural process. This study was conducted to check the Quality in higher Education. Four higher institutions were taken as sample. Out of which two were from public sector. The theoretical frame work consisted of the dependent variable which was, “Quality in Higher Education”, and the independent variables which were Management, Faculty, Infrastructure, Research Facilities and Evaluation Criteria. Overall results showed that majority (73%) respondents were in view that there is quality in education in higher education institutions. The most important factor which helps to maintain quality in higher education is the evaluation criteria in examinations (responded 23%). The lack of proper infrastructure is the main problem of education institutions (responded 35%). The above results show that quality in higher education is an essential tool to boost up the education sector of any country.

The prime objective of this paper is to identify the factors that influence service quality of education mediating by institutional image in higher education perspective. To this aim, the Nordic model was used as a theoretical base of the study. Program quality as a technical quality as well as industrial link and student satisfaction as functional quality were postulated to positively influence image toward the service quality education. Data (n=294) were collected from foreign students studying at University Utara Malaysia located in northern Malaysia through convenient sampling procedure. The structural equation modeling (SEM) was utilized for analyzing the data. Analysis of the data indicates that image has a full mediating role in the relationship between industrial link and service quality education. To uphold service quality in education, the academic authorities need to nurture earnestly industrial link and image of the institution because image occupied full mediation role between industrial link and service quality of education. Moreover, program quality and student satisfaction have shown direct significant impact on image and service quality of education and can be regarded as critical factors for certifying image and service quality in higher education. The conceptual model of this study would give more recognition if any tertiary level institution addresses this in order to increase their image and overall ranking. This study incorporated institutional image as a mediating variable, which is an exceptional endeavor in tertiary level education for enriching existing body of literature in perspective of international students.

Many researchers agree that the main activity of the university is the provision of educational services. But they do not give an unambiguous definition in what form the service exists, what is meant by the product or product of the university, as well as how the concepts of "educational service" and "quality of education" are related and also practically do not ask the question of what role the subjectivity of the consumer plays (students, etc.) in the consumption of these services. On the one hand, it is obvious that the problem of consumption of educational services is largely a problem of the quality and price of education: the quality of educational services and prices for educational services. Experts who talk about the development of a person's creative and predictive abilities in relation to the ethical component in the changing educational and social conditions believe that at present, especially, more and more new requirements are imposed on the quality of education. Taking into account the constant variability of the social environment, the very concept of "quality of education" in the future will constantly transform. On the other hand, the problem of formulating the concept of "educational services" has not yet been resolved. In general, an educational service is a complex process aimed at transferring knowledge and skills (competencies) of a general educational, professional nature to the consumer in order to satisfy and develop personal, group and social needs. The quality of educational services changes due to changes in the qualifications of personnel, material and technical base and other elements inherent in the educational process, as well as the quality of students, including their learning ability and other characteristics. The purpose of the study is to analyze the problems of subjectivity in the context of the consumption of educational services.

The article highlights the experience of internal quality assurance of educational activities and the quality of higher education of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education of Uman State Pedagogical University named after Pavel Tychyna. The current system of internal quality assurance of educational activity and quality of higher education at the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education of Uman State Pedagogical University named after Pavel Tychyna is analyzed. It is established that the internal quality assurance of educational activities and the quality of higher education at the faculty has a systemic nature and is carried out in certain areas that are logically and consistently interconnected, namely: periodic review and updating of educational programs (updating educational programs; preparation of new and improvement of current curricula, monitoring the quality of working programs of academic disciplines, development of syllabuses, informing students about the disciplines of free choice, analysis of the availability of educational and methodological and information support); assessment of applicants for higher education (assessment of students, periodic surveys of participants in the educational process); promoting the principles of academic integrity; monitoring the quality of teaching staff (analysis of the timeliness of internships and in-service training by teachers, monitoring the quality of training sessions by teachers, analysis of compliance with the licensing conditions of staffing); ensuring the availability of necessary resources; ensuring publicity of information. Ensuring the quality of educational activities and the quality of higher education at the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education is ensured by a holistic systematic interaction of all participants in the educational process, faculty and university in the implementation of appropriate internal measures and procedures aimed at improving the quality of education.

A nation’s development depends on an educated workforce and the same applies to a developing country like Bangladesh, which has made strides in providing quality education through establishing several non- government, mainly private universities. Such universities have increased remarkably, resulting in the education sector becoming more competitive and yet, many of these universities couldn’t ensure the desired quality of education. Research and expert opinion seems to indicate that the quality of education of many of these universities is below par; many of them depend on part-time, inexperienced faculty. On the other hand, different facilities like, laboratory, library facilities etc. are not satisfactory. Many of the students were not familiar with the online education system such as courses being uploaded on the internet, attending class from home through servers, online library facilities, etc. This paper shows some of the facilities that are being provided by renowned private universities in Bangladesh and abroad. Furthermore, some differences between the facilities of public and non-government universities are highlighted. Based on the findings, some recommendations are prescribed that should be beneficial for all non-government universities in order to improve the quality of the higher education that they want to provide.

The article considers current ideas for ensuring the quality of education in higher education institutions of Ukraine. Emphasis is placed on its essential characteristics: dynamism, internationality, student-centeredness and the importance for the modern teacher of regular professional development, internships in European and world higher education institutions to master innovative technologies and methods of teaching students. The importance of mutual coordination of curricula in domestic and foreign free economic zones in order to ensure the academic mobility of students has been explained. It is noted about the expansion of access to education in free economic zones not only for citizens of Ukraine, but also for representatives of other countries, their equality in terms of admission. The essence of the concepts "quality of educational activity", "quality of higher education", "academic community", "university community", "anti-corruption program" and the importance of research aspect of free economic activity, the importance of forming students' critical thinking skills are substantiated. The importance of interaction between teachers and students in the learning process, conducting interactive discussions, Internet forums, e-mail correspondence, contact in "chats", the use of tools for the development of soft skills (training on issues related to teamwork, time management, leadership, personal development, presentations, etc.). Attention is focused on the introduction of innovations in the educational process, taking into account the attitude of the whole team of research and teaching staff, the presence in the HEI equipped at the modern level of the auditorium, the necessary devices, technical tools. The importance of having a personal cabinet for a modern teacher and student is briefly covered. Emphasis is placed on the importance of assessing the quality of teachers' educational activities. The necessity of functioning of the anti-corruption program in each free economic zone has been pointed out.

Purpose – is to determine the current state of physical education teaching in higher education institutions. Research material and methods: pedagogical modeling and forecasting; analysis, synthesis, generalization, specification. Results. It was found that the educational process of physical education in higher education institutions is regulated by state regulatory and legal acts. However, in the context of expanding the autonomy of educational institutions, the role of internal regulation in higher education institutions regarding the specifics of the organization of physical education of students is growing. It has been established that the traditional model of building the process of physical education of students is being developed mostly in higher education institutions. However, recently, other models have been developed, which have advantages in terms of the maximum development of individual physical abilities of applicants, as well as the formation of their physical fitness, taking into account the needs of the future profession. However, the formation of models of physical education as full-fledged components of the system is complicated by problems related to the peculiarities of training in wartime and distance/asynchronous teaching. They need to be solved not as separate issues in the structure of the educational process, but in the context of improving the entire system of physical education, taking into account the achievement of the goal of preserving the health of student youth.. Conclusions. Thus, the main models of the organization of the process of physical education in higher education institutions and their possibilities in ensuring the quality of the educational process in today's conditions have been established. It is noted that the modern system of physical education of higher education institutions needs correction in accordance with current conditions and the future transformation of the educational process. It has been established that there are problems with the organization of training and control of the success of higher education students, as well as the quality of the physical education process against the background of maintaining stable forms of its implementation in the educational environment.

The socio‐political changes that have taken place in Ukraine have significantly changed the essence of the professional activity of physical education teachers. The modernization of the process of training physical education teachers in higher education institutions is of exceptional importance, where students master a complex of knowledge, skills and abilities, their professional development, interests, professional motives and value orientations are formed, which ends with the development of a professional and pedagogical position. The article reveals the peculiarities of the formation of scientific knowledge regarding the methods of optimizing physical education of students of higher education institutions of Ukraine in pedagogical research. It has been established that at the present stage there has been an increased interest in studying ways to improve physical education of students of higher education institutions, which is evidenced by the works of modern researchers, who emphasize the need to improve the content and methods of training future physical education teachers. A significant number of studies on the problem of organizing the process of physical education in higher education institutions indicate the need to find modern means, new technologies that can increase the level of motivation of students to engage in physical exercises, will be aimed at forming in them a high culture of health, the development of physical qualities. Physical education should form universal values of health in the younger generation.Scientists are unanimous in the fact that the mandatory conditions for increasing the effectiveness of physical education of students are: sufficient highly qualified personnel; information and scientific and methodological support of the educational process, enhanced by modern information and communication technologies; sufficient financial support; close connection with the system of training specialists as a whole, school and extracurricular physical education, valeology, physical recreation, preventive medicine, physiology and psychology, life safety, ecology It was found that at the present stage there is still a lack of a holistic understanding of the genesis of scientific thought on the problem of optimizing physical education of students of higher education institutions of Ukraine. Prospects for further scientific development of the specified problem are seen in conducting historiographical research in the direction of studying the features of training future physical education teachers for health‐preserving activities.

The relevance of the study is due to the growing need of the Ukrainian economy for highly qualified specialists capable of working effectively in conditions of rapid technological and market changes. Strategic partnership between business and education in the developed world today is becoming one of key tools for ensuring the quality of personnel training and harmonising educational programmes with real needs of employers. In the period of transformation of the higher education system and increasing global competition, it is important to identify models of cooperation that have proven their effectiveness in practice. Special attention is required to analyse the experience of the country's leading universities, whose educational programmes have received exemplary accreditation, since they demonstrate the highest standards of quality of education and interaction with stakeholders. Such research makes it possible to identify effective mechanisms for forming human resources potential and contributes to increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian universities and enterprises, which is extremely important for the restoration of the country's economy in the post-war period. The purpose of the study was to systematise and evaluate the best practices of strategic partnership between universities and businesses in Ukraine based on the analysis of self-assessment data of educational programmes that have received exemplary accreditation, in order to identify effective models of interaction in order to gain opportunities for scaling these practices in the national educational space. The system of strategic partnership between higher education institutions and business structures in Ukraine focused on the mechanisms, forms and tools of their interaction in the process of training specialists and ensuring the quality of education is the object of the study. The task of the study is to identify, systematise and evaluate the best practices of strategic interaction between businesses and higher education institutions in Ukraine based on the analysis of self-assessment data and the results of exemplary accreditation of educational programmes. Systemic and institutional approaches, which allowed for a comprehensive assessment of the interaction between business and education, as well as methods of comparative analysis, content analysis of self-assessment reports and benchmarking elements aimed at identifying and generalising the best practices of strategic partnership were the methodological basis of the study. Based on the results of the study, generalised conclusions have been formulated regarding the implementation of effective models of strategic partnership between business and higher education institutions. The scope of application of the study results is the development and improvement of mechanisms of interaction between business and higher education institutions, in particular during the formation of educational programmes, implementation of joint projects, organisation of dual education, internship system, personnel training and increasing the competitiveness of regional economies. The results of the study will make it possible to improve the practices of strategic partnership between business and educational institutions, improve the quality of educational programmes, strengthen the human resources potential of enterprises, optimise the mechanisms for attracting applicants to real projects and contribute to the formation of an effective cooperation infrastructure focused on innovative development and increasing the competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy

The article aims to substantiate the concept that one of the key prerequisites for implementing quality management system in higher education institutions and making productive management decisions for updating higher education in Ukraine is the formation of an objective ranking mechanism. The challenges and risks in higher education in the case of ignoring the ranking mechanism applied to measure the quality, performance or effectiveness of higher education have been identified.The study subject is the analysis of ranking as a criterion tool for managing higher education institutions. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the importance of ranking for building an effective management system for higher education institutions. The basic study methods are systemic and comparative analysis – systemic tools reveal the importance of ranking as one of the key elements in the management system of higher education institutions, and the comparative method verifies the interdependence of ranking indicators and quality of educational services. Research findings indicate the need for continuous improvement for ranking mechanisms applied to measure the quality, performance or effectiveness of higher education. In the era of globalization, the ranking of higher education institutions is becoming an important tool for assessing the quality of higher education; it serves to mobilize the university function as the locomotive of social development. The research findings can be used to improve the ranking mechanisms and create an effective management system for higher education institutions. The development of early childhood education institutions in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid progress. This increase can occur if there are many young children who need care (AUD). Quality is also directly proportional to the need for qualified teachers. The demand to become a quality educator reclaims early childhood development, the golden age of quality teachers who can influence the next generation of superior Indonesians, the cornerstone of early childhood excellence. Many initiatives suggest improvement by improving the quality of early childhood educators so that the quality of early childhood education services can be improved. This study is intended to find out how the outstanding skills of instructors at RA AL-HIDAYAH improve. In addition, this research was conducted at RA AL-HIDAYAH. Based on research findings on the professional development of a teacher, a term that can refer to a mental attitude in the form of a commitment from members of a profession to always realize and improve the quality of their profession, the respondents include the head of Ra Al -School Hidayah and all teachers. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive research techniques. The teaching profession is one that assumes an important part in the country's daily routine. The quality of education is greatly influenced by how well teachers carry out their responsibilities, because the education system is influenced by teachers and society. Therefore, the advancement of the teaching profession is an absolute requirement for the progress of the nation. The quality of educational processes and outcomes will also improve as a result of better educators. The progress of the impressive skills of educators in RA AL-HIDAYAH is very much reflected in the calling of an educator, but leaders for this situation should also continue to strive to live up to the educator's calling by involving them more regularly through various school programs and the preparation of both is coordinated by the Training Office in Kab. the Karawang.

The paper highlights the opportunities for implementing an cross-disciplinary approach in institutions of professional pre-higher and higher education in Ukraine under conditions of decentralization. The paper aims to identify the status and prospects of implementing the cross-disciplinary approach in institutions of professional pre-higher and higher education under conditions of guaranteed academic autonomy. The following theoretical methods are used in research: analysis of scientific literature and legislative acts; synthesis, systematization and generalization of the obtained results; surveys; statistical processing of empirical data. The results. It is found out that the academic autonomy of vocational schools and higher education institutions in Ukraine is declared at the state level through the right to introduce specialties, develop and implement educational programs, independently determine forms of education and forms of organizing educational process, determine the content and curricular, provide publishing activities. The results of the survey among both vocational schools teachers and higher education institutions teachers show that the realization of the right to academic autonomy for different participants of educational process is not equal. They are most implemented for the education institutions administration, then for teachers and only then for students. It is substantiated that implementing the principle of autonomy of pre-higher and higher education institutions under the conditions of increased influence of the global labour market on education and growing qualification gap actualizes the need to introduce the cross-disciplinary approach. A survey aimed at introducing forms of cross-disciplinary education shows their above-average use in vocational schools and higher education institutions, mostly in cross-disciplinary links, combining knowledge, methods from different specialties while studying individual subjects and between disciplines in the curriculum. The direction of development of cross-disciplinary programs is the least realized in practice. Conclusions. Positive developments in terms of efficiency, productivity, quality and affordability are possible only if all the stakeholders unite their efforts as well as the staff of vocational schools and higher education institutions start to work together. The research provides the basis to assert that the strategic directions for developing educational sector in Ukraine aimed at decentralization and autonomy identified at the state level are relevant. The autonomy of educational institutions improves the quality of vocational education through the development and implementation of new specialties and specializations, the integration of educational programs within individual specialties, strengthening cross-disciplinary links at the level of content and teaching methodology.

Problem. The quality of higher education is achieved by compliance with the conditions for the implementation of educational activities and learning outcomes with the requirements of legislation and higher education standards, professional and international standards, as well as the needs of stakeholders and society. Obviously, the requirements, recommendations and opinions of stakeholders play one of the main roles in the process of ensuring the quality of higher education. It should be noted that without ensuring and improving the quality of higher education, it is impossible to obtain accreditation of an educational program (EP) in the relevant specialty. Goal. Obtaining feedback from employers and representatives of the academic community with experience in working and teaching in 141 specialties "Electrical Power Engineering and Electromechanics" to improve the quality of education in the Master's EP "Electric vehicles and energy-saving technologies". Methodology. The method of questioning consists in obtaining information by means of written answers of respondents to a system of standardized questions. Methods of information processing and synthesis method - the study of an object in its integrity, in the unity and interconnection of its parts. Results. An analytical review of decisions on EP and publications on the introduction of innovative teaching methods and methods of maintaining the quality of the educational process into the educational process was carried out. In a number of educational components, the list of literature will be expanded due to the technical documentation of automakers and references to modern research by foreign authors. It is proposed to improve the existing and develop new laboratory and practical work on modern equipment purchased through the CybPhys project and on the equipment of interested employers. It is proposed to expand the practical component of the educational components of the EP related to the cycle of professional training disciplines. It is proposed to add the topic "Alternative power sources" to the cycle of disciplines of the applicant's free choice (professional training section). Originality. It is proposed to conduct practical and laboratory classes and conduct research on the topic of the thesis directly in production and in the daily work of service stations and car service. Practical value. Based on the results of the feedback received from stakeholders, appropriate changes will be made to the courses that will improve the quality of education and make the master's EP "Electric vehicles and energy-saving technologies" even more relevant and relevant for the labor market in the field of electric power, electrical engineering and electromechanics, in particular, with regard to the industry electric vehicles and energy saving technologies.

There is an increasing awareness in interpreting quality in higher education in terms of a 'multi-customer focus'. This awareness coincides with a growing interest in market segmentation in the higher education sector in order to address the needs of students that hold different perceptions on the quality of higher education. This research suggests that students should to be segmented on quality perceptions rather than either expectations or service quality attribute importance, as service quality judgement is affected by actual perceptions. Using a quality perception approach developed by Woo (1998) the study was able to identify three distinct clusters of students which have different service quality perceptions towards higher education institutions. The distinct clusters were based on seven factors that influenced service quality in higher education, namely: quality of lecturers, lecturing arrangements, support systems, support facilities, manageability of programme, physical logistics and intellectual value. These new insights into the segmentation of the higher education sector are particular importance to educators as service can be tailored to students that have very different quality perceptions. To ensure that institutions are both tailored and proactive to student needs and offer quality higher education, market segmentation of its customer base is as important as in any other industry.
