МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ПРОЄКТУВАННЯ ХМАРО ОРІЄНТОВАНОГО ОСВІТНЬО-НАУКОВОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА ЗАКЛАДУ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ

The analysis of the issue of lecturer’s speech competence is presented. Lecturer’s speech competence is the main component of professional image, the indicator of communicative culture, having a great impact on the quality of pedagogical activity Research objective: to define the main drawbacks of speech competence of lecturers of North-Eastern Federal University named after M. K. Ammosov (NEFU) (Russia, Yakutsk) and suggest the ways of drawbacks corrections in terms of multilingual educational environment of higher education institution. The method of questionnaire was used in the research. The NEFU students took part in the research. The answers to the questionnaire allowed defining the most typical drawbacks for lecturers, working in the multicultural educational environment of region higher education institution. The mentioned drawbacks: words repetition, language rules breaking, wrong vocabulary or pronunciation of foreign words, use of colloquial language, etc. breaking the speech standards and decreasing the quality of lecture material presentation. The authors suggest improving lecturer’s speech competence through the organization of special advanced training courses, business games, discussion platforms, teaching aids and handbooks broadcasting, on-line tutorials, and motivated dialogue mastering as the most effective way of students training process organization.

The methodological resource aimed at aesthetisation of the educational environment of a higher pedagogical education institution under conditions of reforming the Ukraine’s education system is highlighted in the study. The purpose of the study is to present the content of special methodological work on the development of the aesthetic competence of the future teachers specialised in the Humanities. The research methods are as follows: theoretical – analysis of scientific sources on the problem related to the development of the aesthetic competence of the future specialists in the field of education – in order to specify the phenomenon “aesthetic competence of the teacher specialised in the Humanities” and to determine the characteristics of its development; practical – analysis of pedagogical experience – in order to highlight the effective forms of work with students within the educational environment of higher education institutions which contribute to the development of the aesthetic competence on certain grounds. The aesthetic competence of the teacher specialised in the Humanities is interpreted as an integrative personal and professional characteristic of a teacher specialised in the Humanities based on his / her abilities to build professional pedagogical activities according to the laws of aesthetics (to understand markers of the tragic and comic, beautiful and ugly, lofted and low); it consists of a dynamic complex of specialized knowledge and skills (abilities to solve professional tasks based on aesthetic ideals, cultural and humanistic values); it is actualised through the identifiers of aesthetic and humanitarian training: aesthetic taste, aesthetic consciousness, aesthetic culture. The article describes the content of the experimental work with the students majoring in these specialties: 014 Secondary education (the Ukrainian language and literature) (10 bachelor students), 014 Secondary education (Language and literature (English)) (10 bachelor students), 014 Secondary education (History) (10 bachelor students) at the State institution “South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky”. The specificities of the work of the pedagogical circle within which the elective special course “Aesthetic competence of the future teachers specialised in the Humanities” (3 ECTS credits) was taught have been presented. Some ways enabling the modification of the content of the educational disciplines “Pedagogy”, “Psychology”, “Cultural Studies”, “The History of Ukrainian Culture” have been presented. The article proves the relevance and topicality of creating a computer-oriented learning environment at a higher education institution. The problems of modern scientific researches dealing with the peculiarities of computer-oriented learning environment at the higher education institutions to develop the pedagogical interaction have been studied, as well as determined the main research areas and trends of this scientific issue. Some pedagogical conditions, including the creativity of teacher pedagogical activity; information competence of education process participants; pedagogical monitoring for the quality of professional specialist training; arranging the socio-psychological comfort for educational activities are considered essential to increase the effective pedagogical interaction among the educational process participants in a computer-centered educational environment of the higher education institutions. The results of modelling pedagogical experiment reveal the potential ways of implementing the examined pedagogical and educational conditions in the process of educational and professional communication. The peculiarities for developing the educational and methodical complex of academic course and training material are determined. The attention is focused on the possibilities for computer monitoring the student knowledge using software MyTestX. The study allows determining some efficiency criteria such as motivating, cognitive, and cooperative criteria required for the effective pedagogical interaction among education process participants in the computer-oriented learning environment at the higher education institutions with the corresponding high, sufficient and low levels of effectiveness within pedagogical interaction, as well as their relevant indicators. Methods for diagnosing the level of pedagogical interaction of education process participants under the conditions of a computer-oriented learning environment are analysed and chosen. The results of the pedagogical experiment confirming the effectiveness of the suggested pedagogical conditions to improve the effective arrangement of pedagogical interaction among education process participants in the computer-oriented learning environment of higher education institutions are presented.

The article "Features of Professional Training of Future Technology Teachers for Scientific and research activities in institutions of higher education of Ukraine" examines the problems related to the training of future technology teachers for scientific and research activities. The article explores the main reasons that lead to insufficient preparation of students for scientific and research activities, as well as ways to solve these problems by creating a research environment and implementing a system of forming the readiness of specialists to carry out scientific and research work in the process of professional activity. The recommendations described can be applied in the practice of higher education to improve the training of future technology teachers for research activities.
 Furthermore, the educational programs and curricula of higher education institutions engaged in the training of future technology teachers were analyzed, revealing insufficient attention to the formation of scientific and research skills. To solve this problem, it is proposed to introduce a suitable research environment in higher education institutions and a system of forming the readiness of specialists to carry out scientific research work in the process of professional activity.
 Studies have shown that the preparation of future technology teachers for scientific and research activities in Ukraine requires serious changes in teaching, learning, and organization of the educational process. This will allow students to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for effective scientific activity in the future and the development of science in Ukraine.

In an article on the basis of the thorough analysis of the psychological, pedagogical and methodological scientific sources, the basic definition investigated problem and the peculiarities of the structure and use of cloud-oriented information and analytical network tools, including administrative, corporate, educational, university website to perform scientific, educational and international activities of the university. The expediency and the ability to use network resources and cloud services as a means of information and communication interaction of educational activity of higher education. Determined that the official websites related to open web-based corporate information systems that operate in scientific institutions and universities. Outlined the educational function of the university website as an important tool to guide students in information and educational space. The basic requirements for the substantive content of the educational website developed eligibility criteria website usability standards for its content including: evaluation criteria interface; criteria for assessing the business logic; evaluation criteria information; evaluation criteria navigation; evaluation criteria homepage. Investigated the importance of creating their own educational websites for higher education institutions that reflect the level of information and communications interaction of learning activities and play a significant role in the development of open educational content and scientific environment of the University. The development of educational and scientific environment of higher educational institutions using cloud-oriented services, network resources, enables the combination of science and practice, integrating the process of training and scientific research, improved results and the level of organization of scientific, educational and international activities, and is defining trend of scientific and educational information networks and systems of open education and science.

The article regards introducing digital competence training for teaching staff in higher education institutions (HEIs) within its own in-service training program. It is assumed that the issues of design and development of electronic educational resources (EER), with using modern information and communication technologies (ICT) are relevant in the context of digitalizing education activities, intensification of the use of blended and distance learning technologies under quarantine. The article considers the main approaches to determining the content of digital competence of the staff; e-learning; the main types of EER, which form an open educational environment in HEI. ICT tools and methods for building a model of designing, creating, and using EER are defined.

In the chapter the necessity and possibility of application of digital tools in the higher school for the organization of the educational process directed on formation of professional kinds of activity, connected with designing and carrying out of a modern physics lesson, is proved. Methodological basis of the study was the psychological and pedagogical theory of activity, the basic laws which are formulated by the well-known domestic psychologist P.Ya. Galperin. A system of digital educational resources aimed at the formation of abilities to design and conduct lessons in which students create concepts about a physical phenomenon, a physical object, a physical quantity, establish scientific facts and discover physical laws, as well as apply the acquired knowledge in specific situations was developed. The structure and the contents of electronic educational resources realized in electronic educational environment of higher educational institution in the course "Methods of teaching physics" are presented. They include information block, block of formed kinds of activity, block of educational-methodical materials, forum and control. The advantages of the educational process organization with the use of electronic educational resources are proved and the results of long-term pedagogical experiment in the implementation of the developed model of e-learning are presented.

The scientific article defines and characterizes the organizational and pedagogical conditions of professional training of future primary school teachers as a set of objective opportunities for integrating content, form, methods and means in the information environment, which ensures the achievement of educational goals and learning outcomes. Under organizational and pedagogical conditions, one should consider a holistic system of interrelated factors and methods of organizing the educational process, aimed at ensuring high-quality professional training in the conditions of information transformation. Such conditions include material and technical support, methodological and content modernization of educational content, digital infrastructure, management mechanisms, motivational environment and support for the self-development of future teachers. The complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of preparing students to use information technologies includes: (1) the creation of a digital educational environment in higher education institutions with access to modern technical equipment and electronic resources; (2) the formation of positive motivation for the active use of information technologies in professional activities; (3) organization of practical experience in the use of IT during pedagogical practice using interactive services and digital platforms; (3) stimulation of independent educational and scientific activities of future teachers through participation in trainings, seminars, webinars and conferences. The novelty of our research lies in combining organizational, motivational, practice-oriented and content components into a single system of organizational and pedagogical conditions of training. We believe that further research is needed to determine general and partial teaching methods, as well as the principles of training future primary school teachers for the implementation of information technologies.

The paper presents the regional experience of studying psychophysiological adaptation of international students within the Russian system of higher education. The specifics of psychophysiological adaptation of international students in the educational environment of a regional university is revealed following the principle of system approach to the problem of personal adaptation. The study is based on anthropometrical and morphometric assessment of physical and functional state, psychodiagnostics, questionnaire survey, analysis and generalization of obtained results. The comparative analysis of physiological compensatory and adaptive reactions of international students at the beginning of the academic year showed that the majority of students from African countries and Asia demonstrated high life index and satisfactory adaptation potential. They are able to withstand high intellectual and physical loads due to successful functioning of life-supporting systems in new living and training conditions. The functional condition of life-supporting systems of an organism of international students is directly linked to their health, mood and activity. Psychoemotional state of international students affects the efficiency of acquiring educational programs at the university. Unrealized reserves in educational environment created for international students at a regional university are revealed. The results of the study will provide for systemic methods to create the necessary conditions for self-fulfillment, to improve adaptive opportunities and to maintain health of international students during their adaptation to the educational environment to solve an urgent task of the integration of domestic universities into the international higher education system.

Introduction. One of the tendencies of modern higher education is the ubiquitous use of information and communication technologies. At the same time, the functioning of the electronic information and educational environment (IEE) of the university should be based on the means of IEE and the condition of its information security. The aim of the research is conceptualization of a problem of the rational organization of the safe information and education environment of higher education institution wherein reliable protection of its infrastructure, the personal and unique information of a pupil and teacher and virtual space of their educational interaction is provided. Methodology and research methods. System-based approach is a key approach to organization of safe educational environment of the university. From the point of view of authors, personal-activity and functional approaches are expedient while designing and development of a safe IEE. Socio-historical and theoretical-methodological analysis, modeling, research and synthesis of experience of effective application of the systems approach in educational professional organizations are used. Results and scientific novelty. The concept «safe information educational environment of the university» is specified wherein the first word has to express a predominant quality of the system. Creating a safe information environment in educational professional organizations provides a convenient and safe educational environment in the process of professional training of university students. The components and directions for the organization of the safe IEE are highlighted. Practical recommendations for its design and successful functioning are given. Practical significance. The materials of the present research can be demanded by managers and administrative employees of educational organizations.

The aim of the study is a practical analysis of social network services as a place to store multimedia resources that allow you to store and share digital photos, audio and video recordings, text files, presentations, and organize resource discussions for free. They can be used as educational materials (educational videos, photos on various topics, audio and video recordings of scientists' speeches, eyewitnesses of events, etc.), as well as means to store student video, photo, audio files and creative works. Method. Theoretical materials of the research are the best practices of foreign and domestic scientists in the field of network communications and their impact on the future specialists preparing in geography and tourism, namely articles, monographs, abstracts, dissertations. The study uses the method of theoretical materials analysis, as well as methods of observation, abstraction in identifying the qualification characteristics of social Internet networks. Content analysis (analysis of the social networks community messages content); statistical and comparative information analysis was carried out. Empirical research on the social Internet networks lies in creating and filling a community on the social Internet network, as well as engaging students in that community. Results. In the research it was found out that social networks can be used to solve the following tasks: to organize the collective work of students in the classroom (and outside it), which will be favourable to the communication, to gain the team experience; to ensure the development of the students personalized learning environment; to promote students independent learning, as everyone works in his own rhythm; to promote informal communication between the tutor and the students; to change the tutor's role, who will become an assistant, friend, mentor; to create digital educational content of the disciplines. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that on the comprehensive analysis of social internet networks, internet blogs, tourist internet resources basis, their place and role in the information and educational environment of higher education institutions are determined, in particular: the specifics of the content, prospects and mechanisms of the development of the social Internet networks from the point of view of training future tourists are determined; the dependence of the functions of the Social Internet Network, Internet blogs on their structural elements is established. Practical significance. The obtained scientific results are used in the educational process of future specialists in the field of training "Tourism", with the educational qualification "tourism expert, organizer of excursion and animation activities" when teaching the disciplines "study of local lore and tourism", "tourist work", "recreational geography", "geography of Ukraine", "professional competencies in tourism business", "organization of tourist activities". The research practices can be used to conduct tourist, museum, local history, excursion and other types of student's practice.

Sanitation facilities are a fundamental element that contributes to creating a healthy, comfortable, and productive learning environment in higher education institutions. This study aims to describe the availability of sanitation facilities in the Office Administration Management Study Program, analyze the factors that influence their condition, and explore the perspectives of the academic community regarding their quality and usefulness. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants of this study consisted of students, lecturers, administrative staff, and facility managers. The findings reveal that sanitation facilities such as toilets, sinks, and trash bins remain inadequate in terms of quantity, physical condition, and distribution within the campus area. Several key challenges were identified, including limited financial resources, suboptimal management practices, low awareness and discipline among users, and the absence of clear and strict institutional policies related to sanitation standards. The academic community generally perceives that the available sanitation facilities do not meet the expected standards of comfort and hygiene, which may negatively affect the quality of learning experiences and academic activities. This study highlights the importance of strategic planning, adequate budget allocation, and supportive institutional policies in improving the quality of sanitation facilities. The implications of the study are expected to provide valuable input for higher education managers in formulating policies and planning facilities that are more responsive to the needs of the academic community, thereby supporting effective, professional, and sustainable educational governance.

Educational data mining and Learning analytics represent a pair of research disciplines, which cover the majority of these data mining techniques, methods, applications as well as data mining tools in the area of education. The article substantiates the necessity of generalization and systematization of scientific ideas about design, obtained in the problem field of social work as a science with the purpose of further introduction of social designing into the specialists training process in the sociological professions. In the study, the designation of the designing options as the designing variants for optimal future object state and for making decisions under uncertainty conditions is taken as the basis. The purpose of the article is to characterize the social designing technology peculiarities implementing in the training process of specialists in socio-occupational professions. There are such methods of research as analysis, synthesis, comparison are used. The article focuses on the main goal of social projects, which ensure the fundamental knowledge integration and practical activities in the educational process of higher education. The basic features of social projects include goal-setting; social determination, temporal, territorial, social-institutional, innovative, resource, organizational, social-informational. The research task is elaborated: to find out ways of introduction of social designing in preparation of specialists of sociological professions; To highlight the factors influencing social designing on the educational environment of higher education institution. It is noted that the characteristics of social design include: innovation (design is aimed at creating new objects, the transformation of reality); technological capacity (design is built on the basis of existing socio-cultural practices and has a certain sequence of actions); versatility (design technologies are part of all types of practices). A variety of pedagogical designing - personal design, the purpose of which is the formation of a personal project of a life path, is singled out. The article draws attention to the fact that the basis of social design should be laid the following parameters: the contradiction of the social object; multi-vector development of a social object; multiplicity of factors of its existence; subjective components of the formation of social expectation and forecast; factors that determine different criteria for evaluating a social object. Among the main factors of socio-cultural design, distinguish design culture, which is defined as the unity of knowledge, design abilities, values, goals, managerial and organizational relations, manifestations of social activity and creative project activity aimed at solving socially significant problems.

У статті проаналізовано питання педагогічної комунікації за умов традиційного та дистанційного навчання у закладах вищої освіти в наукових працях дослідників. Автором обґрунтовано необхідність дослідження особливостей педагогічної комунікації у цифровому освітньому середовищі. Представлено педагогічну комунікацію в цифровому освітньому середовищі як засіб взаємодії, передавання інформації у часі та просторі, спілкуванням між викладачами та здобувачами, між студентами за допомогою цифрових технологій та інтернет-комунікацій. У межах дослідження розглянуто особливості, компоненти, види та роль комунікації у цифровому середовищі та схарактеризовано найбільш поширені цифрові ресурси як інструменти педагогічної комунікації дистанційного навчання. Встановлено, що основними видами педагогічної комунікації в цифровому середовищі є: синхронна (онлайн-заняття, вебінари, тренінги, коуч-сесії) та асинхронна (форумні обговорення, електронна пошта, відеолекції) комунікації. Акцентовано увагу на найбільш поширених цифрових платформах та інструментах комунікації для викладачів і здобувачів освіти у дистанційному навчанні (Moodl, Zoom, Google Chat, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Google Meet, Microsoft Teams); соціальних мережах та месенджерах (Telegram, Vіber, WhatsApp, Discord) та ін. Висвітлено можливості цифрових інструментів як засобів комунікації у цифровому середовищі для викладачів і студентів. У дослідженні наведено приклад формування педагогічної комунікації у цифровому середовищі для здобувачів спеціальності 015.39 Професійна освіта. Цифрові технології. Результати дослідження свідчать, що педагогічна комунікація у цифровому середовищі має певні відмінності, властиві психологічні ознаки і потребує від учасників освітнього процесу володіння комунікативною та цифровою компетентностями, постійного їх розвитку та вдосконалення.
