Socially significant steps of Ukraine in issue of European integration are measures to reform legislation on higher education in context of Bologna process, namely: adoption of National Qualifications Framework and new edition of Law of Ukraine On Higher Education. The National Qualifications Framework (NQF, 2011) provides for the introduction of European standards and principles to ensure quality of education, taking into account requirements of labor market to competence of specialists. According to formal characteristics, NQF is a matrix with static support elements – descriptors, which determine vector of movement to a specific goal. The legal basis for modernization of educational activities and standards of higher education was new edition of Law of Ukraine On Higher (2014).The purpose of article is a scientific and analytical study of process of forming national standards for higher education, in particular, standards of pharmaceutical higher education.Materials and methods. The study was based on analysis of normative and legal and other normative acts on higher education, issues of standardization of higher education and systematization of qualifications, as well as scientific developments on this issue.Methods of research – bibliographic, linguistic, contextual, substantive-legal, comparative-legal, generalization, description of results.Results. Updating wording of Law of Ukraine On Higher Education, which is basic normative legal act of higher legal action in higher education, adjustment of its basic principles, concepts and approaches, objectively entailed renewal of entire regulatory and legal framework regulating organization of higher education. Equally, this also affected standards of higher education. This issue in Act is reserved Section III: Standards of educational activity and higher education, where terminological concept and general algorithm for formation of standard of higher education is precisely fixed. The draft standard of higher education in specialty 226 Pharmacy (master's degree) is developed as a result of intellectual cooperation of team of high-ranking scientists and teachers of pharmaceutical higher school. It forms basis for modernization of higher professional education on way of integration into European educational space.Conclusions: The draft standard of higher education developed by academic community on specialty 226 Pharmacy (master's degree) is based on relevant provisions of Law of Ukraine On Higher and Methodological Recommendations for its development and creates a basis for modernization of higher professional education on path of integration into European educational space . The question on urgent proper actions of National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education and MES of Ukraine, for its implementation as a legitimate standard of higher education in relevant specialty. The existing draft standard of higher education in specialty 226 Pharmacy has potential for improvement.

This study aims to examine the need for sports education and sports universities among urban residents in Nepal by analyzing the perceptions of students, parents, and interested stakeholders. This study applied a convergent parallel mixed method to acquire and analyze quantitative and qualitative data. An online survey on the feasibility of the university in Nepal was administered from February 15 to March 26, 2022, among various urban centers. A total of 256 responses were obtained. To substantiate the quantitative data, 13 interviews were conducted with kinesiologists and policymakers. Using a binary logistic regression model and coding of interviews, this paper found that demand for sports universities among students, parents, and concerned stakeholders is high, who also believe that Nepal can be an ideal destination for sports education for international students and athletes given its climatic and geo-political standings. Sports infrastructure supply, including sports universities, by the Nepalese Government is constrained by financial, human, and technical resource limitations. The overall implications of this finding are that a public-private partnership model is most appropriate for initiating sports universities to meet the demand for sports infrastructure for urban leisure sports in Nepal. The partnership would ease resource constraints and maintain institutional professionalism by promoting health and well-being among urban residents. Relevance. The research relevance is predefined by the need for modernization of the education system at the stage of the Republic of Kazakhstan's socio-economic condition transformation where practice-oriented learning is the main component in the formation of professional competencies of future professionals. Modern conditions impose requirements for quality training of qualified pedagogic psychologists during the period of professional education in higher education. Purpose. The research aims to determine the features of practice-oriented training in higher educational institutions and psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competencies of future specialists. Methodology. The basis of the theoretical and methodological approach in the research is a qualitative combination of content analysis methods of psychological and pedagogical conditions of training future specialists in higher education with an analytical study of teachers-psychologists professional competencies formation in modern conditions of educational system modernization. Results. The research identifies the challenges and opportunities of implementing practice-oriented education within Kazakhstan's higher education system. It underscores the necessity and effectiveness of integrating practical learning approaches to enhance the professional competencies of future pedagogic psychologists. The findings emphasize the pivotal role of pedagogical conditions in fostering competitive and qualified specialists equipped for modern socio-economic demands. Conclusions. The study concludes that integrating practice-oriented education is crucial for modernizing the education system in Kazakhstan. Recommendations include enhancing pedagogical conditions to optimize the formation of professional competencies among future pedagogic psychologists. These insights are pivotal for educators aiming to innovate curricula and improve educational outcomes in higher professional education settings. The article highlights the main approaches to the implementation of pedagogical technologies in the conditions of emergency situations and martial law, the essence of which is a new vision of the concept of educational and pedagogical activity, new forms and methods of learning which changed the core and content of pedagogical technologies. Among the factors of such changes, digitalization of the educational process, focus on individualization and interactivity of learning, orientation of the content of education on the development of soft skills and critical thinking have been identified. Attention was paid to the European integration orientation of the development of national education, which ensured the intensive introduction of new pedagogical technologies. It was noted that an important component of the pro-European education system was the introduction of modern educational technologies, their focus on solving the problems of sustainable development, active use of new information and educational technologies. The strategies of such changes are reflected in the Concept of the New Ukrainian School, new legislation, new educational and professional standards which most fully characterize the ideology of modernization processes in national education. It is noted that military aggression by the Russian Federation led to the search for new effective pedagogical technologies that would ensure the quality of domestic education at the level of European and international standards in such difficult conditions. New approaches to the implementation of pedagogical technologies, which in the conditions of martial law are an important factor in ensuring the quality of school education, have been defined and substantiated. Attention is drawn to the fact that the functional effectiveness of the teacher in the implementation of technological, competence. axiological and synergistic approaches are characterized by the ability to adapt new pedagogical technologies in accordance with the characteristics of the class and the capabilities of students; diversify the forms and methods of educational activity taking into account the peculiarities of the educational situation and the environment in which the educational process takes place; provide psychological support to students taking into account stressful situations and unstable emotional states; to provide optimal support for programs of individual development of students; implement the principles of partnership and cooperation with all subjects of educational activity. The important tasks of the teacher are outlined, including «ensuring the quality of education at the level of new educational standards by applying all available forms of educational organization process, optimal support of programs of individual development of education seekers, solving issues of student motivation for educational activities in the conditions of martial law». It is noted that conscious responsibility for the results of pedagogical activity, quick orientation in non-standard situations requires a high level of professional skill of the teacher of the new Ukrainian school.

The most important characteristic feature of the current stage of development of higher education in Ukraine is integration processes that reflect, on the one hand, substantive and structural changes within the education system, and on the other hand, the processes of interaction between education and the production sphere. The priorities of state policy and the concept of innovative development in the field of education indicate the necessity to form a wide range of mechanisms for cooperation between business and educational institutions. In the educational standard of higher education in specialty it is noted that the future specialist must be ready for the following activities: production and technological activities, project activities, research activities, organizational and management activities. Specific types of professional activity, for which a specialist is mainly prepared, are determined by higher educational institutions in cooperation with students, teachers, and employers' associations. With such an essential range of requirements for future specialists, there is a need for qualitative changes in the content and organization of training. In modern social and economic conditions, the activities of higher education institutions that train specialists for the food industry are associated with solving a number of problems: the imperfection of the mechanisms of social partnership between educational institutions and employers; insufficient practical orientation in the training of qualified personnel for a particular enterprise; inconsistency of the educational and resource base of educational institutions. As a result of the search for effective forms of organizing of the educational process for solving the tasks set before education, the introduction of elements of dual education in the educational process seems to be expedient, promising, and of current interest

The university sports education ecological environment is the guarantee of the development of college PE education can be smooth realization of the necessary guarantee conditions, is a necessary choice for the sustainable development of sports colleges and universities. From the Angle of game theory analysis of colleges and universities sports education environment, enrich the connotation of modern colleges and universities sports teaching, is helpful to the development and implementation of physical education curriculum, plays a positive role to cultivate students’ consciousness of lifetime sports. Article on the basis of education ecological system definition is given, by means of game theory, under the education from the perspective of game theory, analysis the ecological system of colleges and universities sports education environment, analyzes the development status of physical education in colleges and universities and how to apply game in colleges and universities sports teaching. To analyze the sports colleges and universities is the ecological system of the whole environment is contemporary college sports research trend, but the ecological education is an important part of college sports education environment, also means that the college sports both internal and external harmony development, but the fact that in the process of development is differ with our expectations. Introducing “game theory” in colleges and universities sports teaching, not only enriches the connotation of modern colleges and universities sports teaching, is helpful to the development and implementation of physical education curriculum, also plays a positive role to cultivate students’ consciousness of lifetime sports. This article mainly through to the understanding of the game, relying on the harmonization theory of education ecological system, analyses the development status of physical education in colleges and universities and how to apply game in colleges and universities sports teaching.Â

The article reveals the problem of teaching Mathematics in humanitarian higher educational institutions that teach students in the context of new educational standards and reducing the time allocated for research in this discipline. The results of the introduction at the university of an educational and methodological complex based on a combination of contact work with students and distance learning methods supported with modern systems. The article confirms the need of finding effective ways of organizing the learning process, reviewing the structure and careful selection of the content of students’ training in Mathematics. The scientific novelty of the research is a factor that determines the pedagogical expediency of achieving the ability to use the means of computer technology in the educational process in Mathematics in universities.

For the implementation and development of national sports in Russian universities, it is advisable to update the need to develop and implement programs for national sports in the educational process of the university. It is necessary to take into account the educational, methodological, scientific, personnel, material and technical capabilities of the university. Create conditions for the formation of interest and motivation of students to engage in national sports. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the need and approaches for the introduction of national sports in the educational process of physical education of university students. Research objectives: 1. To characterize the potential of national sports as means of physical education of university students 2. To suggest approaches to using national sports in physical education of university students. Research methods and organization. The following research methods were used in the work: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific literature, questionnaire survey, generalization of pedagogical experience. The survey involved students aged 18-20 (750 people) studying at the North-West branch of the Russian State University of Justice (St. Petersburg), Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (Moscow), St. Petersburg State University (St. Petersburg). Research results and conclusions. The results of the study showed the existing opportunities for the implementation of national sports in the elective part of physical education of university students. The experience of implementing national sports in some universities in Russia proves that thanks to the organization of cultural sports events and holidays, friendly relations and tolerance are developed in the university environment, which is carried out through the interaction and cooperation of students during competitions. It is also important to familiarize students with the history and traditions of the peoples of the world, which helps to form a respectful attitude towards various national cultures. For the development of national sports, it will be appropriate to gradually include some types of folk and national sports in the educational activities of the university.

Empowering radiation therapists: The role of an African Community of Practice in developing radiation Therapist education curriculum

The purpose of this study is to reveal the main problems in the field of education and identify opportunities for digitalization. The period of economic development in the modern world is called the digital economy. Basically, digitalization affects all spheres of human life. This article examines the orientation of the modern sphere of education to the process of digitalization. The relevance of the research is determined by the special significance of knowledge in the life of modern society, focused on the foundations and values of the post-industrial period. The success of the education system is greatly influenced by the level of human potential, the readiness of people to solve natural and social problems. Innovative technological processes play an important role in improving public education every year, the introduction of which contributes to the modernization and development of education, as well as improves the quality of training of future specialists and brings education closer to science. At the same time, such technological processes are designed to review existing approaches to educational activities, as well as to analyze their impact on society and individual social groups. In this regard, the study of the problems of digitalization of education and its social results is a very important area of academic research.

The article is a study of the current and prospective markets for supplementary vocational education in Russia, including the key areas of technological development and the place of universities at these markets. The market of supplementary vocational education is highly competitive, gradually developing thanks to the growth in the number of providers of educational programmes and courses, as well as due to the emergence of new educational formats (online courses, distance education). In the nearest future, the main competition at the market of extra-budgetary supplementary vocational education will be among the universities for the funds of companies (organizations) that improve the skills of their employees in the field of promising technological areas. The article in this regard aims at assessing the scale of the supplementary vocational education market, in particular its financial aspect, the place of universities in it, as well as the identification of promising directions and forms of the supplementary vocational education development. The study is based on official statistics, monitoring, and sample surveys. The situation that has developed in the sphere of supplementary vocational education is considered at the macro- and micro-levels. First, there have been identified trends at the Russian supplementary vocational education market, including financial parameters, the typology of students, the relative popularity of various types of supplementary vocational education, and the place of universities as supplementary vocational education providers. At the micro-level, the scale and parameters of demand at the supplementary vocational education market for promising technological areas are analyzed. The study showed that nowadays the supply from Russia universities exceeds the demand, although the market for extra-budgetary supplementary vocational education is quite large, five times larger than the budgetary supplementary vocational education. An assessment of the market segment specializing in promising, including cross-cutting digital technologies, showed that this market is quite narrow compared to the total extra-budgetary supplementary vocational education, and there dominate a limited number of universities to be competed with by leading companies developing corporate supplementary vocational education (especially in data science). Prospects for the development of this market are associated not only with new appearing forms of distance education, but also with various types of cooperative and network supplementary vocational education programmes of cooperative university-and-company development and implementation. At the same time, new state programmes and national projects (such as «The Digital Economy of the Russian Federation», «New Opportunities for Everyone», the national project «Science», and Competence Centres of the National Technology Initiative) can provide an additional impetus to the development of supplementary vocational education. The limitations of the study are related to the conventions and assumptions in the calculations connected with lacking detailed information on the financial aspects of the extra-budgetary supplementary vocational education. The results of the study may be of interest for specialists dealing with educational problems, for higher educational institutions developing supplementary vocational education programmes, as well as for companies interested in developing their own system of supplementary education and in cooperation with universities. The article deals with the problem of the usage of project technologies in the training of future teachers in a higher educational establishment. The usage of project technologies in the educational process on the whole and in the conditions of New Ukrainian School in particular is analysed. The criteria requirements to the modern understanding of project technologies are determined, notably the existence of educational or socially important problem, research character of the search of the ways of solving, structuring of the activity according to the classical stages of projects, amateur character of the creative activity of the pupils, practical and theoretical importance of the results of the activity and pedagogical value. The place of the project activity in the pedagogical process is made more specific, in particular at the last practical lesson, after learning some chapters or the whole course, as one of the methods of revision of the material of the learnt topics, as the method of activation of creative activity and as the method of self-education. We described the stages of implementation of the project activity. We also proposed the examples of the usage of the project activity as a model of creative thinking and making decisions at the lessons of the courses “Pedagogics”, “The History of Pedagogics”, “The Fundamentals of the Scientific Research”, “Pedagogical Technologies in the Primary School”, “The Methods of Teaching of the Integrated Course of Arts” and “Methods of Music Education”. Such instruments of educational process as lapbook and Mind Map that are used for visual logical arrangement of information are described. Lapbook and Mind Map are also considered as possible effective results of the introdiction of project technologies in the training of future teachers in the higher educational establishments. We proposed the opportunities of the usage of lapbook and Mind Map during the studying of some subjects in a higher educational establishment. We determined the complex of qualities and skills being acquired by the students in the process of project activity. The perspectives of future researches as for this problem are outlined. They lie in the search of the opportunities of wider usage of the project activity in the training of future pedagogues and also in the implementation of other pedagogical technologies in the educational process in higher educational establishment.

Survey of sports and health physical education facilities and infrastructure in MA Ar-Ridlo, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency, 2021/2022 Academic Year. The formulation of the problem in this study is to find out exactly how many facilities and infrastructure there are in the MA Ar-ridlo school, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency. This research is motivated by a number of problems that exist at the MA Ar-Ridloschool, including that students often experience obstacles in carrying out practice, especially sports because of the very poor comparison between the availability of tools and the number of students. This study aims to explain and describe the situation naturally which is done by providing a systematic and accurate description of the situation or situation in the field, from the ongoing process the research aims to describe exactly the availability of physical education learning facilities and infrastructure through observation. The research method used in this study was interviews with physical education and sports teachers as subjects, totaling 2 people. The data analysis technique in this study is to compare the results of the study, in this case the amount of data on facilities and infrastructure with the regulatory standards set by the government ministry of education. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive type of research. According to Sugiyono (2013) if you look at the data, then data collection can use primary data sources and secondary data sources. Thus, the data of this research is descriptive. The data obtained include interview transcripts (interview results), field notes, photos, personal documents, and various other supporting data. Based on the results of data analysis and discussions that have been carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that the physical education facilities and infrastructure at MA Ar-Ridlo Kranggan, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency are not meeting the ideal standard because they are still constrained by the problem of the size of the area/place or land and the lack of financing to buy tools. Data on teaching aids facilities show that the availability of tools is less than 50 percent of the quota set by the government. This situation causes sports education facilities and infrastructure not to comply with the criteria set out in the government's ideal standards in education. The suggestion in this study, from researchers for the MA Ar-Ridlo school, is to immediately complete the facilities and infrastructure in accordance with government regulations, in this case the ministry of education, because with the achievement of school facilities and infrastructure standards that have been set by the government, learning will not experience obstacles and educational goals will be achieved. The research aims to identify : The most prominent weaknesses in the kinematic variables (length, time, speed, frequency) of the step among students of the first and fourth stages of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences/ University of Mosul in the (100) meter race for the sample .. The research problem is determined by knowing some of the kinematic variables of this activity for first-stage students and fourth-stage students and to know the most prominent weaknesses in the research variables under study in terms of (length, frequency, time, and speed) of the step and to conduct a comparative study of these variables between first-stage and fourth-stage students and the extent to which these variables under study are affected by the teaching process to develop students’ achievement in various sports activities, A sample of (28) students from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences/ University of Mosul for students of the first and fourth stages for the academic year (2022 AD) consisted of (14) students from each stage, as the distinguished students from the first and fourth stages were selected intentionally by running (100) meters , It was also calculated the kinematic variables of the number and frequency of steps and the total time for each student taking the test when running a distance of (100) meters by means of the assistant work team that was distributed with two in the middle of the first (50) meters and two in the middle of the second (50) meters along the distance of (100) meters. (Appendix No. 1) With the presence of a video camera that follows the student’s movement from the start line to the finish line to compare the results of the support team in terms of the number of steps and the total time in the (100) meter race, and after giving each student two attempts and calculating the best of them in terms of achievement so that the recorder can record the results after each attempt, the values ​​of the kinematic variables under study were identified after each test of the (100) meter race stages by using the physical laws and equations specific to each variable. The researcher concluded the following : - The results of the research were in favor of the first-stage students due to the significant differences in the kinematic variables (length, speed, frequency) of the step at a distance of (100) meters and in their favor. The intensity of practical lessons and training methods for first-stage students showed strengths that led to the development of physical fitness elements at a greater rate than fourth-stage students who showed weaknesses in the variables (length, speed, and frequency) of the step and the achievement of a distance of (100) meters. The researcher recommended a number of recommendations :Emphasizing the development of physical fitness elements among students of all academic levels in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in practical lessons to avoid poor performance in various sports events. Coordination between practical and theoretical lessons between stages in terms of their intensity and size in a way that serves the continuity and development of physical fitness elements among students- Using kinetic analysis in the educational and training process to identify strengths, weaknesses and proper performance to achieve numerical and high achievement and various sports events
