Творческий портрет Диззи Гиллеспи в контексте стилевых метаморфоз джаза 1940-1950-х годов

Мета роботи – висвітлити загальні стильові тенденції розвитку камерних вокальних жанрів у творчості російських композиторів XIX – початку ХХ століть як показові для становлення національного стилю музичного мистецтва, виокремити якість перехідності у стильовій системі російської музики даного періоду. Методологія роботи утворена перетином трьох головних методичних настанов: історико-культурологічної, жанрово-стильової мистецтвознавчої та семіологічної музикознавчої. Наукова новизна статті визначається спробою вибудувати жанрово-стильову модель мовної (семіотичної) перехідності в музиці на матеріалі російської музики, визначити тенденції перехідності, які вливають на розвиток камерно-вокальних жанрів та зумовлюють їх входження до системи вторинної композиторської творчості. Висновки роботи дозволяють проектувати визначення національно-стильових засад російської музики її класичного періоду до сфери камерно-вокальної творчості, відкривати в жанровій площині камерно-вокальної музики естетичні та мовні пролегомени національної музичної свідомості.Ключові слова: камерно-вокальна творчість, жанрова галузь, перехідність, стиль, національна музична свідомість, музична мова, класичний період.

The fundamental provisions of the Food Security Doctrine to ensure physical availability of food to the population are implemented through the development of various forms of retail. The general tendencies in economic development, digitalization, changes in consumer preferences, external factors affect the forms of retail in the forms of food retail in accordance with general trends in economic development, and the possibility of purchasing food products by different groups of the population depending on consumer habits regarding purchasing methods. As a result of retrospective and structural analysis of statistical data and aggregation of public opinion survey results, a shift in consumer preferences was revealed, expressed in a significant decrease in the share of market and fair trade. It should be noted the growth of retail chains and online food trading. Penetration of digitalization processes into the agricultural sector, including cooperation of agricultural producers through agro-aggregators. Despite the change in consumer habits, there remains a significant portion of the population that prefers traditional ways of purchasing goods in markets and fairs. In order to ensure physical availability of food for all groups of the population, support for market and fair trade, mobile commercial outlets continues despite their small share in the turnover. The Kaliningrad region is characterized by cooperation of local producers, the increase in the share of online trading in food products at a higher rate than the Russian average. In general, it can be concluded that the development of retail in the Kaliningrad region is in accordance with all-Russian trends with the features due to the exclave position of the region and limited market capacity.

The paper aims to discover the basic tendencies of the poem genre evolution in Akhsan Bayanov’s creative work. Bayanov’s poetical works are examined in the context of the contemporary literary process; the article considers the following issues: themes and motives, problematic, genre and stylistic peculiarities, poetics of Bayanov’s poems written in different periods of his creativity. The researcher for the first time examines Bayanov’s lyro-epical heritage, identifies the key tendencies of the poem genre development, which constitutes scientific originality of the study. The research findings are as follows: the author traces evolution of Bayanov’s creative work - from early pathetic poems representing the atmosphere of his epoch to deep philosophical poems full of metaphorical images. The poet’s creative evolution influenced genre peculiarities of his poems.

The mimetic juveniles of a number of carangid fish species resemble plant parts floating near the water surface, such as leaves, seeds and other plant debris. The present study is the first to verify the morphological similarities and ecomorphological relationships between three carangids (Oligoplites saurus, Oligoplites palometa and Trachinotus falcatus) and their associated plant models. Behavioral observations were conducted in the estuary of Curuçá River, in northeastern Pará (Brazil) between August 2015 and July 2016. Individual fishes and associated floating objects (models) were sampled for comparative analysis using both geometric and morphometric approaches. While the mimetic fish and their models retain their own distinct, intrinsic morphological features, a high degree of morphological similarity was found between each fish species and its model. The morphometric analyses revealed a general tendency of isometric development in all three fish species, probably related to their pelagic habitats, during all ontogenetic stages.

The investigations of erosion in various landscape zones of the Earth's plains prove the existence of two basic systems of erosion: the channel and the basin ones. The principle distinctions of these systems show itself in structure of erosion processes and accumulation of their products, in hydrological regime of rivers, in character of dependence of specific suspended sediment yield on river basin area, in structure and thickness of alluvium, in relation between alluvium and slope sediments, in dynamics of river channels, in some features of river valleys morphology, in degree of preservation of relic landforms in the river basin, in general tendency of relief development (valley partition or planation), in intensity of sediment accumulation within the river channels and the flood-plains, ponds, and reservoir, etc. The present river channel system of erosion is divided into two subsystems: one of humid and semi-humid moderate latitudes and one of humid and semi-humid tropical and equatorial latitudes. The present basin system of erosion is also divided into two subsystems: anthropogenic one and natural (semi-desert, savanna, and sub-arctic zones) one.

The formation of a common security environment, prevention and elimination of military conflicts, achieving mutual international understanding and innovative approaches to the organization of public administration structures in this area with the involvement of non-state actors and the formation of appropriate ecosystems in security environment are determined among the main directions of public administration development in the field of military security. Based on the methodology of public administration, the current state of public administration systems reforms is considered and the priorities for the development of public administration in the field of military security at the national and global levels of administration are identified. The general tendencies of public administration development are identified; ambiguity and variability in estimations of results of administrative reforms are emphasized. Arguments are presented that the problems of social interaction, responsibility and democracy in modern management practices are transposed to public administration in the field of military security, in particular in the implementation of new approaches to management of innovations. Transformational changes in public administration in the field of military security at the national and global levels are considered logical, expedient and possible especially against the background of administrative reforms processes and implementation of open innovations, ecosystems and management of innovations in the field of military security facilities administration. Innovations in the field of security suggest reformatting, in particular, of industrial policy of defence by identifying different instruments to enhance opportunities for openness with different degrees of the latter for actors not previously involved in military security and defence issues. Innovation has been shown to involve reshaping, in particular, industrial defense policy by identifying different tools for enhancing openness with varying degrees of openness) for actors not yet involved in military security and defense. Flexibility in the management of strategic ecosystems and a dynamic vision of interdependence between actors affect the ability of the system to operate in conditions of open innovation and ensure adequate management of openness

This article deals with the modeling the Ukrainian language prepositional system of the14th–15th centuries. «Dictionary of the Old Ukrainian Language of the 14th–15thcenturies» is the result of long-term work of the Lviv Lexicographic School linguists. The dictionary allows to reproduce the model of the prepositional system in general and the semantic structure, variability, syntagmatic and paradigmatic relations of that time preposition in particular. Due to this dictionary, some general tendencies of functioning and development of the prepositional system of the 14th–15th centuries are singled out (expansion of functioning and semantics, variation, formation through the use of internal language resources). Lexicographic modeling of prepositions is done basing on the semantic-grammatical principle, but in many cases it is original.The prepositional system of the Old Ukrainian language is quantitatively dominated by derivative prepositions, although, according to statistics, non-derivative prepositions are used in monuments much more often. Generally, the Ukrainian language of the 14th–15thcenturies had a developed prepositional system, inherited mainly from Proto-Slavic. Ninety-seven prepositions are found in the monuments of 14th–15th centuries. Analysis of prepositions indicatesthat almost half of them have a number of phonetic and graphic variants. Numerous variants testify to the not yet formed prepositional system, and to the absence of a single spelling tradition in the Ukrainian language of the 14th–15th centuries. Such a comprehensive description becomes a basis for further exploration of the grammar and semantics of the preposition in the subsequent time slices. It also serves as a necessary basic component of applied tasks in the field of Ukrainian historical lexicography.

The “Fabric” of soil micromorphological research in the 20th century — A bibliometric analysis

The authors considered in this article the current state and tendencies of development of the transport branch of Ukraine. The analysis was conducted using an innovative methodological approach in terms of all major modes of transport for the period 2013-2019. The main negative and positive trends in the transport sector have been identified, in particular the decrease in the number of employees and the growth of the Gross Domestic Product produced by the transport enterprises of Ukraine. The main negative trend is the predominant loss of transport enterprises of Ukraine, which negatively affects the sustainability of the transport industry. The authors identify the types of transport enterprises that make the greatest contribution to the efficiency of the transport industry, in particular the enterprises of pipeline, railway and air transport. Also the general tendencies of the sizes of the enterprises on number of working for various types of the transport enterprises are established. Conclusions are made on the peculiarities of the scale of enterprises in the transport industry by type of transportation. For example, road transport enterprises are mostly small, airlines are medium-sized, and rail and pipeline enterprises are large. The authors determined that all types of transportation in the transport sector of Ukraine are economically unstable, except for water transport enterprises. Conclusions are made on the overall economic stability of the transport sector of Ukraine in 2013-2019. The general economic instability of the transport industry and the tendencies which are inherent in them as a whole are cross-cutting and are inherent in all separate types of transportations. In the period from 2013-2019 there is a gradual growth of gross domestic product created in the transport sector. Since 2015, there has been a tendency to increase sectoral GDP. At the same time, there is a tendency to reduce the number of employees in transport enterprises during the same period. Analysis of the state of Ukraine's transport industry shows that there are many negative trends that may affect its sustainability, including fluctuations in the number of employees in the industry, the number of enterprises and a decrease in all traffic. Оne of the reasons for this is that everyone decisions are made by managers without taking into account the views of subordinates, there is a large differentiation in the amount of salaries of managers and subordinates, which is the cause of differences in the values and goals of managers and staff.
