ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ПРОБЛЕМ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ГЕНЕРАЛЬНЫМ ПОДРЯДОМ СТРОИТЕЛЬСТВА ОБЪЕКТОВ НА ОСНОВЕ BIM-ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ В КНР

At present, with the rapid development of society, China's construction industry is advancing by leaps and bounds. BIM technology, as a new technology, has found a new direction for the construction industry, which is facing severe competitive pressure. This paper starts with the current situation of BIM technology, then the application of BIM technology to the building structure design of function and characteristics were analyzed, and finally explore the application of BIM technology in building structure design, and from the building structure parameter design, the structure of the building structure modeling, building space design in explore the specific application of BIM technology, provide reference for the practical application of BIM technology. It is hoped that BIM technology can be improved so as to create more effective economic benefits for the society in building structure design and meet the relevant requirements of building structure design.

The current trend based on the current needs of construction industry points to the increasing application of digital technologies in construction projects. Nowadays, digital technologies are becoming an essential part of construction in the phase of preparation and implementation of construction projects. Probably the greatest progress in the use of digital technologies is seen in the development of a virtual object data model of the building. The main advantages of this trend can be presented by the use of BIM technology, thus an information model of building, where other information attributes are assigned to the geometric model itself. The model created in this way has great information potential in the process of planning and preparation of construction, but also during its implementation. The technology of mixed reality (MR) has recently been added to the BIM technology, which significantly contributes to the expansion of workers' knowledge and at the same time has the potential to reveal the shortcomings that have arisen during the construction. The paper offers solutions of the possible use of BIM technology and mixed reality as tools to support the implementation of construction projects. These technologies were applied to the construction project Bastion Office Center in Košice - an administrative building.

At present, the rapid development of China's economic construction has promoted the continuous development and progress of the construction industry, and at the same time, people have new development needs for the construction industry and begin to tend to develop in the direction of green buildings. In today's environment, the use of BIM technology is essential to achieve effective construction management of green building projects. How to effectively apply BIM technology to the construction management process of green building projects and realize the green ecological development of the construction industry requires in-depth exploration and practice by relevant personnel.

Building information modelling is a illustration of the physical and functional characteristics of a technology which connects project information databases in every fields. Use of building information modelling technology represents one of the most progressive approach in construction project management. Construction project management is a difficult process depends on many factors. Human resources are one of them. Project results depends on productivity of human resources. There are some questions about productivity of employees and managers. Productivity of employees depends on many processes and factors. Progressive technology can be one of them. BIM technology presents probably affective tool for productivity. This research discussed issue of use of BIM technology and analyses BIM effect on productivity in construction project management. Main aim of research was set like analyze of use BIM technology in construction industry and effect of this on productivity.

The development of the construction industry has benefited from the ever-increasing demands of people for living conditions, both safe and comfortable. In order to complete the quality and quantity of the house, new technologies are continuously developed and used, such as the current BIM technology, which can be used well throughout the life cycle of the construction. My country’s economic pillar industry is the civil construction industry. With the rapid development of our country, modern buildings have greatly increased the difficulty of construction project management due to complex construction techniques and long construction periods. Therefore, we must improve the traditional. In this way, the management model can better improve engineering efficiency. This article is based on the BIM technology of the civil construction management engineering efficiency path to study, the experiment uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights, in order to evaluate the BIM technology of construction engineering safety management. Three local survey units were selected for the experiment, and the survey form was distributed to each unit according to the experimental procedures and requirements. When handing over the BIM model, it could give the acceptance conclusion of the model. Experimental data shows that the incidence of accidents at the entrance of the cave and the border is the highest, which is the most difficult point in construction safety management. Effective measures should be taken to reduce the occurrence of accidents. The experimental results show that the following problems in BIM application have led to a reduction in the efficiency of civil construction management engineering: 85% of BIM standards are unfamiliar, 79% of BIM technology costs are overused, BIM technology is poorly applied 82%, and BIM-related software is not applied. Mature accounted for 78%, and BIM related management methods accounted for 80%. The use of BIM technology can provide an effective way to improve the efficiency of construction project management. This article conducts in-depth research on BIM technology, hoping to make a meager effort in related fields.

The use of BIM technologies as the latest tool for design, management and construction has firmly entered the top global trends in various industries, including construction. However, the process of implementing BIM technologies in the Russian construction market is much slower than in countries with similar construction rates. There are a number of legislative and now geopolitical reasons for this. The state, for its part, is trying to reduce this gap. Over the past few years, BIM technologies have existed in the paradigm of government-led sets of measures to support the digitalization of the construction industry. The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state and prospects of the introduction of information modeling (BIM) technologies in Russia in the context of import substitution. Based on survey data, case studies, and regulatory documents, key barriers such as technological backwardness, staff shortages, and legislative gaps have been identified. Despite this, domestic solutions (Model Studio CS, Renga, nanoCAD) demonstrate potential in niche segments. Recommendations on the development of R&D, education and legislative support are proposed. The results show that the success of the digital transformation of the construction industry depends on the synchronization of efforts by the government, business and science. It is also necessary to bring the process of training qualified personnel with knowledge of BIM methodologies to a new level.

With the development of Internet information technology in China, the construction industry also began to abandon the traditional manual drawing, calculation and design methods and use the 3D courtyard landscape modeling technology for the design of 3D view or model of a project. At the same time, the application process of BIM Technology in this course is studied, so as to promote the integration of BIM Technology and 3D courtyard landscape modeling technology, realize the optimization of teaching process and teaching effect, and improve students’ ability of architectural engineering drawing recognition and BIM Technology Application. Combining BIM technology with 3D courtyard landscape modeling technology and geographic database, building BIM model is established to promote the innovation and development of urban 3D modeling technology. Based on analysis of the reasons of low efficiency in construction industry, the paper suggests that the key point of improving efficiency is the implementation of lifecycle building information integrated management. This paper analyses the development and application of BIM technology from the perspective of the BIM+ intelligent management model. It discusses the importance of upgrading the traditional construction industry, especially in building life cycle management. Through BIM+ intelligent management, the traditional construction industry can handle the information in all project stages more efficiently and achieve the goal of resource integration. At the same time, the combination of BIM and facility management can realise intelligent operation and monitoring of building projects. In the development of modern social construction, in order to guide the development of prefabricated buildings towards intelligence and intelligence, scientific research scholars put forward the integrated application method of BIM technology based on the basic concept of smart construction. In modern conditions characterized by crisis trends in the country’s economy, the construction industry in Russia faces numerous risks and threats caused not only by the instability of the financial system, but also by the emergence of new technologies in construction, on the one hand, and the cessation of supplies of imported equipment to Russia, on the other. At the same time, construction continues to play a significant role in the economy of the Russian Federation, as the tasks of providing affordable and comfortable housing for the country’s residents, as well as implementing investment projects in the field of infrastructure construction and urban development remain unresolved. In these conditions, the problems of pricing in the implementation of investment and construction projects are becoming increasingly relevant. The need to reform the Russian pricing system in construction is due not only to the insufficient effectiveness of current cost estimation methods, but also to the increased level of corruption risks in this industry. The article examines the current problems of the pricing system in construction, and assesses the reforms that are already being implemented in Russia. The author pays special attention to measures to reduce corruption risks in the construction industry. The author of the article analyzes the international experience in managing construction costs using new technologies such as BIM and blockchain, suggests alternative approaches to determining the estimated cost of construction and develops recommendations for the implementation of these approaches in Russian practice. The article will be useful for specialists in the field of construction, project management, as well as government agencies involved in regulating construction activities. The author’s recommendations can be used to improve the pricing system in construction and increase the efficiency of investment and construction projects in Russia.
