A Kind of Multifunction Data Processing Terminal Used in Underground Based on ARM11

With the increasing demands of the data transmission system of information, wireless data transmission systems has been widely studied and applied. Especially the limited and specified environment, take the underground mine environment for example, has a high demand of flexibility. The paper describes the wireless video image data transmission system which is formed on the basis of DSP and RF chips, and provides the general systematic design and functional design. Furthermore, on this basis of the previous study, the paper has also completed the hardware and software design of the modules which consist two parts: data capture and compression modules; wireless data transfer and communication module. Regarding the further improvement of the use of DSP embedded technology in exploring the real-time wireless data transmission and communication system as well as its application level, there is a certain reference.

Infrared scanning temperature measurement system is widely used in the monitoring of rotary kiln surface temperature in cement, metallurgy, environmental protection and other industries. It is an effective technical means for production enterprises to monitor the calcination process of rotary kiln. In view of the complexity of underground pipeline in most production enterprises, the difficulty of digging in the field and the high cost of construction, an infrared scanning temperature measurement system based on wireless transmission is proposed. The system uses WLAN wireless transmission technology to replace the traditional wired data transmission scheme. Within the coverage of WLAN network, point to point wireless data transmission is implemented. Compared with wired transmission, this method has the advantages of simple and flexible installation, and it's easier to maintain.

In the field of modern wireless communication, there are mainly some technologies that provide solutions to the wireless data transmission network, such as: GSM, CDMA, 3G, Wi-Fi. These solutions make network work with high efficiency and good quality, but still with high cost. So it was difficulty in popularizing in with low cost and at the circumstance of infrastructureless or infrastructure destruction. According to this situation, in this paper, the key components of the information terminal and the wireless receiving modules on the data collection and wireless transmission network were designed with the principle of transceiver nRF905 and 51 series of single-chip computer as the core hardware, besides, combining with the current technology on the wireless ad hoc networks, a short-range wireless data sampling and transmission network was putting up , which provides a low-powered and high-performance wireless data communication system, works in the ISM (Industrial Scientific Medical ) band. Then, an available solution to the wireless data communications was put forward, and this solution was good at stronger real-time response, higher reliability requirement and smaller data amount. Through software and hardware debugging and actual measuring, this system based on our solution had work well, reached the expected goal and been already successfully applied to wireless vehicle system.

To solve the problem that the downhole data cannot be transmitted in real time and the downhole condition cannot be known in time during the well injection process, the downhole data wireless transmission technology was designed and developed. The wireless transmission method of downhole data signal was studied and the data encoding method was invented. The control circuit of intelligent measuring and adjusting instrument was designed for layered water injection. In 2019, the field test was carried out, which verified the feasibility of downhole data transmission method. The preliminary success of the wireless downhole data transmission technology can promote the development of intelligent well injection technology.

For high-speed data acquisition and real-time transmission and processing requirements of ultrasonic measurement system, a wireless USB-based ultrasonic data transmission method was presented, combining wireless communication technology with the advantages of USB interface technology. The system consists of ultrasonic signal acquisition module, data transmission module, data acquisition module and the computer. The system uses Cypress Semiconductor's PSoC CYRF69213 chip for wireless data transmission and the chip microcomputer inside as the main control unit. This chip recorded data to the computer and displayed through USB interface. The system is a single-chip USB interface design with very few external components. The system has an USB interface advantages such supporting hot-swappable, plug and play features and the realization of wireless transmission of data without the need for layout of communications cables. The transmission system has good stability, small size, low power, high-performance features, which has a good application prospects.

In this paper, a novel combination scheme of hybrid ARQ and adaptive modulation and coding (AMC) with space-time block coding (STBC) and turbo codes for wireless packet data transmission is proposed. Performance of the proposed HARQ/AMC system is investigated and compared in terms of frame error rate (FER) and throughput.

This study presents a novel fabrication method to enhance the quality of flexible MEMS inductors for wireless energy and data transmission applications. The fabrication process used parylene C as a polymeric substrate material with a thickness of 50 μm and patterned by a picosecond laser. We modeled the test device in a simulation and then verified its feasibility through experimentation. We computed the projected Q-factor enhancement to be approximately 8.9x the 2 μm metal thickness of traditional evaporation methods at a 1 MHz operation frequency. The thickness of the metal, integrated with picosecond laser-cutting technology, resulted in an enhanced Q-factor compared to traditional multilayer or fold-and-bond methods. The production process was simple and did not require a bonding process. The research indicated that such Q-enhanced MEMS inductors could be integrated with biomedical implants for wireless energy and data transmission applications.

The compactness and low power consumption on the one hand, and the capabilities of mobile applications Arduino Science Journal and Phyphox – on the other hand, allow you to create an autonomous portable digital measuring system with wireless data transmission, which creates additional opportunities and facilities for laboratory and educational research. The possibilities of the proposed digital measuring complex are investigated on the example of laboratory work “Determination of capacitance and energy of a charged capacitor”. As a result of the reproduction of this laboratory work, a fairly close coincidence of the calculated and experimental parameters was obtained. Further development of research character for the considered laboratory work is offered.

Smart sensor network technology integrates sensors, embedded computing, modern networks, wireless communication and distributed information processing technologies, and is currently a frontier hot research field in the world. The application of wireless sensor network to the greenhouse environment monitoring system to realize self-organizing network, wireless data transmission and intelligent control is also of great significance to the realization of agricultural modernization. The purpose of this paper is to study the monitoring of macadamia nut planting environment based on smart sensor technology. Since the greenhouse environment monitoring system has very high requirements for power consumption, cost and stability, this article selects ZigBee wireless sensor network technology with low power consumption, low cost, high stability, etc. to build a set of monitoring temperature and humidity Greenhouse wireless smart sensor network model. According to the actual requirements of greenhouse environment monitoring, this article proposes a new type of ZigBee technology-based greenhouse macadamia nut planting environment monitoring system solution, and gives the overall structure of the system. Considering many aspects such as cost and power consumption, this article stores, displays, analyzes and processes the acquired data. The functions of the system meet the design requirements. The system realizes the collection of greenhouse parameters and the data display and processing functions, and realizes the video monitoring of the greenhouse. Experimental studies have shown that in the actual greenhouse environment, due to a large number of crops blocking, it is bound to produce certain obstacles to signal transmission, but because of the large number of nodes, the distance between the node and its parent node will not exceed 25m, which also ensures The data collected by sensor nodes can be safely and error-freely transmitted to the coordinator node in a multi-hop manner.

USADR's IBOC DAB systems are designed for top-notch digital audio delivery as well as enhanced ancillary data transmission capabilities. USADR's AM and FM IBOC DAB systems employ MUSICAM<SUP>R</SUP> source encoding as well as innovative modulation techniques which address the various radio channel impairments characteristic of AM and FM band propagation. The USADR IBOC DAB systems are designed to be backwards compatible with conventional AM and FM broadcasting for a seamless and cost-effective transition to DAB.

High performance computing promotes the solution of large mathematical models of complex mechanical systems and lays a foundation for the theoretical analysis of complicated and difficult problems in the mechanical field. At the same time, the high reliability transmission of wireless data makes it possible for a variety of motion state mechanical systems to measure and control. In this paper, we present the energy loss model of the wet axle transmission system based on bond graph theory, and obtain the heat source boundary condition of the thermal analysis of the wet axle by calculating the mathematical model of the energy loss. Moreover, thermal network method is proposed to analysis heat accumulation and disequilibrium of multistage closed wet axle, by analyzing heat source distribution and heat transfer characteristics among machine elements, oil and air, finally the mathematic model of thermal analysis is established. The thermal numerical calculation of the thermal network for the complex mechanical system and the verification of the whole vehicle test for the results of the thermal calculation have been realized, then thermal optimization is done for wet axle heat equilibrium. Theory and experiment results indicate that heat accumulation in wet hub and heat disequilibrium of different parts are severe especially under efficient operating condition; thermal network calculation and optimization results verified by real vehicle experiment are true and valid. The research proves that high performance computer and high reliable wireless data transmission technology have promoted the optimization design of complex mechanical system.

Energy Autonomous Sensors and Microsystems

One of the popular methods to measure atmospheric quasi-static electric field is by using rotating-vane electric field mill (REFM) sensor. By observing electric fields strength in atmosphere, occasion of lightning incident can be forecasted. This paper proposes an integration of REFM with an online wireless data monitoring system for long distance observation and data collection. This method reduces system costs by removing the computer and data logger on-site. Furthermore, it reduces the required man-hour to gather data from the REFM. The development includes hardware and software design in order to improve efficiency the atmospheric electric field measurement system. The contribution of this paper is the design of the electronic circuit which converts the ac signal from the REFM sensor to dc signal and then correlates the signal to the electric field strength in the vicinity. Subsequently the information is transmitted via a wireless data transmission system, using the Global System Mobile Communication (GSM) network. Using the proposed method, all the data from sensors can be observed and analyse immediately from any location.

Due to the electrically small antenna of wireless sensor in automotive tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), wireless transmission efficiency of TPMS is low. To increase the wireless transmission efficiency of TPMS system, a wheel antenna is proposed in this paper. The wheel antenna consists of a valve and a wheel. The three-dimensional electromagnetic (3D EM) simulation model of the wheel antenna is presented. The simulation results are used for the design of wheel antenna matching circuit and the determination of wireless sensor input power. To evaluate wireless transmission performance, the test methods of received power and wireless data transmission are used. The vehicle-carrying test results show that the TPMS with the wheel antenna has a better performance than the previous TPMS system with a dynamic antenna.
