Abstract

In this paper, a novel semi-supervised subtractive clustering method using pair wise constraints is proposed. Because the traditional subtractive clustering method cannot obtain the better clustering accuracies, some pair wise constraints regarded as supervised information are applied to aiding the process of the traditional subtractive clustering. Experimental results show that the new presented semi-supervised clustering method can improve the clustering performance significantly compared to the unsupervised subtractive clustering.
