Abstract

The proliferation of LTE networks hasincreased vulnerabilities to unauthorizedcommunication and security breaches, necessitatingcontrolled signal suppression in sensitive areas. Existingstudies on LTE jamming and detection often focus onselective interference, reinforcement learning-baseddetection, or data-driven anomaly analysis, yet they arelimited by support for only LTE, computationalcomplexity, environment-specific deployment, ordependency on KPI availability. The present studyimplements a 4G signal jammer using an oscillator forprecise LTE carrier generation, a noise generator toproduce broadband interference, an RF amplifier forstable output, and an omnidirectional antenna foruniform coverage. Field evaluation demonstratedcomplete connectivity loss within a 12-meter radius, a41 dB reduction in RSSI, and harmonic suppressiongreater than 38 dB, outperforming previous approachesthat either lacked controlled coverage or producedpartial disruption. Results confirm reliable and uniformjamming performance, validating the system’sapplicability for controlled environments such asexamination halls, research laboratories, and securefacilities.
