An Intelligent Energy-Saving Service System

The Open Services Gateway Initiative (OSGi) attempts to meet the ubiquitous computing environment by providing a managed, extensible framework to connect various devices in a local network such as in a home, office, or automobile. By defining a standard execution environment and service interface, the OSGi promotes the dynamic discovery and collaboration of devices and services from different sources. The OSGi offers a unique opportunity for ubiquitous computing as a potential framework for achieving interoperability between various sensors, home appliances, and networked devices. The OSGi framework supports a remote installation of a bundle, which is a unit that installs and deploys services. However, in order for the service in execution to move, a specific form of bundle such a mobile service manager is needed, one which is able to move through a heterogeneous network.This paper proposes a method that can manage bundles for supporting dynamic service’s mobility between frameworks, in order to ensure the mobility of services in a multiple the OSGi framework environment. For our purposes, we have designed the mobile service management system for managing the lifecycle of the bundle and for the mobility of services in the OSGi framework. The mobile service management system we are proposing implements a bundle form which can perform in an OSGi framework as well as manage the mobile services. As a result, mobility in a ubiquitous computing environment will be supported more efficiently.

With the rapid development of mobile devices and Internet services, managing home security with these devices and services is gaining popularity. To expand the range of usability of conventional home surveillance cameras, we propose the UPnP-based Surveillance Camera System (USCS), which employs UPnP technology to search, control, and manage IP-based cameras. With UPnP, interconnected equipment and the control network inside the home can be accessed for data sharing, communication, and entertainment. However, the current UPnP was originally designed for local networks. Therefore, we integrated the UPnP control module into the Open Service Gateway Initiative (OSGi) framework to access UPnP services from a remote network. The control point is an external network that can access the UPnP device, which is hosted in a home area network via USCS. Our system showed improved searching, management, discovery, and manipulation of IP-based cameras in a home network using our system, compared to a conventional system. Users can use a mobile device to monitor the home security status in real time by a remote access function provided by OSGi. Hence, users can monitor their homes more efficiently and instantly, ensuring the safety of house members and the property.

Due to the shift from software-as-a-product (SaaP) to software-as-a-service (SaaS), software components that were developed to run in a single address space must increasingly be accessed remotely across the network. Distribution middleware is frequently used to facilitate this transition. Yet a range of middleware platforms exist, and there are few existing guidelines to help the programmer choose an appropriate middleware platform to achieve desired goals for performance, expressiveness, and reliability. To address this limitation, in this paper we describe a case study of transitioning an Open Service Gateway Initiative (OSGi) service from local to remote access. Our case study compares five remote versions of this service, constructed using different distribution middleware platforms. These platforms are implemented by widely-used commercial technologies or have been proposed as improvements on the state of the art. In particular, we implemented a service-oriented version of our own Remote Batch Invocation abstraction. We compare and contrast these implementations in terms of their respective performance, expressiveness, and reliability. Our results can help remote service programmers make informed decisions when choosing middleware platforms for their applications.

Voice technology is one of the important contents to improve the intelligence and humanization of tourism service system. Combining voice technology, the paper concentrates on application needs and the composition of system to present an overall intelligent tourism service system's framework consisting of presentation layer, Web services layer, and tourism application service layer. On the basis, the paper further elaborated the implementation of the system and its key technologies, including intelligent voice interactive technology, seamless integration technology of multiple data sources, location-perception-based guides' services technology, and tourism safety control technology. Finally, according to the situation of Nanjing tourism, a prototype of Tourism Services System is realized.

Due to an increase in home appliances (HAs) the overall power consumption in home tends to grow and leads an increasing risk of losing stability. In this paper, we propose a system model for smart homes to control maximum power consumption by HAs based on HA priority. The proposed system consists of smart electric sensors (SESs), power provisioning controller (PPC) and HAs. The role of PPC is to gather ON/OFF status from each HA and instantaneous consuming power level from SES, and to send control signal back to each HA. After gathering information, along with HA priority, computes a final target power level for each HA is not a hard task. However, when ON/OFF status of HAs change, we may need to reassign an amount of consuming power from one HA to another, and the transient behavior due to such reassignment of power is not simple. This paper proposes a system to control the maximum total power consumption in detailed transient behavior considering heterogeneous HAs with different time constants. In order to guarantee the maximum power limit, we will compute the remaining power, and reassign it to HAs as their temporal target power levels. Simulation results show the effectiveness of our system in managing maximum power consumption.

Background and Purpose: In recent years, people pay more and more attention to physical health. As the epidemic continues to affect people’s life and bring certain restrictions to people’s travel, home fitness has become a new trend. Since there is no trainer to participate in home fitness in real time, the standardization, consistency and standard of movements need to be corrected and adjusted for bodybuilders. How to enhance the service experience of bodybuilders in the exercise process of mobile apps? After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of intelligent fitness products at the present stage, and finding the development direction of intelligent fitness products in the future is the part of this paper. By improving the intelligent fitness product service system to improve users’ fitness experience, aiming at the comparative experience of several fitness apps and discovering problems, the problems and innovation points to be explored at the current stage of fitness APP are explored through user research, and the problems are put into the user journey map to compare the improved APP. To ensure the standardization, consistency and standardization of users’ movements in the process of fitness, and to provide users with various and more perfect home fitness experience and improve the service system of fitness APP.Methods: Users’ behavioral process and experience changes were studied by using the user journey map method, and users’ evaluation in the experience of fitness was analyzed by Using KANO model. The user journey map can accurately locate the state changes of users in the service system, and find out the positioning of intelligent fitness products through psychological state, behavior, contact points and other parts. KANO model can more carefully analyze the functional attributes and user satisfaction of each intelligent fitness product. Through user demand classification and importance analysis, it is found that by comparing the similarities and differences between the two attributes of intelligent fitness products, it can find the attributes that need to be improved and innovative at the present stage. Through two methods to find out the intelligent fitness products service system needs to be improved and the needs of users.Results: According to the user evaluation of a series of intelligent fitness products, users pay special attention to the effectiveness, accuracy, standard movement and the effect of their own fitness. Fitness effectiveness has focused on fitness in the process of interactive, accuracy is mainly aimed at the user action and power whether standard, consistent, to ensure the safety of users fitness effect and fitness, how to through the establishment of intelligent fitness service system is to establish the accuracy of the connection between the product and user interaction process and an important point of perfect service system. Establishing a more perfect user feedback system can improve the quality of service and enhance user fitness experience. Through the investigation of users with different fitness needs, the main problem reflected in the user experience flow chart is how to find the most accurate fitness mode for users, and how to reduce the application time of users to fitness APP to reduce the time cost of fitness standards. Finally, user demand analysis of KANO model and user service process analysis of user journey map are combined to find user demand points and innovation points in the process of fitness service. Not only should we consider the user’s physical strength and attention consumption during the exercise process, but also help users relieve fatigue and establish good fitness habits after the exercise.Conclusion: At present, online fitness has been able to meet the basic needs of users in the fitness process. How to improve the quality of users’ online fitness, increase user engagement, ensure the safety, quality and user experience of the fitness process, and establish a more perfect intelligent fitness service system are the innovation points to be explored in the future intelligent fitness. Through the analysis of user fitness process by KANO model and user journey map, it is found that intelligent fitness products lack interaction with users at the present stage, the problem of mismatching with users’ fitness environment in the process of use, and the lack of consistency of users’ actions and forces. In the future, intelligent fitness products should focus on the establishment of a perfect fitness service system, through virtual reality technology, big data and other new technologies to accurately explore user touch points, improve user fitness experience. In order to improve the intelligence of the e‐commerce online intelligent customer service system, this paper proposes a deep rejection recognition algorithm based on the maximum interval squared hinge loss and combines the actual needs of the e‐commerce online customer service system to build an intelligent customer service system with the support of the fuzzy control system. Moreover, this article chooses to build a domain ontology library for structured storage of domain knowledge needed by customer service chatbots. In addition, this article analyzes the dialogue structure based on the speech act model and combines the semantic vector model of the question sentence on the basis of the dialogue structure to understand the question sentence, which helps to improve the accuracy of the answer feedback of the Internet shopping customer service robot. Finally, this article designs experiments to verify the performance of the online customer service system constructed in this article and analyzes the experimental results through statistical methods. The experimental results show that the online intelligent customer service system constructed in this paper has certain practical effects.

With the rise of e-commerce and the rapid development of Express business, express cabinets have become a basic facility to solve the asymmetry of time between consignees and courier. In 2018, Qingdao, China has included express cabinets in social public service facilities. But the standard of express cabinet facilities is not uniform. This article investigates the existing intelligent express cabinet brands in the market, establish the usability evaluation indicators of the intelligent express cabinet service system; then build a System Usability Scale, analysis the data of the SUS to establish a preliminary standard for the availability of the intelligent express cabinet service system. Finally, starting from the service design concept, optimize the intelligent express cabinet service system, which is mainly used for the “last mile” delivery service.

While the widespread adoption of intelligent customer service systems has significantly boosted service efficiency, the persistent surge in complaints has revealed notable service failure challenges. This study addresses the shortcomings of current analytical approaches, which suffer from inefficiency and high subjectivity. To surmount these obstacles, we utilized the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic model to perform a thorough analysis of 1,247 genuine complaint texts. By means of dual assessment using the perplexity metric and coherence score, we determined that the optimal number of topics is three. We pinpointed three primary issues: functional failure, procedural failure, and emotional failure, which account for 42%, 35%, and 23% of the total, respectively. Our research uncovers that the root causes of intelligent customer service failures lie in the discrepancy between technological capabilities and user expectations, the clash between cost-cutting and efficiency-enhancement measures versus service quality, as well as a bias in system design that favors efficiency over a user-centric approach. Drawing on these insights, this paper puts forward tailored improvement strategies, including enriching the knowledge base, streamlining the process for escalating to human support, and integrating sentiment analysis capabilities. These strategies aim to furnish enterprises with a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for refining their intelligent customer service systems.

This paper focuses on the application of large language models (LLM) in intelligent customer service and personalized recommendation in e-commerce. By constructing an intelligent customer service system that integrates retrieval-enhanced generation (RAG) and domain fine-tuning, as well as a personalized recommendation framework based on semantic understanding, the paper systematically explores the mechanism by which LLM enhances the quality of e-commerce services. Experimental results show that, compared with traditional methods, the accuracy of intent recognition in intelligent customer service based on LLM has increased by 23.6%, and user satisfaction has reached 91.2%; the NDCG@10 indicator of personalized recommendation has increased by 18.3%, and the satisfaction of recommendation explanations has increased by 32.5%. The research confirms that LLM can effectively address issues such as semantic understanding deviations and insufficient recommendation adaptability in e-commerce services, providing theoretical and practical references for the construction of a collaborative intelligent e-commerce service system.

The online customer service system plays an important role in the network marketing. The overall framework and architecture of the intelligent customer service system based on FreeSWITCH framework is designed and developed, which consists of front-end module, a server module and the intelligent customer service module. In order to work with offline customer service data, the intelligent customer service(ICS) model is developed based on combined Esim model and Xgboost model. Finally, the effectiveness of the model and system proposed in this paper is validated through performance test.

Speech recognition technology, commonly referred to as automatic speech recognition (ASR), converts the vocabulary information contained in human speech into structured input that computers, such as text commands, can process. Intelligent customer service is an automated response system built using natural language processing, deep learning, and knowledge processing technologies, capable of operating 24/7 and handling multiple user requests simultaneously. Integrating ASR capabilities into such systems enables users to interact with the system via natural speech rather than traditional keypad input, thereby enhancing service accessibility and automation levels. This paper explores the application of speech recognition technology in intelligent customer service systems, aiming to provide a clear practical framework for developing more efficient and user-friendly intelligent service systems.

With the acceleration of digital construction by power supply enterprises, intelligent customer service systems have gradually become an important auxiliary tool for improving service quality and efficiency. This article studies the system design structure, semantic recognition mechanism, and functional collaboration process, and analyzes its operational performance and optimization process. From the aspects of service response logic, semantic model parsing ability, and module interaction efficiency, this article summarizes the important role played by intelligent customer service systems in digital transformation and the shortcomings in their development and proposes effective optimization measures. This indicates that the system has practical value in improving communication experience, reducing processing latency, and enhancing business linkage.

In most existing remote-control services for smart home appliances, a controller outside the home network can be used to control these appliances in the home network using a remote-control support server installed on the Internet. However, if the service provider ends the service, a user cannot control these appliances from outside the home. In this paper, we propose a secure end-to-end remote-control system based on NTMobile which is a technology to achieve NAT traversal and end-to-end encrypted communication. With the proposed system, the operating android device can remotely control the smart appliances existing in the house from outside the house safely and securely without requiring a manufacturer’s remote-control server in the existing service. As a result of the operation verification and performance evaluation of the proposed system in the mobile Internet environment, we confirmed that the devices compatible with ECHONET Lite, which is a communication standard for controlling smart home appliances and residential equipments from inside the house, installed under the NAT router can be directly controlled from outside the house within the timeout time specified by the ECHONET Lite specification.

Digital home application market shifts just about every month. This means risk for developers struggling to adapt their applications to several platforms and marketplaces while changing how people experience and use their TVs, smartphones and tablets. New ubiquitous and context-aware experiences through interactive 3D applications on these devices engage users to interact with virtual applications with complex 3D scenes. Interactive 3D applications are boosted by emerging standards such as HTML5 and WebGL removing limitations, and transforming the Web into a real application framework to tackle interoperability over the heterogeneous digital home platforms. Developers can apply their knowledge of web-based solutions to design digital home applications, removing learning curve barriers related to platform-specific APIs. However, constraints to render complex 3D environments are still present especially in home media devices. This paper provides a state-of-the-art survey of current capabilities and limitations of the digital home devices and describes a latency-driven system design based on hybrid remote and local rendering architecture, enhancing the interactive experience of 3D graphics on these thin devices. It supports interactive navigation of high complexity 3D scenes while provides an interoperable solution that can be deployed over the wide digital home device landscape.
