Application of Wireless Sensor Network Computer Technology in Financial Management System

This study focuses on the Development of Financial Management Information Systems in Educational Institutions: Strategy and Implementation. Financial management information systems play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and control of educational quality, both financially and physically, especially in fulfilling the infrastructure required to support educational quality. The success of an educational institution largely depends on the effectiveness and efficiency of financial management that supports the achievement of educational goals. This study uses a literature review method to analyze various strategies and practices for implementing financial management information systems in elementary educational institutions. The results show that the use of an integrated financial management information system can enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency in financial management within educational institutions. The proper development and implementation of this system have great potential in supporting the overall improvement of educational quality.

The development of information technology requires that financial management information system of colleges and universities should adapt to the needs of IT development. This paper gives an analysis to the current situation of financial management system in colleges and universities, and proposes several basic strategies for establishment and perfection of financial management information system in colleges and universities in allusion to bottleneck problems


 School financial data processing if done manually then the result is less effective. So required financial information management information system to improve the quality of service to students and accelerate the performance of employees in school. It is expected that this system can improve the performance of employees or teachers in school including chairman institutionalized in making decisions. The purpose of this study is to make school financial management information system designed and built by using PHP programming language and MySQL database so that it can process the school finance data such as tuition fee payment and making financial reports done efficiently and effectively. In this study, the author uses two methods, namely data collection methods and methods of system development. For data collection method, we use three way, that is observation, interview and study of library for development of system method used by writer that is incremental method having 5 stages, that is communication, planning, modeling, construction, deployment.

Administrative and financial information systems are one of the most widely applied information technologies to facilitate the management of various data into information. TK-IT Permata Hati Sumberrejo still uses manual methods to manage data student, teacher, and staff data as well as recap payment. Data processing is using Microsoft Excel, which results in time-consuming when entering data and when re-doing data correction before reported. This system was developed aiming to help data and financial management to be more effective and efficient. The information from the data entered can be conveyed properly. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a web-based administrative and financial management information system using PHP programming language with Laravel framework. This system designed using the waterfall method. Then the system will be evaluated using the Black Box and User Acceptance Test. The results of this study are an information system with various features that can be used to manage student, teacher, and staff data, as well as to manage recap payments of tuition fees, POMG, uniforms, and activities. The results of the system testing by the Principal, Treasurer, Administrative, and Admin staff can be concluded that the system is running well and meets the needs of the school.

The development of cloud computing technology provides a new option for construction of group company financial management information system. It can complete make up the shortages of traditional financial management mode through application of cloud computing technology. This paper brings forward the applicable scheme of private cloud technology on the construction of group company financial management information system based on private cloud service platform, and creates the overall architecture of new model of group company financial management information system. We hope that the construction progress of group company financial management information system can be pushed forward by this research.

Mrs. Nyoman Mekawati, a skilled seamstress who operates in the Saba Village area, Gianyar Regency. He has been in this business for approximately three years. During this period there were several obstacles, one of which was regarding the management of fabric stocks. The fabric stock owned is placed in boxes or sacks. When they receive an order, partners sometimes buy more fabric but it turns out there is still fabric stock that can be used. Sometimes partners forget to buy the fabric at the same price and charge the same price for fabrics of different prices. The aim of this service activity is to create a website-based goods and financial management information system owned by Meka Tailor. Furthermore, website training on goods and financial management was held for tailor businesses. From the service activities carried out, a website-based goods and financial management information system has been successfully built and can help partners in managing stock of goods and also monitoring their business finances. Partners also feel helped by the system that was built along with training in using the system.

This paper starts from the research status of financial information management system, and analyzes the related technologies involved in the system, including system development technology and architecture, database technology, Java technology, etc. Firstly, the concept and definition of abnormal data is proposed, and the structure of data existence is defined by the description of "objects and attributes". Then, the concept of similarity between theoretical distribution and attribute data distribution is proposed and analyzed, and the similarity solution algorithm of attribute data distribution is established, as a business person who actually prepares departmental budgets, I used the software of departmental budgeting, and according to the business of departmental budgeting, I used three softwares: departmental budget, basic information database, and special database. The requirements, overall design and detailed design scheme were studied.

The study is aimed at recognizing the impact of implementation of non-cash transactions, accountability and legal policies of regional financial management information systems on regional financial management in the district of barito. It is a quantitative study, that is, by the presentation of research with Numbers that are then explained and interpreted in a description to test hypotheses. The data used in this study is the primary data gleaned from the responders filling out questionnaires. Tools used in the study use descriptive and linear regression statistics. Based on analysis, it is known that :1) implementation of non-cash transactions has a positive and significant impact on financial management in the opd in south Barito county's environment 2) accountability has a positive and significant impact on the regional finance management of the opd in the south Barito government's environment. 3) the legal policies of the region's financial management system affect the management of blood money on the opd in the south of Barito county's administration.4) simultaneously implementation of non-cash transactions, accountability and legal policies of the region's financial management systems are both positive and significant to the management of regional finances in the area of Barito Selatan

The purpose of this study is to investigate how organizational culture, human resource competency, and financial management information system variables affect the financial reporting responsibility of village governments. Using a straightforward random sample method, 65 villages from the two districts made up the sample. The data from this study were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The outcomes demonstrated that Human resource competency, organizational culture, and financial management information systems—the three differentiators in the two districts—have a major positive impact on accountability when it comes to creating village government financial reports in Tabanan Regency. In Badung Regency, on the other hand, organizational culture has little bearing because work cultures vary throughout village governments. Local culture serves as the foundation for organizational culture in the Tabanan regency, whereas organizational culture in the Badung regency is examined and implemented differently, suggesting that no organizational culture type is better than any other. This implies that depending on how and when organizational goals are to be achieved, all types can work together and in tandem with one another.

The article is devoted to the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on financial management system, efficiency and feasibility of introducing mechanisms, technologies and programs based on artificial intelligence into the work of a financial structure. It describes the essence of artificial intelligence and its features. The article uses the following research methods: analysis, synthesis, observation, measurement, comparison, financial analysis, as well as data processing and interpretation. The relevance and scientific novelty of research consists in the analysis and determination of the relationship between the key performance indicators of financial management and the use of mechanisms, technologies and programs based on artificial intelligence; identification of the degree of influence of technologies based on artificial intelligence on the effectiveness of the financial management system of commercial organizations. A scientific research on the influence of AI on the financial management system in a commercial organization is conducted using the example of PJSC Magnit, the largest retail chain of stores founded in Krasnodar. The data for the study were taken from the official website of the organization and from the financial and non-financial reports and documents provided therein. The degree of digitalization of the company, the systems used based on artificial intelligence are studied, and the work of the company’s financial management system is analyzed. The efficiency of the financial system is studied, the indicators related to the company’s financial management system are analyzed. The relationship between investments in the creation of IT departments, AI systems and their use in the financial system with the company’s financial indicators is revealed. A conclusion is made about the positive impact of the implementation of mechanisms using artificial intelligence in the work of the financial management system to achieve its goals and maintain competitiveness. The measures are suggested for commercial organizations on the methods and forms of the use of artificial intelligence system.

This article identifies a number of critical factors that have contributed to the successful implementation of a public financial management information system in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). The information system, funded by USAID and implemented by Emerging Markets Group from 1999 to 2004, has revolutionised accounting practices and has contributed to a more transparent and effective public sector. This article describes the project's context and purpose, its main features, challenges and obstacles. It continues by outlining the critical success factors that have contributed to the success of the project in a challenging environment. The project was implemented in a rather unique environment since it was initiated not long after the end of the civil war and the creation of the Republic of BiH. The Republic of BiH inherited the former socialist Yugoslavian payment systems. There were no adequate public financial management systems in place, and the project team could essentially start from scratch. The project team designed and implemented an accrual accounting system, and unlike the situation in many countries, relieved the government from having to transform their financial management system from cash‐based accounting to accrual accounting. The majority of traditional finance management in colleges and universities is manual. This backward management mode brings a lot of inconvenience to financial processing. An essential concern in the daily financial administration of colleges and universities is how to efficiently gather, handle, and evaluate this important financial information and apply this beneficial knowledge to the daily management of colleges and universities. College and university finance administration has become increasingly complex due to the rapid growth of these institutions. The standard financial accounting management system is far from adequate for the daily needs of colleges and universities as their size grows. As a result, a new financial accounting management system for universities is being developed based on the combination of big data and blockchain data. The embedded processor, DDR2 memory chip, network interface, and USB interface are all designed by the hardware section. The software element examines the needs of university financial accounting management before designing a model based on big data and blockchain integration for university financial accounting management. Finally, the financial accounting management function module and database are designed and tested. The experimental results show that the designed financial accounting management system can effectively carry out financial management, has good performance, and has certain application value.

Background: Municipalities in South Africa are currently grappling with the introduction of Integrated Financial Management Information Systems (IFMIS) to improve financial management. Integrated Financial Management Information Systems have been found to be an important tool for economic growth and development by ensuring that municipalities have appropriate management of public resources with the goal of enhancing service delivery to the citizens. Integrated Financial Management Information Systems have been introduced in municipalities in South Africa; however, they have not widespread been used. Previous research mentions wide-range bottlenecks for the acceptance of new technology in government departments, among which are insufficient attention to change management process and acceptance by intended end-users. Objective: This research study focused on the post-implementation evaluation of IFMIS in municipalities, as well as challenges affecting the implementation of IFMIS. The aim was to establish areas of improvement in the implementation of IFMIS. Method: Three stages (unfreezing, change and refreezing) and eight steps for successful change management were used as theoretical background to investigate this study. The study employed a qualitative approach and case study research strategy underpinned by the interpretivist philosophical paradigm. The study was performed in five municipalities of the Western Cape province, Republic of South Africa. Interviews were conducted using 16 end-users who were assigned to use IFMIS for work purposes; and specifically, three end-users were interviewed in each of the five municipalities. Deductive thematic analysis was used to analyse the factors affecting change management in the implementation of IFMIS. Results: Findings show that the implementation of IFMIS in municipalities was a top-down approach that encompasses a linear process where systems were implemented by external vendors, and then introduced to end-users afterwards. The study revealed that end-users were not involved in the implementation, and also that there are challenges affecting system use because of non-involvement of end-users during system implementation. Conclusion: Implementation should be a user-oriented process, thus resulting in resistance to systems use. End-users should be part of the implementation process and their recommendations should be incorporated in the implementation process because people are more likely to accept the forthcoming change if they know what to expect.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of management information system in the financial institution. Data were distributed to the managers in financial areas ranging from middle to top management level in Cimahi. The respondents in this study are 49 people. This study uses a quantitative and descriptive approach. The method used is an associative method. Data analysis uses regression analysis model. The unit of analysis in this study is the financial manager in the village and sub-district of Cimahi. Financial managers at the top level and middle level interact directly in the utilization of information technology. The data testing is done through validity test with Spearman Rank correlation coefficient and reliability tests with Cronbach Alpha coefficient. As for descriptive data analysis, multiple regression analysis was used. The results showed that the sophistication of the technology, manager’s knowledge, and participation affect the effectiveness of implementation of financial management information system. The problem that needs to be corrected is the technology that is still inadequate to produce accurate and relevant information.

Effective public financial management (PFM) systems rely on robust audit trails and transparent reporting mechanisms to ensure accountability, detect irregularities, and maintain institutional integrity. Across emerging economies, however, weaknesses in audit documentation, inadequate financial disclosure, and poor internal control practices continue to undermine fiscal responsibility and erode public trust. This study empirically examines the interrelationship between audit trails, financial transparency, and internal control effectiveness within public financial management systems across Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana. Using a quantitative cross-sectional design, data were collected from 420 respondents drawn from ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs) in the three countries. Structured questionnaires measured audit trail quality, transparency indicators, and internal control performance, while regression analysis determined the predictive influence of audit trails and transparency on control effectiveness. Results revealed that audit trails and financial transparency jointly explained 52 percent of the variance in internal control effectiveness across the sample. Organizations with comprehensive audit documentation, digitized transaction records, and timely financial disclosure exhibited significantly higher control scores than those relying on manual or fragmented systems. Among the three countries, Kenya demonstrated the strongest correlation between digital audit trail integrity and control performance (r = 0.72, p< 0.01), reflecting the impact of its integrated financial management information system (IFMIS). Conversely, Nigerian institutions showed relatively weaker associations, attributed to low automation and irregular financial reporting. Regression results further indicated that audit trail strength (β = 0.46, p< 0.001) and financial transparency (β = 0.33, p< 0.001) are significant predictors of internal control effectiveness. The findings emphasize that strengthening audit trails through digital integration, regular reconciliation, and secure data archiving enhances not only accountability but also operational control within PFM systems. Financial transparency acts as a reinforcing mechanism that promotes compliance, mitigates corruption risk, and builds stakeholder confidence. The study concludes that institutionalizing real-time audit documentation and open financial disclosure practices are indispensable for effective internal control and fiscal governance in developing economies. Policy recommendations include investment in audit automation, capacity building for internal auditors, and mandatory disclosure frameworks aligned with international public sector accounting standards.
