With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the field of education has ushered in new opportunities and challenges. Especially in college English teaching, the application of AI provides new possibilities for improving the teaching effect. This paper aims to explore how to effectively improve the quality of college English teaching in the context of AI. By analyzing the current situation and problems in college English teaching and combining them with the development of AI technology, this paper puts forward corresponding strategies and schemes, aiming to provide reference for college English teaching.

With the gradual maturity of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, it is urgent to change and innovate the traditional media communication paradigm. Current research and application areas include language processing, image recognition, AI systems, intelligent video technology, and text recognition. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, it is used in all walks of life in society. All sectors of society have also set off the exploration and application of artificial intelligence. In the field of news communication, artificial intelligence technology brings opportunities and challenges to the news industry in publishing news content forms and organizations. Exploring the new development trends and countermeasures of the news industry in the era of artificial intelligence has become a key topic for the news communication industry and academia. With the support of the huge communication network, the information transmission of short video news is more abundant. While people obtain information, it can also enhance the interactivity of the news. In a fast-paced society, short video news is undoubtedly closer to life. However, due to some reasons, human factors lead to incomplete access to information. In this paper, an intelligent neural network is proposed to be applied to an intelligent robot or intelligent system so that it can better obtain information to edit short video news and disseminate it, and compare it with the existing such machines or systems on the market today. This paper analyzes the development of short video news dissemination based on artificial intelligence and proposes improvement strategies based on specific examples.

Modern science network technology and artificial intelligence have achieved rapid development in a short period of time, and have become the most critical scientific and technological elements of the contemporary era. With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology, information technology teaching has also ushered in new opportunities and challenges. How to carry out effective information technology teaching research under the background of artificial intelligence is one of the topics that need to be deeply discussed in the current education field. On the one hand, the development of artificial intelligence technology provides more possibilities and means for information technology teaching. On the other hand, the development of artificial intelligence technology has also brought new challenges to information technology teaching. This paper takes artificial intelligence as the background, analyzes the influence of artificial intelligence on information technology education, and expounds the teaching application of information technology under the background of artificial intelligence.

As a disruptive technology, artificial intelligence has affected global economic development on multiple levels. With the widespread application of artificial intelligence technology in various industries, the market demand for artificial intelligence technology and applications continues to grow, providing college students with opportunities to participate in emerging industries. College students can create new products and services and achieve technological innovation with the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology. This paper adopts the method of literature review, and combines the existing artificial intelligence background to explore the possibility of using artificial intelligence as an auxiliary tool for cultivating college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability. Combining cutting-edge theories with a variety of practical explorations, this paper finally forms a set of methodologies for computer and electronic engineering college students to complete learning and entrepreneurial practice through artificial intelligence in the stage of university education.

Amidst the tremendous evolution of the digital economy and the expedited establishment of a new development paradigm, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies holds significant importance in achieving superior economic development. While much of the previous research focused on the macroeconomic impact of AI, this study examined how AI technology affects food processing firm performance, productivity, and labor skill structure at the food processing firm level. This study utilized panel data from listed food processing enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen spanning from 2010 to 2021, performing textual analysis on the annual reports of listed companies and then creating enterprise-level AI indicators to empirically examine the influence of AI applications on enterprise performance and its underlying mechanisms. The findings indicate a substantial improvement in business performance due to the application of artificial intelligence, which is a conclusion corroborated through a series of stability tests. Exploring channels and mechanisms, the analysis revealed that AI-driven advancements in production technologies stimulated the requirement for highly skilled labor, thereby inducing shifts in the labor force’s structure. Further investigation demonstrated that artificial intelligence contributed to enhancing the total factor productivity, consequently bolstering the overall enterprise performance. A heterogeneity analysis showed that firm-level factors, such as the nature of property rights and factor intensity, had an impact on the influence of AI on firm performance. In addition, the geographic location and time of year of a company also had impacts on the productivity benefits of artificial intelligence. This research deepened the cognition and understanding of the role played by AI in the production process at the micro-enterprise level and provided suggestions for promoting the development of artificial intelligence technologies at the micro-enterprise level, which will facilitate the transformation of the labor structure to further augment enterprise efficiency.

The deep application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has gradually permeated all aspects of social life, moving beyond a mere technological tool. The infringement of legal interests caused by AI entities is becoming increasingly prominent, posing a crucial issue for criminal law to address. This paper focuses on the attribution and liability for infringements of legal interests by AI entities. It defines the legal connotation of AI entities, distinguishes the legal attributes of weak and strong AI, categorizes the forms of infringement, and summarizes their core characteristics. Based on this, it analyzes the current challenges in criminal liability attribution, including disputes over the determination of the subject's qualifications, difficulties in determining causality, obstacles to the application of traditional attribution principles, and lagging criminal legislation. To address these issues, this paper proposes constructing a hierarchical and progressive system of responsible parties, clarifying the responsibilities of developers, users, and regulators; establishing a causal proof mechanism centered on algorithm tracing, and improving the rules for liability sharing in cases of multiple causes leading to a single effect; and constructing an internal governance path through optimized criminal legislation and improved judicial application, combined with the prioritization of civil liability and supplementary insurance and fund systems to build a multi-governance system. The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical pathways for the criminal regulation of infringements of legal interests by AI entities, achieving a balance between the development of AI technology and the protection of criminal law.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an area of ​​research driven by innovation and development that culminates in computers, machines with human-like intelligence characterized by cognitive ability, learnability, adaptability and decision-making ability. The study found that AI is widely adopted and used in education, especially by educational institutions, in various forms. This article reviewed articles by various scientists from different countries. The paper discusses the prospects for the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies in education and in everyday life. The history of the development of artificial intelligence is described, technologies of machine learning and neural networks are analyzed. An overview of already implemented projects for the use of artificial intelligence is given, a forecast of the most promising, according to the authors, directions for the development of artificial intelligence technologies for the next period is given. This article provides an analysis of how educational research is being transformed into an experimental science. AI is combined with the study of science into new ‘digital laboratories’, in which ownership of data, as well as power and authority in the production of educational knowledge, are redistributed between research complexes of computers and scientific knowledge.

The author shows that the present strategic rivalry between the People's Republic of China and the United States for gaining or maintaining global leadership is close to reaching the bifurcation point. This process will be particularly dynamic in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Both countries recognize that it is crucial for gaining strategic dominance over the rival. This causes the accelerated development of AI technology and its increasing impact on economic, political and social processes. The coronavirus pandemic accelerated this process, becoming its strong catalyst. The US and the PRC dominated the competition to use the technological potential of AI. Their confrontation in this field is now entering the stage of a critical point of imbalance in the international system and is causing increasing pressure on the race in the development of military AI technologies, as well as the emergence of a new geopolitics based on the effective use of big data process and technological infrastructure. This can lead to a sudden breach of the bifurcation point - a global threat caused by the introduction of AI technologies into security structures that have not been tested under critical conditions. This can cause a sudden breakdown in the stability of systems and a transition to a self-organized world critical state.

The article is devoted to the study using a comprehensive system analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence on the principle of equality and adversarial nature of the parties in civil proceedings. It is noted that scientific and technological progress has opened up to humanity the knowledge of new possibilities of artificial intelligence and the «penetration» of the latter into all spheres of social life. The object of the study is the set of social relations that develop in the sphere of legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence in civil proceedings. The subject is theoretical provisions on artificial intelligence, features of its use in civil proceedings. The methodological basis of the work is laid down by general scientific methods: induction, synthesis, comparative law method, method of critical analysis; private law methods: comparative law, legal modeling and others. The emergence of artificial intelligence gives rise to a number of problems of a general and special nature. Today, at the level of the current civil legislation of Ukraine and the regulatory legal acts of the European Union, there are not enough legal norms that would properly regulate social relations related to artificial intelligence. It is indicated that the use of artificial intelligence can speed up judicial processes, improve access to justice and reduce the influence of the human factor on judicial decisions. Current trends, problems and prospects related to the use of artificial intelligence in the legal system are considered. The legal, ethical and social aspects of involving artificial intelligence in civil proceedings are analyzed. Attention is drawn to the potential risks of using artificial intelligence in civil proceedings. Proceedings by category of cases, where the key point for making a decision is checking compliance with formal requirements, take up a significant amount of time for judges, which affects the quality of consideration of other categories of cases. This requires a deep analysis of factual and legal circumstances, therefore, the consideration of issues related to the possibility of using artificial intelligence is very relevant. The article offers recommendations for the further development of artificial intelligence technology in civil proceedings.

The development of Artificial Intelligence technology can be used to speed up the process of resolving disputes in Islamic law, especially its use in resolving inheritance disputes. Artificial Intelligence technology has emerged as a potential tool for accelerating and increasing the efficiency of resolving disputes over Islamic inheritance. This article aims to analyze the use of Artificial Intelligence technology in accelerating the settlement of inheritance disputes in Islamic family law, policy formulations for the use of Artificial Intelligence technology in accelerating the settlement of inheritance disputes, and Opportunities and challenges of using Artificial Intelligence technology in accelerating the settlement of inheritance disputes in Islamic law in the era of the ASEAN community 5.0. This research method is juridical-normative through a conceptual approach. The data used is secondary data collected through library research. The results of this study indicate that the use of Artificial Intelligence in resolving Islamic inheritance disputes can assist the process of resolving inheritance disputes by automating several tasks, accelerating decision-making, and reducing costs. Artificial Intelligence technology can provide many benefits if it is implemented carefully and by prevailing Islamic principles, and the use of AI technology in the settlement of inheritance disputes in Islamic law in the era of the ASEAN Community 5.0 offers great opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy. However, the use of Artificial Intelligence technology in resolving inheritance disputes also has several challenges.

A branch of computer science called artificial intelligence (AI) gives machines the ability to function well and understand complex data. Artificial intelligence research has significantly grown, and it is currently moving more quickly towards applications in education and healthcare. This study shows the potential and limitations of AI in terms of medical and pharmaceutical research. The literature was compiled using specific keywords and phrases such as "Artificial intelligence," "Pharmaceutical research," "drug discovery," "clinical trial," and "disease diagnosis" from sources like PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar in order to choose the research and review articles published within the last five years. This article carefully considered the application of AI in disease diagnostics, digital therapy, individualized treatment, drug discovery, and pandemic or epidemic forecasting. While wearable technology and natural language processing are used to identify patients and monitor the progress of clinical trials, deep learning and neural networks are the most well-known AI technologies. Bayesian nonparametric models are a sensible choice for clinical trial design. Using deep learning and neural networks, the spread of COVID-19, Zika, Ebola, and seasonal flu might all be predicted. According to the scientific community, the development of AI technology may result in more effective and fairly cost pharmaceutical and medical research as well as better public services.

With the emergence of GPT developed by the OPENAI team, artificial intelligence is in a thriving stage of development. This article aims to design and implement an intelligent data analysis platform based on artificial intelligence technology, expanding people's application of artificial intelligence through the integration of AI operation and data analysis. This platform has achieved cost reduction and efficiency improvement in data analysis. By importing the original dataset and inputting analysis requirements, AI can be called to generate visual charts and analysis conclusions. This research is expected to promote the development of artificial intelligence technology in the business field and provide new ideas and methods for software design.

The development of health service technology in the current era is swift. This development is both an opportunity and a threat to health technology in Indonesia. Artificial Intelligence is an exciting thing in this era (Digital Health Era) because it displays and provides convenience in digitalization. This research article aims to determine the attitudes of health workers regarding their intentions towards using AI in the world of work and to describe the attitudes of health workers towards AI. The health workers who were the sample for this study were health workers at hospitals in North Sulawesi. The method used in this research is quantitative description and qualitative with interviews. Cross-sectional data collection was done using questionnaires and interviews. This research shows that attitude (behavior/GAAIS) has a 53% influences intention to use (Intention to Use) AI. Health workers expressed quite positive views about the existence of AI, having high hopes that it could be used to make daily work easier. However, an important thing concerns them: AI cannot replace health workers regarding patient service because it does not have the human side, such as empathy, feelings, and direct service (touch). This research is expected to complement the literature on the development of AI technology, improve and enrich readers regarding AI and the world of health, and make the world of health and health workers more advanced and better, especially in digitalizing health

The article examines the essence, classifies and highlights the historical aspects of the development of artificial intelligence technologies, identifies the trends and outlines the prospects for using the potential of modern information technologies in various spheres of public life. It is substantiated that the application of the capabilities of artificial intelligence-based systems in accounting practice makes it possible to automate certain accounting operations, in particular, processing and analysis of large amounts of accounting information, verification of accounting data and detection of errors, prevention of fraud, and also saves material and human resources for accounting, and increases the efficiency of the accounting process in general. Despite the significant advantages of integrating artificial intelligence into the accounting process, it is established that the use of the intelligent information technologies has risks for the accounting industry, which are associated with the release of a significant number of jobs, insufficient confidentiality and security of accounting data, the complexity of implementing an intelligent accounting system, and the lack of regulatory regulation of the procedure for using artificial intelligence systems in the accounting process. It is determined that the potential of artificial intelligence-enabled systems is gradually being used in accounting and this process will only intensify due to the rapid development of information technology and the trend towards automation of business processes, but there is still no talk of full integration of artificial intelligence into accounting practice. In order to ensure widespread implementation of artificial intelligence in the field of accounting, the author proposes a set of measures which include cultivation of a positive attitude towards intelligent information technologies, development of a national policy and strategy for implementation of artificial intelligence systems, professional development of practitioners, and development of information systems for automation of accounting based on artificial intelligence technologies.

The increasing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in inventive processes raises numerous patent law issues, including whether AI can be an inventor under law and who owns the AI‐generated inventions. The UK Supreme Court decision in Thaler v Comptroller of Patents, Designs and Trademarks has provided an ultimate answer to this question: AI cannot be an inventor for the purposes of patent law. This note argues, first, that while such a human‐centric approach to inventorship might discourage the use and development of AI technologies with autonomous invention capabilities, it will help retain an active human involvement in technologically supported inventive processes and continuously foster human ingenuity. Second, despite the Court focusing on what patent law is and not on what the law should be, the decision will be influential in the ongoing discussions on the future of patent law and will make it more difficult to expand patent law to incorporate non‐human inventors. Third, the decision has opened, or revealed, the gaps in patent law that the emergence of AI technologies have created and for which new legal solutions will be needed, especially with relation to the ownership of AI‐assisted inventions and the validation of inventorship claims.
