College Management System A Comprehensive Approach to Educational Institution Efficiency

this system is design to complete the digital management of students' result files in middle schools' daily education work. The system focuses on conform the business process to the operation, and strives for comprehensiveness and versatility, making the system not only applies to one education organization. The combined method of life cycle approach and prototyping are adopted on the choice of development methods, which follows four phases, including research, analysis, design and implementation of the system to carry on the design. And in the detailed design, evolutionary prototyping is adopted. With the deepen understanding in the using, afresh analysis, design and implement one part or several parts will be processed. Finally through the test, this system has reached the design requirements of various functions, and achieved the expected design goal.

The majority of traditional finance management in colleges and universities is manual. This backward management mode brings a lot of inconvenience to financial processing. An essential concern in the daily financial administration of colleges and universities is how to efficiently gather, handle, and evaluate this important financial information and apply this beneficial knowledge to the daily management of colleges and universities. College and university finance administration has become increasingly complex due to the rapid growth of these institutions. The standard financial accounting management system is far from adequate for the daily needs of colleges and universities as their size grows. As a result, a new financial accounting management system for universities is being developed based on the combination of big data and blockchain data. The embedded processor, DDR2 memory chip, network interface, and USB interface are all designed by the hardware section. The software element examines the needs of university financial accounting management before designing a model based on big data and blockchain integration for university financial accounting management. Finally, the financial accounting management function module and database are designed and tested. The experimental results show that the designed financial accounting management system can effectively carry out financial management, has good performance, and has certain application value.

Under the background of pre-information, the reform of higher education has gradually developed to a deeper level, which has brought many challenges. Because colleges and universities are a special field of socialist construction and development, unlike enterprises and factories, the purpose of this paper is to improve the network reimbursement model of colleges and universities in the context of Informa ionization. Starting from financial control, strengthening internal financial control is one of the important ways to improve the competitiveness of colleges and universities. Similarly, financial control also determines the good capital turnover rate of colleges and universities, and directly affects the operation of colleges and universities. This paper specifically cites the “incentive mechanism” and optimizes the design of the network reimbursement model of colleges and universities by consulting domestic and foreign literature and comparative observation. From the analysis of experimental results, the incentive mechanism in financial management compared with the original after a questionnaire survey has a better response, from the current financial staff’s cognition and quality, strict financial internal management measures, in order to be able to achieve the continuous optimization and innovation of the financial management system in colleges and universities, and achieve the basic goal of modern financial management and continuous progress.

There is a close quantitative relationship between college management and college students' employability.This paper adopts Adaboost integration algorithm to construct an employment management system that integrates graduates' personalized recommendation.And it divides graduates according to their personal situation and analyzes the relationship between their personal ability and employment recommendation.In addition, the relationship between the management based on the system of this paper and the employment ability of graduates in colleges and universities is quantitatively analyzed by logistic regression model.A questionnaire survey is taken to assess the changes in graduates' employability as a result of the employment management activities organized by colleges and universities.The recommendation system constructed in this paper has a higher accuracy rate of 6.92% and 16.32% than the comparison system 1 and 2 respectively when the number of job recommendations is 60.And its recall rate and F1 value are also consistently higher than the comparison system.In this paper, the system divides the sampled 200 graduates into 5 categories to provide more accurate employment recommendation for graduates of different categories.The results of regression analysis show that universities organize employment management activities can improve the employability of graduates.For example, for every unit of "Interview practice", the employability of graduates increases by 0.349.The results of the questionnaire survey show that the employability of graduates, both individually and as a whole, improves to different degrees after participating in the management activities organized by colleges and universities.In conclusion, the construction of employment management system in universities and the organization of employment management activities can improve the quality and ability of graduates' employment.

The pandemic spread of the COVID-19 epidemic disrupted the normal teaching order of China's vocational and technical colleges. In reality, the management still has some shortness in colleges and universities. On the one hand, it is lack of some management procedures, and on the other hand, it is lack of some laws and regulations on the management hearing system. SocialMedia Marketing (SMM) has become a mainstream promotional scheme. Almost every business promotes itself through social media, and an educational institution is no different. The users’ responses to social media posts are crucial to a successful promotional campaign. An adverse reaction leaves a long-term negative impact on the audience, and the conversion rate falls. This is why selecting the content to share on social media is one of the most effective decisions behind the success of a campaign. This paper proposes a Data-Driven Promotional Management System (DPMS) for universities to guide the selection of appropriate content to promote on social media, which is more likely to obtain positive user reactions. The main objective of DPMS is to make effective decisions for Social Media Marketing (SMM). The novel DPMS uses a well-engineered and optimized BiLSTM network, classifying users’ sentiments about different university divisions, with a stunning accuracy of 98.66%. The average precision, recall, specificity, and F1-score of the DPMS are 98.12%, 98.24%, 99.39%, and 98.18%, respectively. This innovative Promotional Management System (PMS) increases the positive impression by 68.75%, reduces the adverse reaction by 31.25%, and increases the conversion rate by 18%. In a nutshell, the proposed DPMS is the first promotional management system for universities. It demonstrates significant potential for improving the brand value of universities and for increasing the intake rate.

Such a competitive struggle is accompanied by the need to prove on an ongoing basis both their viability and their ability to survive, as well as the advantages on the basis of which universities can stand out among other educational institutions. Questions about reputation capital in the field of higher education, about the creation and implementation of a policy to improve the reputation of universities, about the development of a mechanism for assessing reputation capital and its aggregation into the management system of universities are extremely relevant, but insufficiently developed, since in research related to the formation of reputation capital, scientists focus mainly on economic and political spheres. Meanwhile, the country’s higher education system also requires a theoretical understanding of these problems and their practical solution.

The aim of this research article is the detection of university administrative potential gender peculiarities on the basis of the analysis of women - executives position in the intra - university management system, defining trends and practical recommendations on its development. The research covers higher education institutions of the Russian Federation. The objects of the research are the women taking executive positions at Russian universities. The research demonstrates that higher education has a tendency towards vertical influence of gender characteristics. Just like state authorities, business and manufacture, universities give les influence to women as compared to men. Yet there is a tendency towards growing number of women - executives in higher education. For the last fifteen years there has been a growth of the number of women at all levels of intra - university executive positions: department deans - 18 %, vice - rectors and heads of chairs - 15 %, rectors - 8 %, which suggests an activation of women’s involvement into the university management process. It has been found out that a necessary prerequisite for enhancing women’s role in in intra-university managerial activity is the formation of managerial potential which acts as a system phenomenon and is an integrated performance criteria of managerial skills implementation depending on accumulated managerial resources (qualities and features), degree of existing managerial abilities actualization (motives and skills) and presence of managerial reserves creating prerequisites for further implementation in future. Achieving gender equality in higher education management requires academic support and defines the necessity and perspective of conducting special gender research. Novelty and originality of this article is in a clearly pronounced gender aspect of research in the field of developing Russian university managerial potential. The authors analyze women’s position in the system of intra - university management. Peculiar feature of this research is that it offers and explains measures aimed at effective formation, implementation and development of managerial potential of women - executives at higher educational institutions.

This study aims to illustrate how the management of Islamic curriculum in Salafiah boarding schools, this goal is based on the reality that the Islamic curriculum in each private educational institution has a difference between each other, this is because every manager of educational institutions, especially boarding schools have the authority to manage the curriculum. The methods used in this research are qualitative, research data sources of pondok pesantren leaders, representatives of curriculum fields, teachers in boarding schools are selected puvosif, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation studies, data analyzed with an interactive approach. Based on the results of the research it is known that the management of the curriculum in salafiah boarding school Baitul Rafki As-Sa'diyah Talu is: 1) islamic curriculum planning is dominated by the results of thought and desire of the leadership of islamic boarding schools, 2) the implementation of islamic curriculum in the boarding school is carried out all human resources in accordance with the direction of the curriculum representative, 3) Evaluation of the curriculum in this boarding school is not carried out in accordance with the demands of the changing times.
