Conceptual basis of Development and Application of Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Forecasting Economic Processes

Artificial intelligence is the main front to build new quality productive forces and is leading the fourth revolution of science and technology of human beings. The wide application of artificial intelligence technology has triggered people's concerns about unemployment. However, we do not have to worry too much. Artificial intelligence technology will not only replace human work, but also create more job opportunities and higher value-added work. It is imperative to conduct special research on labor force training and re-employment for industries and positions that may be replaced by artificial intelligence in the future, and take the initiative to respond in advance and take comprehensive and effective measures as soon as possible, so as to better adapt to the application and development of artificial intelligence technology.

The application of artificial intelligence (AI) and expert system (ES) technology is explored in this paper as a means to enhance modern BSM.

However, it is undeniable that there are structural resistances to the application of artificial intelligence technology in social, ethical, and other aspects. Therefore, this paper, from an organizational perspective, comprehensively analyzes existing literature on organizational inertia and its impact on the application of artificial intelligence, clarifying the definition and dimensions of organizational inertia as well as the impact of each dimension on the application of artificial intelligence technology. The study found that organizational inertia has six internal dimensions: structure, resources, cognition, path, routines, and culture. Moreover, through searching for studies on the impact of organizational inertia on the application of artificial intelligence, it was found that the number of relevant representative papers is relatively limited, and only the structural, resource, cognitive, and path dimensions of organizational inertia have been verified to hinder organizations' application of artificial intelligence technology, while there is a lack of research on the impact of the routines and cultural dimensions of organizational inertia on the application of artificial intelligence technology

This paper discusses the application and advantages of artificial intelligence technology in digital media interactive product design. Firstly, the development background of artificial intelligence technology and its promoting effect on design innovation is introduced, and the application of new technologies, such as generative adversarial networks in art creation and design personalization, is definitely analyzed. It then explores in detail the ability of AI to break traditional constraints in interactive design, innovate design, and optimize user experience, especially in digital media. Finally, the case study of Microsoft Cortana shows the method of classifying and processing user queries by machine learning system and its experimental results. The research of this paper provides the theoretical basis and empirical support for the application of artificial intelligence technology in the future interactive design of digital media and has important academic and practical significance.

This article aims to study the application of artificial intelligence technology in the modern medical service system under the background of big data, and analyze the problems of China’s current traditional medical services, the necessity of artificial intelligence technology and medical integration, and the current problems in the development of intelligent medical care in China. The application direction of AI in pharmaceutical logistics can be roughly divided into two types: First, AI technology empowers intelligent devices, and second, it improves labor efficiency through software systems. This article summarizes the digital development of the pharmaceutical industry in the United States, the European Union, and Japan, analyzes the current status and shortcomings of digital development in Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry, and proposes digital development strategies for Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry. The development of the domestic Internet has promoted the reform and progress of the pharmaceutical industry, but the policy development of digital applications needs to catch up. The article is devoted to the study of the application of artificial intelligence technologies in law enforcement activities in Ukraine and the world. The purpose of the article is to analyze the international and domestic experience of using digital technologies in law enforcement activities, to identify the shortcomings of the legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence in this area, to provide proposals for its improvement in Ukraine. It was found that one of the countries that is actively expanding the use of artificial intelligence and successfully introducing relevant technologies into public administration is China. The artificial intelligence system which is used in China called «Zero Trust». The purpose of using this system is to prevent the commission of corruption offenses. It is emphasized, that the disadvantage of the «Zero Trust» system is that artificial intelligence, identifying the cause of corruption, does not indicate the algorithms and principles of this process. At the same time, the experience of using artificial intelligence in the field of preventing and combating corruption in Ukraine is considered when carrying out automated verification of persons declarations of authorized to perform state and local government functions. Ways of improving legal regulation when conducting financial control of declarations using artificial intelligence technologies are proposed. It has been found that artificial intelligence is widely used in the USA to predict the prevalence and state of crime. It was emphasized that Ukraine also has experience in the application of artificial intelligence technologies in law enforcement activities. Artificial intelligence is used in the development and implementation of departmental specialized intelligent software, the implementation of operative and investigative actions (for the recognition of video objects observation by comparing images in social networks, etc). It was concluded that artificial intelligence and digital technologies help to quickly process large volumes of information in the investigation and prevention of criminal activity. Modern developments in the field of artificial intelligence and advanced digital technologies, which are implemented in foreign countries to prevent and fight crime, are of great importance for the improvement of legal regulation in this field in Ukraine.
