Data Owner Rights Protection and Digital Identity Management Enabled by Blockchain

In this work, we study the use of digital credentials in an online digital identity management setting. We focus on the problem of users sharing their digital credentials with one another, a problem called the "transferability" or "lending" problem. Further, we present the detailed mathematics showing how non-transferability can be achieved through biometrics. By tying the physical identity of a user to their digital identity, we are better able to prevent users from sharing their credentials. Additionally, we extend our non-transferable digital identity management scheme by introducing a high-powered proxy. Our proxy is able to off-load the number of required computations from a user who is possibly accessing our system with a low-powered hand-held device.

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current situation of digital management in universities in Guangxi, 2) to develop the purpose model for improving digital management in universities in Guangxi, 3) to evaluate the suitability and feasibility of the purpose model for improving digital management in universities in Guangxi. The sample group of this research was 148 administrators in 20 public undergraduate universities in Guangxi. They were selected by systematic random sampling and sample random sampling. The interview group was led by administrators from 12 universities, totaling 12 people. The experts for evaluating the suitability and feasibility of the purpose model for improving digital management consisted of high-level administrators from 7 universities, totaling 7 people. The research instruments were document analysis, questionnaire, structured interview, and evaluation form. The statistics to analyze the data were percentage, average value, and standard deviation. The results found that the current situation of digital management in universities in Guangxi in five aspects was at a high level. Considering the results of this research aspects ranged from the highest to lowest level were as follows: the highest level was the digital campus security management system, followed by the digital student management system, and the digital scientific research management system was the lowest level. The purpose model for improving digital management in universities in Guangxi has five aspects, which contain 40 measures. There are 7 measures to enhance the digital management ability of Guangxi University managers, 10 measures to promote the digital teaching management system in Universities in Guangxi, 8 measures to promote the digital scientific research management system in Universities in Guangxi, 9 measures to promote the digital student management system in Universities in Guangxi, 6 measures to promote the digital campus security management system in Universities in Guangxi. The results of the evaluation of the suitability and feasibility of the purpose model for improving digital management in universities in Guangxi were at the highest level.

Collecting necessary digital and network forensics to prove the identity of an individual who is responsible for a crime, or suspected of a malicious attack, or has used a device during an incident, with minimum doubt to the court or other legitimate organisations based on the digital forensic investigation model is one of the most important legal and security issues of digital identity management systems DIMSs. Without a good understanding and identification of the most important parameters of DIMS based on the digital forensic investigation model, it is not possible to do digital forensic investigation and provide required evidence. Therefore, the main goal of this paper is to identify and prioritise DIMS parameters by considering a user's digital identity lifecycle, the contexts of usage challenges, and constraints that should be considered in a digital forensic readiness model.

In modern technology, the ownership of electronic data is the key to securing their privacy and identity from any trace or interference. Therefore, a new identity management system called Digital Identity Management, implemented throughout recent years, acts as a holder of the identity data to maintain the holder’s privacy and prevent identity theft. Therefore, an overwhelming number of users have two major problems, users who own data and third-party applications will handle it, and users who have no ownership of their data. Maintaining these identities will be a challenge these days. This paper proposes a system that solves theproblem using blockchain technology for Digital Identity Management systems. Blockchain is a powerful technique to build a digitalidentity in chain matters that enables a secure environment. The idea of Blockchain is to distribute the data across multipledevices in a cryptographic way, which will reduce the ability to an impossible level. Therefore, in this paper a proposed DigitalIdentity based on Blockchain (ERC 725, and ERC 735) with MD6 as a hashing algorithm will be implemented in a Secure smart contract can prevent function calls from being carried out until the sender has received confirmation from a reliable issuer;for example, we might include a feature that restricts smart contract interactions to legitimate users only. Many additional use cases are possible with ERC-725, including multi-sig execution approvals and contract call verification in place of key validation.

The increase in the number of users accessing online services using communication devices such as computers, mobile phone and cards such credit cards has prompted most governments and business organizations to change the way they do business and manage their identity information. However Internet users are vulnerable to identity fraud, which is on the increase and costing the global industry excessive amounts. In this paper we propose Digital Identity Management System (DIMS) as a solution for managing digital identity information. The system proposed uses technologies like artificial intelligence and biometrics on the current unsecured networks to maintain the security and privacy of users and service providers in a transparent, reliable and efficient way. DIMS in this paper will use Multimodal Authentication (MA). MA will be implemented using a technique of information fusion with artificial neural networks to combine the user credentials for optimum recognition of a user. An emerging approach for protecting identities of individuals, while at the same time enhancing user convenience, is represented by federated identity management systems. In this paper we develop an approach to support privacy controlled sharing of identity attributes in federated environments. We present a wide range of strategies that enable users to trace their personal information across the federation and verify whether it has been managed according to their privacy preferences. Users can employ one or more of these strategies according to their goals and priorities. Additionally, we analyze the challenging issue of data, privacy policy, and preference updates in a federated system. Our algorithm allows users and federated service providers to control whether new versions of data and users' privacy references have been used, and detect possible inconsistencies.

The Agriculture mechanization plays a critical role in increasing agricultural productivity and consequently rural prosperity. The Government of India (GOI) and in particular the Department of Agriculture and Farmers welfare (DAC&FW), ministry of agriculture has taken up initiatives to help farmers by sanctioning subsidy to procure modern farming tools and equipment's using direct cash transfer scheme. The current technological solutions/implementations of this scheme in India, suffers from various issues such as data duplication and fragmentation, insecurity, verification, inefficacy to trace reliable subsidy provenance and subsidy distributions. Hence, amidst existing technologies blockchain blends as a multifaceted technology to provide secure traceability, immutability and trust creation between the parties involved. Blockchain enables more secure management and storage of digital identities using robust smart contracts solutions to fulfill the trust creation between the stakeholders. The stakeholders who are the part of this process are the Farmer, Government of India and Department of Survey and Land Records. In this article, we put forward a blockchain based smart-contracts on digital identity management system model to identify, authenticate and authorize the stakeholders to record and access services from ledger. We also provide an analysis of the current issues faced by these stakeholders and also highlight the key issues, challenges and benefits involved in deployment of an identity systems.

Traditional library systems are gradually being replaced by digital libraries. Digital libraries are developing from simple database-based storage and retrieval to knowledge-based implementation. The fuzzy C-means (FCM) clustering algorithm is an example of data collection and data processing technology. It evaluates and draws conclusions based on mathematics, large data, and other technologies. In order to better improve the digital library management system, this paper applied FCM clustering algorithm to the digital library management system. Based on the in-depth study of the FCM clustering algorithm, this paper built a digital library management system. The clustering algorithm was used to cluster library borrowing records and reader information. It provided technical support and suggestions on library collection construction and book purchase and promoted book management to form a good spitting cycle. The experimental results extracted during the evaluation phase demonstrated that the overall error rate of the suggested FCM clustering algorithm for information clustering is 3.66%, which is better than the existing comparative models. This shows that applying the FCM clustering algorithm to a digital library management system has some practical significance.

By means of information technology to build digital city management system can improve the level and efficiency of city management as well as the management quality of government public service. In this paper, the general structure of city management system and its subsystems have been analyzed, and then discussed the construction of the service call center of digital city management system and the basic construction principles of call center, analyzed the systematical topology framework and the function of the digital city management service call center, discusses how to design the data interface between the related subsystem of digital city management system, it will ensure the expedite transfer between the related subsystem, and offer the timely and exact data for city managers, that will be benefit to advance decision-making and quick response of emergency for city managers and will be provide certain lessons for the digital city management.

To explore the effectiveness of a digital learning management system in enhancing intensive care unit nurses' critical care knowledge and critical thinking tendency. Learning intensive care unit knowledge and skills is essential for the continuing education of nurses, and impacts patient health outcomes. Enhancing intensive care unit nurses' critical care abilities is a medical care quality concern in clinical practice. A cross-sectional study was conducted with 212 participants to investigate the effects of a digital learning system on care quality. After the implementation of the digital learning system, intensive care unit nurses' critical care knowledge and critical thinking skills increased significantly. High-level nurses had higher critical thinking scores. All participants associated critical care knowledge with improved quality of care. The digital learning management system enhanced intensive care unit nurses' critical care knowledge. Optimizing nursing care safety and quality requires that nursing staff to be at an adequate level, which improves their critical care ability. A well-designed digital learning management system with structured classes may allow intensive care unit nurses to learn effectively and can be used for continuing education. These results are of interest to nursing management staff who want to invest in the continued professional development of intensive care unit nurses to improve critical care knowledge, critical thinking skills, care quality, and health care value.

With the rapid development of the digital economy, the types and value of digital assets are increasing daily, making their inheritance and destruction an urgent legal and technical problem to be solved. The lag of traditional legal frameworks in this field has led to a "digital inheritance vacuum." This paper deeply explores the application potential of blockchain and smart contract technology in constructing a decentralized digital inheritance management system. Firstly, it analyzes the practical needs and research significance of digital asset inheritance and destruction, and reviews the current status and challenges of relevant legal frameworks domestically and internationally. Secondly, it elaborates on the inherent advantages of blockchain technology in the implementation of digital wills and evaluates the applicability of different blockchain platforms. The core functional design of smart contracts in digital wills is a key research focus, including liveness detection, multi-signature, conditional execution, and innovative asset classification processing and destruction strategies, with a special discussion on the feasibility and research direction of introducing Artificial Intelligence Agents (AI Agents) to assist in complex destruction tasks. Furthermore, a decentralized digital inheritance management DApp architecture is proposed, including a blockchain underlying layer, a middleware layer (containing oracles, encryption and key management, DID systems), and an application layer. The paper analyzes the key technical challenges faced by this system, such as private key management, data privacy, oracle problems, cross-chain interoperability, and legal regulatory conflicts, and proposes corresponding solutions. Finally, it discusses ways to ensure the legal validity of blockchain-based digital wills, provides suggestions for China's implementation path in this field by combining international practical cases, and looks forward to future development trends. This research aims to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for building a secure, transparent, efficient, and automated digital inheritance management system.

The increased interaction of humans with personalized AI agents has had a significant impact on how individuals engage with the digital world, influencing everything from the choices they make to the digital personas they present. While personalization is designed to optimize user experience, current scholarship remains fragmented, treating its influence on decision-making, self-presentation, and digital identity management as separate phenomena, thus failing to capture their systemic entanglement. This paper addresses this gap with a systematic literature review across Human-Computer Interaction, Communication Studies, and Psychology, building upon the theoretical concept of the extended self. The review reveals that personalized AI agents act as adaptive mediators, co-producing user behavior. Key findings confirm that personalized AI agents introduce systematic risks: algorithmic nudging erodes autonomy in decision-making; optimization for engagement leads to homogenization and loss of authenticity in self-presentation; and data-driven profiling actively constructs a constrained "Algorithmic Self" in digital identity management. Critically, these effects are found to operate through a continuous co-adaptive feedback loop. We propose an Integrative Evaluative Framework that formalizes this interconnected relationship as a Co-Adaptive Cycle. This framework offers a unified lens for scholarship. It generates critical implications for design, necessitating a shift toward systems that prioritize transparent identity modeling, support identity exploration, and ensure user ownership of the algorithmically extended self.

Digitization, as a process of comprehensive use of digital technologies, significantly affects the management decision-making process and determines the development of digital management. The article aims to investigate the role of digital management in increasing the efficiency of activities and the development of the enterprise in general. The concept of digital management is the basis for understanding the elements of digital management. Among the main advantages of digital management are the ability to collect and analyse large volumes of data, automation of interaction with partners and customers, improvement of management tools, etc. Peculiarities of the formation of the digital management system in practice have been studied in the example of Nestlé and Roshen companies. Nestlé's digital transformation experience uses tools like artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, blockchain, and big data. The Roshen company actively implements digital technologies in production, sales, and personnel management. The development and implementation of the corresponding strategy is the digitalization management tool. The digitalization strategy is the process of introducing digital technologies into various spheres of the company's activity. Based on a review of scientific sources, essential elements of digital management, such as leadership, a balanced approach, and the taking of promising trends into account, were determined. The article also provides a list of typical programs used in digital management. It also emphasized the importance of creating favourable conditions for forming a digital management system; in particular, it is necessary to implement strategic planning, support management, train staff, and provide resources. Recommendations on the implementation of digital management at Ukrainian enterprises are provided.

The article is devoted to the development of a digital agriculture management system (DAMS) that combines monitoring of agricultural objects, analysis of long-term field experiment data and modern information technologies. The purpose of the study is to create a theoretical basis for optimizing agricultural production management by integrating artificial intelligence, machine learning, remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS) and big data. The novelty of the work lies in the use of machine learning algorithms for yield forecasting, scaling of agricultural system archetypes based on spatio-temporal analysis, as well as the development of a spatial decision support system (DSS) that combines geographic information systems, modeling and knowledge bases. The technical implementation of monitoring includes the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, weather stations, soil sensors and satellite images, the data of which are processed in cloud environments. The research results demonstrate the possibility of reducing uncertainty in the management of agricultural technologies through predictive analytics, simulation modeling and standardization of multimodal data. The findings emphasize the practical importance of the digital agriculture management system for increasing sustainability, minimizing risks and profitability of crop production. The proposed system allows moving from generalized recommendations to individualized management that takes into account the spatio-temporal variability of agricultural landscapes. The key components of the digital agriculture management system - modules for yield forecasting, analysis of vegetation indices, differentiated fertilization and integration of field experiment data - are focused on solving the problems of digitalization of agriculture. The results of the work are of practical importance for the introduction of intelligent technologies in the agro-industrial complex.

The main objectives of the study were to identify key features of the digital library management system (DLMS) for developing and managing digital libraries, to reveal the satisfaction level of the library professionals in using digital library management system, and the problems being encountered in using these systems. The current study was quantitative in nature as quantitative measures were applied through a survey research strategy. Keeping in view the nature of the study, a purposive sampling technique was used to collect data from the target librarians who had been involved in operating digital library systems for building digital libraries in their respective libraries. Descriptive and inferential statistical tests were used to analyze the data. Findings revealed that in most of the university libraries in Pakistan, free and open source software (FOSS) had been implemented. DSpace was the most widely used software by library professionals in Pakistan. Key features of the digital library software included a user-friendly interface, customization, reliability and security, use of metadata standards (Dublin Core), web-based, advanced searching, consultancy and technical support, sharing e-books to devices (mobile, tabs), full-text searching, use of Boolean operators, and access control. The study recommended that library professionals of universities should be careful in planning library digitization and they should consider the above features before implementing any digital library software in their libraries.
