Abstract

We report on the introduction of a Architecture at Deutsche Telekom. Starting from the request a) to consolidate existing supportive ICT-Systems in training and education, b) to get a comprehensive overview of the company's training activities and c) to save money also within training and education, a project was set up in order to introduce a company-wide Learning Architecture.
