<b>Conclusion:</b> Our algorithm reliably detected suspected TD, reaching higher sensitivity and specificity than trained raters using the standard assessment. The algorithm can be used to monitor patients taking antipsychotic medications, allowing scarce resources to assess identified patients for a conclusive diagnosis by psychiatrists.
