Abstract
Cover: Osteoclasts differentiated from primary mouse bone marrow macrophages for 3 days.Nuclei (blue) were visualized by staining the cell culture with DNA-specific fluorescent Hoechst 33258, while the formation of actin rings (green) in the osteoclasts were demonstrated by staining the cell culture with Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated phalloidin.(Please see Li et al on page 1938).
