Electricity Load Forecasting in Smart Grid Based on Residual GM (1, 1) Model

Synthetically analyze the power distribution communication network technology in the smart power grid link. It mainly includes the summary of the smart distribution network, electric power communication backbone network and then layer communication requirements, the network mode and the application mode of WLAN technology in the distribution network, EPON network technology, micropower wireless technology, PTN technology and power broadband wireless systems. State the demand of the smart power distribution business and put forward technical guidance for the smart power distribution communication network scheme. In view of the complex distribution network architecture, more nodes and scattered, complex business types data business needs, put forward the integrated solutions of optical fiber communication as the backbone access, wireless bandwidth, passive optical communication as the coverage, the short distance wireless communication as the main terminal access. It provides a reference for the communication plan of distribution side.

Smart grid planning and construction is a very complex engineering project that requires intelligent technology to protect systems such as grid lines and substations to control grid stability and power quality. The smart grid GIS resource allocation technology has designed a new system architecture for the needs of building smart grids. The article expounds the key technologies and typical applications of smart grid GIS resource allocation technology, and describes its broad application prospects in smart grid. As a public service platform for graphical display applications, GIS platform constructs a spatial geographic information data center, which is intelligent. Applications such as grid integration, data mining, and intensive resource utilization provide a massive data storage, management, and analysis environment. The grid GIS platform provides geospatial information sharing and business application integration for smart grid power generation, transmission, substation, power distribution, power consumption, dispatching, etc., providing planning methods and visual analysis services for the construction of smart grid systems.

With the development of new technologies for smart grid construction, the smart grid is gradually developing. Smart grid construction is an important field of next generation information technology, and its value and significance have been widely recognized. Smart grid construction not only provides development opportunities, but also brings great challenges. Security and privacy have become serious problems in the development of smart grid. Based on this, this paper discusses the system structure of the block chain, and puts forward the security diagnosis scheme of the smart grid according to the existing problems in the smart grid. Based on the theoretical basis of smart grid big data technology, this paper combines the grid data encryption process with the privacy protection process under the premise of protecting privacy and security, and develops the latest network security protocol. Then use block chain distributed storage to reduce the connection protection process in privacy, and use multi-level encryption. The experimental results show that the technology can improve the rate of sensitive data hiding and has good anti-cracking ability, which provides a theoretical reference for the construction of enterprise power grid.

In recent years, China's rapid economic growth promote the development of the industry. The power system put forward higher requirements; the construction of smart grid has become an inevitable trend of development. China's power grid automation and information level is relatively low, because of the low performance and poor reliability of the power distribution network communication system. But in the smart grid, electric business increased put forward higher requirements for the communication terminal. The development of smart grid construction plays an important role in the communication network of electric power system, this paper will focus on the necessity of the construction of smart grid, analysis of electric power communication and its role in the smart grid, and the power communication terminal access architectures are described, in order to ensure the orderly and efficient operation of the smart grid.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected the energy sector. The new behavior of industrial and non-commercial consumers changes the energy consumption model. In addition, the constraints associated with the coronavirus crisis have led to environmental effects from declining economic activity. The research is based on evidence from around the world showing significant reductions in emissions and improved air quality. This situation requires rethinking the energy development strategy, particularly the construction of smart grids as a leading direction of energy development. Evaluating the efficiency of smart grids is a vital tool for disseminating successful experience in improving their management. This paper proposes an approach to a comprehensive assessment of smart grids based on a comparative analysis of existing methods, taking into account the changes that need to be considered after the experience gained from the COVID-19 pandemic. The approach provides an accurate set of efficiency indicators for assessing smart grids to account for the direct and indirect effects of smart grids’ implementation. This evaluation approach can be helpful to policymakers in developing energy efficiency programs and implementing energy policy.

Strong and smart is the essential requirement of the development of modern power grid and the twenty-first Century energy development driving force. Smart grid bearing in response to changing in the environment, improving energy efficiency, reducing carbon emissions is an important mission. Smart grid has become the new development trend and new directions of the world power grid. The effective coordination of demands interest group of Smart Grid, promote the orderly development of smart grid. The main purpose is to realize Smart Grid interoperability and to guarantee open framework of Smart Grid. The IEC (International Electrical Commission), NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) and SGCC (STATE GRID Corporation of China) issued technology standards roadmap of Smart Grid. From technology view of Smart Grid, the IEC include 13 domains. From view of interest group of Smart Grid, according to the United States market conditions, the NIST covers 7 domains. The SGCC covers 8 domains, according to Chinese power industry conditions. The future five years and fifteen years of IEC, NIST and SGCC smart grid technology standard trend focuses are given, in the way of the mathematical model of probability distribution, according to the technology standard requirements of maturity of the Smart Grid related fields of technology, products and market. It is likelihood the middle and long-term development focuses of future Smart Grid technical standards that two-way interactive service of power consumption, distribution management, electric storage, renewable energy generation. It is suggested that the Smart Grid technology advantage into standard advantage, in the promotion of Smart Grid equipment R & D and manufacturing level and promote the overall construction of Smart Grid at the same time, to strengthen our country voice in the Smart Grid international standards, to seize commanding heights of technical innovation and industrial development.

With the construction of smart grid, ECT has become one of the main electromagnetic sensitive object, which greatly increased the possibility of EMC problems. This paper mainly focuses on the transmission characteristics and sensitive factors of ECT. A broadband equivalent model is proposed to study the effect of primary side conducted interference on ECT secondary side sampling module. It is found that the high frequency component of secondary side signal increases, which may become one of the main causes of electromagnetic compatibility problems in smart grid.

It is particularly important to create a unified management tool for data interaction. Through the professional R&D team in big data technology, the marketing operation monitoring data sharing can be highlighted, to create an integrated marketing data center. The construction of Smart Grid will comprehensively enhance the intelligent level of every step in the power grid of our country. The data forecasting ability determines the quality of smart grid. As a result of this, this paper constructs the background value of grey GM (1, 1) model by using threepoint Gaussian quadrature formula, improves its accuracy and the data quality. It indicates that reconstruction of the background value is the key factor affecting prediction accuracy and applicability.

With the planning and implementation of national smart grid construction, on-line monitoring technology, as one of the key technologies of smart transmission, is also developing towards intelligence. With the construction of smart grid, the number of UHV long-distance and large-capacity transmission lines is increasing, and the load density of the grid is also increasing. As an important component of power system operation, the safety and reliability of power lines are very important. At the same time, with the popularization of helicopter inspection of power transmission lines, it not only provides opportunities but also challenges for automatic detection of defects in power transmission lines by image processing and recognition technology. How to effectively obtain basic information of power line operation from power line images obtained by helicopter inspection has become a research hotspot. Using automatic extraction method of image recognition can not only improve work efficiency and detection accuracy, reduce patrol personnel, but also overcome various defects of manual methods, and finally improve the safety of power line patrol and the accuracy of detection results.

Smart grid and distributed generation should be the solution of the global climate change and the crisis energy of the main source of electrical power generation which is fossil fuel. In order to meet the rising electrical power demand and increasing service quality demands, as well as reduce pollution, the existing power grid infrastructure should be developed into a smart grid and distributed power generation which provide a great opportunity to address issues related to energy efficiency, energy security, power quality and aging infrastructure systems. The conventional of the existing distributed generation system is an AC grid while for a renewable resources requires a DC grid system. This paper explores the model of smart DC grid by introducing a model of smart DC grid with the stable power generation give a minimal and compressed circuitry that can be implemented very cost-effectively with simple components. The PC based application software for controlling was developed to show the condition of the grid and to control the grid become ‘smart’. The model is then subjected to a severe system perturbation, such as incremental change in loads to test the performance of the system again stability. It is concluded that the system able to detect and controlled the voltage stability which indicating the ability of power system to maintain steady voltage within permissible rangers in normal condition.

Electric energy information acquisition system is the physical basis of China strong and smart grid in power consumption field. It analyzes the needs of construing smart grid for electric energy information acquisition system and concludes its present construction status. The construction mode and technology scheme of acquisition system is presented. Different electric energy information acquisition modes are proposed for different power users. It analyzes power line carrier communication standardization, security protection of acquisition system, pre-paid control and other key technologies. The system can greatly speed up standardization construction of marketing measurement, meter reading, charging and information system of electric power company. It can further enhance marketing business management level and provide important technology guarantee for achieving step tariff and speeding up construction of strong and smart grid.

Based on the data of crop aridity area in Sichuan since 1949, we propose a hybrid method of the grey system theory and modeling grey calamities residual GM(1,1) model to process the year series of various threshold of drought acreage. Combining inclusion relation of drought predication years sets, we make improvement on forecast reliability of residual GM(1,1) calamities model in Sichuan aridity.

With the construction of UHV grid and smart grid, the structure and scale of China's power grid has been greatly changed. So new requirements for frequency voltage emergency control device are presented. Architectures and features of the device is first introduced, followed by intelligent plug-management device is described, then the front end of correction algorithm based on DFT resampling is described. Additionally, the method for precise load shedding in smart substation, and the realization of standard human machine interface display and interactive method based on the C/S model are introduced. The engineering application of the device is introduced in the end.
