Electronic Forensics Deposit Model Based on Block Chain

At present, data security has become a key area of attention from all aspects. The proliferation of data leakage incidents, the acceleration of the introduction of data security laws and regulations, and the rising cost of enterprise compliance punishment jointly urge all enterprises to step up to improve their own data security system. In the construction of data security, data desensitization is always a core technical ability. In view of the current situation and future development trend of data desensitization technology and products, this paper introduces the development of data desensitization technology in detail from desensitization algorithm, anonymization, static data desensitization and dynamic data desensitization. At the same time, from the core function, product form, supply side status and other aspects of the data desensitization technology are described. On this basis, the standardization direction of data desensitization products in terms of core functions, concept definition, performance and stability is proposed. Finally, the development trend of data desensitization technology and products in four aspects of regularization, anonymization, intellectualization and contextualization are put forward.

Different data storage structures suit different data management scenarios, therefore, a universal data storage structure is not possible. Furthermore, each data storage structure has different resource consumption because of their unique execution complexity. Self-tuning data management systems need a mechanism to select appropriate data storage structure and to adapt it with changing data management requirements. We propose Evolving Storage Structures for self-tuning data management system that supports customization and adaptation with changing data management needs.

With the rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, the number of sensors in IoT and the data collected from them are increasing. If these data are not managed and stored directly, it will occupy a large amount of storage space. Therefore, studying the data management mechanism of multi‐sensor fusion in IoT is of great significance. Multi‐sensor fusion has achieved a series of successes in the field of data management. Based on this, this article proposes a secure and controllable data management mechanism for multi‐sensor fusion in IoT, including a multi‐sensor fusion model, compression of data using linear regression algorithm, and data storage based on sorted string table algorithm. Then this article analyzes the effectiveness of the model proposed for multi‐sensor fusion data management. Through comparative experiments under different data sets, it is verified that the management mechanism has higher data fusion rate, lower data lossy compression rate and higher data lossless compression rate under different data sets. And it has high data storage security, large reconstruction probability, strong management controllability, and can significantly save storage space. It is a superior secure and controllable data management mechanism for multi‐sensor fusion in IoT.

With the rapid growth of digital data and inter-connected devices, the integration of blockchain and Internet of Things technology offers a promising chance to revolutionize data management approaches. With today's global connectivity, the management and securing of ever-increasing amounts the amount of data produced by Internet of Things (IoT) devices is becoming an increasing concern. This study investigates a new solution to address such a concern by integrating blockchain technology into IoT systems. The aim is to develop a strong framework that takes advantage of the decentralized and secure character of blockchain and the wall-to-wall connectivity offered by the IoT. This integration is intended to address important needs such as data integrity, The integration aims to tackle crucial issues like data integrity, privacy, and unauthorized access. With the connectivity and sensing capabilities of the IoT, along with the blockchain technology of decentralized consensus and immutable ledgers, businesses are able to develop secure systems to retrieve, transfer, and store such data. In the experiments conducted on the Ethereum blockchain platform, it has been found that the blockchain and IoT technology solution not only secures data but also facilitates information management. The experiment results demonstrate that the proposed solution is able to protect against tampering, increase the transparency of transactions, and to minimize the chances of unauthorized access. The framework is scalable and highly adaptable, and it is therefore a promising solution for various applications. This framework employs an innovative approach to ensure secure and efficient data management.

BackgroundAn estimated US $2.6 billion loss is attributed to health care fraud and abuse. With traditional health care claims verification and reimbursement, the health care provider submits a claim after rendering services to a patient, which is then verified and reimbursed by the payer. However, this process leaves out a critical stakeholder: the patient for whom the services are actually rendered. This lack of patient participation introduces a risk of fraud and abuse. Blockchain technology enables secure data management with transparency, which could mitigate this risk of health care fraud and abuse.ObjectiveThe aim of this study is to develop a framework using blockchain to record claims data and transactions in an immutable format and to enable the patient to act as a validating node to help detect and prevent health care fraud and abuse.MethodsWe developed a health care fraud and abuse blockchain technical framework and prototype using key blockchain tools and application layers including consensus algorithms, smart contracts, tokens, and governance based on digital identity on the Ethereum platform (Ethereum Foundation).ResultsOur technical framework maps to the claims adjudication process and focuses on Medicare claims, with the US Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as the central authority. A prototype of the framework system was developed using the blockchain platform Ethereum (Ethereum Foundation), with its design features, workflow, smart contract functions, system architecture, and software implementation outlined. The software stack used to build the system consisted of a front-end user interface framework, a back-end processing server, and a blockchain network. React was used for the user interface framework, and NodeJS and an Express server were used for the back-end processing server; Solidity was the smart contract language used to interact with a local Ethereum blockchain network.ConclusionsThe proposed framework and the initial prototype have the potential to improve the health care claims process by using blockchain technology for secure data storage and consensus mechanisms, which make the claims adjudication process more patient-centric for the purposes of identifying and preventing health care fraud and abuse. Future work will focus on the use of synthetic or historic CMS claims data to assess the real-world viability of the framework.

It is necessary to regulate data protection at the legal level.July 2, 2020 the website of the National People’s Congress published the Data Security Law of the People’s Republic of China (draft), which systematically refl ects the current national point of view on data security and development, noting the improvement of data security to the level of state security. Like the Cybersecurity Law, it is a component of the general concept of national security, belongs to the highest level of law and has the highest legal force. This law is of great strategic importance for building a data protection system in the PRC.As the main law in the fi eld of data security management ,the Data Security Law has made certain breakthroughs in the defi nition of the concept of data. The concept of data in the Data Security Law is not limited to network data, but includes information recorded in electronic form and in other ways; the necessary extraterritorial consequences are provided for in the draft Data Security Law, which is of great importance for the protection of national sovereignty and civil rights of the People’s Republic of China; the relationship between data security protection, data development and use is clarifi ed, and the status of data in the development of the digital economy is clarifi ed through legislation in order to fully demonstrate the economic value of data; the main body responsible for security, supervision and overall coordination has been created, the main responsibilities of various regions and departments have been increased, supervision responsibilities have been redistributed, which is more in line with the needs and current situation in data security supervision; a data classifi cation system has been established that promotes the relevant work of data security surveillance agencies; an appropriate mechanism has been created at the state level in the system of data security risk assessment, reporting, information exchange, monitoring and early warning; a data export control system and a mutual data protection system were created, as well as the construction of a cross-border data fl ow system of the PRC was standardized; data protection obligations in organizations and for individuals performing data operations and performing data protection duties were clarifi ed; adhere to the principles of security and development and provide measures to support and promote data security and development; institutional measures have been taken to ensure the security of government data.The draft law on data security contains a comprehensive concept of information security. The upcoming Law on Data Security will contain recommendations and basic principles for ensuring data security and development. All industries will have to pay attention to an integrated management system and various supporting provisions to ensure data security and development. Gradually, a favorable environment will be created for the effective use of data and safe development, which will signifi cantly contribute to the rapid development of informatization and digitization.The Data Security Law includes all types of information in the fi eld of protection. In the future, the Law on Data Security should pay attention to the Law on Cybersecurity, Law on State Security and Law on the Protection of Personal Information, which are under development, supplement and improve today’s relatively disparate legislation related to data security. The laws and regulations of the PRC on data security will be carefully developed on the basis of these three laws in order to fully implement the development, use of data and industrial development, thereby promoting new provisions in the creation of a legal data security system.

At present, industrial Internet data is facing a severe security situation in storage, transmission, and use. This paper proposes data security management and security protection strategies by studying the data security risks and status quo of industrial Internet platforms. Among them, the security management strategy includes data classification and classification, data security assessment and data security threat emergency management. The security protection strategy deploys industrial data security protection from the technical aspects of collection, storage, transmission, processing, sharing, and deletion, providing a reference for further strengthening the industrial Internet data security.

Digital age data security and privacy have become vital. This article examines how blockchain technology improves data security and privacy by using its distributed, transparent ground coupled with a cryptographic security architecture. Unlike traditional centralized databases that are vulnerable to cyberattacks and system collapse, blockchain runs on a distributed ledger system, where everyone can share information about past transactions, but no individual has the entire data set. Although there have been numerous factors shaping the development of blockchain technology over time—from its predecessors and distributed systems to early Internet cryptography developments such as cryptographic hashing, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts—blockchain’s security-enhancing features have worked wonders in different fields such as healthcare, finance, and government operations. In healthcare, blockchain gives protection and integrity to electronic medical records. This mechanism also allows for secure data sharing between authenticated parties. In the financial sector, trading fraud protection, as well as secure transactions digitally, are more popular than ever. Through blockchain-based systems, industry-specific identity verification is now more efficient and less costly. Additionally, government departments are increasingly looking at blockchain’s role in secure voting systems, protecting citizens’ personal information, and maintaining transparent records. This article also touches on the United States’ regulatory framework, discussing everything from the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It demonstrates how blockchain can be used in conjunction with such an environment to guarantee compliance and data protection. While blockchain holds promise, its particularly rapid spread faces several issues. These include high costs of initial implementation, lack of scalability, and regulatory uncertainty. Many factors resist the advancement being achieved or impede what would otherwise be unheard-of expansion in underlying technology innovation and corporate accomplishments. In the end, this article emphasizes how blockchain technology transforms data security and privacy and stresses its part in building a more resilient digital infrastructure more fit for the United States. Blockchain can become a pillar for protecting data in a world growing more linked once these obstacles are solved and the creativity let flourish.

Optical fiber communication technology has become one of the important means of information transmission in today’s era. This paper briefly introduces the principle and characteristics of optical fiber communication technology, analyzes its current application fields, and discusses the future development trend of this technology, so as to let more people understand this technology.

Blockchain: A comparative analysis of hybrid consensus algorithm and performance evaluation

The paper explores how blockchain technology can transform data management, especially when it comes to handling privacy and security issues. Blockchain's immutability, transparency, and decentralization make it a potentially useful tool for addressing the expanding problems associated with data security and integrity. However, the slow adoption of blockchain technology is influenced by a complex interplay of developing privacy concerns, legislative uncertainty, and technological subtleties. The current study aims to identify key data privacy, protection, and security challenges associated with blockchain adoption in various domains, assess the adequacy of the current data privacy, protection, and security laws to address these challenges, and propose potential solutions and areas for further research to mitigate data privacy, protection, and security risks in blockchain applications. Additionally, the research has examined the adaptability and dependability of the two main kinds of blockchain—public and private—as well as the variations in their reach and visibility.

Internet of Things (IoT) has gripped domains with this ubiquitous connectivity, in-themoment data collection, and autonomous decision-making. But rising numbers of heterogeneous, extremely constrained IoT devices pose serious concerns regarding data privacy, security, and trust management, drawing great attention into these areas in the academic field and on all sides. Thus, blockchain technology came into the limelight for strengthening security and privacy in IoT systems in a decentralized manner, giving the system immutability, transparency, and distributed trust. This study proposes a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of blockchain-based approaches that aim to enhance the IoT applications' privacy and security, focusing chiefly on healthcare, supply chains, and smart cities. The review uses a structured methodology to find, select, evaluate, and synthesize relevant peer-reviewed studies published between 2018 and 2025 taken from major scientific databases such as IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, and Scopus. Articles were also examined to narrow the scope of study and set the subject. The selected studies are analyzed and classified based on their security goals (e.g., confidentiality, integrity, authentication), privacy-preserving techniques (e.g., anonymization, differential privacy, zero-knowledge proofs), blockchain configurations (e.g., public, private, consortium), and consensus mechanisms. The findings reveal a growing body of research applying blockchain to a wide range of IoT domains, addressing diverse application domains such as healthcare, smart homes, industrial IoT, and agriculture, and demonstrating its potential to enhance data integrity, access control, and authentication. However, the integration of blockchain in IoT also faces challenges such as scalability, latency, and resource overhead, especially in real-time and constrained environments. This review offers a comprehensive synthesis of the state-of-the-art, identifies current limitations and research gaps, and proposes future research directions for building secure, efficient, privacy-aware, and scalable blockchain-enabled IoT systems.

The model covers user authentication, data verification, data logging, data sharing and other processes, and is equipped with a data management incentive system, which can achieve convenient, secure and fast data management. Applying blockchain technology to data management can further improve the effectiveness of data management and improve the quality of data, and create a positive data sharing environment.

In the current era of rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the field of education is undergoing profound transformations[1]. As a crucial component of the Japanese language teaching system, the traditional teaching model of "Japanese Audio-Visual-Speaking" faces numerous challenges in cultivating students' comprehensive language application abilities. Against the backdrop of the AI era, this paper delves into the practice and application of AI technology in the teaching of "Japanese Audio-Visual-Speaking." By analyzing the current applications of AI technology in Japanese speech recognition, personalized learning, and virtual simulation scenario construction, combined with specific teaching practice cases, this paper elaborates on the innovative breakthroughs brought by AI technology to "Japanese Audio-Visual-Speaking" teaching, including advantages such as improved learning efficiency, enhanced interactivity, and personalized instruction. At the same time, it objectively examines the challenges faced during the application of AI technology, such as technological dependence, the transformation of teachers' roles, and data security, and provides an outlook on the future development trends of AI technology in "Japanese Audio-Visual-Speaking" teaching, offering references for promoting the modernization of Japanese audio-visual-speaking instruction.

BackgroundBlockchain is emerging as an innovative technology for secure data management in many areas, including medical practice. A distributed blockchain network is tolerant against network fault, and the registered data are resistant to tampering and revision. The technology has a high affinity with digital medicine like mobile health (mHealth) and provides reliability to the medical data without labor-intensive third-party contributions. On the other hand, the reliability of the medical data is not insured before registration to the blockchain network. Furthermore, there are issues with regard to how the clients' mobile devices should be dealt with and authenticated in the blockchain network in order to avoid impersonation.ObjectiveThe aim of the study was to design and validate an mHealth system that enables the compatibility of the security and scalability of the medical data using blockchain technology.MethodsWe designed an mHealth system that sends medical data to the blockchain network via relay servers. The architecture provides scalability and convenience of operation of the system. In order to ensure the reliability of the data from clients' mobile devices, hash values with chain structure (client hashchain) were calculated in the clients' devices and the results were registered on the blockchain network.ResultsThe system was applied and deployed in mHealth for insomnia treatment. Clinical trials for mHealth were conducted with insomnia patients. Medical data of the recruited patients were successfully registered with the blockchain network via relay servers along with the hashchain calculated on the clients' mobile devices.
