Abstract

Many factors, both external and internal, subjective and objective affect athletic performance. The most effective external factors in inline speed skating were identified by conducting a survey and pedagogical observation, and analysis of competitive activity. There are: wet asphalt (33.9 %), poor quality of asphalt (26.6 %) and a headwind (18.34 %). In general, more than 15 external factors, as well as such internal factor as feeling of well-being affect athletes.
