Abstract
Tinnitus is a widespread phenomenon. A compromised neural noise cancellation system is a likely cause. Neuro music therapy according to the Heidelberg Model is a 5-day intervention that aims to correct the compromised neuronal signal processing at psychological and neurophysiological level. Using the example of one patient suffering from chronic tinnitus, the treatment steps are presented.
