Font Design Optimization Model for New Media Short Video Based on Virtual Reality Digital Processing Technology

This article explores the role of digital fashion as an innovative tool for sustainable design and garment production. The primary aim is to examine how digital fashion can help reduce the use of natural resources, minimize waste generated in traditional production processes, and promote environmentally responsible approaches to fashion development. Today, the fashion industry is widely recognized as one of the leading contributors to environmental degradation, particularly due to its heavy consumption of materials, high energy usage, and generation of non-biodegradable waste. However, advances in digital technology have introduced new tools that can support more sustainable design processes in the fashion industry. This study focuses on the potential of digital fashion, especially through the use of 3D design software such as CLO3D, which enables the creation of realistic virtual prototypes. These digital models can replace the need for physical samples in the early design stages, significantly reducing material usage and production waste. The main objective of this research is to evaluate how digital fashion technology can support sustainable design practices, particularly by shortening design timelines, lowering costs, and reducing material consumption. Additionally, the study considers how digital fashion enhances the ability to present design concepts in realistic and engaging ways. To investigate this, the article presents a case study on the design of a football uniform using CLO3D, a widely adopted 3D software in the international fashion industry. Football uniforms are a useful subject due to their need for precision in terms of proportion, pattern accuracy, and responsiveness to body movement. Therefore, the use of 3D software in this context clearly demonstrates the capabilities of digital fashion. The findings show that applying CLO3D in the design process significantly reduces redundant steps typically involved in traditional prototyping. Designers can accurately simulate fabric properties such as elasticity, folds, and how garments move in response to body motion. Results from this experiment reveal that digital fashion can generate outputs that closely resemble physical products, while also offering immediate flexibility to adjust design elements—such as color, material, or pattern—without the need to physically produce multiple sample versions. This allows for tangible reductions in time, cost, and resource use throughout the design and production process. From the case study, three main advantages of digital fashion are highlighted: (1) The ability to reduce the need for physical prototypes by relying on highly accurate digital garment simulations; (2) The reduction of costs and waste associated with iterative sampling and design refinement common in traditional methods; and (3) The acceleration of the design, testing, and revision cycle, enabling more agile responses to market demands—especially important in commercial fashion contexts where designs change rapidly by season. Nevertheless, the article also discusses current limitations of digital fashion. These include the costs associated with acquiring and maintaining necessary software and hardware, the complexity of learning the technology for designers unfamiliar with digital tools, and certain technical constraints such as the inability to fully replicate physical properties like texture, tactile sensation, or the effects of actual sewing techniques. Despite these limitations, digital fashion still demonstrates strong potential for both academic exploration and practical application, especially in equipping new-generation designers with innovative skills. Moreover, digital fashion serves as a foundational knowledge base for integrating related technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR). Based on the findings, this study recommends incorporating digital fashion into fashion design curricula at the higher education level, to better prepare future designers to adapt to the evolving global landscape of sustainable fashion. Furthermore, collaboration among academia, industry, and technology sectors should be promoted in order to mainstream digital fashion practices in commercial garment production. Establishing a new ecosystem that supports the widespread adoption of digital fashion could serve as a key mechanism to drive the fashion industry toward long-term sustainability, benefiting both economic and environmental dimensions.

The article examines the experience of using modern digital technologies to control and accurately assess the quality of students ' knowledge and skills. It is shown how digital technologies allow us to quickly implement high-quality pedagogical control and objectively assess with high accuracy the level of the student's knowledge, allowing us to conduct testing more efficiently and quickly, as they are able to automate the process of creating tests, evaluating them and reporting results. In addition, the positive side of the systematic control of knowledge based on the use of digital technologies is its objectivity, based on the realization of the possibilities of their informative functions, since they do not allow the teacher to influence the test results, and also allow to establish the accuracy of the answer. When performing this type of control, conditions are created under which the student is not afraid of the control procedure and does not try to invent new ways to increase the grade. Digital technologies allow the teacher to create individual training programs, which makes it possible to adjust testing to the needs of each student and create a personalized approach to the educational process. The teacher has the opportunity to objectively assess the real level of students' knowledge and their compliance with the declared competencies. Digital tests can be taken at any time and from any place, making the testing process convenient and accessible for students. The use of digital technologies to monitor knowledge can be motivating for students, as it allows them to participate more actively in the learning process and increase their achievements.
 The text of the article briefly describes the need for digital technologies in education, types and applications of control and diagnostic systems and online services, justified expediency and advantages of digital testing technologies, as well as examples of modern services and programs for creating tests. It is also noted that digital technologies make it possible to save test results and obtain statistics on student answers, which allows for a more objective analysis of the level of knowledge. The use of digital technologies also makes it possible to increase the efficiency of knowledge control and reduce time spent on preparing tests and evaluating results.

This research explores the relationship between digital technology and human resource practices, analyzing contemporary research conducted between 2016 and December 31, 2023. The systematic literature review adheres to fundamental review principles and identifies various studies conducted across various nations on the conceptual application of digital technology in human resource practices. This paper emphasizes the importance of understanding digital technology and human resource practices for all organizational levels, aiming to help professionals build and implement these practices for stronger competitive advantages in the digital technological era. Many methodological (exclusive search) constraints exist in this review, which may limit how well it can be used with additional case studies. Digital technology and human resource practices are essential parts of developing digital and advanced technologies relevant to human resource practices in many aspects. This systematic literature review analysed the relationship between digital technology and human resource practices, demonstrating their interconnectedness through a comprehensive review of research in this field. Both concepts of digital technology and human resource practices linkage was not more focused before. A full understanding of the current state of digital technology and research conceptualization for human resource practices on a single platform through developing a thorough technological concept in human resource practices.

Based on electronic health data, digital transformation is acknowledged as one of the biggest game-changers of the twenty-first century, tackling both current and future challenges in dental and oral healthcare. A novel method for addressing today’s major healthcare issues, such as an ageing population with a higher incidence of chronic diseases and higher lifetime treatment costs, is offered by the utilization of digital tools and apps. Health care providers may improve patient satisfaction, develop loyalty and trust, and streamline operations with the aid of digitalization. The trend of digitalization has also been influenced and nurtured by the social and cultural habits of civilised society in industrialised nations. These behaviours include urbanism, centralization, mobility, and constant accessibility through the use of smartphones, tablets, and the internet of things (IoT). In order to ensure transparency for all parties involved—including patients, healthcare providers, universities and research institutions, the medtech industry, insurance, the public media, and state policy— digital dentistry necessitates managing expectations in a more pragmatic and realistic manner. It is not to be construed that digital smart data technology will eventually take the place of people who can provide dental competence and patient empathy. The dental team in charge of digital applications is still crucial to patient care and will always be so. Many difficulties arise in the process of gathering, storing, and analysing digital biological patient data. Safeguarding patient data for optimal safety requires not just technical considerations for managing massive volumes of data, but also adherence to globally established norms and ethical guidelines.1 There are four main categories that best describe the advantages of digital dental technologies in Prosthodontics. The first and foremost is improved communication. Dental laboratory staff, patients, dentists, and other stakeholders may all communicate clearly with the help of computerized patient records. Furthermore, digital radiographs and pictures depicting intraoral conditions improve the information exchange between medical professionals and patients. One of the main benefits of integrated electronic patient records is error-free, real-time communication. Enhanced record keeping, data fidelity, workflow efficiency, and therapeutic outcomes are among the benefits of increased quality. Real-time clinical improvement is made possible by intraoral scanning of tooth preparations that are examined in highly contrasted, magnified fields on a computer screen while the patient is in direct view. Data archiving for specific patients is the third benefit. The following are some benefits of using 3-D archived diagnostic casts: a) long-lasting images without causing damage or loss to the original casts; b) allowing the images to be interfaced with other images for analysis using cutting-edge analytical and design tools; c) removing human error; and d) reduced costs for storage. The fourth and most significant advantage of digital technology in Prosthodontics is its favourable effect on patient satisfaction. More advanced treatment plans are driven by the enhanced diagnostic data. Several factors, such as time constraints, IT support costs, a lack of basic computer skills, disruptions to workflow, privacy and security concerns, interprofessional and intersystem connections, and technical and expert support, are impeding the adoption of digital technology in Prosthodontics.2,3 Several digital processes for production processing in Prosthodontics have already been incorporated into treatment procedures, particularly in the quickly expanding fields of rapid prototyping (RP) and computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacture (CAD/ CAM). Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) have created new opportunities for automated processing in radiological imaging. Furthermore, the technology underlying the superimposition of various imaging files to create virtual dentistry patients and non-invasive simulations comparing various outcomes before any clinical intervention is known as augmented and virtual reality, or AR/VR. These exciting new technologies—whose potential applications are still up in the air—have been made conceivable by increased IT capability.1,2,3 The process of rapidly and autonomously creating three-dimensional (3D) models of a finished product or a component of a whole using 3D printers is known as rapid prototyping. Complex 3D geometries can be produced at a reasonable cost with minimal material waste, thanks to the additive manufacturing technique. The workpiece is virtually sliced into multiple two dimensional layers. The tool-path is then generated by the AM machine in both the x and y dimensions. A three-dimensional component is formed by sequentially depositing each material layer on top of the other. The foundation of this novel approach is the slicing of a three-dimensional CAD model into numerous thin layers, which are then built one after the other by manufacturing machinery using the geometric data. Dental technology can benefit greatly from RP’s mass manufacture of dental models and its ability to fabricate implant surgical guides. Large-scale, simultaneous production in a repeatable, standardized manner is highly advantageous from an economic perspective.4 Augmented reality, or AR, is an interactive technology that uses computer-animated perceptual data to enhance a real-world experience. Stated differently, augmented reality is the addition of virtual content to the physical world. Usually, it involves superimposing extra digital data on real-time pictures or movies. In contrast, virtual reality relies solely on artificial, non-reality-connected computerized settings. Every imaginable form of sensation, primarily visual, aural, and haptic, can be employed alone or in any combination, depending on the technique. In addition to several fascinating advancements for patients and healthcare professionals, AR/VR technologies are currently finding a growing number of applications in the field of Prosthodontics as a whole.5,6 Artificial Intelligence has come a long way in the last ten years. The field of Prosthodontics is about to benefit from the most intriguing AI applications that are just around the corner. Though AI is developing quickly, it will never be able to fully replace human intelligence, skill, or capacity to make decisions. Artificial Intelligence (AI) in prosthodontics is growing exponentially. The implementation’s results are on par with, and sometimes even better than, those of humans. AI can be seen as a potential tool in every area, including the identification of marginal lines, the classification of denture fixtures and maxillofacial prosthesis, and the reduction of human error in implant cementation. Furthermore, AI cannot take the role of human knowledge, skill, or treatment planning; it can only support clinicians in carrying out their responsibilities in a professional manner. AI is generally recognized as a great tool for Prosthodontists, despite the fact that there are still obstacles to be addressed, including data collection, interpretation, computing power, and ethical issues. With careful design and long-term clinical validation, AI can be transparent, unbiased, repeatable, and user-friendly.7,8 Future research should emphasize the connection between oral and general health in order to concentrate on patient-centered outcomes and personalized therapy. Research in Prosthodontics ought to be useful to society in this context. It shouldn’t only produce papers for scientific journals; instead, it should aim to improve clinical protocols. Research and development in material science and related technical applications aim to preserve tooth structures with early diagnosis, repair of dental conditions to attain aesthetics, function with high degree of predictability, along with fewer appointments. Digital technology has a significant impact on patient motivation, clinical aspects, laboratory procedures, student training, practice management, and research.

Extended-Reality Technologies: An Overview of Emerging Applications in Medical Education and Clinical Care.

As computer technology is integrated into design curricula, significant shifts in pedagogy must be developed that acknowledge and incorporate alterations in teaching design process. This paper offers a critical analysis of the effects on design productivity of an experimental design studio that proposed and investigated an interdependent relationship of mechanical and digital technologies. A design studio was developed based on linking digital and physical technologies through systematic transformations of one technology into the other. Transformations were structured as a series of projects to test concepts of "making/building" in the form of abstracting/ making concrete, building/un-building, and un-making/making. Student permutations of the transforming operations revealed that design processes occurred as a mutuality, rather than an opposition, of the virtual and material. Design activity was revealed as a patterned flow of systematic formulations built on previous transformations. Key results of the studio indicated increased early development of conceptualization, increased refinement and integration of design issues throughout the project stages, and greater sensitivity to use of materials in a more holistic realization of concepts. Current curriculum structures that fragment technologies and subjugate ideas of craft, technology, and ideation into separate courses or educational issues, do so at the expense of substantive design refinement. The experimental studio of interdependent technologies offers digital and mechanical technologies as an holistic feature of design processes, thus indicating a greater integration of "support" courses into design studio and implicating an increased role of "hands-on constructing" such as that in wood/metal shops.

Purpose The use of digital technology is crucial for building resilience and shaping competitive advantages in project-based organizations (PBOs). The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of digital elements on organizational resilience and resilience enhancement paths in PBOs represented by the construction industry in the context of digitization. Design/methodology/approach This study uses multivalue-set qualitative comparative analysis (mvQCA). First, we collect digitization keywords from the annual reports of PBOs in the construction industry and classify them as process digitization, digital technology application and production intelligence while also considering word frequency statistics as antecedent conditions. Second, through a literature review and the use of the data collected, we define organizational resilience as the ability of organizations to defend, resist, recover and develop. Then, we use the mvQCA approach to examine how digital antecedent variables collectively advance PBO resilience. Findings By collecting data on 79 listed Chinese construction companies and utilizing mvQCA, we identify five combinations of conditions that produce high levels of organizational resilience, and the solution coverage is 1. These methods are (1) digital technology application-oriented, (2) process digitalization-oriented, (3) digitized multifactor coupling, (4) process digitization and digital technology application-driven and (5) process digitalization and production intelligence-driven. Originality/value These findings have important theoretical and practical implications for revealing the digital-driven path to high levels of PBO resilience. In theory, this study enriches the research on organizational resilience and expands the application scope of organizational resilience theory and the QCA method. Furthermore, this study provides new ways and ideas for PBOs to effectively integrate and utilize internal and external digital resources to increase their levels of organizational resilience.

Nowadays, the development of Digital Earth has made a tremendous impact on all aspects of human social life, and a series of effective work around Digital Earth, which attracted wide attention, have been carried out by people with different background. Meantime, exploitation of the popularized technology is constantly being mature with the development of Google Earth. However, users still have many difficulties in constructing and operating 3D scenes on web, because of the limitation of network speed. This paper aims to provide a more convenient method for the client users to interact with the 3D models, thus to promote popularization of Digital Earth technology and apply it in many aspects of social life. In this research, Ajax was utilized as a newly emerged network technology, since it could provide a good solution for application in developing of virtual reality technology based on Web. This paper analyzed the principles and key technologies of Ajax, explored how Ajax can be used in construction of interactive virtual reality scenes through case study, in order to enhance access speed of virtual scenes on Web page, and increase the authenticity, interactivity and extensibility of virtual scenes. This paper introduced the whole process of virtual model construction and proposed an efficient way to achieve interactive scene. The results showed that the combination of SAI (Scene Access Interface) method and Ajax technology could effectively save network bandwidth and enhance user experience, which laid the foundation for the development of virtual reality technology based on Web and the popularization of Digital Earth technology.

The article discusses modern tools that serve as the basis for digitalization of the educational environment of the university, as well as the features of their application in the educational process. The primary goal of digitalization of the educational environment of the university is to increase the efficiency of the educational process, expand opportunities to make it more adapted to modern training conditions and more interesting for students. As practice shows, the more interesting the educational process is for the student, the more educational information the student learns and remembers. The modern generation cannot imagine life without a variety of gadgets. Such a hobby is not always useful, but this interest can bring tangible benefits if modern digital devices and inventions are made an obligatory part of the educational process. The article evaluates the effectiveness of digital educational technologies in the educational process and their application. The assessment includes a statistical analysis of the results of a survey of teachers and students about the usefulness of using basic digital elements. The representativeness of the sample and the randomness of the selection of respondents allowed us to judge with enough confidence about the objectivity of the results we got. Digitalization of the educational environment makes it more accessible, safe and interesting. But, there are obvious disadvantages to using digital technologies. They are also noted in the article. Solutions to cut the identified shortcomings are proposed.
