Abstract

ABSTRACT In the swiftly evolving realm of healthcare technology, safeguarding the privacy and security of delicate medical data is of utmost importance. Conventional methods often prove inadequate in preserving patients’ confidentiality, compelling the need for innovative solutions. This research introduces a pioneering methodology called Selective Data Access through Privacy-Enhanced Blockchain. This approach integrates blockchain technology with advanced data analytics techniques, revolutionizing medical data management. By harnessing blockchain, the system restricts access to essential data, enhances privacy, and expedites predictive modeling. The attained outcomes are substantial: a potential 85% enhancement in data privacy, ensuring limited access to sensitive medical information, coupled with an estimated 80% reduction in processing time and resources for streamlined predictive modeling. Moreover, there is a prospective 70% cost saving in data storage and management. These results collectively underscore the transformative potential of the Selective Data Access through Privacy-Enhanced Blockchain methodology, promising optimized security, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in healthcare data management.
