High-Quality Services and Efficient Management in Property Management Based on Artificial Intelligence

In the current context of rapid development of digital economy, enterprise financial management is facing increasingly complex internal and external environments, and the traditional financial management model has been difficult to meet the needs of intelligence, refinement and efficiency. This paper analyzes the status quo and development trend of enterprise financial informatization construction, and clarifies the important role of informatization in improving the efficiency of financial management; from the three dimensions of data-driven decision-making support, financial process optimization based on artificial intelligence, and the deep integration of informatization and intelligence, it discusses the key elements of the optimization of the intelligent financial management system and the path of achieving it; finally, it evaluates the effect of optimized intelligent financial management system through a typical case, and verifies that it can meet the demand of intelligent financial management and improve its efficiency. Finally, the optimized intelligent financial management system is evaluated through typical cases to verify its significant role in improving management efficiency, reducing operating costs and enhancing decision-making science. The study shows that promoting the organic combination of informationization construction and intelligent management can not only improve the overall level of enterprise financial management, but also provide an important guarantee for enterprises to achieve sustainable development.

With the growing economic level and the continuous development of information network technology, as well as the continuous improvement of people's living standards, transportation demand gradually increased. Due to the current transportation system in China has been facing the problem of traffic congestion and inefficient, and cause serious pollution and energy shortages, and intelligent traffic management system is the key to solve these problems, the modern information network technology and transportation combined. This article gives a brief introduction to the development and study of the status quo of China's intelligent transportation management system, intelligent traffic management system architecture of CORBA and CORBA, and described the implementation of an intelligent traffic management system based on CORBA.

We developed a novel computer program, the Intelligent Sepsis Management System, based on Sepsis-3 definitions and 2016 Surviving Sepsis Campaign guidelines and performed a quasi-experimental pre-post study to assess its effect on compliance with the Surviving Sepsis Campaign guidelines and outcomes in patients with sepsis and septic shock. During the pre-period, patients were managed with usual care. During the post-period, patients were managed using the Intelligent Sepsis Management System upon arrival at the emergency department. A total of 631 patients were enrolled (pre-period, 316; post-period, 315). The overall compliance with the Surviving Sepsis Campaign guidelines’ bundle improved (pre-period 10.8% vs. post-period 54.6%; p < 0.001). The post-period showed significantly lower 30-day mortality than the pre-period (pre-period 37.3% vs. post-period 29.5%; p = 0.037), but was not a protective factor for 30-day mortality, with an adjusted hazard ratio (95% confidence interval) of 0.75 (0.55–1.04) (p = 0.151). The associated factors for 30-day mortality were age, sequential organ failure assessment score, overall compliance, and lactate levels. The 30-day mortality was significantly lower in the compliance group than in the non-compliance group (27.2% vs. 36.5%; p = 0.002). After implementation of the Intelligent Sepsis Management System, overall compliance with the Surviving Sepsis Campaign guidelines improved and was associated with reduced 30-day mortality. However, we could not verify the causal effect of this system on 30-day mortality.

Aquaculture intelligent monitoring and management system (AIMAMS) is a web information system covering businesses, home users, and management of aquaculture information, which have many users. The information security and safety equipment of different users is an important issue that we have to consider. Role-based access control introduces the roles concept into user and access rights, and its basic feature are that divide roles depending on the security policy, assign operating license for each role, and assign roles to each user. The user can access the specified object based on their respective roles. In order to achieve different user needs for security, aquaculture access control model based on group/role is developed which is based on analysis of the role-based access control model. Aquaculture intelligent monitoring and management system consists of system administrators, business users, family farming users and technicians, each category contains a number of other users who have different permissions. For such a complex distribution of competences, the user groups are introduced here on the basis of idea of role-based access control model. Users are divided into four groups which correspond to four categories of users, each group is given the largest collection of operational authority, and the users of each group are assigned different roles, which have all or part of privileges of the current group. Technicians can access business and family farming user’s information, but cannot view some sensitive data, such as price, therefore, technicians group is controlled by field-level permissions of data tables, the sensitive fields of business and family farming user data tables is shielded. This model can effectively reduce the overhead of rights management, and can improve system’s scalability. Along with the needs of business development, the system can easily add new user groups and assign permissions and roles for them. This aquaculture access model is universal, it is not only suitable for aquaculture intelligent monitoring and management system but also has reference value for other systems.

In this context, this paper conducts research and application of commercial law information management system based on big data, conducts an in-depth study on the current status of commercial law information management system in China, and provides an outlook on commercial law information management in China by establishing a relevant model system.

Agricultural parks consist of many functional parts for crops cultivation, including irrigation systems, environmental monitoring equipment, and other important infrastructure. In order to prevent and respond to various technical failures, accurate and real-time monitoring needs to be carried out. This article is based on big data and artificial intelligent technology, and conducted in-depth mining on it. It adopts an intelligent fault diagnosis and management system based on a combination of machine learning and big data analysis. By combining discrete data with intelligent algorithms, the fault diagnosis process is optimized to improve the real-time and accuracy of the system. By automatically collecting and analyzing various information during the production process, scientific decision-making basis is provided for enterprise management to reduce human errors and improve operational efficiency. This article also optimizes and improves existing user side fault diagnosis and intelligent management technologies. Our results indicate that the fault prediction accuracy achieved in this article is significantly improved. The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the transformation, upgrading, and development model innovation of agricultural parks in China.

The traditional management model for small-scale orchard has been unable to meet the current social development, it is a fashion trend of construction the intelligent orchard management system, the investment benefits has become a concern. This paper proposes the evaluation indicator system of comprehensive benefits of small-scale intelligent orchard management system based on the three dimensions of economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits, and introduces a simple and convenient evaluation model with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, feasibility and easy-to-accomplish steps of the proposed model is verified by empirical analysis. This study has brought some management enlightenment and also provided decision support for investment management of small scale orchard intelligent management system.

Intelligent power consumption management technology are developing rapidly. However, as an important role in consumer-side resource distribution, the distributed photovoltaic (PV) generator has not been typically taken into consideration. In order to enrich the user-side consuming strategies, a distributed photovoltaic power access scheme for intelligent power consumption management system is proposed here. Based on the intelligent power consumption management system, the PV array and battery are involved in via PV control unit and grid connected inverter unit. With the interaction of PV and other smart load devices, a more reasonable strategy for consumer on economy, comfortable degree, and power balance is offered. The operating constraints for PV accessed smart home system are also discussed and modulated here. Above all, a detailed workflow with self-learning feedback mechanism is proposed to promote the adaptability of system. Finally, it is proved the possibility and rationality for energy consumption is increased with the proposed scheme.

In the design process of automobile data recorder detection system in the intelligent traffic management system, the traditional design method is difficult to resist the interference due to external environment, making the image of automobile data recorder is obscure, resulting in low detection precision problem. Therefore, this paper proposes a design method of automobile data recorder detection system in intelligent traffic management system based on the Internet of things. High precision automobile data recorder is used to make real-time differential dynamic processing for the collected vehicle information. The equivalent spherical correction algorithm is used to make real-time detection on the obtained vehicle image, to get the difference image and then make the binarization processing, and the edge information of tested vehicle can be obtained by statistical method, to realize the automatic recognition of vehicle, ensure the accuracy of detection. Simulation results show that the design method of automobile data recorder detection system in the intelligent traffic management system based on the Internet of things can improve the efficiency of detection, reduce the traffic accidents.

The rapid adoption of hydrogen as an eco-friendly energy source has necessitated the development of intelligent power management systems capable of efficiently utilizing hydrogen resources. However, guaranteeing the security and integrity of hydrogen-related data has become a significant challenge. This paper proposes a pioneering approach to ensure secure hydrogen data analysis by integrating blockchain technology, enhancing trust, transparency, and privacy in handling hydrogen-related information. Combining blockchain with intelligent power management systems makes the efficient utilization of hydrogen resources feasible. Using smart contracts and distributed ledger technology facilitates secure data analysis (SDA), real-time monitoring, prediction, and optimization of hydrogen-based power systems. The effectiveness and performance of the proposed approach are demonstrated through comprehensive case studies and simulations. Notably, our prediction models, including ABiLSTM, ALSTM, and ARNN, consistently delivered high accuracy with MAE values of approximately 0.154, 0.151, and 0.151, respectively, enhancing the security and efficiency of hydrogen consumption forecasts. The blockchain-based solution offers enhanced security, integrity, and privacy for hydrogen data analysis, thus advancing clean and sustainable energy systems. Additionally, the research identifies existing challenges and outlines future directions for further enhancing the proposed system. This study adds to the growing body of research on blockchain applications in the energy sector, specifically on secure hydrogen data analysis and intelligent power management systems.

In this paper, we are introducing an intelligent valet parking management system that guides the cars to autonomously park within a parking lot. The IPLMS for Intelligent Parking Lot Management System, consists of two modules: 1) a model car with a set of micro-controllers and sensors which can scan the environment for suitable parking spot and avoid collision to obstacles, and a Parking Lot Management System (IPLMS) which screens the parking spaces within the parking lot and offers guidelines to the car. The model car has the capability to autonomously maneuver within the parking lot using a fuzzy logic algorithm, and execute parking in the spot determined by the IPLMS, using a parking algorithm. The car receives the instructions from the IPLMS through a wireless communication link. The IPLMS has the flexibility to be adopted by any parking management system, and can potentially save the clients time to look for a parking spot, and/or to stroll from an inaccessible parking space. Moreover, the IPLMS can decrease the financial burden from the parking lot management by offering an easy-to-install system for self-guided valet parking.

With the popularity of Internet and management informationization, people's understanding and demand of information technology has increased significantly, it is especially important for top hospitals where large amounts of information need to be processed. Medicine management is the core of hospital management, and it is the most promising link to cut down the expense and increase the income. Because there are many types of patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and a wide variety of drugs stored there, especially many high risk medicines, the workload of medicine management for medical staff in ICU is really heavy. ICU intelligent medicine management system was designed in accordance with the requirements of the new financial system of the Ministry of Health, and the classification coding system was national standard. At the same time, it promote the realization of the integration of prescription, dispensing and inventory management. The ICU intelligent medicine management system was constituted of human-computer interaction modules (touch screen and fingerprint entry device), motherboard module, mechanical and electrical control module (I/O), communication module (printer, HIS), drawer storage module and narcotic drugs information system module. It used Java as a programming tool, applied user-friendly and powerful Dream Weaver as a development tool, and used JSP/JAVA, also Java, MySQL5 and Tomcat7 as the server-side, Client-side scripting tool, Database and Server respectively. Moreover, this system used Struts, session management, filters and database integration technology, built robust applications, whole prepared through the MVC mode, and had a very good scalability.

For the purpose of optimizing laboratory management, a set of intelligent laboratory management system based on Internet of things is described in this paper. The hardware platform of this system is STM32 micro-controller, adopts WIFI intelligent power module, RFID-RC522 card reader, using Android/Java language to develop raspberry 3. When the students get to the laboratory and put their student cards on, the system would read the student information in the cloud database and find the student's course information, recorded in the STM32 micro-controller and display the information on the raspberry3. According to the information, the system would sign the data in the cloud database. Achieved an efficient laboratory intelligent information management system based on Internet of things.
