Abstract

In previous chapters, we have learned to solve a wide range of differential equations. Primarily, our focus has been on linear differential equations: first-order linear equations, higher-order linear equations with constant coefficients, and systems of linear equations with constant coefficients. Indeed, we have learned through a variety of techniques that under the proviso that a differential equation or system is linear, we can almost always find a solution.
