Optimization Design of Network Development Platform of University Educational Administration Management System Based on Routing Engine

With the development of informatization, networking, intelligence and digitization in China, various modern concepts and technologies are gradually applied to the teaching management of colleges and universities. Educational administration management is the core link of teaching management. How to apply information technology to the educational administration management of colleges and universities, improve the efficiency of educational administration management, and cooperate with the information construction of colleges and universities is very important. Based on the current situation of educational administration management, this paper studies the method of further optimizing educational administration management by using information technology.

The resource management platform based on the resource library has different structures, which brings a lot of inconvenience to the sharing of educational resources. However, the scale of the school is constantly expanding, the number of campuses and departments within the school increases, and the number of teachers and students increases. These new circumstances need the development of an open, secure, and effective school administration system that can operate online at any time and from any location. The “plan norm model” of educational management decision-making goals controls the decision-making dynamic structure. Whether the decision-making object is an “economic man” or a “social man,” its dynamic structure is built on a top-down control sequence, with the only variation being the control mechanisms used. In colleges and universities, educational administration management is an essential aspect of educational management. It is a work with strong timeliness, heavy workload, and high accuracy requirements, affecting the overall situation of teaching. This paper proposes an information integration platform based on SOA, which integrates various enterprise application systems into a unified platform by using a loose coupling structure, realizes information sharing among application systems, and meets the needs of cross-departmental enterprise business. As a new architecture idea, service-oriented architecture can package existing assets and reuse existing assets. It can also minimize the impact of demand changes because its implementation is loosely coupled. When users need to add or modify a function, they only need to make a few modifications in the presentation layer or business process layer.

In the current university education management, we should give play to the guidance role of Mao Zedong's humanistic thought, pay attention to the application of humanistic thought in student management, respect students, serve students, rely on students, cultivate students, students-orient in practical education management, which not only helps to achieve the goal of college student education management, also can improve the quality of education in colleges and universities. The paper presents Mao Zedong's humanistic ideas, analyzes current status of education management in colleges and universities, and shows the guiding role of Mao Zedong's humanistic thoughts in education management in colleges and universities.

Using new media technology to improve the level of education management in colleges and universities, it is necessary to work hard on the protection of concepts, talents, technology, systems and other conditions to consolidate the foundation of the development of education management system. This requires the establishment of advanced work concepts, attention to the integration of new media technology and university education management ; strengthen the cultivation of talents and promote the steady progress of education management in the new media environment ; in the management of higher education, we should flexibly use various media technologies to promote the transformation and upgrading of work. Improve the system of integration of new media technology and university education management, and ensure that the integration work is carried out in a rule-based manner.

This paper analyzes this and puts forward the feasibility of developing digital education management in colleges and universities.

this system is design to complete the digital management of students' result files in middle schools' daily education work. The system focuses on conform the business process to the operation, and strives for comprehensiveness and versatility, making the system not only applies to one education organization. The combined method of life cycle approach and prototyping are adopted on the choice of development methods, which follows four phases, including research, analysis, design and implementation of the system to carry on the design. And in the detailed design, evolutionary prototyping is adopted. With the deepen understanding in the using, afresh analysis, design and implement one part or several parts will be processed. Finally through the test, this system has reached the design requirements of various functions, and achieved the expected design goal.

The integration of local wisdom into education management is a relevant issue for fostering an education system that is contextually relevant and sustainable. This study aimed to map the publication landscape and research development on local wisdom-based educational management over the past decade. Using a quantitative-descriptive bibliometric design, 702 metadata records indexed in Scopus (2016–2025) were analyzed after systematic filtering and data cleaning. Data were processed using Biblioshiny (R) to identify publication trends and VOSviewer to visualize keyword co-occurrence networks and thematic structures. The results show a significant rise in scholarly output, with peak productivity in 2024, reflecting growing academic interest in integrating cultural values, ethics, and social contexts into education management and leadership practices. The leading publication sources were Sustainability (Switzerland), Educational Management Administration and Leadership, International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, and Journal of Ethnobiology and Ethnomedicine. Productive authors Arifin, I., Bafadal, I., Effend, Y.R., and Imron, A., while Hallinger, P., Sanga, K., and Ens, E.J. were the most influential. Keyword mapping revealed five core themes: (1) integration of local wisdom and sustainability, (2) cultural and psychological dimensions, (3) community empowerment, (4) links between local knowledge and public policy, and (5) decolonization-based leadership and learning. Emerging directions focus on behavior, multicultural management, sustainable development, and mental health rooted in local culture. Despite limitations related to the single Scopus database and quantitative design, the findings provide a foundation for culturally grounded yet globally adaptive education management strategies and promote opportunities for international collaboration.

Teaching management plays a very important role in the management of University, is closely related to the future development of China University education. With the continuous expansion of the scale of university, university education teaching management put forward higher requirements, to innovative management ideas and development models for long-term development of the University to provide reliable protection. According to the present situation of teaching management in universities are analyzed, presented to the university teaching management new direction and mode of development, to constantly improve the quality of university teaching, education meet the needs of business development, in order to achieve the sustainable development of university teaching.

The educational management system based on biometric technology is born. The system provides hardware services based on biometrics technology and software services based on mobile terminal technology to provide convenient and efficient services for teachers and students.

The past two decades have witnessed an unrelenting expansion of management education around the world. At the same time, however, influential scholars—Mintzberg, Bennis, Pfeffer, and others—have leveled pointed critiques at these programs questioning their quality and relevance, as well as their approach to teaching and learning. In the present era of globalization, information technology is really an opportunity for the management education system in Vietnam to convert it to be globally competitive through world-class quality. The present management education model in Vietnam drags the features of the British model designed by the British to train the natives as “OGA,” enabling them to run the administration of the country at that time. Now the management or business education system has changed. Many modern business schools introduced several features in the management education system as replacing the traditional model of curriculum-teacher-student by problem-coach-problem solver, moral education, competence-based techniques approach, etc. This chapter explores and integrated approach to problem-based learning in Vietnam.

In this paper, we first constructed a college education management system based on big data technology, clarified the system layout, analyzed the functional requirements of different personnel roles, and used the B/S development structure and mode to complete the layout and construction of hardware. Then, the evaluation model is established by using factor analysis and principal component analysis to calculate the eigenvalue, variance contribution rate and comprehensive score of each factor, and the evaluation index system is established. Finally, the effect of digital education management in colleges and universities is evaluated in terms of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and tangibility, and overall perceived quality. The scores of all dimensions are higher than 4, the student’s expectations are all in the range of 5-6.5, and the real perception is in the range of 4-5.5. Teachers’ expectations were in the range of 5-6 points, and their true perceptions were in the range of 4-5 points. Teachers and students are satisfied with the effectiveness of school management. This study has significance for educational reform as well as management upgrading in colleges and universities.

With the gradual advancement of education management towards data and informationisation, how to establish a perfect employment education management system has become an important element of current student work. Data mining technology can extract valuable implicit information from the database, and is widely used in the practical processing of massive data. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of employment education management in universities, the study first improved the K-means algorithm by adding splitting and aggregation operations to it, used the improved K-means algorithm to cluster and analyse the employment education data, and then combined it with the optimised Apriori algorithm to further mine the useful information in the employment education data. The experimental outcomes demonstrate that the error rate of the improved K-means algorithm is stable at around 10%, with a high accuracy rate and strong stability; combined with the optimised Apriori algorithm applied to the employment education management system, the accuracy rate is basically maintained at over 96%, and the scores of students’ employment knowledge and employment practice are all over 90, indicating that the method can provide effective guidance for students’ employment and give a guideline for the sustainable education management of employment.

With the continuous progress of Internet technology, artificial intelligence and digital technology have been widely used. From the perspective of all-media integration, college education management must also adapt to the changes of The Times and social environment, gradually increase the application of new media technology in practice, give full play to the advantages of all-media, and ultimately ensure that the quality of education management can be significantly improved. This paper mainly analyzes the advantages of new media technology from the perspective of all-media integration, analyzes the shortcomings existing in the current university education management, and puts forward the path to implement the innovation of education management.
