Pedagogical Support and Development System for Gifted Schoolchildren: Language Training Context

The research explores the key aspects of the psychological adaptation of cadets to the conditions of a higher educational institution in the system of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. The research purpose is to analyze the factors that influence the successful acquisition of professional competencies by cadets under significant psychological and emotional stress, in educational environment and social conditions. The research focuses on the organizational, personal, and social and psychological aspects that contribute to adaptation, emphasizing the need for psychological and pedagogical support for students. The main results show that the successful psychological adaptation of cadets depends on creating a favorable social and psychological climate, support system and professional training, including the development of stress resistance and communication skills. The research emphasizes that insufficient preparation for new conditions can lead to emotional stress and a decrease in academic motivation. This work has significant practical value, as it offers solutions for optimizing the adaptation conditions of cadets, which contributes to the formation of stress-resistant professionals. The development of psychological and pedagogical support system not only improves the learning process, but also prevents possible problems in the future by linking adaptation to the successful integration of cadets into the professional environment.

This study utilized a descriptive-correlational design to investigate the relationship between the extent of peer, teacher, and school support systems and learners’ academic performance in special education. Data were gathered from teachers regarding their demographics, training, and the dimensions of support provided. Findings revealed that while peer and teacher support systems were highly rated for fostering collaboration, motivation, and emotional well-being, school support received lower ratings due to resource challenges. Learners demonstrated "Very Satisfactory" performance in English, Mathematics, and Science. However, statistical analyses showed no significant relationship between the support systems and academic performance in these subjects, suggesting other factors may influence outcomes. Recommendations include enhancing resource provision, strengthening peer support programs, offering continuous teacher training, and fostering stakeholder collaboration. Additionally, action research is recommended to identify effective strategies and interventions for improving academic performance and support systems in inclusive education settings.

We examine the need to develop the subjective qualities of students at technical universities based on the analysis of Russian and foreign research on future engineers’ training. We consider the peculiarities of future engineers’ educational process, based on the importance of extracurricular activities in the development of such qualities. The purpose of the study is to test the hypothesis about the effectiveness of developing the subjective qualities of future engineers by involving them in extracurricular activities that were formed at the initial stage. The paper describes a pedagogical experiment that includes three stages. The set of research methods includes analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, pedagogical observation, questionnaire survey, testing, conversation, expert assessments, and statistics. We present different directions and types of activities organized within the experimental work with pedagogical support. Besides, we give examples of extracurricular activities that contribute to the successful development and manifestation of the specified personal qualities in students. The paper contains evidence of the effectiveness of extracurricular student activities as a factor in developing subjective qualities.

Part of the nuclear site restoration and delicensing process involves the characterisation and assessment of below-ground drainage systems. Site restoration is currently underway at Harwell in Oxfordshire where there is a complex drainage system that has developed over more than 70 years. Drainage decommissioning involves visual inspections, jet-washing and radiological surveys prior to final grouting. Prior to decommissioning, the structural and radiological condition of the network was unknown and now requires characterisation and assessment against defined clean-up criteria before the land can be released for future use. This paper outlines the application of an innovative Geographic Information System (GIS) and data management methodology to assess the structural and radiological condition of the drainage network at Harwell. The approach demonstrates the importance of efficient data collection and storage, implemented using UKAEA’s IMAGES land quality data management system. It also details several GIS techniques that can be utilised to accurately position below-ground surveys and record pipe material and diameter for surveyed drain sections. The aim of the monitoring process is to identify any activity which exceeds the delicensing criteria set by the Nuclear Installations Inspectorate (NII). The relevant criteria are the residual activity and the risk to a future site occupier. The maximum missable activity for each pipe class was determined by considering instrumentation characteristics and natural background radiation levels. The equipment used (a caesium iodide scintillation probe connected to a ratemeter), was limited by the small diameter of some drains. The hypothesis chosen was that residual activity was most likely to lie along the base of the pipe, given that the drains generally ran with only a limited depth. The response was measured for 137Cs gamma radiation and then used to calculate the net count rate for a variety of pipe configurations. Variability of the data was investigated in relation to static probe response and variations in counts per second along a pipe length. Analysis of the data using GIS showed clear spatial patterns, indicating systematic variability within each pipe material and diameter class. Clearance criteria were derived from this analysis and will be used to establish whether the specific sections of drain can remain in situ or require removal. This approach improves safety and cost performance of the decommissioning process and ensures that a transparent and auditable record of the status of the drainage system remains for the future re-use of the land as the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus.

In this paper an attempt has been made to describe a survey of the utilization of information e resources by the faculty members and research scholars as the users of various management institutions affiliated to Bharathiar University. A questionnaire method is used to identify the impressions of faculty members and research scholars towards the awareness of library services, adequate of library e resources, and their views on library services. This paper also examines the satisfaction levels of users about e resources, on line database, etc., and services provided by the library. Further an attempt has also been made to highlight the findings of the study and conclusion have based on the analysis of the data.

Purpose – The aim of this study is to examine the effects of demographic characteristics on perception of safety leadership and climate. Design/methodology/approach – The research model was created by comparing the safety leadership and climate with 6 demographic variables. Questionnaire method was used to obtain the data. The study was carried out in the textile manufacturing sector which is one of the sectors with the highest number of accidents. Questionnaires were conducted with 495 people in three workplace in Cerkezkoy/Tekirdag and 416 questionnaires were included in the study. As a data collection tool, it was used consisting of 45 items the scale was created by Wu (2005:35) to measure the safety leadership and consisting of 10 items the scale was created by Zohar (2000:591) to measure the safety climate. The analysis of the data was analyzed with the SPSS Statistics 22 program and the results were interpreted. Findings – It was found that female employees' on safety climate perception have higher than male employees. As the education level of the employees increased, the perception of safety leadership and climate increased. In addition, top level managers' on perceptions of safety leadership and climate have higher than those of intermediate managers. Discussion- According to the research findings, it was seen that some of the demographic variables were effective on safety leadership and climate. It had been interpreted by comparing with the previous similar studies. The study also contributes to the literature because of the limited research done regarding of safety leadership in Turkey.

Purpose of the study: This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between moral education in the family and adolescent personality. Methodology: This study uses questionnaire methods, documentation and data analysis methods. The subjects of the study were 40 respondents, using population and sample techniques (purposive random sampling). Data collection used a questionnaire instrument to collect x and y data. The collected research data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Testing the research hypothesis used correlation analysis. Main Findings: The results of the study showed that at the 5% level = 0.313. So that the comparison obtained based on the table of values ​​obtained is: 0.219 <0.313 at a significant level of 5%. From the analysis of the data, the working hypothesis (Ha) which states that there is a significant relationship between moral education in the family and adolescent personality is rejected. At the 1% level = 0.405, the comparison obtained based on the table of values ​​obtained is: 0.219 <0.405, then the null hypothesis (Ho) which states that there is no positive relationship between moral education in the family and adolescent personality so that Ho is accepted. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study integrates moral education in the family as one of the determining factors in the formation of adolescent personality. Although many studies discuss moral education and adolescent development separately, this study offers a more comprehensive approach, considering how the family environment plays a direct role in shaping adolescent moral values ​​and behavior.

That students bring their own device (BYOD) into the classroom is the big trend of emerging technology used in education. BYOD builds a environment based on emerging technology and digital resources, in which the can't depart from the support system. Took five key demand time learning theory as a guide, combined with the course teaching mode based on BYOD, the study explored the teaching support system architecture, structure model of course content and teaching activities, the main module and working process. The empirical research has proved that model of teaching support system is reasonable, the function is perfect, and helps overcome unfavorable factors to learning, improves the efficiency and effect.

Purpose: The qualitative study was conducted to determine the breastfeeding experiences of mothers working in radiation areas in hospitals. Materials and Methods: The study was conducted in Turkey between December 2022 and February 2023 through in-depth interviews held with 13 mothers who met the inclusion criteria. The content analysis method was used in the analysis of the data. Results: As a result of the analyses of the data obtained in the interviews, four themes regarding the breastfeeding experiences of health professionals working in radiation environments in hospitals were identified. These themes were institutional/administrative obstacles, support systems, unhealthy childcare, and feeling of incompetence as a mother. The main theme of unhealthy childcare consisted of four categories, which were low-quality breast milk, toxic breast milk, frequent diseases, and future risk of cancer. The main theme of feeling of incompetence as a mother was composed of three categories, which were fear, feeling of guilt, and "Am I a mother?" The theme of institutional/administrative obstacles consisted of three categories, namely working environment, working duration, and awareness of managers. Finally, the theme of support systems included two categories, positive perceptions and negative perceptions. Conclusion: In this study, it was determined that the mothers who worked in radiation areas in hospitals experienced problems due to individual, social, and institutional factors. The main concern of the mothers was found to be hurting their infants with their breast milk. Suitable working environments and the adequacy of practices related to daycare centers, social support, and motherhood rights are the main needs of working mothers aiming to keep breastfeeding their infants.

The experience of older people living in an elderly residential home (Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha): a phenomenology

Expert systems (ES) are computer programs which make recommendations and draw conclusions from heuristic rules and from relationships derived out of human experience. A decision support system (DSS) is a computer-based management information system (MIS) linking one or more data bases to computer software for exploration and analysis of the data. Combined in a single system an ES and a DSS comprise an expert support system. A simple expert support system for use in fishery stock assessment and management is described. It demonstrates a number of practical benefits of the use of expert systems technology to implement and integrate some simple tasks, i.e., bioeconomic modelling, cost/benefit sampling analyses, and technical interpretation, namely: (1) the effects of different population structures and patterns of fishing on modelling results can be examined under the programmed guidance of the expert system; (2) the effects of different levels of sampling precision on modelling results can be similarly examined; (3) cost/benefit analyses of different sampling budgets can be examined; and (4) management advice specific to each sampling, surplus production (four different models), and net present value (NPV) case is given. An examination of the future of expert support systems in fishery stock assessment and management considers four possible levels of support, as follows: (1) to provide technical explanations, (2) to manage and catalog repetitive processes, (3) to guide “low-level decisions”, and (4) to contribute directly to strategic and policy decisions. Currently, movement in expert systems usage is toward so-called “embedded systems”, for example, an expert support system which comprises, in addition to computational models and databases, one or more expert systems. Problems related to the design and development of ESS for fishery stock assessment and management are challenging conceptual problems; the construction and programming of ESS are reasonably tractable tasks. Determining what an ESS will do is often the principle conceptual question. Expert support systems provide another tool for fishery stock assessment scientists and managers to increase their productivity.

The problems of the rural labor market are relevant for the Russian rural economy and have their own characteristics in the regions. The article analyzes the employment opportunities provided by the rural environment of the Penza region and the Republic of Tatarstan. The villagers in these regions are employed in the formal sphere (employment in large agricultural organizations, peasant farms, work in budgetary organizations, engaging in agricultural and non-agricultural business) and in the informal sphere (work in private farmsteads, one-time hired employment, earnings on the road). According to the All-Russian Agricultural Census 2016 and expert assessments in interviews, rural residents of the Penza region more often than in the Republic of Tatarstan develop non-agricultural businesses, hire workers to work in private farmsteads, participate more actively in labor migration, preferring to leave for large Russian cities and especially to Moscow. The villagers of Tatarstan more often than in the region are employed in large agricultural organizations; they hire workers in farms, prefer to develop agricultural business, go to work, mainly in the cities of the republic. In both regions, the processes of demographic aging of the countryside, migration activity of young people, issues of low wages, a shortage of qualified personnel and seasonal employment in rural areas are relevant.

On this basis, the present research is aimed at studying the role of human resources strategies in the organizational performance of Barij Essence Kashan Pharmaceutical Company. In terms of goal, the present research is descriptivecorrelative and in terms of data collection, the survey method has been used. The main means of research data collection has been questionnaires and the validity and consistency tests have been carried out on the questionnaires. The statistical population is consisted of managers, directors, and experts of the Barij Essence Kashan Pharmaceutical Company during the winter of 2013-2014. Simple random sampling method has been used in the research and the number of people in the statistical population is 48. In research data collection, both library and field (questionnaire) methods have been used. The Pearson correlation coefficient and the multivariate regression have been employed in analysis of the data. By verifying the examined hypothesis, the findings of the research reveal that the human resources strategies generally influence on the organizational performance in five groups of absorption and employment strategy, human resources development strategy, performance management strategy, service compensation strategy, and employees’ relations strategy. © 2014 Growing Science Ltd. This study aims to: (1) Analyze the demand for organic vegetables in the city of Mataram, (2) To analyze the factors that influence the demand for organic vegetables in the city of Mataram. the type of data used in this study is qualitative data and quantitative data obtained in the form of not numbers and figures.
 Data collection methods are through the questionnaire (survey) method using primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive data analysis used to analyze consumer demand, and statistical data analysis used to analyze the factors that influence the demand for organic vegetables is done by analyzing the cob-douglas function.
 The results of the analysis show that: (1) the average demand for organic broccoli in Mataram City is 1,300 kg / month, (2) the average demand for organic cucumber vegetables in Mataram City is 2,333 kg / month, (3) the average the average demand for organic eggplant in Mataram City is 1,019 kg / month, (4) the factors that influence the demand for organic broccoli in Mataram are the price of the organic broccoli itself and the price of conventional broccoli, (5) factors that affect the demand for organic cucumber vegetables in Mataram City is the price of organic cucumber itself, the price of conventional cucumber, and consumer tastes, (6) the factors that influence the demand for organic eggplant in Mataram City are the price of organic eggplant itself and the price of conventional eggplant .
