Practice of Marine Information Management Scheme Based on Cloud Computing Mode

The relevance of the paper is due to the fact that the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in education is determined by global trends in the digitalization of the learning process and the need to adapt educational systems to contemporary challenges. Foreign experience in implementing AI demonstrates significant potential for personalizing learning, automating assessment, and analyzing data on the performance of participants in the educational process. Studying successful practices from other countries can reveal effective methods for integrating innovative technologies into the learning process. The purpose of the present article is to examine the current state of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational processes of various countries around the world. The methodology of the research is based on the general scientific and special methods of cognition such us analysis, synthesis, logical method, monitoring, and the method of visualization of the research results. The conclusions. The global experience of applying artificial intelligence in education demonstrates significant potential for these technologies to personalize learning, enhance the effectiveness of the educational process, and expand opportunities for both higher education students and educators. Foreign experience shows that various countries are already actively using AI-based innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness and quality of education. At the same time, the implementation of AI in education is accompanied by certain challenges and risks that must be considered and addressed at both national and international levels. However, given the rapid growth of investments and innovations in this field, it can be expected that AI will become an integral part of the education of the future, transforming the learning process and opening new horizons for the development of human potential. The scientific novelty of the research. A comparative analysis of the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process of different countries, including China, the USA, the United Kingdom, and Japan, has been conducted. Key features of AI integration in the field of education and its impact on learning personalization, process automation, and the improvement of educational outcomes have been presented. The practical significance of the article. The research results can be used to develop strategic approaches for the implementation of artificial intelligence in Ukrainian higher education institutions. The proposed recommendations will enable educators to effectively integrate innovative technologies to enhance the quality of education and improve student learning outcomes through personalized learning and the automation of routine tasks.

The main focus is on studying the prospects and possibilities of using artificial intelligence technology systems in detecting, investigating and preventing crimes. Ensuring the use of artificial intelligence technologies in law enforcement activities should become an urgent task of forensic science. The use of artificial intelligence technologies to predict crimes or illegal behavior of certain individuals, detect a possible criminal, as well as the use of these technologies for forensic purposes are considered promising areas of research. The article reflects the idea that it is impossible to ensure a positive result from the use of digital technologies in forensic activities only through the formulation of theoretical provisions and scientific discussions, despite the lack of large-scale and significant results of applied research in this area. Promising use of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in forensic and law enforcement practice will achieve higher results.

In recent decades, technological progress has contributed to a consistent change in approaches to organizing the provision of medical care in various regions of the world. Electronic data-gathering systems make it possible to create extensive information databases about the health status of the population of certain territories or entire states. The introduction of technological solutions based on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies makes it possible to provide a systematic analysis of large volumes of information, as well as to develop new treatment methods of life-threatening diseases. The use of AI technologies not only has significant potential for improving the organization of medical care, but also brings essential risks of human rights restriction, it may also form discriminatory practices or even cause harm to health. The authors demonstrate the importance of AI technologies in improving separate stages of medical care and the circulation of healthcare technologies, and also present various approaches to defining the notion of “artificial intelligence”, that is a crucial element in specifying the object of legal regulation. The article systematizes the list of threats and challenges to human security associated with the use of AI technologies. The development of legal regulation of this sphere at the national (United States of America) and supranational (European Union) levels is analyzed, and also the main directions of development of this field in the Russian Federation are presented.

The article discusses the essence and features of modern Internet marketing based on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The article examines how AI can help online marketers collect and analyze consumer data, segment and personalize audiences, create and distribute effective content, optimize and automate advertising campaigns, and measure and improve marketing results. The article also analyzes the latest trends in the use of AI technologies by Ukrainian and foreign companies and identifies their advantages.The investigation identified effective AI tools in online marketing, such as chatbots, recommender systems, text generators, sentiment analysers, face and speech recognition systems, etc. The article presents a comparison of AI tools in online marketing of Ukrainian and foreign companies. Foreign companies use modern products that have no analogues in Ukraine. This is due to the popularity of the trend of using AI technologies in foreign companies. In Ukraine, this trend is developing and we can see it in the use of chatbots and CRM systems. They have been implemented by such companies as PrivatBank and Promodo. Despite this, the development of foreign companies is progressive. Previously, only large corporations could afford to use AI technologies, but now young startups are catching up with the trend. AI combined with human capabilities can actually turn business into a universal tool for profit. However, this path is not without obstacles, so the article highlights the challenges of AI that may affect the economic, legal, ethical, and social spheres of life. Scenarios for preventing possible problems allow for the effective use of AI's potential. The article suggests measures that should help society adapt to changes in the socio-economic environment associated with the displacement of humans by AI. It is important to understand the advantages and disadvantages of modern online marketing tools to ensure effective solutions to business problems.

The current increase in the number of publications on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in neurosurgery indicates a new trend in clinical neuroscience.The aim of the study was to conduct a systematic literature review to highlight the main directions and trends in the use of AI in neurosurgery.Methods.Using the PubMed search engine, 327 original journal articles published from 1996 to July 2019 and related to the use of AI technologies in neurosurgery, were selected. The typical issues addressed by using AI were identified for each area of neurosurgery.Results.The typical AI applications within each of the five main areas of neurosurgery (neuro-oncology, functional, vascular, spinal neurosurgery, and traumatic brain injury) were defined.Conclusion.The article highlights the main areas and trends in the up-to-date AI research in neurosurgery, which might be helpful in planning new scientific projects.

The article is devoted to a topical and important topic – the activities of the UN in the formation of modern doctrinal foundations of international legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the military sphere. The author notes that the UN has approached the consideration of issues of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the civilian and military spheres already having certain developments and understanding that artificial intelligence, as a technology, can be used both «for the good» of humanity and «for evil», which actually characterizes them as dual-use technologies and, at the same time, not as «super-technologies» of a new round of scientific and technological progress, but as another step on the path of development of information and communication technologies in the system of the Global Information Society. With the adoption by the UN General Assembly of the resolution “Artificial intelligence in the military domain and its implications for international peace and security” [1], the foundations for the development of international legal regulation of relations in the field of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the military sphere were laid, and general approaches to the opportunities, risks and consequences for international peace and security were taken into account. The UN position, taking into account previous scientific and practical developments, was to determine, at the initial stage of the formation of international legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the military sphere, the most principled positions on issues, in particular a) the application of international law, b) a comprehensive approach to the use of these technologies, c) the consequences of the use of artificial intelligence in the military sphere for international peace and security, d) the “responsible use” of artificial intelligence in the military sphere. The author emphasizes that the resolution is an act of soft law and, mainly, provides a vision of the use of military artificial intelligence by the participating states. Further formation of doctrinal provisions of international legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence in the military sphere within the UN framework is based on positions based on the following: (1) opportunities, (2) risks and (3) potential consequences of the use of artificial intelligence for international peace and security.

Orientation: Organisations are undergoing digital transformation and incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) into business processes and functions. The use of AI technologies, instead of people to perform specific low-level repetitive tasks has become common practice.Research purpose: The research aimed to investigate the impact of AI technologies on the South African workforce, specifically from the perspective of senior human resource (HR) managers.Motivation for the study: The adoption and implementation of AI, robotic process automation (RPA) and large language models, such as ChatGPT in a business, change the way personnel perform specific tasks, interact and participate in business processes.Research approach/design and method: The study used a qualitative research design and a deductive approach. A survey with open-ended questions was conducted among senior HR managers working for leading manufacturing organisations and institutions in South Africa. Content analysis was used to analyse the responses.Main findings: Human resource managers emphasised the importance of AI and RPA in remaining globally competitive and streamlining business and HR processes, highlighting the need to empower the workforce, identify ideal employee traits for AI and RPA integration and effectively manage these technologies within organisations.Practical/managerial implications: The senior HR managers offered advice on how to manage the use of AI and RPA technologies in an organisation.Contribution/value-add: The study highlights senior HR managers’ perceptions of the use and impact of AI and RPA in organisations in South Africa

Introduction . The IT industry is a strategic segment for the development of any economy. Artificial intelligence occupies a leading position in its development. Artificial intelligence has enormous potential to influence the development of any economic sector: industry and transport, agriculture, oil and gas, etc. However, its ability to self-develop suggests the potential for harm. Therefore, the development of neural networks and the widespread implementation of artificial intelligence make the question of the principles of its development and use extremely relevant. More and more developers are considering the need to address legal and ethical restrictions on the use of artificial intelligence at the design and development stages. To achieve this, it is necessary to develop and enshrine at the regulatory level fundamental guidelines (principles) for the safe use of artificial intelligence. These principles should primarily cover the safety of its use, transparency, accountability, nondiscrimination, etc. Therefore, the development and legal codification of these principles is a priority task, capable of, on the one hand, ensuring the development of advanced technologies in the IT sector of the economy, and on the other, preventing possible negative consequences of the use of artificial intelligence. Materials and methods . This article addresses the substantive content of the Azilomar Principles, as well as other principles identified in science and legislation, which could form the basis for legal regulation of the creation and use of artificial intelligence technology in the IT sector. An analysis of the existing international and national legal framework suggests that legislation in this area is still in its infancy. Currently, the main norms containing these principles are contained in individual acts of a local nature. Consequently, they apply to a limited number of individuals, and their use is purely voluntary. Therefore, it is crucial to formulate the legal, fundamental foundations (principles) of future legal regulation and enshrine them in current legislation. Research results . A substantive analysis of the Azilomar principles has led to the conclusion that not all of them can be established as fundamental legal frameworks regulating the creation and use of artificial intelligence technology in the IT sector of the economy. Some of them overlap and overlap (for example, the principle of utility and universal benefit), while others (for example, fairness) are evaluative in nature and cannot fully serve as a mechanism for legal regulation. To develop a more comprehensive system of principles for the creation and use of artificial intelligence technology in the IT sector, the principles identified in national and international regulations, local acts of individual IT economic entities (IBM, Microsoft, etc.), and those proposed in doctrinal sources were analyzed. The need for using a number of these principles is substantiated. The authors formulate their own principles to be used in creating legal regulation for the use of artificial intelligence technology in the IT sector, and a system of these principles is proposed. The need to identify principles for the creation and use of large databases as a separate category is substantiated. Discussion and conclusion . An analysis of scientific approaches to the principle of liability has allowed us to formulate our own conclusions aimed at establishing the liable party. It has been proven that the liable parties for damages and/or losses caused by artificial intelligence should be the owners of the artificial intelligence, and compensation for damages/ losses should be covered by mandatory insurance.

The article explores the prospects for the legal regulation of the application of artificial intelligence in the justice system of Ukraine. The study begins with an analysis of the Concept for the Development of Artificial Intelligence in Ukraine, approved by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 2 December 2020. It also explores the new provisions of the Code of Judicial Ethics, as amended by the Decision of the Congress of Judges as of 18 September 2024, regarding the use of artificial intelligence technologies by judges. The article notes the absence of a special law on the legal regulation of artificial intelligence in Ukraine. Reference is made to the ‘White Paper on Artificial Intelligence Regulation in Ukraine: Vision of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine’ (version for consultation, June 2024), which provides for two stages in the introduction of artificial intelligence regulation in Ukraine: stage 1 (preparatory) and stage 2 (adoption of a law analogous to the EU Regulation on Artificial Intelligence, the Artificial Intelligence Act). The article also refers to sectoral recommendations developed for the use of artificial intelligence in various fields, in particular, “Recommendations on the Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence for Lawyers”, “Recommendations on the Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence by Public Servants”, “Recommendations on the Responsible Use of AI: Intellectual Property Rights Issues”, “Recommendations on the Responsible Development of Systems Using Artificial Intelligence Technologies”, “Recommendations on the Responsible Implementation and Use of Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Higher Education Institutions”, “Instructional and Methodological Recommendations on the Introduction and Use of Artificial Intelligence Technologies in General Secondary Education Institutions”, “Recommendations on the Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Field of Advertisement and Marketing Communications”, “Recommendations on the Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Media”. The provisions of the Concept of the UJICS, approved by Order No. 178 of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine dated 30 April 2025, regarding the use of artificial intelligence in the functioning of the UJICS (Unified Judicial Information and Communication System) subsystems, are analyzed in detail. The importance of developing and adopting the recommendations (guidelines) or a model regulation on the use of artificial intelligence in the Ukrainian justice system, particularly in courts, is emphasized. The prospects and necessity of developing and adopting a special law on the regulation of artificial intelligence in Ukraine, analogous to the EU Regulation on Artificial Intelligence (the Artificial Intelligence Act), is noted. Such a law should, among other things, include provisions on the use of artificial intelligence in the justice system. In addition, the importance of guiding, in particular by the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation when developing provisions of Ukrainian legislation on the use of artificial intelligence in Ukraine’s justice system is noted. It is concluded in the article that the effective implementation of artificial intelligence in the justice system of Ukraine should be based on an appropriate regulatory framework that takes into account both the opportunities and risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence.

The current use of artificial intelligence technology in the event industry, its effects on the industry, and future trends are discussed within the scope of this section. The use of artificial intelligence technology that provided by big data draws attention. In the event industry, it is known that robotic applications (telepresence robots, robotic concierge, robot bartenders, robot peacekeepers, robot servers, robot deliveries, and entertainment robots), digital assistants, and chatbots are used within the scope of artificial intelligence technology. It has been determined that artificial intelligence technology offers the stakeholders opportunities to gain competitive advantage, to obtain information that can be used in marketing efforts, to enable digitalization in manual processes, to improve customer interactions, to increase event participation with lower costs, and to create added value with new products and services. It is predicted that this progress will continue in the future and the use of artificial intelligence technology in the event industry will expand.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly being introduced into the educational process at the level of educational institutions’ management and participants of the educational process, especially considering online and hybrid learning. In the study, we consider the key issues of introducing AI into various areas of the educational process, in particular, ethical issues, the main components of the use of AI in education, analyze the experience and attitudes towards the use of AI technologies in the educational process of bachelor’s and master’s degree students, as well as recommendations, challenges, and prospects through the prism of opportunities for personalizing learning, increasing accessibility of education, automating routine tasks, and enriching the learning experience. Undoubtedly, education has traditionally been a field dominated by the human factor. With its ability to automate and analyze data, personalize learning, and other functions, the introduction of AI can potentially change this paradigm. However, realizing a clear understanding and optimal modeling of the coexistence and partnership between teachers, students, and AI in the educational space is essential. Such an analysis is a crucial component for developers of educational strategies, managers of educational institutions, and all those interested in innovative development. Solving the problem of balancing the use of AI technologies to improve the educational process and preserve its fundamental values, such as the development of critical thinking, creativity, social, emotional, and practical skills, will allow us to protect unique human values, privacy, and responsibility while taking into account the individual needs of participants of the educational process. The research actualizes the development of new pedagogical models and teaching technologies, criteria, and tools for assessing students’ knowledge, analyzing the ethical and social consequences of the widespread introduction of AI in education, its impact on the labor market in the education sector, assessing the cost-effectiveness of implementation, and ultimately supporting teachers in the context of digital transformation and the formation of digital and AI literacy in students. By promoting personalized learning and optimizing the learning process, AI is a powerful tool for transforming education. However, only responsible implementation based on ethical principles and joint efforts of educators, politicians, and professionals is key to overcoming potential challenges and preserving humanistic values in the digital age. Developing optimal models of engagement and partnership instead of prohibitions and restrictions on the use of AI will help realize the benefits and overcome the challenges, without considering it as a source of new threats. The development of Artificial Intelligence technology can be used to speed up the process of resolving disputes in Islamic law, especially its use in resolving inheritance disputes. Artificial Intelligence technology has emerged as a potential tool for accelerating and increasing the efficiency of resolving disputes over Islamic inheritance. This article aims to analyze the use of Artificial Intelligence technology in accelerating the settlement of inheritance disputes in Islamic family law, policy formulations for the use of Artificial Intelligence technology in accelerating the settlement of inheritance disputes, and Opportunities and challenges of using Artificial Intelligence technology in accelerating the settlement of inheritance disputes in Islamic law in the era of the ASEAN community 5.0. This research method is juridical-normative through a conceptual approach. The data used is secondary data collected through library research. The results of this study indicate that the use of Artificial Intelligence in resolving Islamic inheritance disputes can assist the process of resolving inheritance disputes by automating several tasks, accelerating decision-making, and reducing costs. Artificial Intelligence technology can provide many benefits if it is implemented carefully and by prevailing Islamic principles, and the use of AI technology in the settlement of inheritance disputes in Islamic law in the era of the ASEAN Community 5.0 offers great opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy. However, the use of Artificial Intelligence technology in resolving inheritance disputes also has several challenges.

Subject. Digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex necessitates the use of artificial intelligence technologies and big data analysis as key factors in increasing the efficiency of agricultural production. Objectives. The article aims at the analysis of international and Russian experience in the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies. Methods. The study rests on the analysis of scientific publications, method of comparative analysis, the systems approach, which enables objective examination of the impact of artificial intelligence and big data on agriculture. Results. We assessed the level of digitalization of agriculture in Russia and in the leading agricultural countries, identified key differences and factors influencing the pace of technology adoption. This helped reveal best practices and consider their potential for adaptation in domestic conditions. Furthermore, we examined interrelationships between various elements of digital transformation, defined existing barriers and possible ways to overcome them. The results obtained are of practical importance for the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan, as they contribute to strategies formation for digital transformation of the industry. Conclusions. The integration of AI technologies and big data analysis methods will increase agricultural productivity, reduce costs, and improve the management system of agricultural enterprises. The study enables to identify key barriers to the introduction of these technologies and offer recommendations to overcome them. The latter is especially important for small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises in the region.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has been shown to have great potential in reducing the effects of climate change. This article tries to provide a basic overview of the relationship between AI and mitigating climate change, highlighting AI's revolutionary potential in combating this pressing global issue. In particular, this article looks at how big data is essential to the success of climate action programs and how AI technologies may use these enormous databases to help develop more efficient mitigation measures for climate change and adapt to them. We have investigated novel methods for comprehending climate dynamics, maximizing renewable energy systems, enhancing climate resilience, and improving environmental justice via the use of AI technology.

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) has become one of the most discussed topics in 2023. According to sociological surveys, the awareness of Russians in the field of AI and their willingness to use new technologies have grown. The leap in the development of neural networks, chatbots and AI technologies in general has already affected many areas of life, and the education system is no exception. Teachers face many challenges related to the regulation of the AI application in the educational process. On the one hand, issues of regulating the use of AI technologies in universities require a scrupulous study which is complicated by the speed of technological development. On the other hand, in addition to official regulations, it is necessary to solve more global and labor-intensive tasks: to unlock the potential of AI in the educational process; analyze the ethical side of the issue and develop the culture of using new technologies; adapt educational materials and assignments based on the possible application of AI by students; change curricula and revise the competency system, etc. The article considers ways to use AI technologies in the educational process as perceived by teachers and students. The author emphasizes both constructive and destructive capabilities of new technologies, the challenges that universities will face in the near future, and the positions of university representatives on these issues. The author believes that the use of AI technologies in education can benefit both teachers and students in sociology and other areas. It is impossible to stop the development of technologies; any attempts to hinder them are counterproductive; therefore, it is necessary to reconsider the established educational approaches according to the requirements of our time.
