With the development of information technology and the popularization of computers, the application of computer network is related to people's daily life and work. The development of computer network technology has innovated the way of obtaining information, and users can obtain the information they need in a short time, which is conducive to greatly improving users' work efficiency. The construction of electronic information and communication engineering is related to people's daily communication. In the information age, it is particularly important to promote the innovation of this kind of engineering. Electronic information and communication project is a highly professional communication construction project. Through the construction of this project, we can ensure the normal operation of China's communication network and promote the production and development of the country and society. As the main carrier of communication engineering, computer network can not only transmit and process information, but also receive and send information, so that every customer who uses the network can experience better information transmission service. Based on the development of computer network in China, this paper analyzes the practical application of computer network in electronic information and communication engineering, introduces the significance of computer network in electronic information and communication engineering, and analyzes the application of computer network in electronic information and communication engineering, thus playing a good data reference role for the construction and development of electronic information and communication engineering.

The 2025 4th International Conference on Electronic Information and Communication Engineering (EICE 2025) was successfully convened from January 10th to 12th, 2025, in Guangzhou, China. This conference served as a premier platform for academics, researchers, and industry professionals in the fields of electronic information and communication engineering to share their latest research findings, technological advancements, and future development trends. The conference was honored to have distinguished individuals in leadership roles. The General Chairs included renowned experts in the field, such as Professor Ram Bilas Pachori of Indian Institute of Technology Indore, with an H-index of 71, and Professor Pascal Lorenz from University of Haute-Alsace, France, whose collective expertise ensured the high academic standards and successful execution of the event. The Technical Program Committee Chairs and the Publication Chairs also played pivotal roles in maintaining the rigorous review process and ensuring the quality of the conference proceedings. The keynote speeches delivered at EICE 2025 were particularly noteworthy. These presentations, delivered by leading experts in the field, covered a wide range of topics, including the latest advancements in 6G communication technology, the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning in communication systems, and the development of next-generation wireless networks. The keynote speakers included Professor Lide Fang from Hebei University, Professor Zhiguo Shi of Zhejiang University, as well as Associate Professor Mingkai Chen from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Their speeches provided valuable insights into the cutting-edge research and practical applications in electronic information and communication engineering, inspiring both seasoned researchers and early-career scholars. This volume contains a unique collection of papers collected at 2nd International Conference on Electronic Information and Communication Engineering (EICE 2023), which took place in Guangzhou, China in January 13th to 15th, 2023 (virtual conference). Each paper recognizes the seminal contributions to Electronic Information and Communication Engineering made by every author, and acknowledges their impact on their own researches.The 60 scientific participants had many fruitful discussions and exchanges that contributed to the success of the Conference. Participants from more than 10 countries made the Conference truly international in scope.There were 3 plenary keynote speeches covering the different areas of the Conference: Prof. Yongjin Zhou (Shanghai University, China) talked on Plasmonic Metasensors based on New Physical Mechanisms, Assoc. Prof. Santhosh Krishna B V (New Horizon College of Engineering, India) on Industrial Automation Using Internet of Things (Iiot) – (Opportunities and Challenges), Dr. Md. Khaja Mohiddin (BIT Raipur, India) on An Overview of Mobility in Wireless Sensor Network. The speakers gave very illuminating lectures that drew many people’s full attention. These speeches, held on Saturday evening, were very accessible to a general audience. In addition, there were 3 oral reports on ongoing current research. These talks covered the full range of the Conference topics, which includes Wireless Networks and Information Systems, Digital Electronic Technology, GPS and Wireless Location, Communication Electronic Circuit, Electronic Science and Technology, Analog Electronics, etc..All in all, the 2nd International Conference on Electronic Information and Communication Engineering in Guangzhou was very successful. The plenary speeches and the progress and oral reports bridged the gap between the different fields of electronic science and technology, making it possible for non-experts in a given area to gain insight into new areas. Also, included among the speakers were several young scientists, who brought new perspectives to their fields.We would like to acknowledge the authors of the papers collected in the present volume, the members of the Technical Program Committee and Local Organizing Chair for their guidance and support, and the referees for their generous work. We are glad to introduce you that the 2020 International Symposium on Electronic Information Technology and Communication Engineering (ISEITCE 2020), supported by Myanmar Institute of Information Technology, Wuhan University of Technology, Changsha University of Science and Technology, was successfully held on June 19, 2020. In light of worldwide travel restriction and the impact of COVID-19, ISEITCE 2020 was carried out in the form of virtual conference to avoid personnel gatherings. Because most participants were still highly enthusiastic about participating in this conference, we chose to carry out ISEITCE 2020 via online platform according to the original schedule instead of postponing it. ISEITCE 2020 aimed to provide a flexible platform for experts and scholars in the field of Electronic Information Technology and Communication Engineering to disseminate the latest research achievements and advanced technologies, as well as to promote the cooperation between academics.We are greatly honored to have invited Prof. Prof. G R Sinha from Myanmar Institute of Information Technology to serve as our Conference Chair. The rest of the committee was composed of nearly twenty privileged scholars from different renowned universities and institutes around the globe.During the conference, the conference model was divided into three sessions, including oral presentations, keynote speeches, and online Q&A discussion. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given about 5-10 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches. Our beloved Conference Chair, Prof. Sinha, was also invited to present his latest research. In addition, we had Prof. Rajveer S. Yaduvanshi, Professor and Director EQDC (S), AIACTR, Delhi, to present his talk on Rectangular DRA design and applications. In the last part of the conference, all participants were invited to join in a WeChat group to discuss and explore the academic issues after the presentations. The online discussion was lasted for about 30-60 minutes. The first two parts were conducted via online collaboration tool, Zoom, while the online discussion was carried out through instant communication tool, WeChat. The online platform enabled all participants to join this grand academic event from their own home.We are glad to share with you that we still received lots of submissions from the conference during this special period. Hence, we selected a bunch of high-quality papers and compiled them into the proceedings after rigorously reviewed them. These papers feature following topics but are not limited to: Electronic Information Technology, Communication Engineering, and other related topics. The 2022 2nd International Conference on Mechanical Automation and Electronic Information Engineering (MAEIE 2022) was successfully held on September 23rd-25th, 2022 in Guizhou, China via virtual format. MAEIE 2022 expanded channels of international academic exchange in science and technology, promoted scientific innovation on the global scale, and strengthen academic cooperation between China and the outside world.In the conference, we were greatly honored to have Prof. Ning Sun from Nankai University, China to serve as our Conference General Chair. 150 individuals around the world took part in the conference. Divided into three parts, the conference agenda covered keynote speeches, oral presentations and online Q&A discussion. Firstly, the keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to address their speeches. Then in the oral presentations, the excellent papers we had selected were presented by their authors one by one.Three distinguished professors were invited to hold keynote speeches during the conference. Among them, Prof. Guanglei Wu from Dalian University of Technology addressed a speech on Path Planning of Industrial Robots for Obstacle Avoidance. In this presentation, the path planning for robotic manipulators was introduced, and by combining artificial potential field method and bidirectional rapidly exploring random tree, a BiRRT-APF algorithm was proposed, aiming to handle the problems of highly possible randomness and low search efficiency. Additionally, Prof. Imane Hilal from Faculty of Information Sciences, Morocco addressed a report on Researches on Artificial Intelligence for a Distant Social Learning: Do intelligent Technologies Beat Face-to-Face Learning? The main objective of this study was to present recent research works which focused on the use of AI technics in social distance learning. Then, he discussed the possibility of replacing teachers with technology as already done in many other jobs and concluded with the open challenges in the current distance learning and how AI could make learning more effective and joyful for both students and teachers. Their brilliant keynote speeches had triggered heated discussion in the conference. And every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful and insightful knowledge.We are glad to share with you that we’ve selected a bunch of high-quality papers from the submissions and compiled them into the proceedings after rigorously reviewing them. Based on the literature research method, After consulting a lot of literature about AI technology and electronic information engineering, and concludes that under the background of artificial AI technology, the scale of electronic information manufacturing industry is steadily expanding. This article mainly analyzes the application scenarios of computer network and 6G network in electronic information engineering. This article briefly analyzes the practice of computer network technology in electronic information engineering, and puts forward some application suggestions. The progress of the engineering industry contributes to its strength. In the 6G era, endogenous intelligence is expected to be formed. However, most of the current research focuses on artificial intelligence-based transmission and network optimization methods, and seldom discusses how to efficiently support the implementation of artificial intelligence methods at the architecture design level.

Electronic information engineering is a system engineering based on computer network and other modern technologies, mainly including information collection, information processing, equipment maintenance and system construction. With the continuous development of computer network technology, electronic information engineering has also made breakthrough progress. Computer network technology is mainly used in the information transmission link, information resource sharing link and information remote control link of electronic information engineering, which brings great changes and improvement to people's daily work and life.

The technology in the security research of computer technology and electronic information engineering technology has effectively solved the security problem through the application of the optimized concept pulse workstation. Other solutions for electronic information security cannot effectively solve the interpolation problem. The successful development of security research on computer technology and electronic information engineering technology will result in a large number of vulnerable security issues. The combined application of computer and electronic information technology will ensure security.

In order to meet the health and safety needs of our attendees and staff, 2022 2nd International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Information Engineering (ECIE 2022) which was scheduled to be held in Xiamen, China was held virtually online during 7th to 9th, January, 2022. Being different from the traditional gatherings we all know, this virtual conference allows us to connect in new ways while keeping expenditure saving and maintaining social distancing. Presentations of presenter from different countries are accessible to hundreds of researchers effectively. There were 110 individuals who attended this online conference, represented many countries including Malaysia, Pakistan, India and China.ECIE 2022 is an international forum for scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest research and development results in all areas of Electronics, Circuits, and Information Engineering. Conference topics mainly include but are not limited to Software engineering, Power and energy circuits, Optoelectronics, Single-chip microcomputer technology, etc. ECIE 2022 welcomes all high-quality research papers and presentations from related research fields.During the conference, the conference model was divided into three sessions, including oral presentations, keynote speeches, and online Q&A discussion. Prof. Weigang Hou, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. He delivered a wonderful speech: Photonic CNN Accelerator. Prof. Ghani Albaali, Princess Sumaya University for Tech in Amman, Jordan, performed a speech: Using Computational Fluid Dynamics in the Processing Engineering. Lastly, we were glad to invite Prof. Debashis De, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, India as our finale keynote speakers. He shared a speech on Internet of Drone Things. Their insightful speeches had triggered heated discussion in the third session of the conference. This tutorial is addressed to all students in Electronic Engineering and Information Engineering at the Scuola di Ingegneria e Architettura of the University of Bologna attending the following courses: Laboratory of Interoperability of Embedded Systems, Elettronici M and Attivita Progettuale di Calcolatori Elettronici M. This tutorial includes the guidelines to build distributed applications where clients may interact with physical space. Inter-client interaction occurs through a semantic event processing engine. Information interoperability is based on a shared knowledge representation model named ontology. This tutorial is focused on client design and on the SPARQL primitives that provide the means for client-event processing engine interaction.

at present, China’s society has been in a state of rapid development, so people’s demand for power resources has also increased significantly, which also puts forward more stringent requirements for the development of electronic information and communication engineering. The power system should not only fully realize the actual needs of the current society, but also ensure the safety of residents in the process of power consumption, So that the construction of power system can be consistent with the development status of our society. In the process of in-depth research on the network technology in power information and communication engineering, we can find that there are still some problems such as unscientific network structure and low transmission quality. Therefore, we should carry out more in-depth exploration on the application of network technology in power information and communication engineering, so as to improve the stability of power information and communication.

On the one hand, target tracking technology is widely used in navigation, guidance, alarm and monitoring and other military fields, on the other hand, it is also widely used in civil fields such as traffic information monitoring and security. This paper mainly studies the application of information processing system based on DSP in electronic information engineering. This paper introduces DSP information processing system in detail. Aiming at the comprehensive requirements of real-time and tracking performance of the target tracking system, multi-feature fusion optimization method is adopted to improve the particle filter tracking algorithm to improve the accuracy of the tracking algorithm. In this paper, the simulation results show that the improved algorithm has a certain scale and occlusion robustness, and can adapt to long-term stable real-time tracking.

With the development of computer network technology, the coverage of the WAN is also getting bigger and bigger, while the electronic information engineering needs to provide long-distance communication channels and form a remote network. In the physical link of the WAN, the optical fiber, different from other media, can effectively resist external interference and realize information and data transmission through the optical pulse. However, in addition, the communication trunk line will also affect the transmission effect, which will need to distinguish between public lines and professional lines accordingly.
