Problems and Innovative Development Path of Wuhan Marathon

After the stage goal of poverty eradication is achieved in 2020, continuous poverty reduction tasks will continue to exist. Ethnic areas suffer from economic backwardness, complex society and fragile environment; after overcoming poverty and removing the label of poverty, it is critical to maintain a long-term development trend. Poverty alleviation through tourism is one of the effective poverty alleviation paths in ethnic areas; it is of great significance to make the early fruits of poverty alleviation through tourism benefit ethnic areas. Based on the sustainable goals of social stability and health, stable economic development, and environmentally friendly symbiosis in ethnic areas, this article discusses in detail the connotation, model, innovative path and implementation guarantee of sustainable development of poverty alleviation in ethnic areas in the new historical period, so as to provide reference for the long-term development there.

Objective To investigate the basic situation of some urban communities in Hubei Province, analyzeits influencing factors and existing problems, and put forward relevant suggestions to provide some ideas for thedevelopment of community sports. Methods 7 communities in Wuhan City, Yichang City and Enshi City werevisited through interviews and questionnaires. Results & Conclusion The lack of sports facilities and inadequatemaintenance work existed in most communities, and only a few communities had new sports facilities. Only a smallnumber of residents know more about community sports organizers; Before and after the epidemic, the enthusiasmof most residents to participate in sports activities increased, but the participation did not increase accordingly. Theproportion of residents who think it is necessary to participate in community sports activities is relatively high,and the enthusiasm is high, but the satisfaction is low; The status quo of sports development is different amongdifferent communities. The proportion of weekly exercise frequency of family members and weekly exercise time ofindividuals has a positive effect on the frequency of weekly participation in community sports activities. The averagehappiness of most community residents is more than 80 points, and the enthusiasm of residents to participate incommunity sports activities and the frequency of individual weekly exercise can promote the happiness of residents.

As the research on urban fringe area edge city is flourishing continuously, this article takes Fozulin ridge Area of Wuhan East Lake New-Tech Development Zone as an example, which firstly summarizes the typical characteristics of urban fringe area under the background of current domestic development zone comprehensively, and then it analyzes the existing problems under this model at present, finally, viewing from the angle of the city planning by empirical research, it provides solutions for sustainable development of urban fringe area and countermeasures to construct a new city.

Policymakers’ strategic choices are directed to seek the endogenous resources to create sustainable development paths in Taranto, a city known as a symbol of industrial pollution because of its steel mill. The research objective is trying to give a strategic framework in order to start development paths, thus making the city of Taranto rediscover a cultural and tourist vocation, thanks to its historical endowment of local resources. The analysis of the archaeological museum of Taranto, “MArTA”, clarifies how a sustainable museum model can help local development and civic innovation thanks to its inclusion potential and its ability to involve various local stakeholders. Therefore, the paper aims to shed light on the path of sustainable strategic innovation undertaken by museum organizations, in particular by the MArTA museum organization. Faced with the social, economic and technological changes that have characterized the last few decades, museums have gradually initiated transformative policies of their core concept. In this way, they have rediscovered themselves as an active part in the process of social innovation and territorial development, following the Sustainable Development Goal 11 of the UN 2030 Agenda. In-depth interviews with the museum management, the local community and the local public and private stakeholders involved in the socio-economic development of the city will be adopted. The paper provides policy indications to public decision-makers operating in the cultural sector and in the local administration in order to design and develop a management model that responds to a systemic perspective.

University education as an important cradle of talent cultivation in Chinese society, the professional ability and level of teachers also play an important role in the social supply of talent, in order to further enhance the effect and quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, it is necessary to vigorously promote the professional development of teachers, so as to create a high-quality teaching staff, to meet the social development of the demand for excellent talents. Interdisciplinary integration is an important path to promote teachers' professional development, which not only enables teachers to carry out educational teaching from an interdisciplinary perspective, but also enables teachers to refine their professional ability and strengthen their teaching level, so as to accomplish the task of training talents in colleges and universities in a higher quality. Therefore, in the paper, the concept and characteristics of interdisciplinary integration are analyzed in depth, its specific impact on teachers' professional competence and professional identity is analyzed, and finally an innovative path to promote the professional development of university teachers is proposed, which is used to help colleges and universities to create a high-quality professional teacher team.

The article is devoted to technological innovations, problems of their implementation at the industry level and at the level of construction organizations. The factors hindering the introduction of innovations in the investment construction complex are identified. Measures of state support for this process are proposed. Recommendations are given for improving the mechanisms for introducing innovations in the investment construction complex. Technological progress determines the pace and strategic directions of construction development. Since the construction industry sets the pace of economic development and is an important sector of the economy of many countries of the world, there is no doubt about the relevance of the problem under study. The introduction of technologies has contributed to the dynamic development of construction services in the last few years in developed countries. The purpose of the study is to analyze the prerequisites for the strategic development of construction based on scientific and technical development, as well as to identify growth restrictions in the regions of the country. The following research methods have been used by the author - system, situational, network approaches, modeling of socio-economic processes. In the course of the study theoretical approaches to the development of construction in the conditions of scientific-technical progress were considered; a model of strategic development of the industry was presented, including legal documents, in particular the draft Strategy for construction until 2030. The transition to an innovative development path is a complex process that requires a unified policy at the regional and local levels. The article reveals the problems of the construction complex innovative development and substantiates the factors that stimulate its transition to a new technological structure. Despite certain difficulties, the construction sector has many prospects for further development, but there are restrictions related to financing, risks, and methodological support for evaluating innovations

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of biotechnological inventions and innovations on the organization of the burgeoning Atlantic salmon farming industry. Design/methodology/approach The authors study how novel biotechnological inventions are utilized within Atlantic salmon aquaculture. The authors compare the findings with the historical development path of invention and innovation in the plant sector, and explore parallels and dissimilarities between the plant breeding sector and Atlantic salmon aquaculture. Findings The innovation capacity within Atlantic salmon aquaculture is distinct from the plant sector, but nonetheless likely to become equifinal. Similar to plants, the female fecundity of salmon is high. Hybridization, which is an effective mechanism for protection of investments in high fecundity organisms, is less effective in salmon farming because the genetic variability is higher in salmon. Hybridization provides plant breeders with significant power over grow-out farmers. The development path in Atlantic salmon sector is distinctively dissimilar from plants, but salmon farmers nonetheless appear to move toward the structural configurations that are parallel to the plant sector. The significance of new breeding technologies in Atlantic salmon farming ascends, and will play an increasingly important role in the further development of this industry. Research limitations/implications The study contributes to the prevailing knowledge of how inventions and innovations influence the future development of the Atlantic salmon industry. Originality/value Biotechnological inventions are evolving within aquaculture. So far, the implications of novel biotechnological possibilities for the Atlantic salmon sector have been underanalyzed. The paper explores these implications from the perspective of political economy.

As a unique genre of Chinese cinema, opera films have always undertaken the mission of inheriting traditional Chinese culture. Since the new century, the explosive development of digital technology has broken its rigid paradigm of "stage recording" and promoted media reconstruction and aesthetic transformation. This article explores the paths of technological innovation in opera films from three dimensions: technological aesthetics, the integration of 3D/VR/XR technologies, and image empowerment with technological breakthroughs. The findings show that digital technology not only reconstructs the spatial, soundscape and narrative logic of opera, but also revolutionizes the production process, audience-performer relationship and communication field through in-depth integration with emerging technologies. The essence of technological innovation lies in the self-adaptation and proactive evolution of traditional culture in the digital age, with its core being to uphold the ontological aesthetics of opera, find a precise balance between technological rationality and artistic sensibility, and ultimately help opera art achieve creative transformation and innovative development in the contemporary context.

This paper explores the enabling role of institutional entrepreneurship in western regions of China in the context of transition economy. Considering the widely emerging concerns to develop environment friendly technologies and industries, which could contribute to the achievement of sustainable development both economically and ecologically, this paper proposes that western regions are standing in front of a great opportunity by stimulating development of the emerging renewable energy industry. In this process, institutional entrepreneurships under the massive institutional change, i.e, the Grand Western Development Program, could have the “path defining” effect through leveraging the emerging great niche and redirecting western regions to an innovative path instead of following the traditional resource-based development path. This paper first presents innovative practical ideas for the deep integration of artificial intelligence and publicity management. The contemporary architectural production in the Alps of Piedmont has to be studied taking into consideration the contrasting phenomena of depopulation and tourism that have involved the mountain areas of the region during last century. In the fifties and sixties the percentage of abandonment of the high valleys reaches even 80-90%. Entire communities move to industrial urban centers in the cities on the plain. On the other side we witness to a strong polarization of the winter stations that become real “banlieues blanches” for the free time of the citizens and where the architecture of alpine modernism, with various forms, shapes. The paradox nowadays is that the rarefaction of abandoned and depopulated territories is necessary to force to start and choose new innovative paths. We witness a contemporary situation with different shades: on one side the well-established touristic territories that need projects to promote the redevelopment and diversification, on the other side the marginal places where are rising new visions are practices of reactivation of the territory in which architecture is fundamental. The topic of quality of the construction of the physical space intersects with the regeneration of places on a cultural basis, new agriculture and green economy, innovative development of the patrimony, sustainable tourism, with inclusive and participative paths of nature, by giving new meanings to places and building new economies and identities.

This paper aims to develop a method to properly measure the urban green innovation efficiency under environmental regulation, analyze the evolution rules of this efficiency, and make rational policy suggestions. By exploring an indicator system which is suitable for the actual urban development, we divided the urban green innovation process into interrelated sub-processes that are based on an innovation chain, established a slacks-based network DEA model, evaluated the overall efficiency of the urban green innovation system and the efficiency of each stage, and studied the evolution of urban green innovation efficiency. Taking Xi’an City as an example, we analyzed the evolution of urban green innovation efficiency under environmental regulation, with the results showing that the process of urban green innovation can be divided into two stages: technological innovation and technological conversion. Xi’an was at the forefront of green innovation efficiency only in 2006, 2009 and 2017, while making inefficient allocation of scientific resources in all other years. The efficiency of scientific and technological research and development has become a major factor in restricting the green innovation efficiency under environmental regulation in Xi’an. Forging ahead in both technological conversion and scientific innovation efficiency should be the best path of green development and innovation. To achieve the continuous and stable improvement of green innovation efficiency, Xi’an should keep improving its green innovation policy to adapt to the increasing social productive forces, and pay attention to the balance between technological innovation and technological conversion.

Will aging definitely depress economic growth? Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2007 to 2017, this paper proposes research hypotheses from the perspective of health investment and technology innovation and then conducts an empirical test of fixed effects panel model based on the Cobb-Douglas production function to prove the relationship between aging and economic growth. Consistent with the mainstream literature, this paper finds that aging does have a significant negative impact on economic growth, that is, for every 1% of population aging, economic growth will decrease 0.089%, but the interaction between aging and health investment or aging and technological innovation on economic growth is significantly positive, namely 0.061%, 0.087% respectively. This means that aging can notably promote economic growth through the paths of health investment and technological innovation. Obviously, The final effect of aging on economic growth depends on the combination of negative effect and positive effect. The findings of this research suggest giving full play to the economic effects of health investment and technological innovation, so as to realize the balanced development of healthy aging, innovation leading, and economic growth.

With the continuous development and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, enterprises have realized the importance of possessing artificial intelligence capabilities to enhance organizational performance. However, there is still a relative lack of empirical research on how to build AI capabilities, and how AI capabilities impact organizational innovation performance. Based on the resource-based theory, this study constructs a conceptual model of “AI Capabilities - Organizational Response (Organizational Learning and Organizational Agility) - Ambidextrous Innovation”, exploring the direct impact of AI capabilities on ambidextrous innovation, and the mediating effects of organizational learning and organizational agility, also the moderating role of digital strategy in this linkage. With data from 253 survey questionnaires of Chinese enterprises, the results indicate that: first, AI capabilities have a significantly positive impact on organizational ambidextrous innovation; second, organizations with high levels of organizational learning ability and agility can better leverage AI capabilities to promote the development of ambidextrous innovation; Thirdly, digital strategy has played an active role in regulating the influence path of two-way innovation within the organization and provided sufficient boundary conditions; fourth, The data capability, technological capability, and fundamental resource capability of AI capabilities have differentiating effects on exploratory and exploitative innovations. The findings of this research hold significant theoretical and managerial value for understanding the driving mechanisms of organizational innovation performance in the era of AI.
