In order to reveal the causal relationship between Tianjin International Trade and Logistics more accurately, we select Tianjin port cargo throughput plus total foreign trade import and export commodities of Tianjin from Tianjin Statistical Yearbook so that we can respectively reflect the level of international logistics and international trade standards. By using time series data, methods of taking the unit root test, co integration test and Granger causality test, we made an empirical research. Positive analysis shows that: Terms of the Tianjin, the development of international logistics will promote the international trade growth, while international trade is not the reason for the change of international logistics. Empirical research through the methods of Unit root test, co integration test and Granger causality test can clearly show the size of the influence between Tianjin International Trade and logistics industry, and more realistic reflection of the international logistics industry development in Tianjin feature.

Cross-chain techniques improve blockchain scalability and interoperability, providing decentralized exchange and cross-chain collaboration services for Internet of Things (IoT) data across various domains. However, current state-of-the-art (SOTA) solutions for cross-chain data exchange across multiple domains are constrained by synchronous networks, hindering efficient data exchange in intermittent network environments. Furthermore, there is a lack of research on asynchronous cross-chain transaction pool mechanisms, which are crucial for optimizing system utility. In this paper, we propose AC-BaaS, an <underline xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">a</u>synchronous <underline xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">c</u>ross-<underline xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">b</u>lockchain <underline xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">a</u>s <underline xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">a</u> <underline xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">s</u>ervice framework tailored for the multi-domain IoT. Built upon a specially designed asynchronous sidechain architecture, the system leverages a committee to provide AC-BaaS for data exchange across multiple IoT domains. To fulfill the need for asynchronous and efficient data exchange, we combine the ideas of aggregate signatures and verifiable delay functions to devise a novel cryptographic primitive called delayed aggregate signature (DAS), which constructs asynchronous cross-chain proofs (ACPs) that ensure the security of cross-chain interactions. To ensure the consistency of asynchronous transactions, we propose a multilevel buffered transaction pool that guarantees the transaction sequencing. We further propose a heuristic for optimizing the utility of the buffer pool mechanism to strike a balance between performance and resource consumption. We also examine DAS delay size settings to trade-off security and efficiency. We analyze and prove the security of AC-BaaS, simulate asynchronous communication environments under various security levels, and conduct a comprehensive evaluation. The results show that AC-BaaS outperforms SOTA schemes, improving throughput by an average of 1.71 to 5.09 times, reducing transaction latency by 64.36% to 85.49%, and maintaining comparable resource overhead.

Because of the strong request for data exchange under information environment, the existing information needs to be integrated and shared. And, the popularity of software-as-aservice (SaaS) caused that users need data integration. Traditional approach of data integration cannot accord with the complex information environment and cannot provide SaaS users with efficient data exchange and application integration. The paper proposes data integration as a service for Applications Deployment on the SaaS Platform that can hide heterogeneous data. It highlights the user's capability of accessing data. Compared with the traditional approach of data integration, it has many characteristics, such as expansibility, load balancing. It makes real-time data exchange and application integration possible. It improves the development of information resources and the integration of work flow.

As autonomous vehicle technology progresses, safe and efficient data exchange among fleet vehicles becomes essential. This research examines the amalgamation of blockchain technology with Reinforcement Learning (RL) to enhance data-sharing mechanisms in autonomous fleets. Blockchain provides a decentralized and immutable ledger and secures data integrity and security while enabling vehicles to exchange essential information, including sensor data, route optimization, and maintenance notifications. RL improves decision-making by allowing vehicles to learn from environmental interactions and adjust their data-sharing tactics according to real-time situations. It proposes a hybrid paradigm that integrates the advantages of both technologies to provide a resilient framework for safe data transfers. Our simulations indicate that this method augments data exchange efficiency and elevates the safety and performance of autonomous fleets. The findings demonstrate a substantial decrease in latency and enhanced data accuracy, enabling more dependable autonomous vehicle operations. This research highlights the possibility of integrating blockchain and RL to tackle the issues of secure vehicle data exchange in the advancing field of autonomous transportation.

In recent decades, group data sharing in cloud systems has been a prominent issue. With the rise in popularity of cloud computing, achieving safe and efficient data exchange in cloud settings is a pressing issue that must be addressed. Furthermore, achieving both anonymity and traceability in the cloud for data exchange is a difficulty. This work focuses on providing anonymous data exchange and storage in the cloud for the same group with good security and efficiency. A unique traceable group data sharing strategy is developed to allow anonymous multiple users in public clouds by leveraging the key agreement and the group signature. On the one hand, group members can communicate anonymously with regard to the group signature, and on the other hand, group members can track the anonymous members, chat within the group, store and share for secure instant access and updates.

In recent years, with the rapid economic development and the deepening of global economic integration, import and export trade has developed rapidly. With the development of international trade, international logistics has emerged. Modern logistics is a necessity for import and export trade, and the development of logistics has a direct influence on the development of import and export. In order to adapt to the rapid development of import and export trade, the modern logistics industry is developing in the direction of quality, diversity and efficiency. As the manufacturing capital, Dongguan has great potential for trade development. Relying on the superior geographical environment and the original industrial system, and further integrating resources on this basis, Dongguan vigorously develops its modern logistics industry and promotes a high degree of connection between international trade and characteristic industries, promoting the development of Dongguan’s import and export trade. Taking Dongguan as the research object and combining the data of Dongguan’s import and export trade and modern logistics industries, this paper established a quadratic curve fitting model to analyze the relationship between the total transportation volume and the total import and export volume, conducted elasticity and marginal analysis based on the empirical results, and put forward feasible suggestions for the development of Dongguan’s logistics and import and export trade.

Data acquired from site surveys provide an essential resource to various exploration and production activities, such as field development planning, well positioning, and subsea equipment positioning. For many years, site survey data has been delivered as a Computer-aided Design (CAD) product. As operators move into a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) environment, shortfalls from CAD-based workflows have become obvious. This paper presents a method of managing site survey data based on geo-information management principles and practices. The methodology presented in this paper defines a GIS data model for seabed survey data interpretation that satisfies GIS query, presentation, and data exchange purposes. This paper also defines a standard for GIS seabed survey data deliverables from contractors to operators, including methods and processes to move the model to/from CAD-based applications. The implementation of the data model has proven to be a relative success and allows for a better integration of subsurface applications internally. The results have helped define an efficient contractor-operator data exchange process by eliminating data ambiguity and enabling seamless GIS data transfer. Results have also produced a more intelligent seabed survey GIS dataset with rules and behaviors capability offered by an ArcGIS Geodatabase embedded into the data model. Use of a standard GIS data model and a standard list of GIS data deliverables required from contractors to operators will allow project teams to fully embrace the power of GIS data integration and allow nearly seamless and lossless movement of CAD/GIS representations of the model. Introduction In order to reach maximum potential benefit of data provided from seabed site surveys throughout the E &amp; P lifecylcle (Figure 1), there is a need to ensure that data delivered from survey contractors to operators is done so in a structured, efficient, and consistent manner.

This paper evaluates new architectural solutions for data communication in shared memory parallel systems. These solutions enable creation of run-time reconfigurable processor clusters with very efficient inter-processor data exchange. It makes that data brought in the data cache of a processor, which enters a cluster, can be transparently intercepted by many processors in the cluster. Direct communication between processor caches is possible, which eliminates standard data transactions. The system provides simultaneous connections of processors with many memory modules that further increases the potential for parallel inter-cluster data exchange. System on chip technology is applied. Special program macro-data flow graphs enable proper structuring of program execution control, including specification of parallel execution, data cache operations, switching processors between clusters and multiple parallel reads of data on the fly. Simulation results from symbolic execution of graphs of fine grain numerical algorithms illustrate high efficiency and suitability of the proposed architecture for massively parallel fine-grain numerical computations.

The metaverse, a vast virtual shared space that integrates enhanced physical reality with persistent virtual environments, has the potential to revolutionize digital interaction by providing deeply immersive and interactive experiences. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), and cloud computing, the metaverse aims to harmonize the physical and digital worlds. However, existing metaverse architectures face significant challenges related to scalability, security, and efficiency. This paper introduces a novel Software-Defined Metaverse (SDM) Architecture, which uniquely addresses these challenges through a three-layered structure: the Application Layer, Control Layer, and Physical Layer. These layers are interconnected via standardized APIs, enabling efficient communication and data exchange. The architecture’s innovative centralization of control within the Control Layer not only enhances resource management but also significantly improves performance, scalability, and user experience. The modular design of the SDM Architecture facilitates seamless integration with emerging technologies, ensuring adaptability and long-term sustainability. By addressing critical technical hurdles and providing a robust, scalable framework, this work lays a strong foundation for future developments in the evolving digital landscape, positioning the SDM Architecture as a key enabler for the next generation of digital experiences.

As technology advances with newly developed intelligent systems, the involvement of telecommunication in today's efficient government structures for speedy infrastructure projects is essential. Telecommunication technologies offer a revolutionary channel for transmitting information that optimizes the pace at which infrastructure works are done and increases the accuracy and quality of the work to be accomplished. Governments globally, in their effort to respond to the growing demands of the modern economy and enhance service delivery, are adopting modern telecommunication technologies. Such systems help capture, monitor and pro, and process information in real-time, hence, project management and decision-making. Applying 5G networks, IoT, and cloud computation in infrastructure development increases services' overall performance and delivery. For example, 5G allows for more efficient communication and data exchange. At the same time, the IoT allows for monitoring the state of infrastructure conditions to help increase the effectiveness of operations. Cloud technology supports adequate and secure data management, allowing convenient data sharing across the government. Telecommunication enhances infrastructure projects' progress and responds to emergencies, energy, and the public. It improves transparency, public voices, and participation, thus improving the public's trust in government, which is served by these technologies. Nevertheless, obstacles, which include geographic inequality of telecommunication networks and information security threats, are still the key concerns that should be considered. This paper focuses on telecommunications' current and future use in government infrastructure projects to capture the gains and pain and propose a way forward. It also aims to show how telecommunication revolutionizes how governments formulate, implement, and control their infrastructural developments for economic growth and the upliftment of their people.
