RETRACTED ARTICLE: Data mining and statistics issues of precision and intelligent agriculture based on big data analysis

Recent developments in computing, communications, digital storage technologies, and high-throughput data-acquisition technologies, make it possible to gather and store incredible volumes of data. It creates unprecedented opportunities for knowledge discovery large-scale database. Data mining technology is a useful tool for this task. It is an emerging area of computational intelligence that offers new theories, techniques, and tools for processing large volumes of data, such as data analysis, decision making, etc. There are countless researchers working on designing efficient data mining techniques, methods, and algorithms. Unfortunately,most data mining researchers pay much attention to technique problems for developing data mining models and methods, while little to basic issues of data mining. What is data mining? What is the product of a data mining process? What are we doing in a data mining process? What is the rule we would obey in a data mining process? What is the relationship between the prior knowledge of domain experts and the knowledgemind from data? In this paper, we will address these basic issues of data mining from the viewpoint of informatics [1]. Data is taken as a manmade format for encoding knowledge about the natural world. We take data mining as a process of knowledge transformation. A domain-oriented data-driven data mining (3DM) model based on a conceptual data mining model is proposed. Some data-driven data mining algorithms are also proposed to show the validity of this model, e.g., the data-driven default rule generation algorithm, data-driven decision tree pre-pruning algorithm and data-driven knowledge acquisition from concept lattice.

The purpose of the work is to study the current problems and prospects of the solution for processing big data received or stored in the Internet (web data), as well as the possibility of practical realization of Data Mining technology for big web data on practical example. Materials and methods. The study included a review of bibliographic sources on big data analysis problems.Data Mining technology was used to analyze large web data, as well as computer modeling of a practical problem using the C # programming language and creating a DDL database structure for accumulating web data.Results. In the course of the work, the specifics of big data were described, the main characteristics of big data were highlighted, and modern approaches to processing big data were analyzed. A brief description of the horizontal-scalable architecture and the BI-solution architecture for big data processing is given. The problems of processing large web data are formulated: limiting the speed of access to data, providing access via network protocols through general-purpose networks.An example showing the approach to processing large web data was also implemented. Based on the idea of big data, the described complexities of web data processing and the methods of Data Mining, techniques were proposed for effectively solving the practical problem of processing and searching patterns in a large data array.The following classes have been developed in the C # programming language:Class of receiving web data via the Internet; Data conversion class;Intelligent data processing class;Created DDL script that creates a structure for the accumulation of web data.A single UML class diagram has been developed.The constructed system of data and classes allows to solve the main part of the problems of processing large web data and perform intelligent processing using Data Mining technology in order to solve the problem posed of identifying certain records in a large array. The combination of object-oriented approach, neural networks and BI-analysis to filter data will speed up the process of data processing and obtaining the result of the studyConclusion. According to the results of the study, it can be argued that the current state of technology for analyzing large web data allows you to efficiently process data objects, identify patterns, get hidden data and get full-fledged statistical data.The obtained results can be used both for the purpose of the initial study of big data processing technologies, and as a basis for developing an already real application for analyzing web data. The use of neural networks and the created universal classes-handlers makes the created architecture flexible and self-learning, and the class declarations and the base DDL structure will greatly simplify the development of program code.

There are countless researchers working on designing efficient data mining techniques, methods, and algorithms. Many data mining methods and algorithms have been developed and applied in a lot of application fields [1]. Unfortunately, most data mining researchers pay much attention to technique problems for developing data mining models and methods, while little to basic issues of data mining [2]. In this talk, some basic issues of data mining are addressed. What is data mining? What is the product of a data mining process? What are we doing in a data mining process? What is the rule we should obey in a data mining process? Through analyzing existing data mining methods, and domain-driven (or user-driven) data mining models [3-5], we find that we should take a data mining process as a process of knowledge transformation. Based on this understanding of data mining, a conceptual data mining model of domain-oriented data-driven data mining (3DM) is proposed [2]. The relationship between traditional domain-driven (or user-driven) data mining models and our proposed 3DM model is also analyzed. Some domain-oriented data-driven data mining algorithms for mining such knowledge as default rule [6], decision tree [7], and concept lattice [8] from database are proposed. The experiment results for these algorithms are also shown to illustrate the efficiency and performance of the knowledge acquired by our 3DM data mining algorithms.

More and more literatures have researched the application of data mining technology in customer segmentation, and achieved sound effects. One of the key purposes of customer segmentation is customer retention. But the application of single data mining technology mentioned in previous literatures is unable to identify customer churn trend for adopting different actions on customer retention. This paper focus on constructs a integrated data mining and survival analysis model to segment customers into heterogeneous group by their survival probability (churn trend) and help enterprises adopting appropriate actions to retain profitable customers according to each segment’s churn trend. This model contains two components. Firstly, using data mining clustering arithmetic cluster customers into heterogeneous clusters according to their survival characters. Secondly, using survival analysis predicting each cluster’s survival/hazard function to identify their churn trend and test the validity of clustering for getting the correct customer segmentation. This model proposed by this paper was applied in a dataset from one biggest china telecommunications company. As a budding technology, big data’s technical implementation and commercial application are in the exploratory stage. With the increasing development of network and communication technology, a large amount of information is pouring in. How to effectively select the required information has become a more and more prominent problem. Data mining is a data processing technology developed to meet this need. Support vector machine is a new technology in data mining. It is a new tool to solve machine learning problems with the help of optimization methods. Among them, it focuses on the support vector machine, including the development history and present situation of support vector machine, the main basic concepts and research contents. On this basis, it studies various training algorithms of support vector machine which are relatively common at present, and compares their advantages and disadvantages. Big data has various data types, forming a data stream with various attributes. As we all know, data source classification based on batch processing can improve the query speed, but it still can’t meet the demand of real-time query. Therefore, feature selection mechanism is usually introduced in the process of data mining modeling to reduce its load. However, when faced with the query of high-dimensional data, the query space grows exponentially, which is difficult to realize. Therefore, this paper proposes the efficiency of an intelligent acceleration algorithm for big data mining based on vector machine communication network.

In this paper, we propose four data mining models for the Internet of Things, which are multi-layer data mining model, distributed data mining model, Grid based data mining model and data mining model from multi-technology integration perspective. Among them, multi-layer model includes four layers: 1) data collection layer, 2) data management layer, 3) event processing layer, and 4) data mining service layer. Distributed data mining model can solve problems from depositing data at different sites. Grid based data mining model allows Grid framework to realize the functions of data mining. Data mining model from multi-technology integration perspective describes the corresponding framework for the future Internet. Several key issues in data mining of IoT are also discussed.

The cultivation of high-quality skilled talents is an important subject that needs to be improved in the current vocational college education. Through the construction of the training mechanism corresponding to the specialty, the students’ practical ability can be promoted. Driven by big data, many technical enterprises gradually strengthen the recruitment of technical talents. However, due to the wide distribution of talents, data mining is more difficult. Therefore, it introduces the data mining system and construction analysis of skilled talents based on big data. This paper first analyzes the demand of skilled talents; secondly, the popular data mining technology is applied to this big data system, and the reasons for the low efficiency of data analysis and processing of skilled talents are obtained; then, the Bayesian algorithm in data mining technology is used to classify the technical talents, so that the enterprises in need can select and locate the skilled talents Data positioning is also carried out. Finally, it is concluded that the system can effectively promote the recruitment of technical talents in enterprises, and the ability level of these people after entering the company also meets the post requirements.

Objective Training monitoring is an important part of scientific training, and also accumulated a large amount of data, but the analysis and evaluation of biochemical indicators are mostly concentrated on the level of experience and the general, phased and individualized research application of statistical methods. The data mining technology is applied to the analysis and evaluation of the biochemical indexes of competitive sports, the analysis of the data is carried out in the deep level, the potential, new and useful information and knowledge are extracted, and the new exploration ideas are carried out for the analysis of the biochemical indexes of competitive sports, and a more reliable and more powerful data branch is provided for the scientific and efficient training support.
 Methods Using the literature data method, logic analysis method and expert interview method, the application of the current data mining technology in the analysis of biochemical indicators is summarized.
 Results The scientific analysis and evaluation of athletes' physical function status has been the focus of domestic and foreign coaches and sports researchers. The application of data mining technology in sports biochemical indicators is also becoming more and more extensive. For example, Mao Jie and others applied the gray ART clustering model analysis method to the monitoring of competitive sports biochemical indicators. Through this data mining model, the coach can easily judge the athlete's competitive physical condition, and can provide a scientific basis for correct training according to the different competitive conditions of each athlete, using different training guidance programs and training methods. Ma Jing et al. explored the feasibility of applying decision tree algorithm and association rules in volleyball biochemical analysis. It was found that C5.0 decision tree and Apriori association rule algorithm can be used to predict and analyze the technical level of women's volleyball players. Li Guangjun and others successfully applied the association rule data mining to the biochemical data analysis of canoeists, and provided a basis for scientific decision-making and analysis of sports training and athlete selection. Zhang Hui designed a data mining system for sports biochemical index based on association rules. The results show that the system has fast data mining rate, short time consuming and high reliability. It provides a more scientific evaluation standard for the data mining of sports biochemical index, and also provides a basis for the future training program.
 Conclusions With the development of competitive sports, in order to achieve new heights, the application of data mining technology to vast biochemical data is of great significance for the establishment of scientific training evaluation methods and standards, and is also the inevitable development of future sports scientific research.

Data mining is a useful technology that can support new discoveries based on the pattern analysis and a variety of linkages between data, and currently is utilized in various fields such as finance, marketing, medical. In this paper, we propose an effective utilization method of data based on analysis of spatial data mining. We make use of basic data of foreigners living in Seoul. However, the data has some features distinguished from other areas of data, classification as sensitive information and legal problem such as personal information protection. So, we use the basic statistical data that does not contain personal information. The main features and contributions of the proposed method are as follows. First, we can use Big Data as information through a variety of ways and can classify and cluster Big Data through refinement. Second. we can use these kinds of information for decision-making of future and new patterns. In the performance evaluation, we will use visual approach through graph of themes. The results of performance evaluation show that the analysis using data mining technology can support new discoveries of patterns and results.

In the era of big data, nursing staff have begun to use data mining technology to extract valuable information from massive nursing data to guide the development of clinical nursing, nursing management, nursing education and nursing research. This paper reviews the common methods of data mining, combs the application and research progress of data mining technology in nursing field, and puts forward the future development trend of data mining in nursing field, which can provide reference for nursing academia. With the wide application of big data technology, various management information systems in colleges and universities have accumulated a large amount of data. The use of data mining technology in teaching and management can make full use of these data and effectively improve teaching to a certain extent. The purpose of this paper is to study the construction of an intelligent student management information system platform based on big data analysis. This paper documents the construction and performance of a student management system, an example of data collection according to the data mining process. The platform interface will be seen by teachers, students and teaching supervisors in a friendly way, providing humanized services for different groups of people. In this paper, data mining technology is applied to the student achievement information management system to assist and support management decision-making. Through the use of clustering, association rules and other data mining techniques to sort out and analyze the student achievement information. The experimental study shows that the use of the intelligent student management information system platform based on big data analysis to analyze the students' performance, it is found that the average score of more than half of the students in the public courses is lower than 70 points, which will greatly affect the later professional courses.

The thesis starts from the basic theory, introduces the method of physical data acquisition and the concept of data mining. Marketing evolves from traditional marketing schemes to data mining, which leads to the relationship between data mining technology and modern market management. It focuses on the method of obtaining user information and data mining technology in "cross-marketing", "integrated marketing", and "integrated marketing". Applications in "real-time marketing", "green marketing", "relationship marketing", and "network marketing". At the same time, combined with case analysis, the comprehensive application of data mining in "shopping basket analysis" is discussed and elucidated from the theoretical and technical level.

Data is becoming the world's new natural resource and big data use grows quickly. The trend of computing technology is that everything is merged into the Internet and 'big data' are integrated to comprise complete information for collective intelligence. With the increasing size of big data, refining big data themselves to reduce data size while keeping critical data (or useful information) is a new approach direction. In this paper, we provide a novel data consumption model, which separates the consumption of data from the raw data, and thus enable cloud computing for big data applications. We define a new Data-as-a-Product (DaaP) concept, a data product is a small sized summary of the original data and can directly answer users' queries. Thus, we separate the mining of big data into two classes of processing modules: the refine modules to change raw big data into small sized data products, and application-oriented mining modules to discover desired knowledge further for applications from well-defined data products. Our practices of mining big stream data, including medical sensor stream data, streams of text data and trajectory data, demonstrated the efficiency and precision of our DaaP model for answering users' queries.

The Problem: Standardized processes are often followed to systematically conduct data mining projects. However while current models provide good descriptions, they are in need of updates given current Big Data challenges. Current data mining methods do not meet all requirements of businesses, in addition current methods are difficult to remember and do not cover all requisite steps. Given these limitations, usage of the traditional data mining process methods are fading in favor of independent data mining processes. What Was Done: BEMO Business Opportunity, Exploration, Modeling, and Operationalization is a standard parsimonious process developed for conducting data mining projects in a reusable and repeatable fashion in a Big Data environment. This model is vendor, technology, and industry agnostic. The process model is applied to a practical project example. Why this Work is Important: This manuscript allows a reusable and simplified model for data mining that can be applied to a variety of applications given a formalized and detailed process template. Given new technologies, Big Data and other developments a new data mining methodology is required to adequately meet these needs. The contribution of a parsimonious Big Data mining model also permits utilizing simpler models over complex models that can more efficiently generalize new problems.

As we are living in the era of big data, huge volumes of a wide variety of complex data-which can be of different levels of veracity-are generated or collected at a high velocity from rich sources of data in various real-life applications. A rich source of these big data sources is the Internet of Things (IoT), which include a collection of sensors, smartphones and other mobile devices, wearable devices, as well as other "things" that are capable to operate within the existing Internet infrastructure. Embedded in these big data are valuable knowledge and useful information. Hence, the research problem of data mining from big IoT data have drawn attention of many researchers as it aims to discover implicit, previously unknown and potentially useful information and knowledge from the data. For instance, frequent pattern mining finds sets of frequently co-occurring items in the IoT domains. Associative classification discovers rules revealing relationships among items within the frequent patterns and their associations with the corresponding class labels. Induction based classification uses decision tree or random forest to learn from old big IoT for classifying or making predictions on new data. Over the past quarter of a century, many serial, distributed, parallel, and MapReduce-based (Hadook-based and Spark-based) big data mining algorithms have been proposed. These algorithms are run in local computers, distributed and parallel environments, clusters, grids, clouds and/or data centers. In this paper, we review some of these algorithms, discuss issues and research prospective in mining classification patterns from these big IoT data in fog. Our case study on a real-life application shows the feasibility on classifying real-life big IoT data over fog for urban analytics.
