Study on Evaluation Model of Regional Logistics Environment Based on Multi-Level Fuzzy Theory

The logistics sector has grown to be the most significant component of the modern service sector, and to some extent, it not only directly supports economic growth but also indirectly creates favorable conditions for business operations. Modern logistics can meet the needs of the modern economy and society by taking advantages and prospects of digitization and information technology. However, China has a number of difficulties while switching to the development of logistics since the level of modern Chinese logistics development differs. Additionally, the supply chain mode’s logistics is a comprehensive and integrated operation, so based on the issues with Chinese regional logistics development from a supply chain viewpoint, this study evaluates the development potential of logistics supply chain and the influencing factors from many angles.

Aiming at the inaccuracy and blindness of the traditional detection and assessment methods for the quality of emulsion explosives, a method for evaluating the quality of emulsion explosives based on soft measurement and multilevel fuzzy evaluation is proposed. The soft-sensing model of BP neural network can predict the online unmeasured performance indicators of detonation velocity and detonation online. The multilevel fuzzy evaluation method establishes the reliable multilevel fuzzy evaluation system based on the key parameters of the production process and expert experience. Experiments show that this soft-sensing model have made the convergence quickly and the accuracy highly,and can accurately predicts the detonation velocity and brisance of emulsion explosives online. In the last part, the design of quality assessment system can provide a new idea for solving the point of quality blindness detection and assessment.

There is a complex relationship between leisure tourism and the ecological environment that is both interdependent and constrained. It is of great practical importance to reveal their incongruous coupling to promote ecological security and harmonious social development. Utilizing a framework model of a non-coordinated coupling driving mechanism, we have established a comprehensive evaluation index system, encompassing the three dimensions of leisure tourism resource quality, infrastructure, and economic benefits, as well as three dimensions related to ecological environment pressure, protection investment, and efficiency. We calculated the weights of each evaluation index using the coefficient of variation method and employed a non-coordinated coupling function to analyze the coupling relationship and evolution of leisure tourism and the ecological environment in the Ili region of Xinjiang. The results suggest the following: ① The level of leisure and tourism in the Ili Prefecture has exhibited fluctuations and steady growth, increasing from 0.0032 in 2001 to 0.9033 in 2022. Similarly, the ecological environment has also improved, from 0.2372 in 2001 to 0.7755 in 2022, except for a slight decrease in 2008, showing an upward trend throughout all other years. ② The coupling coordination type has undergone three significant stages of transformation: from 2001 to 2002, the degree of non-coordinated coupling decreased from 0.8825 to 0.8229, marking a high-level non-coordinated coupling phase; from 2003 to 2016, the degree of non-coordinated coupling further decreased from 0.7951 to 0.5098, entering a rectification phase; and from 2017 to 2022, the degree of non-coordinated coupling dropped from 0.4882 to 0.3531, moving into an antagonistic phase, with the relationship gradually evolving towards positive interaction. By analyzing the non-coordinated coupling and internal mechanisms between leisure tourism and the ecological environment in the Ili region, this study provides a scientific reference for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of leisure tourism and the ecological environment in the region.

Since single evaluation method is inefficient, establishing a teaching quality evaluation algorithm with real-time optimization and intelligent learning becomes a major trend for current automatic evaluation. Based on the study of evaluation index system of classroom teaching quality in colleges, this paper proposes an intelligent evaluation model for the quality of classroom teaching in colleges and applies it to evaluation practice of intelligent teaching system. It avoids the problem of difficult determination on weights a and simplifies the evaluation process. The improved multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to perform evaluation on the quality of classroom teaching. The case analysis shows that the model is an effective method to evaluate the quality of classroom teaching in colleges, and it realizes the high efficiency, network and intelligence of the teaching quality evaluation.

Gymnastics to gain success in colleges and universities must have one of the most basic ability which is teaching ability. To the teaching ability, the evaluation is objective and correct, so that the students can get all-round development during undergraduate course, and to be able to meet the needs of the society is the difficult problem in teaching. This study adopts multi-level fuzzy evaluation method, establishes teaching ability index system and evaluation method, and hopes to provide certain theoretical basis for track and field teaching in the future.

In order to meet the changing educational needs, this paper collects the factors related to the teaching mode through the method of multilevel fuzzy evaluation and establishes a multilevel fuzzy evaluation system including the factors of teaching methods, textbook selection, learning resources and so on. To obtain quantitative satisfaction results, fuzzy numbers are employed to calculate the satisfaction evaluation of teaching programs. Establish a judgment matrix using triangular fuzzy numbers and hierarchical analysis to assign weights to different indicators. The evaluation results of each factor are synthesized to obtain the evaluation results for the timeliness of the English teaching method. The results show that although there is not much difference in the basic level of English between the experimental class and the control class, the experimental class, after using the method of this paper, has a measure of qualitative data higher than the standardized metric of 71.195, and the academic grade reaches a full score of 10. It is further verified that by using the method based on multilevel fuzzy evaluation, universities can optimize their teaching mode in a more targeted way to adapt to the increasingly changing educational environment.

Logistics industry has been developing rapidly in China, but it is still a fledgling industry. Some Chinese scholars have made considerable researches on it, but the study in this field has been at the initial stage so far. On the basis of previous studies, we establish a more comprehensive and objective evaluation indicator system on the principles of all-around perspectives, close relationship and data accessibility and then use factor analysis method and statistics of 2006 to do empirical study by SPSS software on the logistics industry's competitiveness in 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. The analysis result suggests that the logistics industries in some regions are effective, as there are heavy demands for logistics services, but unfavourable logistics condition; meanwhile, some regions have much potential in the development of logistics industries, which are weak in competitiveness mainly because of weak demand for logistics services at present.

The application of cloud computing brings not only enormous economic benefits but also security risks. According to the safety risk problems faced by cloud computing environment, this paper on the basis of the experience of traditional risk analysis methods, qualitatively researches the main factors of cloud computing risk, and adopts multi-level fuzzy evaluation method to analyze multiple decision objectives, which is combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and fuzzy evaluation theory; Then using this method to construct a model and give an example of calculation in cloud computing, the result of this example shows that the risk assessment method used in this paper is effective, and it has a certain practical application value.

The ultimate goal to valuate the automotive supply chain performance is to carry out the overall optimization of the automotive supply chain. It is the key of supply chain performance evaluation that a set of perfect automotive supply chain performance evaluation index system must be establish. According to the definition of automotive supply chain performance, the automotive Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Index System is established in this paper. Based on this, multi-level dynamic fuzzy evaluation model is adopted to comprehensively evaluate the overall performance of the automotive supply chain. In the end, the validity and feasibility of this model is validated by an example, and it provides a scientific basis to evaluate dynamically automotive supply chain performance.

Purpose: This paper is committed to design a logistics industry development policy model based on system dynamic to simulate the policy measures which promote region economic and logistics efficiency. The interaction between logistic industry development policy and economy needs to be investigated and the influence degree of logistic efficiency affected by industry policy needs to be identified too. Design/methodology/approach: In order to achieve the objective, it makes a system analysis from industry perspective to divide system into economic growth subsystem, logistics demand subsystem and logistics supply subsystem. Then the hypothesis and the boundaries are defined, and the causal diagram and system flow diagrams are drawn. The paper designs parameters and structural equation by the sample of Beijing using the econometrics model and takes model validation. Taking Beijing as an example, logistics industry development policy is simulated from the aspect of technological progress, increasing fixed assets investment, adjusting the industrial structure proportion and comprehensive policy by changing the parameters using Vensim-PLE. Findings ? After logistics development policy is highly simulated by system dynamic model of logistics industry development policy, it is found that the policies of technological progress, fixed assets investment increasing, the industrial structure proportion adjustment and the comprehensive policy have different function to affect GDP, logistics demand, supply capacity and actual logistics costs. Originality/value: Compared with the previous research, this paper analyzes the interactive mechanism between logistics industry policy and region economy from a system perspective and establishes system dynamics model of logistics industry development policy to make up for the limitation of previous research.

Regional logistics efficiency and performance in China along the Belt and Road Initiative: The analysis of integrated DEA and hierarchical regression with carbon constraint

Logistics industry is not only the link connecting economic activities, but also an important thrust to stimulate domestic demand. Under the development background of the new era, the high-quality development of logistics industry has become an indispensable force for high-quality economic development. Reasonable and effective evaluation is an important prerequisite to promote its high-quality development. Guided by the concept of high-quality development, it innovatively adds the dimension of logistics development resource cost. Based on the data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2011 to 2019, in view of the limitations of projection pursuit, genetic algorithm and projection pursuit are organically combined, which were used to measure the high-quality development level of China’s regional logistics and analyze its spatial distribution characteristics. The reliability and accuracy of the evaluation results are improved, and the spatial information nature is analyzed by spatial exploration The results showed that the most important dimensions affecting the high-quality development of the logistics industry were logistics carrying capacity and technological innovation support. During the study period, there were significant differences in the high-quality development of regional logistics. The average annual logistics industry in the three provinces of Guangdong, Shandong and Jiangsu had relatively high level of high-quality development. By contrast, the development level of the three provinces of Tibet, Qinghai and Hainan was relatively low. In general, although the high-quality development of the logistics industry was increasing year by year, showing a trend of high level in the eastern region, followed by central region, low level in the western region, the gap had not been effectively shortened. In addition, the high-quality development of the regional logistics industry had a significant positive geographical correlation, showing a trickle drop effect in space.

With the continuous development of economic globalisation, China has established free trade zones (FTA). To promote the diversification of cross-border e-commerce in FTA and increase industry competitiveness, the Porter's Five Forces model (PFFM) was used to analyse the profit model of e-commerce enterprises. Based on fuzzy logic, an evaluation model for the profit model of cross-border e-commerce was constructed, and this evaluation model was used to evaluate the profitability of cross-border e-commerce. The results show that the evaluation model constructed based on fuzzy logic can better reflect the profitability of enterprises. The accuracy of multilevel fuzzy evaluation is above 80% every year, with the highest accuracy being in 2017, and the evaluation accuracy for that year is 98.5%. The study of a cross-border e-commerce profit evaluation model based on multilevel fuzzy evaluation method can better reflect the profitability of enterprises and help them clarify their future development direction.

Comprehensive evaluation of college students' network literacy is one of the important contents of students' assessment. Because the existing methods simply superposition the evaluation index results, the evaluation results of different students are too different and not scientific. The comprehensive evaluation system of college students' network literacy is put forward and designed. By using Web technology, the system framework is designed with college students' network literacy module as the core, and the comprehensive evaluation subsystem of college students' network literacy is analyzed in detail. Firstly, the evaluation index system is established, which is divided into four primary indexes: network cognitive literacy, network knowledge literacy, network security literacy and network civilization literacy. Based on the evaluation index, the weight of different evaluation indexes is calculated by analytic hierarchy process, the comprehensive evaluation of network literacy is carried out based on fuzzy evaluation method, and the correlation coefficient is introduced in the calculation process. Avoid the students too different evaluation unscientific problems, achieve system design. The experimental results show that the system has better accuracy and is more scientific than the traditional literature for the comprehensive evaluation of college students' network literacy.
