Studying the Partial Differential Problem Using Maple

This paper uses the mathematical software Maple for the auxiliary tool to study two types of integrals. We can obtain the infinite series forms of these two types of integrals by using binomial series and integration term by term theorem. On the other hand, we provide some examples to do calculation practically. The research methods adopted in this study involved finding solutions through manual calculations and verifying these solutions by using Maple. This type of research method not only allows the discovery of calculation errors, but also helps modify the original directions of thinking from manual and Maple calculations. For this reason, Maple provides insights and guidance regarding problem-solving methods.

We can obtain the infinite series forms of any order partial derivatives of these two types of multivariable functions by using differentiation term by term theorem, and hence greatly reduce the difficulty of calculating their higher order partial derivative values. On the other hand, we propose two examples of multivariable functions to evaluate their any order partial derivatives, and some of their higher order partial derivative values practically. At the same time, we employ Maple to calculate the approximations of these higher order partial derivative values and their infinite series forms for verifying our answers.

This study aims to design and build a VoIP billing server that is used for calculating the cost of telephone conversations and designing a VoIP practicum module for students.The research method was carried out by conducting literature studies, network design planning, device configuration, determination of billing parameters and VoIP call testing to determine call quality and VoIP billing function.The result of this thesis is a telephone billing system application that is used to calculate VoIP-based telephone costs and the softphone application as a telecommunications medium. Where the billing server is well configured with the softphone application, the softphone application uses the simcard as data verification provided by the admin. The results of testing the success of telephone charges when 2 clients make calls with an initial pulse of 100 Rupiah, the result is a calculation of 100% between manual calculations and program calculations. And when the test was carried out, making calls more than 2 clients produced different data between manual and program calculations with an average of 101.75, the program calculation was on manual calculation of 100.The results of this difference were only for the first and second callers, the next caller had the results which is the same as manual calculation.

In accordance with PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 22 of 2018, the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) must be applied to non simple state buildings with criteria for a building area of more than 2000 m2 and more than 2 floors. Gedung Layanan Terpadu RSUD Kota Bangkinang has an area of 5,040 m2 and has 4 floors but the calculations still use conventional methods. The aim of this study was to analyze the comparison of the bill of quantity (BOQ) of the Gedung Layanan Terpadu RSUD Bangkinang City using conventional methods and the Tekla Structure application. The integrated services building consists of 4 floors, starting from the basement floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor and roof floor. The research method used was to carry out manual calculations using Microsoft Excel based on the working plans and modeling the building structure using the Tekla Structure application. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the volume of concrete using the conventional method was 3,193.5 m3 while the calculation using the Tekla Structure application was obtained 3,175.5 m3 where there was a difference of 18 m3 or in a percentage of 0,56 % less than the conventional method. For iron volume, there is a difference in iron volume of 2,687.23 kg or 0,45 % less using the Tekla Structure application compared to conventional methods. The conclusion from this study is that the calculation of the bill of quantity using the conventional method is greater than using the Tekla Structure application.

This study aims to analyze and develop an Anugerah Jaya store sales information system using the PIECES method. The problem faced at this time is that the sales system that is running is still manual, starting from the sales transaction process, the income calculation process, data collection on goods prices and inventory data are also still calculated by manual calculations that are only written on paper or books. This makes the quality of the information obtained is not optimal, less efficient and of course the possibility of misinformation is quite large. The research method used is a field study with data collection conducted through interviews and direct observation of the sales process. The results of the study based on the PIECES parameter analysis found several shortcomings in the sales process including the slow processing of data and the provision of reports. To overcome the existing problems, a new web-based system proposal was designed to overcome the current problems

The purpose of the research is to plan good and correct raw water in order to meet the needs of the people of Kampung Bate in order to meet their daily clean Water Demand of the people of Kampung Bate. The research method used in this study is to use manual calculations and hydraulic modeling with the help of the EPANET application. The results of this study are piping criteria such as pipe diameters used for projections of 20, 30, and 50 years having a diameter range of 1/2’' - 2.5’' m with a pipe length of 14.38 - 260 m. the dimensions of broncaptering are 2.5 m × 2.5 m × 3.5 m, with 6 gabion traps and a gabion b trap size of 2 m and a gabion t trap of 0.5 m

The Fiqh subject, particularly the chapter on Taharah (Purification), is often considered unimportant, which is usually caused by the teacher’s less engaging delivery of the material, resulting in suboptimal student learning outcomes. To address this issue, many suitable and interesting teaching methods can be used, one of which is the Problem-Solving Method. This study discusses the use of the Problem-Solving Method to improve students’ learning outcomes in the Fiqh subject, chapter on Taharah, for Class VIIB at MTs Sabilul Chalim Leuwimunding. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles. Data collection utilized observation techniques, tests, research instruments, and documentation conducted directly during the research. Based on the research results, 28 students, or ? 80%, achieved mastery, indicating that the success target was met. In the pre-cycle stage, the mastery percentage was only 64.29%, reflecting low student understanding. This increased to 75% in cycle I, though it had not yet met the success indicator. In cycle II, mastery rose significantly to 92.86%, categorized as very good. Thus, based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Problem-Solving Method is effective in improving students’ learning outcomes in the Fiqh subject, chapter on Taharah, for Class VIIB at MTs Sabilul Chalim Leuwimunding in the 2024/2025 academic year.At the end of the thesis, the author offers suggestions to both teachers and students, focusing on improving future educational situations.

Bridging the gap between research and schematic design phases in teaching architectural graduation projects

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan lembar kegiatan siswa (LKS) berbasis metode pemecahan masalah pada materi segitiga yang valid dan praktis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan melalui dua tahap, yaitu tahap preliminary (tahap persiapan) serta tahap formative evaluation. Berdasarkan hasil analisis produk, diperoleh lembar kegiatan siswa berbasis metode pemecahan masalah yang valid dan praktis. Valid terlihat dari hasil penilaian ahli (validator) terhadap LKS, sementara praktis dilihat dari hasil uji coba small group terhadap siswa dalam menyelesaikan LKS yang diberikan. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil belajar siswa diperoleh rata-rata nilai 75,70 yang berarti hasil belajar siswa pada materi segitiga tergolong kategori baik, maka disimpulkan LKS yang telah dikembangkan memiliki efek potensial.
