Abstract

Abstract In 1986, it was recognized that several new data analysis techniques could be applied across a wide range of neutron scattering problems, and it was timely to hold a workshop to explain their use to a wider audience. This meeting was a great success and it has lead to a subsequent series of similar meetings to keep the community abreast of current developments in the data analysis field. The third Work-shop on Neutron Scattering Data Analysis, WONSDA '94, was held at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory from April 13-15,1994. The meeting, which was organized by the Neutron Scattering Group of the Institute of Physics and the Royal Society of Chemistry, was attended by over 60 delegates from both Europe and North America.
