The Application of Dance Movement Skill Feature Recognition in Dance Teaching Movement Analysis

An off-grid hybrid PV/diesel model as a planning and design tool, incorporating dynamic and ANN modelling techniques

In an environment where action recognition technology is widely used, dance action recognition technology has also received extensive attention. Due to the complexity of dance movements, there will be a large number of errors in dance movement recognition. Therefore, this paper uses the decision tree algorithm to optimize dance movement recognition. In this paper, the general framework of dance movement recognition is first constructed, and the human body features are extracted and calculated by using the Laban motion analysis method for the changes in the joints of dance movements. Then, use the decision tree algorithm to classify and identify the dance movements, and use it to optimize the self-obscuring motion information repair algorithm to solve the problem of dance movement occlusion and error, and complete the construction of the dance movement recognition model based on CNN network. Empirical analysis shows that the model method's Top-1 and Top-5 accuracy are both 84.7% and 89.32%, respectively. The average probability of incorrect recognition, error recognition, and correct recognition of the optimized dance action recognition in this paper is 8.84%, 3.78 and 87.38 respectively. The average recognition correctness is improved by 12.02%, which indicates that the effect of recognition of the optimized model of dance action masking and error correction in this paper is excellent. It has achieved a better construction in the field of dance action error correction.

The scientific basis of human movement has been studied by dance students, teachers, and researchers in the United States since Margaret H'Doubler established the first dance major at the University of Wisconsin in 1926. Since then, students, faculty, practitioners, and researchers have applied a scientific line of inquiry toward dance movement and training. In the 1980s, medical practitioners and researchers involved with dance populations joined this scientific approach movement. This article is a descriptive study that catalogs and details peer-reviewed articles under the topic headings of teaching and technique. With 229 listed publications, teaching and technique are popular topics. This study delimits analysis of these publications to those in peer-reviewed journals, narrowing the field to 59 articles. In this study, research was organized three ways: 1. by the type of research (descriptive studies, analytical studies, experimental studies), 2. by the identification of interests (area of interest and agent of change, item of interest and type of analysis, dependent and independent variables), and 3. into four main themes (participant health, teaching effectiveness, quality of learning and performance, and the field of dance education). Findings are organized into tables for easy navigation and reference. It is hoped that accessibility to and easy navigation through this research will provide teachers with information and support toward informed choices and healthy classrooms. The ultimate aim is to provide a starting place from which dance students, educators, and researchers can develop their own dance medicine and science inquiries into teaching and technique.

In this paper, we first count the dance action motion information and compute different lengths of dance action videos through the threshold of segmentation as the input of a convolutional neural network. Combined with the two-layer level optimization function, the dance action trajectory values can be solved. The dance action trajectory values are compared with the standard action in terms of point distance, which suggests the location of the error for dance teaching assistance training. Finally, based on the three-dimensional data capture to establish a three-dimensional dance teaching model, the dance student’s various parts of the movement error results only between 0.25-2.21, the movement trajectory and the Kinect standard movement trajectory curve is highly fitted, and the dance amplitude, dance strength, dance consistency, dance standardization degree of performance is excellent.

This paper presents a literature review with an in-depth examination of 17 selected works focusing on the utilization of pose estimation and deep learning models within the domain of dance and movement learning. To address the overarching question regarding the potential implications and utilization of these technologies in teaching movement in dance, the selected literature is systematically analyzed across four key categories: study design/research activity, applied technology and functions, system output in regard to visualization and feedback and study results. Through this structured analysis, recurring themes and patterns within the literature are identified inductively. Subsequently, the findings are synthesized and interpreted, facilitating discussion and connections with existing research. This systematic examination offers insights into the multifaceted role of AI-based technologies in dance education, paving the way for informed pedagogical practices and future research endeavors in this domain.

With the great changes in the social, economic, and cultural background, the traditional education model can no longer meet the current goal of cultivating dance talents. The application of wearable devices based on deep learning helps to improve students’ understanding and application of dance movements. Through extensive data analysis, experimental research, and kinesthetic theory, it is found that trainers based on deep neural networks can effectively improve students’ overall learning performance. At the same time, the application of emotion-intelligence teaching mode theory in dance experiments and the conclusions drawn from the experimental research fully demonstrate the teaching advantages of applying deep learning wearable devices to dance emotion-intelligence teaching mode. In order to explore the application of wearable devices based on deep learning in dance teaching, this paper discusses the improvement of deep learning through the elaboration of parameter smoothing initialization, convolutional pooling layer, optimal smoothing filter, and dynamic pruning method, and then a wearable device is designed. A device can recognize dance movements to verify the application of deep learning-based wearables in dance teaching in emotional mode.

As an important part of human culture, dance art has also ushered in new development opportunities and challenges in this scientific and technological revolution. Objectives: This paper aims to explore the innovative application and influence of artificial intelligence (AI) in dance creation and performance. With the rapid development of AI technology, its application is increasingly wide in the field of art, and dance art is no exception Methods: This paper first outlines the application of AI technology in dance creation, including the generation of new dance movements through algorithms, auxiliary choreography, etc. These applications provide unprecedented creative sources and tools for dance creators. Then, this paper analyzes the role of AI in dance performance, such as the accurate movement performance of dance robot, the immersive experience of virtual reality technology in dance performance, etc. Results: These technologies not only enrich the form of dance performance, but also broaden the viewing experience of the audience. In addition, this paper also discusses the application of AI in dance teaching, such as intelligent guidance system, distance dance teaching, etc., which bring convenience and personalization to dance teaching. However, the application of AI in the field of dance also faces technical challenges and art ethical issues, which need further research and discussion. Conclusions: In conclusion, this paper believes that the application of AI technology in dance creation, performance and teaching has broad prospects, but it also needs to pay attention to its potential impact and challenges to promote the harmonious coexistence of dance art and AI technology. The research of this paper provides new perspectives and thoughts in the field of dance art, Provides a reference for future research and practice.

In order to precisely predict the PFC choke inductance and its losses, a dynamic ripple-based inductor modeling technique is proposed considering the real-time current ripple over each switching cycle. The realistic inductor model is synthesized considering the operation temperature, instantaneous current magnitude, and <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{flux}$</tex> density. Three factors are investigated: (i) the non-linearity of the inductor material; (ii) the switching frequency components in the input current; and (iii) the time variation of the duty cycle. Thus, a function to accurately compute real-time inductance is obtained. To validate the proposed model, simulation studies and experiments are conducted using a single-phase totem-pole PFC rectifier. The theoretical prediction exhibits good agreement with the simulation result with 10% error. It is experimentally verified that the real-time measured inductance matches with the model-predicted inductance at 1 kW output power.

During the morphing process, the dynamic modeling of the morphing wing aircraft presents the characteristics of rigid‐elastic coupling effects, moving boundaries, and low computational efficiency. Meanwhile, parameters such as aerodynamic forces/moments, center of pressure, center of mass, and moment of inertia would also change significantly, which would seriously affect the flight stability. Therefore, this paper mainly focuses on the rigid‐elastic coupling dynamic modeling of morphing wing aircraft. Based on the virtual power principle, a floating coordinate system and the modal synthesis method are adopted to establish a rigid‐elastic coupling dynamic model that accounts for the elasticity of the wings, which can accurately capture the cross‐scale coupling effects between the rigid‐body motion and the elastic deformation of the wings during the continuously morphing process. Considering the moving boundary problem between the fuselage and the wings during the continuously morphing process, a dynamic constraint modeling technique based on the Craig‐Bampton method and a node's life and death technique describing the constraint states are proposed, which can avoid the complex operations of reestablishing the finite element model of the elastic bodies for traditional methods. Moreover, a method of smoothing model for the rigid–elastic coupling system is developed, which can significantly improve the computational efficiency for the dynamic equation of the morphing wing aircraft. And by changing the value of the smoothing factor, preservation of specific high‐frequency components can be controlled. Finally, the numerical examples are carried out to verify the proposed rigid‐elastic coupling dynamic model for the morphing wing aircraft.

This paper examines the impact of the ideas of Delsarte and Dalcroze on forms of expressive movement in dance and gymnastics which developed around the turn of the twentieth century. It shows how they were taken up, influenced and furthered by specific innovators, affecting physical education philosophy and practice on both sides of the Atlantic. Both Margaret H'Doubler and Rudolf von Laban were instrumental – in different though interconnected ways – in introducing expressive forms of movement to the physical education curriculum in an era when progressive educational ideas flourished. H'Doubler's interest in dance was unequivocally that of an educator and she set up the first dance education program in higher education at the University of Wisconsin in the United States. Laban was a dance choreographer and stage director in Germany before becoming involved with physical education in the final two decades of his life and successfully promoting modern dance and educational gymnastics in English Primary schools. H'Doubler's efficacy as dance education pioneer came in large measure from her not being a dancer, not being an artist, for it allowed her more credibility with administrators and policy-makers. Laban, whose genius was very much as a dancer, artist and choreographer became a physical educator more by accident than design, and his educational innovations in schools were implemented more by proxy than in person.

This research investigates the optimization of operational efficiency and cost reduction through the enhancement of material flow management within production line stations. Departing from conventional static analyses, the study employs advanced simulation tools to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies via dynamic modelling techniques. The Ishikawa diagram serves as the primary tool for conducting root-cause analysis. Simultaneously, the 5S methodology is implemented to foster workplace organization, standardization, and hygiene practices. In contrast to traditional optimization frameworks, the proposed strategy integrates real-time performance tracking systems, complemented by adaptive feedback mechanisms. This integration permits ongoing assessment of the production process, facilitating iterative improvement cycles. Empirical data gathered from monitored cycle times, equipment utilization rates, and defect frequencies substantiate the validation of implemented changes. The resulting optimized system significantly minimizes downtime and waste, thereby advancing sustainable and scalable operations. Ultimately, this research demonstrates that the fusion of simulation-based insights with lean management principles leads to considerable improvements in manufacturing productivity and overall product quality.

The article presents the results of developing a methodology and implementing dynamic modeling in the SolidWorks Motion 2016 software environment for changing the body roll angle of the Gazelle Next van during active maneuvering and turning using a lever-electromagnetic stabilization system in comparison with a lever stabilizer system. A dynamic modeling technique was developed to analyze the change in the roll angle of the Gazelle NEXT all-metal van in the driving mode when turning and intensive maneuvering with a lever and using a lever-electromagnetic stabilization system). As a result of the research, a decrease in the roll angle of the Gazelle Next all-metal van was revealed in driving modes with active maneuvering and cornering using the lever-electromagnetic stabilization system relative to that installed on the example of the Gazelle NEXT — lever. The proposed method of dynamic modeling proved the effectiveness of using a lever-electromagnetic stabilization system when turning and active maneuvering, compared with standard lever stabilizers based on a comparison of the roll angles of the first and second options.

The study introduces three novel strategies for incorporating capabilities for dynamic modelling into multiblock regression methods by integrating sequentially orthogonalised partial least squares (SO‐PLS) with different dynamic modelling techniques. The study evaluates these strategies using synthetic datasets and an industrial example, comparing their performance in predictive ability, identification of process dynamics, and quantification of block contributions. Results suggest that these approaches can effectively model the dynamics with performance comparable to state‐of‐the‐art methods, providing, at the same time, insight into the dynamic order and block contributions. One of the strategies, sequentially orthogonalised dynamic augmented (SODA)–PLS, shows promise by ensuring that redundant information in the time dimension is not included, resulting in simpler and more easily interpretable dynamic models. These multiblock dynamic regression strategies have potential applications for improved process understanding in industrial settings, especially where multiple data sources and inherent time dynamics are present.

This paper primarily explores the current status and development pathways of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in dance education. The research methodology is based on literature analysis. The study suggests that AI has great potential in areas such as dance movement analysis, choreography, and dance education equipment. The paper proposes three areas for reform and innovation in the future integration of AI with dance education: first, optimizing and upgrading dance teaching software and equipment; second, utilizing AI to promote students' autonomous learning; and third, integrating AI into dance teaching evaluation. Additionally, the integration of AI technology will help uncover valuable dance teaching resources, laying the foundation for innovation in dance education.
