 The used method is delivered the material by tutorial lecture to the society by bringing Department of population and civil registration in making birth certificate by involving village official, provision districts and society to find the policy form to protect child with clear and correct self identity. The next stage is accompaniment in making birth certificate and cooperation all materials to the ownership of child as a protection for the children.
 The result of service shows creating an understanding of partner society in the ownership of birth certificate and the protection form of the child status and the marriage status, and the fulfillment of other requirement in making certificate as the guide book. The result of accompaniment and cooperation in Department of population and civil registration succeed to publish 61 marriage certificate from 67 couples which presents with 2 witnesses when notes in Department of population and civil registration from 123 application marriage certificate submitted. Next form the marriage certificate submitted to publish of birth certificate. The birth certificate which succeeds to be published 107 birth certificate from 162 application birth certificate submitted by society. The failure of submitted certificate because the lack of data, lack of requirement, the discrepancy data, and published the birth certificate.

Photographic identification is an essential research and management tool for marine mammal scientists. However, manual identification of individuals is time‐consuming. To shorten processing times, we developed finFindR, an open‐source application that uses a series of neural networks to autonomously locate dorsal fins in unedited field images, quantify an individual's unique fin characteristics, and match them to an existing photograph catalog. During a blind test comparing manual searching to finFindR for common bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops Tursiops truncatus) photographs, experienced photo‐identification technicians achieved similar match rates but examined an order of magnitude fewer photographs using finFindR (an average of 10 required with finFindR versus 124 with manual search). In those tests, the correct identity was ranked in the first position in 88% of cases and was within the top 50 ranked positions in 97% of cases. Our observations suggest that finFindR's matching capabilities are robust to moderate variation in image quality and fin distinctiveness. Importantly, finFindR allows users to build a catalog of known individuals through time and match an unlimited number of individuals instead of being restricted to a predefined set. finFindR's convolutional neural networks could be re‐trained to identify members of many marine mammal species without altering finFindR's inherent structure.

Objective: This review aims to reveal the classic and experience-based traditional uses of Gokshura for health and wellness, and emphasizes the pharmacological and biochemical scientific evidence to confirm them. Data Source: The available literature on Gokshura from original Ayurvedic scriptures, classical Ayurvedic texts from different periods, Indian Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia, and scientific databases such as ScienceDirect, PubMed, and Google Scholar, with Gokshura and T.terrestris as keywords were searched to determine the basis of the Latin scientific name, the correct identity, properties, pharmacological actions and clinical uses. Review Methods: In search of scientific evidence of use, international and national journals and other published materials were also searched to pique the curiosity of academics interested in Ayurvedic medicinal plants. This article reveals the ancient brilliance behind the therapeutic use of a promising plant, Gokshura from ancient India, to date. Several bioactive phytoconstituents, which include steroids, saponin, flavonoids, alkaloids, glycosides, and unsaturated acids, were isolated and recognized from Gokshura which might be responsible singly or in compound form for numerous pharmacological activities, and traditional application confirms that the basic principles of available Ayurvedic classics in various periods in India have been too scientific, and authentic. Conclusion: In this research work, it was found that Gokshura overcome diseases of Mutravaha srotasa (Urinary Tract Disorders) and other systems. Various simple and compound preparations can reasonably maintain health and are used as analgesic, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, aphrodisiac, and rejuvenator.

Different authors in India and South East Asia treat dioecious species in the genus Momordica differently. The cultivated ‘bhat karela’ of East and North East India is referred to as Momordica dioica Roxb. by botanists and herbarium curators whereas agricultural scientists, in general, designate it as Momordica cochinchinensis Spreng. A critical study of 266 herbarium sheets housed at CAL and BSISH and in situ field studies at specific pockets in the North East India followed by preliminary characterization revealed its correct identity as Momordica subangulata Blume subsp. renigera (G. Don) de Wilde. First hand information on its occurrence, taxonomy and distribution in India is given. The species was found in wild as well as in homestead cultivation in North Eastern India and exemplify direct utilization of biodiversity by indigenous people.

Establishing all plant’s correct identity and nomenclature is crucial in the current context. Therefore, an updated list and nomenclature status of sedges of western Uttar Pradesh, India has been provided in this article. This research paper incorporates extensive consultation of taxonomic databases, examination of type specimens and scrutiny of published works, including Ph.D thesis, research papers, books, and floras. To ensure the accuracy of binomial nomenclature, a systematic approach is adopted, starting with the utilization of search engines to cross-verify and validate taxonomic information. This includes a rigorous examination of online databases and repositories to access up-to-date information on botanical nomenclature. This paper aims to provideaccepted binomials with correct author citations of the sedges growing in western Uttar Pradesh because several names in the published literature are not accepted now. Such publications include several synonyms as accepted name, as well as mistakes in authority. A pivotal aspect of this work involves the verification of binomial identities through the examination of protologues and type specimens. Keeping this in mind, a comprehensive study for solving and updating nomenclature issues hasbeen carried out using different databases, websites and recent publications. We updated the nomenclature of all sedges of western Uttar Pradesh included in publications after 1959. Review of literature and field studies shows that western Uttar Pradesh includes a total of 91 species belonging to 14 genera published in 18 publications. In this study, 25 names of past publications were corrected. This is the first report on updated name changes in the floristic component of western Uttar Pradesh, where 41 names of sedges have been updated. This research paper covers the accepted name, synonym, taxonomic treatment, and typification.

Sixty nine samples folk medicines produced from local market have been characterized botanically and pharmacognostically. Botanical characterization has been done by actual comparison of authentic samples with that of market samples. The present paper deals with enumeration of these species used in folk medicine and gives correct botanical identity of plant materials, their common names, local names, parts used and botanical diagnostic characters.

During the past few years the writer has engaged in building up a collection of cultures of obligate anaërobes whose purity and true identity should be, if possible, beyond question. In addition to numerous cultures isolated from original sources a number have been received from other laboratories. Most of these were already labelled as to species and form the subject of this report. While a few cultures were received with aërobic contamination these are not included here since aërobic contaminations are readily recognized and eliminated by the bacteriostatic action of selective dyes or by selective heating according to whether the contaminants form spores or not. No assumptions as to purity or correct identity were made; after ascertaining the absence of aërobes, every culture was first carefully examined for the salient properties of the indicated species in order to determine, (1), its presence or absence, and (2), the possible presence of contaminating organisms. Irrespective of the findings in the preliminary tests, every culture was regarded as possibly impure and was therefore purified and repurified from three to six times by either the deep colony, or the surface colony method or both.2 The pure culture was then identified. This experience indicates that the majority of anaërobic cultures received from other laboratories are pure but that a surprisingly large number contain or consist of resistant species not indicated by their labels. B. sporogenes is the commonest organism found in stock cultures of anaërobes. The writer believes that many of the cultures were pure and properly identified in the beginning of their history which in some cases goes back many years and involves transfers between several laboratories. The most probable source of anaërobic contamination is imperfectly sterilized culture medium.

Rational use of Ashwagandha in Ayurveda (Traditional Indian Medicine) for health and healing

So detailed microscopical study was done for its identification. Thelamina was isolateraland 350 μm thick. The marginal part of the laminawas bluntly conical measuring 200 μm thick. Calcium oxalate crystals wereabundant in the mesophyll tissue. The crystals were druses and rosettetypes.Theveinsformedwell definedvein-islets ofpolygonal outline. The vein terminations were well developed and thick, short and straight. At the end of the veinterminationoccurredaclusterofsquarish,thickwalledwidesclereids.Theleafwasamphistomatic, However, the stomata on the abaxial side were more in frequency than on theadaxial side. The abaxial epidermal cells were small, polygonal and fairly thick walled. Theanticlinal walls were straight. The trichomes were unicellular, unbranched and thick walled.Crystal bodies were wide spread in the powder. The crystals were exclusively druses, which werespherical bodies comprising manypointed triangular small crystal units. Analysis and Discussion:The present researchprovided useful information in regard to its correct identity, evaluation and helped to differentiate from thecloselyrelated otherspecies ofBalanites aegyptiaca(L.)Delile. Hence, it furnished the data for future standardization of the drug.

In this paper, we propose an extension of the famous YouTube Faces (YTF) dataset. In the YTF dataset, the goal was to state whether two videos contained the same subject or not (video-based face verification). We enrich YTF with still images and an identification protocol. In the classic face identification, given a probe image (or video), the correct identity has to be retrieved among the gallery ones; the main peculiarity of such protocol is that each probe identity has a correspondent in the gallery (closed-set). To resemble a realistic and practical scenario, we devised a protocol in which probe identities are not guaranteed to be in the gallery (open-set). Compared to a closed-set identification, the latter is definitely more challenging in as much as the system needs firstly to reject impostors (i.e., probe identities missing from the gallery), and subsequently, if the probe is accepted as genuine, retrieve the correct identity. In our case, the probe set is composed of full-length videos from the original dataset, while the gallery is composed of templates, i.e., sets of still images. To collect the images, an automatic application was developed. The main motivations behind this work can be found in both the lack of open-set identification protocols defined in the literature and the undeniable complexity of such. We also argued that extending an existing and widely used dataset could make its distribution easier and that data heterogeneity would make the problem even more challenging and realistic. We named the dataset Extended YTF (E-YTF). Curcuma albiflora Thw.(Harankaha) is an endemic medicinal plant used in Sri Lankan Traditional Medicine. However, it has not been studied systematically in terms of its identity. Therefore, several other plants have been used as adulterants or substitutes. In order to establish its correct botanical identity, morphological and microscopic studies were carried out on various its plant parts of C. albiflora. Plants were collected from Ratnapura/Kegallearea in flowering season and procedures were performed according to WHO guidelines and other published data. Morphologically, heights of the plant up to 35 ± 5 cm and 5-7 leaves, both surfaces were glabrous. Inflorescence up to 10 x 8 ± 2 cm, but coma bracts were absent. Fertile bract tip rounded and curved (light green). Flower was white with centre yellow tinged on labellum. Rhizome has many primary fingers, and remote tubers were absent, not as C. zedoaria. Microscopically double layer palisade, subsidiaries dicyclic stomata, palisade ratio 1:5-7, and two sizes of prismatic calcium oxalate crystals (5 ± 2 µm, and 10 ± 2 μm) were found in leaf. Stomatal index was 13% in ventral side and 5% in dorsal side of the leaf. Three sizes of starch grains (small: 5-10 μm, medium: 15-25 μm, and large: 30 μm) in rhizome, and collateral vascular bundles were found. External morphologically, the bracts were angularly attached to the inflorescence and lower bracts are spreading which is a differentiation character from the other Curcuma species. Microscopically, absence of crystals in cortical region of rhizome, cup shaped starch grains and double layered palisade cells under the upper epidermis of the leaf were found to be significant features of the identify of C. albiflora.

Comparison of ITS sequences from UK and North American sugar-beet powdery mildews and the designation of Erysiphe betae

Transfer RNAs (tRNA) are quintessential in deciphering the genetic code; disseminating nucleic acid triplets into correct amino acid identity. While this decoding function is clear, an emerging theme is that tRNA abundance and functionality can powerfully impact protein production rate, folding, activity, and messenger RNA stability. Importantly, however, the expression pattern of tRNAs is obliquely known. Here we present Quantitative Mature tRNA sequencing (QuantM-tRNA seq), a technique to monitor tRNA abundance and sequence variants secondary to RNA modifications. With QuantM-tRNA seq, we assess the tRNA transcriptome in mammalian tissues. We observe dramatic distinctions in isodecoder expression and known tRNA modifications between tissues. Remarkably, despite dramatic changes in tRNA isodecoder gene expression, the overall anticodon pool of each tRNA family is similar across tissues. These findings suggest that while anticodon pools appear to be buffered via an unknown mechanism, underlying transcriptomic and epitranscriptomic differences suggest a more complex tRNA regulatory landscape.
