The Global Organizational Behavior Analysis for Financial Risk Management Utilizing Artificial Intelligence

This study investigates the use of cryptography in financial risk management systems to determine how well it mitigates data security risks. A key issue raised is the increasing threat to the integrity and privacy of financial data in the digital age, which requires more robust and flexible protection mechanisms. The objective is to determine the extent to which cryptographic techniques can enhance financial risk management systems and mitigate the possibility of data leakage and manipulation. The approach used is a literature review of various academic journals, scientific publications, and industry reports that discuss the integration of cryptography in the financial and information security domains. The study's findings indicate that cryptographic algorithms, such as AES, RSA, and blockchain-based encryption, can increase system resilience against cyberattacks while enhancing audit trails and access control. The implication of these findings is that the use of cryptography not only enhances data security but also increases stakeholder confidence in digital financial systems. To address the increasingly complex challenges of data security, this study suggests the creation of a set of cryptography policies and implementation standards integrated within a financial risk management framework. The analysis shows that cryptography plays a crucial role in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and authentication of financial data and can strengthen risk control systems against data leaks and manipulation. However, there is a gap in the literature regarding the integration of cryptography with a comprehensive risk management framework, as well as a lack of comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of various cryptographic techniques in the context of financial operations. With rapid development of China's market economy, business activities face many risks. The core of the overall management and control of risk is the company's financial risk management. In order to prevent financial risks caused by business management crisis and promote corporate healthy steady sustainable development, the focus on financial risk management and control is a possible series of financial problems and risk to predict and control in the future. In this paper, based on the financial risk characteristics of Chinese enterprises and the management and control situation, in the new period, we strengthen risk awareness, improved scientific financial decisions and build financial risk management and control system by analysing impact factors of financial risk in China to put forward the corresponding management and control strategies.

Under the wave of digital transformation, financial risks have shown unprecedented complexity and dynamism, which not only brings new challenges but also highlights the urgency of building a cognitive and evolving financial risk monitoring and early warning security system. Financial risk management, as the key to maintaining financial market order, safeguarding consumer rights, and promoting financial innovation, its core value lies in ensuring the stable operation of the financial system and the sustainable development of the economy. With the rapid growth of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data technology, these advanced technologies are profoundly changing the management mode of enterprises, especially showing significant advantages in improving the level of financial risk management. This article innovatively designs an enterprise financial risk prediction model that integrates AI and big data technology. The model aims to provide more accurate risk avoidance strategies for enterprises by deeply mining and analyzing massive transaction data. The results show that the model not only improves the accuracy of risk prediction, but also provides strong support for enterprises to move forward steadily in the complex and ever-changing financial market.

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, particularly generative AI and large language models (LLMs), has ushered in a new era of possibilities for the financial sector. This paper explores the integration of these cutting-edge technologies into financial sector risk management, examining both the potential applications and the necessary regulatory frameworks. We provide a comprehensive analysis of how generative AI and LLMs can revolutionize risk assessment, fraud detection, market analysis, and regulatory compliance. The study delves into the technical aspects of these AI models, their implementation challenges, and the implications for existing risk management practices. Furthermore, we propose a novel framework for the responsible adoption of AI in financial risk management, addressing concerns related to model interpretability, data privacy, and algorithmic bias. Our findings suggest that while generative AI and LLMs offer unprecedented opportunities for enhancing risk management capabilities, they also necessitate a recalibration of regulatory approaches to ensure financial stability and consumer protection. This research contributes to the growing body of literature on AI in finance and provides actionable insights for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers in the field.

The article examines the features of using financial risk management and corporate social responsibility tools to ensure the sustainability of construction enterprises. The principles of business social responsibility in modern conditions of the construction industry are analyzed. The aspects of implementing risk management measures in construction enterprises are identified. The issues of using the principles of risk management and corporate social responsibility of business are formulated. The need to improve the tools for implementing the financial risk management and corporate social responsibility system to ensure the sustainability of construction enterprises in the context of sustainable development and Industry 4.0 is substantiated. It is argued that the study of the theoretical basis of financial risk management and corporate social responsibility of construction enterprises confirmed the importance of implementing such tools not only to support the competitiveness of the business, but also to ensure its sustainable development in the long term. It is proven that the construction industry has a significant impact on regional socio-economic development and well-being of the population, which requires an integrated approach to the implementation of social responsibility strategies. It is analyzed that the activities of construction enterprises in the field of social responsibility are aimed at reducing the negative impact on the environment, improving occupational safety, developing local communities and adhering to high standards of business ethics. It is proven that the implementation of risk minimization principles requires not only careful analysis and risk management, but also the transformation of corporate governance, adaptation to the requirements of new technologies and flexibility in making strategic decisions. It is substantiated that understanding and taking into account these key aspects of risk management and social responsibility helps enterprises increase their competitiveness, adaptability and sustainability in the global economic environment.

The article is devoted to the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on financial management system, efficiency and feasibility of introducing mechanisms, technologies and programs based on artificial intelligence into the work of a financial structure. It describes the essence of artificial intelligence and its features. The article uses the following research methods: analysis, synthesis, observation, measurement, comparison, financial analysis, as well as data processing and interpretation. The relevance and scientific novelty of research consists in the analysis and determination of the relationship between the key performance indicators of financial management and the use of mechanisms, technologies and programs based on artificial intelligence; identification of the degree of influence of technologies based on artificial intelligence on the effectiveness of the financial management system of commercial organizations. A scientific research on the influence of AI on the financial management system in a commercial organization is conducted using the example of PJSC Magnit, the largest retail chain of stores founded in Krasnodar. The data for the study were taken from the official website of the organization and from the financial and non-financial reports and documents provided therein. The degree of digitalization of the company, the systems used based on artificial intelligence are studied, and the work of the company’s financial management system is analyzed. The efficiency of the financial system is studied, the indicators related to the company’s financial management system are analyzed. The relationship between investments in the creation of IT departments, AI systems and their use in the financial system with the company’s financial indicators is revealed. A conclusion is made about the positive impact of the implementation of mechanisms using artificial intelligence in the work of the financial management system to achieve its goals and maintain competitiveness. The measures are suggested for commercial organizations on the methods and forms of the use of artificial intelligence system.

Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, financial regulators urgently need to establish a sensitive and scientific financial risk pre-alarm system that is suitable for the economic environment under the COVID-19 epidemic. The perfect pre-alarm system is based on in-depth scientific theoretical research, so it is of great practical significance to study the financial security assessment and systemic financial risk pre-alarm. The accumulation of massive data puts forward higher requirements for the effective organization and management of financial information. How to quickly extract effective information and analyze and predict it effectively on the basis of data has become an important issue in academic and industrial research. Exploring the nature of financial markets, analyzing and mastering the potential development rules between data not only provide effective technical support for financial management and investment business, but also play a pivotal role in promoting the steady growth of financial markets. This article proposes a financial risk pre-alarm model based on deep learning (DL). This model can detect the financial risk behaviors brought by a few people, and provides a new theory and method for the financial risk management (FRM) system. This algorithm solves the difficulties that traditional models are difficult to deal with highly nonlinear models and lack of adaptive ability.

In the context of digitalization of the economy and growth of available information, the use of Big Data technologies in the financial risk management system is of particular importance. This article is devoted to the analysis of methods and practices of using Big Data to identify, assess and minimize financial risks in the corporate and banking sectors. Key data sources are considered, including transactional, behavioral and alternative data, as well as analysis algorithms – from classical statistics to machine learning methods. Particular attention is paid to the issues of integrating Big Data into credit scoring processes, assessing market and operational risks, and countering fraud. The article substantiates the effectiveness of using Big Data as a tool for improving the accuracy of forecasting and making management decisions. The conclusions are supported by cases and examples of successful implementation practices in organizations in the financial industry.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming financial risk management, employing sophisticated computational methods to assess, forecast, and reduce risk. This chapter discusses the potential of AI to change how financial institutions manage risk, its applications, advantages, and the challenges to its implementation. While AI enables precision in risk assessment and decision-making, its adoption introduces complex ethical, technical, and regulatory challenges. The discussion focuses on practical implications, new approaches, and forward-looking aspects for AI-based financial risk management systems.

Chinese financial market environment has also undergone a series of changes. How banks can identify and effectively prevent and control financial risks has become the focus of their research. For this reason, this paper makes a careful study on the management ideas of bank financial risk, first introduce the relevant content and characteristics of bank risk identification and management, explaining the new requirements and challenges brought about by the bank's financial risk management under the current background, and focus on analyzing the relatively representative issues in the financial risk management of banks in various regions, finally, it puts forward the strategies and improvement ideas on how to improve the quality and efficiency of bank risk management.

In the past, financial risk management has always faced a changing market environment and while there were several traditional predictive models available for use, they have limited capabilities in addressing non-linear or high-dimensional risk factors. Therefore, enhancing the foresight in risk identification as well as the accuracy of decision-making within financial institutions will require further exploration into the application value of artificial intelligence and big data technology. Consequently, the goal of this paper is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation regarding the integration pathways and effectiveness of implementing these two technologies into financial risk predicting and managing practices. Findings from the research indicate that AI algorithms offer a deeper understanding of complex, hidden relationships among large amounts of multiple sources of information, while the availability of big data platforms provides opportunities for continuously monitoring risk in real-time. The combination of the two not only significantly improves the timeliness and accuracy of risk prediction, but also promotes the intelligent transformation of risk management models from passive response to active intervention.

The purpose is to effectively manage the financial market, comprehensive assess personal credit, reduce the risk of financial enterprises. Given the systemic risk problem caused by the lack of credit scoring in the existing financial market, a credit scoring model is put forward based on the deep learning network. The proposed model uses RNN (Recurrent Neural Network) and BRNN (Bidirectional Recurrent Neural Network) to avoid the limitations of shallow models. Afterward, to optimize path analysis, bionic optimization algorithms are introduced, and an integrated deep learning model is proposed. Finally, a financial credit risk management system using the integrated deep learning model is proposed. The probability of default or overdue customers is predicted through verification on three real credit data sets, thus realizing the credit risk management for credit customers.

Risk management in finance is an increasingly important area, which has been highlighted in the midst of the global credit crisis. In this paper, we propose a new risk management model for pension investment funds: a risk management framework and risk measure based on modelling the pension fund value as an option. We review risk management, discussing risk management frameworks and risk management measures. We discuss the advantages of our option-based risk management model and framework and conduct numerical experiments on our pension fund portfolio. We show that our risk management framework and model provides advantageous insight into managing pension funds.

Nowadays, entrepreneurial activity in the field of small business plays an important role in the development of the Ukrainian economy. Economical activity of enterprises in the sphere of small business is connected with financial risks, management of which is considered to be the indispensable condition for ensuring its stable and effective functioning. The article examines the key aspects of the management of financial risk of entrepreneurial activity under crisis. The analysis of business development in Ukraine was carried out. The meaning of definition "financial risk" is presented. It is indicated that one of the most important areas of financial policy of small businesses at the present stage is the formation of key conditions for the management of financial risks, which are aimed at ensuring profit growth, minimization of financial costs, ensuring the necessary liquidity, etc. The key factors of financial risk have been identified. An assessment of financial risk factors has been carried out. The main functions of financial risk management have been identified. The methods for determining the probability of financial losses were established and analyzed, and their advantages and disadvantages were defined. It is indicated that one of the main functions of financial risk management in small business sector is to optimize financial flows. Optimization of financial flows involves the selection and application of the most optimal forms of organization of financial activities taking into account the specifics of the implemented enterprise strategy. Measures for the improvement of income receipts have been requested. An algorithm for assessing financial risks of the enterprise on the basis of the analysis of the sensitivity of cash flows was developed. The article offers suggestions on the optimal way of assessing financial risks in small business. As a result, it is noted that the management of financial activity in the sphere of small business is one of the main tasks of risk management of the enterprise. However, the financial management system of such a business activity has its own specifics and for ensuring the development of the business it has to be extensive.

The goal of financial management is to manage the purchase and sale of assets, the rational financing of funds, the management of cash flow in operations, and finally, the reasonable distribution of company profits in a certain task situation, which is simply the management of the “three statements” of the enterprise. The core issue of the financial mechanism is how to choose a centralized or decentralized management model, which requires the company to consider the internal and external environment, and according to the development of the company, the quality of employees and business characteristics of various factors, in order to make the best choice of the company's financial management model. Therefore, in the context of the epidemic, this article conducts research related to the financial management of listed companies based on convolutional neural network models (radial basis neural network, generalized regression neural network, wavelet neural network, and fuzzy neural network). This article, firstly, discusses the basic theories of macro- and micro-financial management of enterprises and financial management of listed enterprises, secondly, examines the overall financial management model of listed enterprises in China through methods such as the convolutional neural network model research method introduced in this article, and then, after an overall examination and analysis of the financial management situation of X-listed enterprises, finds the macro- and micro-status quo of financial management of listed enterprises in China under the epidemic, and in the sub. On the basis of the status quo, suggestions are made to build a financial management model that combines centralization and decentralization and to build a group financial risk management system.
