Abstract
Abstract The phase diagram of the system UO3HClH2O has been determined. Five solid phases have been found: UO2Cl2.3H2O.2H2O, the basic salt UO2(OH)Cl.2H2O or [(UO2)2(OH)2Cl2(H2O)4], the basic salt 2UO3.HCl.4H2O or [(UO2)4O2(OH)2Cl2(H2O)6].2H2O, and the metastable basic salt 4UO3.HCl.8H2O.
