TOWARD A TELEMATIC AESTHETICS

The article considers the media image of the hinterland as objectifying the categories of social exclusion, social inclusion based on the material of the National Corpus of the Russian Language newspaper subcorps and the system of the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences digital dictionaries (German). For the purpose of a more in-depth description of this media image, the article also provides a characteristic of a close media image of the province. The research paper establishes synonymic row of units representing the media image of the hinterland, it considers the lexeme of the same name in Russian (glubinka) and the Hinterland lexeme in German as key ones; within the media image of the province key lexemes are provintsiia and Provinz. In the structure of the hinterland media image in both languages, nuclear and peripheral zones and their constituent groups of linguistic means are distinguished: adjectives (derived from horonyms); spatial qualifiers; units nominating the subject; descriptives; deictic units; constructions of opposition (within the framework of the opposition «center – not the center»), verbal units of various actions; constructions of negation. The paper establishes that the media image of the province, compared with the media image of the hinterland, is structured to a lesser extent in the factual material and is positioned mainly within the framework of the opposition «capital – province» (Russian), «city – province» (German), while the socio-cultural stereotyping of this image in the German language is noted. A certain pattern of the social exclusion and social inclusion actualization processes in media texts is revealed. In the Russian language, the media image of the hinterland in the texts of the central media reflects both the processes of social exclusion and inclusion (to a lesser extent); in the texts of regional media – mainly the processes of social inclusion. In German, the reflection of these processes is directly related to the designated territory. The article comes to a conclusion about the national and cultural coloring of the hinterland media image. In the Russian language, this image is characterized by ambivalence (static, problematic / “Russianness”, authenticity, cultural potential). In the German language, the national and cultural specificity of the media image is due to the geographical and spatial location of the territory described.

The paper provides the linguistic analysis of verbalising apocalyptic motifs and images in the media texts, devoted to the topical processes of Brexit and Ukrainian elections. It was confirmed that these motifs and images serve as a tool for influencing the recipients and noted that the consideration of the linguistic realization of images and motifs in the texts of media resources refers to the rapidly developing field of media linguistics. The word families, enriching Ukrainian and English with the neologisms related to the above extra-linguistic processes were singled out. The semantic fields of the considered images and motifs were described. Suggestions for further research were outlined.

The existing structure of physician education has developed in siloed stages, with consecutive degrees and certifications and progressively longer training programs. As further fragmentation of health care and training systems will not improve the quality of care and education, the authors argue that a new vision of education, training, and practice as a continuum is needed.They advocate for a model of competency-based medical education that merges with competency-based medical practice. In this system, education and training will result in individual, dynamic portfolios of valid entrustable professional activities (EPAs) for which physicians are certified. Physicians can maintain and renew that entrustment as long as the EPAs remain within their scope of practice. Entrustment occurs initially during training but is then granted for new activities as physicians' careers evolve.This model accounts for the need to keep pace with changes in population health needs and expectations of competence over time. It de-emphasizes the divides between the stages of training and views the continuum from undergraduate medical education until retirement as a whole. Key obligations of self-regulating medical professionals include both the reception and the provision of supervision from and for others, respectively. Learning must be embedded in practice to address expectations regarding new knowledge and skills as they evolve with scientific and technological advances.Entrusting physicians to deliver effective and safe care, based on their performance of the requisite EPAs without supervision, should ensure that they provide high-value, quality care to patients.

The article is devoted to the features of dialogic interaction between blogger and audience. The explorers conducted their study on the material of blogs posted on the Yandex. Zen platform in 2023-2024 that are related to the professional activities of the author: "Senior Flight Attendant Speaks" , "Diary of a Restaurateur," "Evil Biochemist" - and comments to them. The article discusses some methods of dialogization in media text used by the blogger, such as questions from non-professionals modeled in the title of the post, such as etiquette, explanatory, polemical tactics. Instructive tactics have special significance as a characteristic of the described communication model. Using them, the author of the publication emphasizes, that the non-specialist addressee acts as a client and an experienced professional must regulate certain aspects of their behavior. When analyzing the speech behavior of commentators, the authors of the article pay special attention to interrogative sentences, including rhetorical ones, as well as to the tactics of self-presentation, which gives the audience member grounds for discussion with the blogger, and the phenomenon of total mockery. They note that the initial communicative model, which involves dialogue between a professional and an interested amateur, undergoes significant transformations in the course of commenting on the post. Along with the blogger's monologue and individual comments, the article studies the actual dialogic snatches presented in two varieties: dialogue between the author and the reader and dialogue between readers. Researchers conclude that in the blog genre, both the addresser (author) and the addressee (commentator) focus on active dialogic interaction. The speech tactics they use correspond to this principle. At the same time, the author of the blog strictly follows his own role model of a professional educator. At the same time, the addressee depends largely on the principles of real dialogic interaction, where they position themselves as an equal participant of the discussion on the questions posed by the author. The identified qualities of verbal interaction in the blog reflect the specifics of Internet communication, characterized by the absence of rigid role positions and the illusion of communication equality. The article outlines a research perspective related to the analysis of the functioning of other communication models in traditional and new media.

This study aims to find out the perspective of national education policy and learning model of civic education in Ghana. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The references in this study are divided into two, first, primary, namely journal articles that have high validity. Second, secondary, namely books and documents as an effort to minimize errors that are conceptual, procedural and praxis. Data analysis is gradual, namely, reduction, data display and verification. Civic education in Ghana begins at the primary level and continues through to tertiary education. The government of Ghana considers civic education an integral part of the national education system and has introduced policies and programs to strengthen civic teaching and learning throughout the education system. At the primary level, civic education is taught through social studies subjects, while at the secondary and tertiary levels it is provided as a separate subject. The Ghanaian government has also developed teaching materials and curricula dedicated to civic education, as well as conducted teacher training in integrating civic teaching into the curriculum and classroom activities. The teaching and learning model of Civic Education in Ghana emphasizes the local peaceful cultural and social context. The aim is to strengthen the values of cultural traditions and local wisdom that exist there.

This study aims to examine the implications of the Merdeka Curriculum expansion policy on the Islamic boarding school education model at SMA An-Nur II Bululawang. This policy fosters a spirit of flexibility, differentiation, and character building, offering opportunities for Islamic values-based education to flourish, while also presenting structural and cultural adaptation challenges for Islamic boarding schools. This study employed a qualitative-descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including participant observation, in-depth interviews with school administrators, teachers, and students, and internal policy documentation studies. The results indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic boarding schools has led to positive transformations in more contextual and project-based learning, and the integration of Islamic boarding school values into the Pancasila Student Profile. However, significant challenges remain, such as the need for teacher training, the development of teaching materials appropriate to the characteristics of Islamic boarding schools, and adjustments to curriculum management to maintain alignment with the vision of Islamic education. This study recommends synergy between policymakers and Islamic boarding school institutions so that curriculum expansion becomes more than just an administrative policy, but a genuine space for the growth of a relevant, character-based, and contributing model of Islamic boarding school education for the nation's future.

Citizenship is commonly considered to be synonymous with the state membership and rights related to the state membership. However, modern political philosophy presents at least two contradictory visions of citizenship: the liberal and the communitarian. The first one sees society as an aggregate of autonomous subjects. The second one- tends to view it as a community. These visions result in different shapes of state organisation and of course different models of public education. While liberal vision of public education emphasises subject’s self-determination, tolerance, and free market skills; republicanism regards public education as a tool for inculcating public virtues, traditions and building sense of belonging. In the paper strong and weak points of both liberal and republican visions of citizenship and models stemming from them are commented. The author presents also the third model of citizenship – so called – low-level communitarianism that represents the demand to exempt some members of a community from state-established education.

TF O R T H O S E C O M M I T T E D to feminism, a central concern has always been how the media reflect and recast feminist issues. For those committed to feminist research, media studies offer a particularly useful perspective on the social construction of a political movement. Indeed, even formulating this topic as a research question yields unexpected insights. In the Readers' Guide to Periodical Literature, traditionally has not been significant enough to warrant a separate entry. In the listings for the 1950s, the feminist heading has only a cross-reference to Women, social and moral questions. This entry lists a handful of articles and a see also reference to alcoholism, divorce, harem, and prostitution. Over the next two decades, these cross-references expand and eventually come to include Women, equal rights. But it is not until the early eighties that feminism becomes a topic heading in its own right. The following discussion chronicles this evolution and certain persistent limitations in media texts and subtexts. The basic story is one of partial progress. Over the last quarter century, much has improved in press portraits of feminism, feminists, and gender-related issues. Yet much still needs improvement. This article suggests what and why. At issue is what the media choose to present (or not to present) as news about women and how they characterize (or caricature) the women's movement. This issue deserves greater attention from those interested in social movements in general and the women's movement in particular. The press is increasingly responsible for supplying the information and images through which we understand our lives (Hall 1977, 340-42). For any social movement, the media play a crucial role in shaping public consciousness and public policy. Journalists' standard framing devices of selection, exclusion, emphasis, and tone can profoundly affect cultural perceptions (Gitlin 1980, 3-7; Goffman 1974, 10-11).

The purpose of this study is to develop a model for Aesthetic Education based on the foundations of Beauty in the Holy Quran and the research problem is the lack of efficiency and attractiveness in educational activities, especially Islamic Education and its idea in solving this problem, is the inclusion of the rich, efficient and unique concept of "Beauty in Islam" in the activities of the field of education. The method used in this research is conceptual analysis, transcendental (pseudo) analysis, and inference as a practical analogy. The results of this study indicate that the path of Aesthetic Education begins with the realization of Beauty in beliefs, thoughts, desires, and wills and is realized in actions. Perfect act, in this field, means the presence of all the conditions of Beauty, including balance, concinnity, efficiency, and purposefulness, as the principles of Aesthetic Education, in the realization of Beauty. In this model, what ultimately leads to the realization of true Beauty is attention to the ultimate goal of Aesthetic Education, which is to resembling Absolute Beauty.

In this study, a comprehensive educational effectiveness model is tested in relation to student's civic knowledge. Multilevel analysis was applied on the dataset of the IEA Civic Education Study (CIVED; Torney-Purta, Lehmann, Oswald, & Schulz, 2001), which was conducted among junior secondary-school students (age 14), their schools, and their teachers. In total, 28 countries, 4,136 classrooms, and 93,565 students were included in the analysis. The results indicated that the influences on students' civic knowledge are multilevel. Students' civic knowledge and skills were partially explained by individual characteristics, by factors related to quality and opportunities for civic learning offered by classrooms and class composition, and by factors at the national context level. We conclude that most effectiveness factors are relevant for the field of civic and citizenship education and that schooling and educational policy matter for students' success in this field.

Aesthetic education for aviation majors is an educational model that takes aviation majors as the main body, takes aesthetic education as the means, and aims to cultivate innovative talents in aviation majors. This paper elaborates the application of big data and artificial intelligence technology in the promotion of aesthetic education in aviation majors, aiming to improve the intelligence, personalization and adaptability of aesthetic education in aviation majors, and enhance the quality and level of education in aviation majors. The investigators designs a service system for aviation professional aesthetic education, that realizes the functions of personalized diagnosis, intelligent recommendation, dynamic adjustment and evaluation feedback for students based on big data and artificial intelligence technology, providing technical support for the promotion and innovation of aviation professional aesthetic education. In this paper, a semester-long teaching practice was carried out to teach aviation professional aesthetic education to students in the experimental group and the control group, and the experimental effect was assessed and analyzed through questionnaire survey, achievement analysis, teaching evaluation and other methods. The authors put forward the concept of aviation professional aesthetic education, clarify its cultivation goal, teaching content and evaluation standard, and provide reference for the theory and practice of aviation professional aesthetic education. The authors construct the theoretical framework and service system of aviation professional aesthetic education and realize the intelligence, personalization, and adaptability of aviation professional aesthetic education by using big data and artificial intelligence technology, which provides technical support for the promotion and innovation of aviation professional aesthetic education. The authors conducted an empirical study to verify the effectiveness and advantages of the service system of aviation professional aesthetic education, and found that the students in the experimental group made significant progress in the knowledge, ability, attitude and interest of aviation professional aesthetic education, which provided a data basis for the implementation and improvement of aviation professional aesthetic education.

The development of big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and other new generations of intellectual technologies has triggered digital changes in university civic education’s resources, forms, and modes. It has become a new engine to promote the innovation and development of the civic education model. Digital and intellectual technology-enabled university civic and political education model can carry the concept of innovation through the subject, content, process, and scene of education and promote the development of the ideological and political parenting model in the direction of refinement, specialization, and conscientization. Based on the differential game model, this paper comprehensively considers the model characteristics of universities, enterprises, and governments and their intertemporal characteristics of collaborative parenting and innovation behaviors. It constructs the no-incentive, cost-sharing, and collaborative cooperation models, respectively, and obtains the optimal trajectories for the degree of effort, the subsidy coefficient, the optimal benefit function, and the digital and intelligent technology stock. The conclusions are as follows: (1) resource input cost and technological innovation cost are the key driving variables of university ideological and political parenting; (2) the government’s cost subsidy improves the degree of innovation effort of universities and enterprises, and thus achieves Pareto optimality for the three parties; (3) the degree of innovation effort, overall benefit and technology level of the three parties in the synergistic cooperation model is better than that of the other two models. Finally, the validity of the model is verified through numerical simulation analysis. An in-depth discussion of the digital intelligence-enabled ideological and political parenting model is necessary for the high-quality development of education, which helps improve the scientific and practical ideological and political parenting in the digital age.

The context in teacher education and professionalism: hierarchies, networks and markets in four countries

In the era of information technology and now this is where almost everyone has a computer, laptop or smart phone to make the wearer more closely with the technology compared to print media such as books and newspapers. The use of print media to convey information've felt less able to deliver to the general public. What's more, especially to the people that a lot of busyness and career. While there are some important things to be delivered, for example supporting maternal health information to pregnant women, especially pregnant mothers candidate's first child. The solution to overcome this is done this research is intended to design media information supporting multimedia-based maternal health. Multimedia is one right way to simplify the delivery of information in the form of visual and audio. The existence of multimedia has changed the way humans interact with computers and smart phones is through media images, text, audio, animation and video images that interact and integrate with each other. Submission information can be better due to the multimedia are capable of producing media becomes more interesting and lively. Black box testing is performed to determine the performance of applications and correspondence between inputs and outputs so that the data is displayed in accordance with the input data in the application view.

The implementation of effective learning resource models in Civic Education (PKn) in elementary schools is crucial. This study aims to explore in-depth the learning resource models that have been implemented in Civic Education at SD Negeri 5 Sukarara, focusing on the analysis of teachers' experiences, students' perceptions, and the understanding of the interaction dynamics between teachers, students, and learning resources within the context of implementing effective learning resource models in Civic Education classes. This research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with a case study type, involving Civic Education teachers and students of SD Negeri 5 Sukarara as participants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies, and analyzed using a thematic approach to identify patterns, themes, and meanings from the collected data. The results show that: 1) Teachers at SD Negeri 5 Sukarara have positive experiences in using effective learning resource models, such as interactive methods like question and answer, TGT, STAD, and CTL. They utilize various learning resources, including the surrounding environment, teaching materials, information technology, and creative media, which enrich students' learning experiences, increase their engagement, and facilitate the understanding of Civic Education concepts. 2) Students respond positively to effective learning resource models, which enhance their engagement and understanding. They find environment-based learning and information technology interesting and relevant, and they enjoy the variety of teaching methods that make learning more interactive and motivate them to learn. 3) The implementation of effective learning resource models creates positive interactions between teachers, students, and learning resources, with teachers acting as facilitators guiding students to interact with various resources. In conclusion, the implementation of effective learning resource models in Civic Education in elementary schools can increase student engagement, peer collaboration, and active participation in discussions, creating a dynamic learning environment that supports better learning outcomes and develops students' social and emotional skills.
