Visualizing the Knowledge Domain in Urban Soundscape: A Scientometric Analysis Based on CiteSpace

A systematic review was carried out on the scientific production related to neonatal resuscitation protocols and their impact on infant mortality, using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses) methodology. The main purpose of this analysis was to identify and characterize the relevant publications registered in the Scopus and WoS databases, evaluating their scope and contribution to the study of these critical variables in neonatal health. During the review process, 28 publications were initially identified that addressed the topic, which were refined through the use of specific keywords, such as Neonatal Resuscitation Protocols and Infant Mortality. After excluding duplicates and documents that did not meet the inclusion criteria, a total of 17 studies were selected for detailed analysis. The identification and evaluation of these publications made it possible to observe global trends in research on the effectiveness of neonatal resuscitation protocols. A key finding was that, although standardized protocols have proven to be fundamental tools for reducing infant mortality, their effectiveness is conditioned by contextual factors such as the training of health personnel, the availability of technological resources, and inequalities in access to neonatal health services. This analysis confirmed that, in low- and middle-income countries, structural barriers limit the effective implementation of these protocols, highlighting the need to adapt them to local realities. In addition, one of the most relevant aspects identified in the review was the increasing incorporation of technological advances in resuscitation protocols, such as the use of monitoring devices and innovative tools that optimize interventions in critically ill neonates. However, these technological developments are mostly concentrated in developed country contexts, posing a global challenge to ensure that these innovations are accessible and applicable in resource-limited regions. This approach underscores the importance of advancing equity in neonatal care through public health policies that promote universal access to essential technologies. In summary, this systematic analysis not only made it possible to identify the main characteristics of recent research, but also evidenced the need to strengthen the strategies for the implementation of neonatal resuscitation protocols to maximize their impact on the reduction of infant mortality. This work provides a solid foundation for future research and highlights priority areas for improvement, including training of medical personnel, optimization of resource use, and technological innovation adapted to diverse socio-economic contexts.

Because the information flow received by the human auditory system exceeds the processing capacity of the brain, neural mechanisms engage and guide attention toward prominent parts of the auditory scene. Several computational models for auditory saliency have been proposed recently. Most of these are concerned with speech recognition, and therefore apply high temporal and spectral precision to relatively short sound fragments. Here, a simplified model is described that specifically targets the long exposure times usually considered in soundscape research. The model trades temporal and spectral accuracy for computational speed, but nevertheless implements the key elements that are present in the calculation of complex auditory saliency maps. A simplified “cochleagram” is calculated from the 1/3-octave band spectrogram using the Zwicker model for specific loudness. Saliency is determined based on spectro-temporal irregularities, extracted in parallel at different feature scales, using a center-surround mechanism. Finally, conspicuous peaks are selected using within-feature and between-feature competitions. The model is shown to behave as expected for a number of typical sounds. As an illustration, saliency calculation results for a set of recordings in urban parks are compared with other acoustical descriptors and with perceptual attribute scales from questionnaire studies.

Citation analysis is a research method used to evaluate the impact and influence of scholarly work by examining the frequency and patterns of citations within publications. It helps to identify influential authors, articles, and research areas, as well as understand the flow of knowledge and evolution of research over time. Essentially, it provides insights into the impact and reach of a specific institution's research output. In this paper we analyze the research publications of ICMR institutes situated in Western Region of India from 2017 to 2021. There are five institutes NIV, Pune, NARI, Pune, NIRRCH, Mumbai, NIIH, Mumbai and NIOH Ahmadabad established in Western Region of India. Citation Analysis of articles, Annual Growth Rate, year-wise distribution of articles under Scietometric study is used to evaluate the data. A total 1152 papers are indexed in WoS database in which highest 348 papers were published by NIV followed by 342 papers by NIRRCH, 192 papers by NIIH, 189 papers by NARI and only 81 papers by NIOH. NIV has continuous increases in AGR whereas NARI, NIRRCH, NIIH and NIOH have some fluctuation in graph of AGR during the period. Among the five institutes, NIV received highest 8421 citations followed by 6696 citations by NARI, 5729 citations by NIRRCH, 2951 citations by NIOH and 1693 citations by NIIH from 2017 to 2024 and many more findings were observe in the paper.

Urban soundscapes are crucial for reducing stress, promoting health, and enhancing noise comfort in cities. This study evaluates how infrastructure shapes the soundscape quality of two prominent urban open spaces in Banda Aceh, Indonesia: Taman Putroe Phang, an urban park, and Hutan Kota BNI Tibang, an urban forest. Data was gathered through observation, soundwalks, questionnaires, as well as field measurements and recordings taken in the morning and afternoon. Spectrogram analysis identified various sound frequencies and sources. The results show that traffic noise dominates Taman Putroe Phang, especially in areas close to major roads (Zones A and B), highlighting the impact of surrounding infrastructure on soundscape quality. In contrast, Hutan Kota BNI Tibang, with less nearby infrastructure, offers a more tranquil environment dominated by natural sounds and minimal traffic noise. These findings emphasize the critical role of soundscape considerations in infrastructure development to foster sustainable, health-promoting urban environments.

This research discusses the impact of tourist attractions on interest in returning to the Sajuta Janjang in Agam Regency, which is motivated by a significant decrease in the visits every year number, pre-research which states that as many as 72% of visitors are not interested in visiting again and there are still negative comments on Google review about Sajuta Janjang. The method for research used is a technique of quantitative method with a approach in causal associative and the technique for sampling uses a purposive sampling which is determined at 220 samples. The technique for data collection uses a questionnaire prepared on a Likert scale which has been tested for validity and reliability. The technique for data analysis uses PLS-SEM software. The R square results show that tourist attraction has a big influence on interest in returning to visit with a percentage value of 70.5% while the remaining percentage of 29.5% is influenced by other factors. The test of hypothesis results obtained a t-statistic of 48.1 > 1.96 and a p value of 0.00 < 0.05, so the research results indicate that the tourist attraction variable has a significant effect on interest in returning to visit. In this research, the conclusion that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected.

As a World Cultural Heritage site, the Beijing–Hangzhou Grand Canal is lined with historic and cultural cities that bear abundant historical and cultural connotations. It is of vital importance to address the issues of landscape homogenization, the disconnect between conservation measures and public needs, and other related challenges in the development of these cities. This study adopts a mixed-methods approach combining qualitative and quantitative research. By integrating subjective landscape evaluation with eye tracking analysis, the ancient city of Taierzhuang along the Beijing–Hangzhou Grand Canal was selected as the research subject to conduct an in-depth investigation into the visual experience and preferences for different types of landscapes in this area. The study yielded the following findings: There are significant differences in visual experiences among various types of landscapes in Taierzhuang Ancient City. Among them, participants exhibited the highest level of attention toward canal landscapes and the lowest toward heritage site landscapes. In terms of visual distribution differences, eye tracking heatmaps revealed that attention was primarily concentrated on architectural structures and water surface reflections. In the subjective evaluation analysis, canal cultural landscapes received the highest comprehensive score (4.39 points), followed by historical architectural landscapes (4.02 points), historical street landscapes (3.93 points), modern commemorative landscapes (3.72 points), and heritage site landscapes (3.69 points). Additionally, a significant correlation was found between eye tracking data and subjective evaluation results, validating the scientifically effective relationship between subjective assessments of historical cultural landscapes and eye tracking analysis. The findings of this study not only provide a scientific basis for landscape improvement and optimization in other canal-related historical and cultural cities but also offer new research methods and perspectives for the protection and development of other heritage landscapes.

Currently, technology plays an important role in the digital information era. Digital mapping based on WebGIS is one form of Geographic Information System technological output that can impact the development of the tourism sector. The limitation of information sources on tourist attractions is one of the obstacles to tourism development in Indonesia. Therefore, the presence of WebGIS-based tourist attraction mapping can increase the availability of digital information that can impact increasing tourist visits. This research aims to analyze the potential of tourist attractions, perform WebGIS-based mapping of tourist attractions, and analyze the strategies for developing the potential of tourist attractions in Dukuh Village. This research is conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with a geographical spatial approach. The sampling techniques used are saturated sampling to determine tourist attraction samples, purposive sampling to select informants, and accidental sampling to determine tourist samples. The analysis techniques in this study include scoring analysis and Geographic Information System. The research results indicate that there are 16 tourist attractions, consisting of 8 very potential, 6 quite potential, and 2 less potential. Based on these results, WebGIS-based mapping of tourist attractions was performed and tested by 3 media experts. The testing results show that WebGIS media has a good level of effectiveness to be used as one of the media for information and promotion of tourist attractions in Dukuh Village. To support the development of tourist attractions, strategies for developing tourist attractions were formulated and categorized into growth, diversification, and conservative strategies.

This study aims to determine whether: service factors affect tourist attraction, infrastructure facilities influence tourist attraction, object uniqueness factors affect tourist attraction and security factors affect tourist attraction. And know the magnitude of the influence of factors of service, infrastructure, uniqueness of objects, and safety simultaneously on the attraction of tourists to Baron Gunungkidul Beach. The population in this study is the visitor / tourist attraction of Baron Beach. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents using the Accidental Sampling technique (sampling choose who happened to be / found) and using the Purposive Side technique that is deliberate sampling (researchers determine their own samples taken because there are certain considerations). Based on the results of research that has been tested: service has a positive and significant effect on tourist attraction, Infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on tourist attraction, The uniqueness of the object has a positive and significant effect on tourist interest, Security has a positive and significant effect on tourist interest and simultaneous service variables, infrastructure, uniqueness of objects and security have a significant effect on the attraction of tourism in the Baron beach tourism object. While the magnitude of the influence of the four independent variables on the dependent variable is 54.7%, and the remaining 45.3% tourist interest is influenced by other variables.

This research aims to find out the marketing strategy of the manager of the Mother Mary's Prayer Park tourist attraction and what obstacles the local tourist attraction manager faces in marketing the religious tourist attraction of the Mother Mary's Prayer Park. Mother Mary's Prayer Park is a religious tourism site with Catholic nuances. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The informants in this research are tourism managers, tourism offices, employees and tourist visitors. The data collection methods used are the observation method, interview method, documentation method, data analysis used is data reduction, data display (data presentation), conclusion drawing/verification (conclusion). The results of research on marketing strategies for the religious tourist attraction of Our Lady's Prayer Park include 4 strategies, namely price, promotion, place, product. These four strategies serve as management guidelines for marketing the Mother Mary's Prayer Park tourist attraction. Apart from marketing tourist attractions, there are supporting and inhibiting factors for marketing the religious tourist attraction Our Lady's Prayer Park, Gunungsitoli City.

This study aims to determine the process of developing the Pohon Seribu tourist attraction, and to determine the economic welfare of the community as business actors around the tourist attraction whether it is affected by the development of the Pohon Seribu tourist attraction in Kejorongan Pondok Sasak Ranah Pasisie District. This research uses qualitative methods by using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Qualitative method is a method that focuses on in-depth observation, therefore, the use of qualitative methods in research can produce a more comprehensive study of a phenomenon. The result of this research is that the development of Pohon Seribu tourist attraction has an impact on the economic welfare of the community around the tourist attraction. In the economic field, there is an increase in the livelihood of the surrounding community, there is a shift in livelihoods. As a result of the tourist attraction, the income received by the community has increased compared to before the tourist attraction. In addition to the economic field such as socio-culture, with the location of tourist attractions making the surrounding community to continue to interact with tourists who visit, this has an impact on improving the welfare of the community is a change in the mindset of the community for the better. Pohon Seribu tourist attraction results in changes in behaviour and better language style.

Intensified urbanization has caused a linear decline in the quality of urban biodiversity and indirectly harms our current human settlement environment. Urban mountain parks provide a refuge for the animals and plants and play a vital role in satisfying residents’ lives. At present, few studies are focusing on the impact of biodiversity on human mental health benefits of urban mountain parks in high-density construction areas along the coast of the Eastern Hemisphere. Here, we examined the relationship between bird abundance, Shannon diversity, Simpson diversity, and Richness and momentary mental health (positive, negative, and anxiety) in urban mountain parks. The timed species counts method was used to conduct three surveys of birds in urban mountain parks, and linear regression was performed on the relationship between bird diversity and mental health among sites. According to the regression model results, we found no significant correlation in any disturbance levels. As urban mountain parks are an essential part of the human settlement environment, how to improve the biodiversity and mental health of urban mountain parks is one of the focuses of research on biodiversity well-being in the future. Urban planning authorities and public mental health researchers should pay attention to the importance of biodiversity in urban development and consider how to realize the beautiful vision of the harmonious coexistence of humans, animals, plants, and the environment in which we live.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the activity of the laboratory service of the Dnepropetrovsk region, to develop and substantiate the concept of optimizing its work. We have carried out in dynamics the analysis of the laboratory service of the Dnepropetrovsk region: its structure; staffing level of doctor-laboratory assistants, biologists and laboratory assistants; carrying out laboratory researches, their structure and quality, as well as the state of laboratory equipment and reagent base. The methods of research used: bibliosemantic – systematic and historical analysis of domestic and world literary sources on the organization of laboratory service; reports and legislative documents on the activities of the laboratory service of the region; systematic analysis – to identify the existing shortcomings and positive experience in the training system, the formation of an effective team of employees, quality of the provided laboratory services, ways to optimize the work of the clinical-diagnostic laboratories (CDL); medical statistics for the analysis and interpretation of research results, logical mode­ling – for the development of the concept. The article covers the state of the laboratory service of the region: changes of its structure due to restructuring of the treatment-prophylactic institutions (TPI), the reforming of primary medical-sanitary care; development of family medicine – the number of hospital decreased by 39,8% in 2017 as compared to 1995, the number of hospital – by 38% beds per 10 thousand population; At the same time, the number of outpatient cl­inics increased by 70,1% during this period, which is in line with the WHO recommendations for provision of out­patient care to 80% of patients. Coefficient of provision of population of the region with doctor-laboratory assistants per 10 thousand of population is 0,68; staffing level of doctor-laboratory assistants with of medical doctors by natural persons is 25,9% with tendencies to decrease. The staffing level of specialists with higher non-medical education is 63.6%. Clinical and diagnostic laboratories in most cases have a minimum of equipment that is often outdated, without means for automatization equipment. Problems of the laboratory service of the region consist in the presence of a large number of low-power CDLs, performing the minimum set of diagnostic tests, lack of programs of research in the framework of separate nosological forms of diseases at different stages of medical care provision, acute shortage of high-tech equipment; lack of a systematic approach; the high turnover of personnel due to unsatisfactory material and technical and economic condition of the service and low wages. The main ways of optimization of laboratory services are offered.

There has been a body of research examining the sounds produced in landscapes. These sounds are commonly defined as soundscapes, however, the term is often used in different contexts. To understand the various meanings attributed to soundscapes, we identified how soundscapes are represented in the scientific literature and identified current knowledge gaps in soundscape research focusing on terrestrial environments. We conducted a quantitative review of published papers with the keyword soundscape available at Web of Science and Scopus databases. A total of 1309 abstracts and a subset of about 5% (N = 68) complete papers and reviews published from 1985 to 2017 were read and analysed, identifying types of sound, types of environment and focal species studied, as well as study regions and climates. By identifying the current focus of research, we also identified gaps and research opportunities. Research was biased towards temperate regions, terrestrial environments, and the impacts on humans in urban areas. Although most of the world’s biodiversity is concentrated in tropical wilderness areas, these regions had fewer studies attributed to them. Given the importance of tropical landscapes for biodiversity conservation, we strongly suggest that more research should be undertaken in the tropics, with a particular focus on wildlife in these regions. Furthermore, soundscape research (methods and tools) should increasingly target the anthropogenic impacts on wildlife, including behavioural and physiological changes, alongside the current focus on human-sound interactions and the approach used by bioacoustics methods.

This research was motivated by several problematic facts found in tourist attractions and tourist facilities at Despan Beach, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency. Tourist attractions at Despan Beach are not yet varied. Facilities at Despan Beach are also inadequate, such as public toilet facilities, parking lots, rubbish bins, road access is not representative. Lack of supporting facilities such as photo spots in the Despan Beach area, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The general research purpose is to analyze tourist attractions and tourist facilities at Despan Beach, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency based on indicators of natural attraction, built attraction, cultural attraction and accessibility, accommodation, amenities, attractions, activities, information & tourist guides, security and health, cleanliness, supporting facilities and a comfortable environment. This research type included in descriptive through qualitative data. The technique for informant selection used was purposive sampling. The research informants were the Mandailing Natal Regency Tourism Office, the Despan Beach Management, the people who sell around Despan Beach and Despan Beach Visitors. The techniques for data collection are observation, documentation and interviews. The techniques for data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the research results, researchers found several analyzes of tourist attractions at Despan Beach, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency, namely: 1). Natural Attraction at the front beach in the shape of natural scenery in the shape of a beach 2). Built Attraction is not yet available at Despan Beach 3).Cultural Attraction is not yet available at Despan Beach. Researchers also found several analyzes of tourist facilities at Despan Beach, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency 1). Accessibility at the front beach is currently at an adequate level as shown from the access road to the beach 2). Accommodation at Despan Beach is easily accessible to visitors where there is a mess/lodging only 100 meters from Beach 3). The amenities available in this beach area are quite good and adequate, namely in the form of a café which is area right on the edge of the beach 4). The attractions at Despan Beach are not yet varied, visitors can only see natural tourist attractions in the form of beautiful beach views 5) Activities that can be done at Despan Beach are currently very limited, namely only trying various types of food around the beach 6). Information & tour guides at Despan Beach are not yet available 7). Security and health at Despan Beach are very good and well maintained 8). Cleanliness at Despan Beach has not been maintained properly, there is still a lot of rubbish scattered along the beach 9). The special supporting facilities at Despan Beach are in good condition where there is an ATM which is around 700 m from the beach. 10) The comfortable environment at Despan Beach is quite well established, seen from the existing accessibility provisions and there are lodging places close by.

This research aims is to describe the impact of Horticulture land conversion to farmer’s economy condition and socio-cultural condition that has sold their land to be made into tourist attraction. Research carried out in May until July 2016. Data used is primary data that obtained from interview to 6 (six) respondents and secondary data obtained from Rurukan Office village. Research result shows that the cause of land conversion is high offer price and the sale of land used for opening business in the tourist attraction . the positive impact of land conversion one of them is employment, because the majority of workers and businessman in the tourist attraction is from Rurukan village. Research result also identifying negative impact to locals because of the noises from tourist attraction and the disappearing of local’s cultures.
