Information and communication technologies are witnessing tremendous developments in today's world. Which allowed many institutions and departments to adopt ICT in their administrative work. This research discusses the designing of an Electronic Archiving System Based on the Computer Network by using (Visual C #.NET) language and the development of a central database by using (SQL Server 2008). The Ninewa Health bureau has been chosen as a model for completion of the study. To address the problem of the traditional reality experienced by the institutions and departments of the state in Iraq, based on the limited use of information technology, while electronic archiving systems that have become the basic method in the institutions of developed countries. This system works on converting paper documents and attachments into an electronic format, and saving them in the database within indexed records according to the document number or book. The system also provides an integrated tool for the managing mail, and workflow, as well as the preparation of reports, and great flexibility in the management of system database (backup, update of administrative units as per the applicable structure of the bureau concerned), managing user accounts and granting them access permission. The study has showed that the electronic archiving system has a positive impact in the fields of administrative works, through facilitating the process of archiving and saving of documents and official correspondence book to provide office spaces consumed in the storage of paper files. As well as reduce the time and effort spent in the search for files. and the ease of exchanging documents through a local network by the adoption of the (client / server) model to connect the sections of the bureau with each other for integrated with the electronic archiving system. The study aims to strengthen the role of archiving to launch the e-government project by improving and simplifying official transactions procedures. Last but not least the research dealt with a theoretical framework on the archiving (concept, components, types), as well as the practical aspect of the analysis and design of the system and explain how it works. Finally, this research succeed in designing the system, and the system has been tested on real data represented by models of books and official documents in the bureau of Health Nineveh..

In this paper we study the statistical properties of one of a non-linear autoregressive model with hyperbolic triangle function(polynomial with hyperbolic cosinefunction)by using the local linearization approximation method to find the stability of the model (singular point and its stability conditions and the stability of limit cycle).Where we started by the model of lower order (first and second and third order) and generalized the idea, and we tried to apply these theory results by using some of examples to explain one of important truth that says (if the model has unstable singular point, then it, maybe, has a stable limit cycle).

In this paper, we have investigated a new class of conjugate gradient algorithms for unconstrained non-linear optimization which are based on the quadratic model. Some theoretical results are investigated which are sufficient descent and ensure the local convergence of the new proposed algorithms. Numerical results show that the proposed algorithms are effective by comparing with the Polak and Ribiere algorithm.

In this paper we solved the Kuramoto-Sivashinsky Equation numerically by finite-difference methods, using two different schemes which are the Fully Implicit scheme and Exponential finite difference scheme, because of the existence of the fourth derivative in the equation we suggested a treatment for the numerical solution of the two previous scheme by parting the mesh grid into five regions, the first region represents the first boundary condition, the second at the grid point x1, while the third represents the grid points x₂,x₃,…x_n-₂, the fourth represents the grid point x_n-₁and the fifth is the second boundary condition. We also, studied the numerical stability by Fourier (Von-Neumann) method for the two scheme which used in the solution on all mesh points to ensure the stability of the point which had been treated in the suggested style, we using two interval with two initial condition and the numerical results obtained by using these schemes are compare with Exact Solution of Equation Excellent approximate is found between the Exact Solution and numerical Solutions of these methods.

This work aims to study and explore the use of Gene Expression Programming (GEP) in solving on-line Bin-Packing problem. The main idea is to show how GEP can automatically find acceptable heuristic rules to solve the problem efficiently and economically. One dimensional Bin-Packing problem is considered in the course of this work with the constraint of minimizing the number of bins filled with the given pieces. Experimental Data includes instances of benchmark test data taken from Falkenauer (1996) for One-dimensional Bin-Packing Problems. Results show that GEP can be used as a very powerful and flexible tool for finding interesting compact rules suited for the problem. The impact of functions is also investigated to show how they can affect and influence the success of rates when they appear in rules. High success rates are gained with smaller population size and fewer generations compared to a previous work performed using Genetic Programming.

In this research, we have studied of the motion of satellite orbits and rotation around the earth and that are subject to the laws of kepler and relationships associated with this motion, such as changing angular and circular time league and the gravitational constant, etc. In the case of circular orbits of Earth satellites. As compounds are calculated position vector and vector velocity compounds any time satellite orbiting the earth geocentric spherical coordinates . It was a study tracks and various forms taken by this motion in both cases using the language (Matlab). Were also study the stability of the motion of satellites using chetayev method assisted integrals were finding the conditions stabiliting motion.

Care about automated documents classification has increased since the appearance of the digital documents and the wide diffusion of Internet. In the 1990's, the computer performance has greatly improved and has led to the methods of machine learning to establish automated classifiers. These methods have achieved good speed and classification's accuracy and researchers still investigate in this field to accomplish more accuracy and less time. Artificial immunologic systems have shown high performance in such as data clustering and anomaly detection which can be ascribed to the nature of the immunologic system in protecting the body. Some of the present methods and ways used in the training process of the document classification are time consuming and others have less accuracy rate concerned the classification of the related document as software engineering document classes For these reasons, this research deals with the study of Natural Immune System and using the dynamic process of the Innate Immune System work based on danger theory and Dendritic Cell (DC) technique in building Dendritic Cell Model (DCM) to classify Software Engineering documents as they comprise information related to developing the software systems, that makes it easy for the software engineer who works in maintenance. DCM has high classification's speed and accuracy besides easy and flexible use by designing interfaces that makes it easy for the user to deal with the system. In order to improve the quality and the efficiency of DCM method, it was compared to one of the best and well-known methods of classification referred to as, Naive Bayes(NB). After conducting several experiments on a various group of software engineering documents, evaluations results have shown that the accuracy of the innate immunologic method (DCM) has reached (DCM) (95%), whereas Naïve classification method has reached (90 %) with training and classification speed that doesn’t exceed one minutes. This shows the feasibility of using the algorithms of AIS systems in the field of information recovery and documents classification. This system was built and programmed in Java language and was implemented under an operating system environment Microsoft Windows7.

Requirements engineering is the first phase of the software engineering process. This phase is the basis of other phases, so it is a very critical phase. Incomplete, ambiguous and misunderstanding requirements lead to fail in the product. For this reason, attention must be increased in requirements engineering to obtain accurate, complete and unambiguous requirements to satisfy users' needs in their products. In this paper, an attempt to analyze the requirement phase and produce analysis model is presented by using EA (Enterprise Architect) tool to offer a smart support for requirements engineering processes and introducing them as basis in requirements development in software engineering automation.

In this paper, we define and study extensively a new type of external sets in , we call it "convex galaxies". We show that these convex external sets may be classified in some definite types. More precisely, we obtain the following : <strong>(1)</strong>Let be a convex galaxy which is symmetric with respect to zero, then <strong>(i)</strong> is an - galaxy (0) if and only if there exists an internal strictly increasing sequence of strictly positive real numbers with such that and , for all , where, is some limited real number such that . <strong>(ii)</strong> is a non-linear galaxy if and only if there exists an internal strictly increasing sequence of strictly positive real numbers with such that is unlimited for all . <strong>(2)</strong>Let be a convex galaxy which is symmetric with respect to zero, then <strong>(i)</strong> is an - galaxy (0) iff there exists a real internal strictly increasing - function , such that , and for all limited , where is a positive real number. <strong>(ii)</strong> is a non-linear galaxy if and only if there exists a real internal strictly increasing - function , such that and is positive unlimited, for all appreciable .

In this paper, a distributed real time security system for monitoring and remote control on building and protecting it from unauthorized entering is designed and implemented. This system is based on the transfer of signal in real time when there is a breach and image of an unauthorized person to enter the building to the mobile phone of the person who is responsible for the security of the building. The real time system consists of three main parts, the first one is the computer with an electronic circuit connected via the serial port. The designed electronic circuit contains the Microcontroller for reading sensors connected to ports of the building (G1, G2, and G3) and processing the signals. Also, there is a monitoring camera to capture an image when registering a case of breach. The program in the computer receives signals from the three ports and uses a fixed real time algorithm for scheduling signals and gives them priorities according to the importance of ports, then sends signals to the second part of the system. The second part of the system consists of a server on the Internet which receives signal and image of the breach, stores it in a database system and then transferring it in real time to the third part. The third part consists of several mobile phones to achieve the principle of distribution for this system, each mobile phone will be responsible for a single port in the building, while there is one mobile phone responsible for all ports which belongs to the person who is responsible for the building security. Each mobile phone contains three programs, the first program would receive a signal of the breach and give the alarm, the second program displays picture, and the third program sends a control signal.
