The minimization of switching functions is important to reduce the original number of logic gates required to implement digital logic circuits.Quine-McCluskey algorithm is classical method for simplifying these functions which can handle any number of variables.This paper presents Quine-McCluskey algorithm for minimizing switching functions, with additional specific elements, such as starting part (that is decoding DNF form) and cost of circuit.An example of implementation of the algorithm is given too.

A model of parallel sorting neural network of discrete-time has been proposed. The model is described by system of difference equations and by step functions. The model is based on simplified neural circuit of discrete-time that identifies maximal/minimal values of input data and is described by difference equation and by step functions. A bound from above on a number of iterations required for reaching convergence of search process to steady state is determined. The model does not need a knowledge of change range of input data. In order to use the model a minimal difference between values of input data should be known. The network can process unknown input data with finite values, located in arbitrary unknown finite range. The network is characterized by moderate computational complexity and complexity of software implementation, any finite resolution of input data, speed,. As a result of the analytical review, it was established that smart sensor units are one of the main components of the cyber–physical system. One of the tasks, which have been entrusted to such units, are targeting and tracking of movable objects. The algorithm of targeting on such objects using observation equipment has been considered. This algorithm is able to continuously monitor observation results, predict the direction with the highest probability of movement and form a set of commands to maximize the approximation of a moving object to the center of an information frame. The algorithm, is based on DDPG reinforcement learning algorithm. The algorithm has been verified on an experimental physical model using a drone. The object recognition module has been developed using YOLOv3 architecture. iOS application has been developed in order to communicate with the drone through WIFI hotspot using UDP commands. Advanced filters have been added to increase the quality of recognition results. The results of experimental research on the mobile platform confirmed the functioning of the targeting algorithm in real–time. The main structures of biomedical electroimpedance biotechnical systems as part cyberphysical systems were synthesized. The methodological recommendations on the electoimpedance apparatus development process were made.
