Research deals with the definition of nano technology and various uses in many fields , with a focus on its importance , advantages , its role in the advancement of science , And prosperity , human welfare and meet our growing needs of modern technologies . Regarding the role of this technique with regard to the field of library and information, Has offered a vision of the possibility to take advantage of nanotechnology applications in the field of library and information, And the resulting effects lead to Develop the field and meet the needs of its beneficiaries.

There is no doubt that the profession of information, libraries and working knowledge all, very important and prominent role in the age of information and knowledge society, The associations facilities of all kinds of information among the most important institutions of interest and care for adults, As it is in the most advanced countries considered spokesman workers and expressed their thoughts and aspirations, as it's crossing all government trends toward the domain. It integrates with the role of official government institutions interested in the domain and that alone cannot accomplish all the aspirations of belonging to the profession, and thus working to activate the movement of society in this direction. Despite these important and that the complementary roles played by associations did not receive information facilities with interest and the many studies Arab intellectual production. So this paper stems from a fundamental problem is the absence or weakness of many associations information and Arab libraries, and in this way paper aims concentration primarily on extrapolation of the importance of professional associations pillars in building communities of knowledge, and these entities community of institutional systems are integrated in order to availability of infrastructure and superstructures including capital human intellectual, some cross-sectional models to deduce and seminars and benefit from the analysis of these roles absent associations present, in order to reach a framing vision for the future of Arab and national support in the build Arab knowledge societies.

This study was designed to investigate the effect of using SMS via M-Learning and sending instructional materials on student’s academic achievement in Bloom’s three cognitive levels (remembering, understanding and applying), as well as measuring student’s practical skills during the learning process of a course called Designing Instructional Software. The course is taught to the Faculty of Education Students at Al-Baha University. The present study adopted the experimental method in order to test the effect of the independent variable on the dependent one. With a sample from Al-Baha University comprised 30 students divided into two groups; one was the experimental group (15 students) and the other was the control group (15 students, the researcher conducted the study. Achievement and skill performance were measured using an achievement test and observation card. The data and scores from these tools were collected, Measurements and statistical computation were done using t-test, and Cronbach's Alfa. The results and findings of the study revealed some significant differences between the experimental group and control group. There was a significant difference between the mean scores of the control and experimental groups at level 0.05 on the total achievement test (recall، understanding and application) in favor of the experimental group students. In the light of results of the present study، the following recommendations may be given. The study may recommend adopting and implementing M- Learning Applications in learning and instruction، a form that benefits the instructional process. Further more، the study recommending building M-learning environment . Also، these shoaled be training courses for staff to assist them designing and developing these systems of learning. Moreover، local conferences should be held in order to distribute the literacy of M- learning in our educational organizations. Finally، more research and studies should be conducted in the field of mobile technology and learning.

It is assumed that most of the King Faisal University (KFU) faculty members as well as graduate students are aware of the availability of the web based research databases in the university library but few of them are using it despite its contribution to the enrichment of the scientific research, the increase of the publication rate and quality of papers published by KFU researchers. Currently, the use rate of the electronic research databases can’t justify the subscription prices and the continuous effort undertaken by the deanship of library affairs to maintain and expand the spectrum of available databases. This study aims to discern the reason(s) behind the low utilization rate of the electronic databases by KFU faculty members as well as graduate students.

Electronic networks have become one of the necessities of our modern era, such that they have become indispensable in institutions, companies, governments, and even in homes. Wherever you are, you will find around you many types of computer networks that transfer a huge amount of information and data between people and institutions at the world level, and they vary. This information and data, in its importance and degree of confidentiality, range from ordinary general and scientific information to government information and statistics, state budgets, and extremely dangerous and confidential intelligence information. All of these types of information and data are transmitted and preserved in most cases via computer networks of various types and locations. Hence the importance of these networks in the contemporary world and in daily interactions between humans in general, and from this importance stems the danger represented by the security of these networks and the security of the information that is circulated through their lines. Here we are trying to clarify the importance of the security of information networks and what are the risks that threaten them? How to combat and protect against these risks.

We in Algeria moving towards an ambitious and important policies in the field of information technology and software industry, and this poses major challenges ahead of us no less than the challenge of creating investment opportunities, and perhaps see what relevance the first - away from the conflict in the position of the protection system - software market planning and technical services because such This regulation allows the adoption of standards and specifications and allows creating professional rules of conduct set commercial and allows easy sector to achieve its requirements to negotiate with the international, regional, and here we call for pause for a newer organization of the sector and to identify requirements of growth and development performance, organization of crane lifts law enforcement involuntary acceptable On top of all that the most important achievement gains off the collective whole of the homeland in the relationship with the other parties. It means to solve the problems between the owners and users of products, and workers in marketing. The growing interest in Algeria on the protection of intellectual property rights, and to amend legislation to keep pace with developments in the IT sector and software, and take strict measures to curb piracy and illegal copying, the more established laws to protect intellectual property rights strengthened ability of the economy to attract investments required in the tech sector and software, attracting major companies operating in this area. By signing the partnership agreement with the European Union and near its accession to the World Trade Organization Algeria expressed their desire to fight this phenomenon on many occasions, and on this basis has been issued many laws and orders to adapt the legislative system with international standards in the area of intellectual property protection.

Evaluating scientific production in the Algerian agricultural sector using the science measurement tool aims to estimate the level of congruence - or, conversely, areas of disparity - between the directions of scientific research on the one hand and the agricultural economic sector on the other hand. The process of evaluating research topics for the BABINA database carried out by the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences in the El Harrach region (Algeria) within the framework of the Algerian Network for Agricultural Documentation (RADA) project, which made it possible to create the first basic instructions for evaluating the research programs of this institute within fifteen years. Within the framework of this work, we tried to find out the extent to which the agricultural scientific production of the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences in El Harrach (Algeria) responds to the requirements of programs for the social and economic development of the National Agricultural Development Plan (PNDA). The science measurement tool, especially the Associated Words method, showed us the strength of the correspondence of some research axes with the priorities of the National Agricultural Development Plan, such as grains, water, and milk. This study also revealed to us areas of great disparity between research projects and some programs aimed at the economy, such as potatoes, tomatoes, and seedlings. The results obtained through our research would allow decision-makers and researchers to identify research programs that have registered a large number of scientific interests, in addition to assessing the level of responsiveness of scientific research programs to the directives of the economic sector.

Libraries and the information services they provide on the Internet face a set of challenges imposed by rapid developments in information technology and remote communications. The direct search service in the library catalog is one of the most prominent services provided by libraries, and the importance of this service is increasing in library clusters that rely on the catalog. Unified as a database that collects bibliographic records to secure the largest possible amount of sources and information by inventorying and controlling intellectual production and providing access to it through network ports while facilitating the process of easy and rapid access. In this research, reference is made to one of the recent trends in the field of indexing (Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records (FRBR) as a standard established by the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA) that works to regulate the acquisition of traditional materials and digital entities located within the bibliographic description to achieve the required bibliographic control. This is in order to keep pace with the continuous growth of publishing and intellectual production, and on the other hand, the need to accommodate the change resulting from the emergence of new forms through electronic publishing, and the emergence of networks for accessing information sources.
