This paper examines the automation of medical image processing for diagnosing arterial hypertension using artificial intelligence and computer vision technologies. A software component has been developed that automatically extracts and structures information from visual representations of medical documents (including biochemical analysis results, complete blood counts, and 24-hour blood pressure monitoring data), minimizing errors and accelerating the process of entering and interpreting medical information. Algorithms for image preprocessing (increasing image resolution, noise removal, and tilt correction), segmentation, and text recognition were developed and tested using the Real-ESRGAN and EasyOCR neural network models. Particular attention was paid to improving text recognition quality in the presence of characteristic artifacts that arise when scanning or photographing documents. CER and WER metrics were used to evaluate quality, and the module's performance was assessed with and without superresolution. The results of the study confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed approach and demonstrated that the integration of Real-ESRGAN technology improves the accuracy of medical image processing in the presence of significant noise and low-resolution source data. The practical significance of the study lies in simplifying and accelerating the process of diagnosing hypertension and creating the basis for a personalized approach to patient treatment.

This article examines the impact of modern globalization processes on intellectual property risk assessment in the format of transnational interactions. Globalization creates new challenges related to the interaction of various legal systems, cultural norms, and economic factors, significantly complicating the process of identifying, assessing, and managing intellectual property risks. Emphasis is placed on the need to consider key aspects, including legal paradigms, cultural differences, and technological innovations that shape risks. Diagrams of interactions between participants in the intellectual property risk assessment process, both with and without the use of blockchain technologies, are developed. Risk management strategies are considered, emphasizing the importance of corporate social responsibility and the need for flexibility and adaptability in business processes. The importance of an integrated approach to risk management in a rapidly changing external environment is demonstrated, and practical recommendations are offered for organizations seeking to effectively protect their intellectual property rights in the face of increasing international competition.

With the accelerated development of the global digital economy, digital commerce is becoming an increasingly important part of global trade. At the same time, widespread mobile internet penetration and technological advances are creating unprecedented marketing channels and transaction scenarios. Mobile marketing plays a significant role not only in traditional e-commerce but is also gradually becoming a key factor in the transformation of the digital commerce ecosystem. This article demonstrates how mobile marketing is reshaping user engagement paths, conversion mechanisms, transaction logic, and brand relationships, thereby profoundly influencing the development models and trends of digital commerce.

The article considers the feasibility of studying artificial intelligence in economic universities of the Republic of Belarus. The prerequisites for studying artificial intelligence technologies are formulated. The rationale for the need to introduce topics related to both the theoretical foundations of artificial intelligence and its potential for practical application for solving applied problems in the field of economics and management into the content of training future specialists in economics is provided. Using the example of the specialty “Economics and Management” of the profile “Economics and Management at an Industrial Enterprise”, proposals are formulated for amending the curriculum and content of academic disciplines aimed at developing the necessary competencies in the field of artificial intelligence in students for carrying out professional activities in the context of digital transformation of the economy. The key problems that hinder the practical implementation of the designated changes are identified, priority tasks for achieving the goal are formulated, and ways to solve them are proposed.

The article provides an analysis of the integration of blockchain technologies into the methodology of in tellectual property valuation, which is a significant step towards the digital transformation of existing approaches in the field of intellectual property valuation. The opportunities and challenges associated with the use of modern digital technologies to improve the efficiency of intellectual property valuation are identified. The impact of block chain solutions on valuation processes is studied with an emphasis on transparency and protection of rights. New valuation models based on smart contracts are considered to create fairer mechanisms for distri buting royalties, key challenges associated with legal regulation and technical aspects of implementing blockchain technologies are identified. The need to develop uniform standards and protocols for the global integration of valuation processes is determined. Key problems associated with legal regulation and technical aspects of imp lementing blockchain technologies in the valuation process are noted. The need to develop uniform standards and protocols for the glo bal integration of this area is emphasized. The potential of blockchain technologies as a catalyst for innovation and cooperation in the international arena is shown, opening up new horizons for further research and practical applications in the field of intellectual property.

This chapter presents digital transformation roadmapping as a structured approach to adopting and integrating digital solutions across diverse organisational functions. It introduces a framework to guide organisations in developing customised roadmaps based on their digital capability levels for aligning resources and addressing digitalisation challenges. Through a case study of a UK-based SME manufacturing sustainable construction components, the chapter illustrates the practical application of this framework. The SME's initial assessment revealed a reliance on manual data entry for inbound logistics, identifying it as Capability Level 0 (Ad-Hoc). Inventory tracking was highlighted as a priority digital solution and was implemented through a Raspberry Pi-based system integrated with barcode scanners, facilitating real-time updates, low-stock alerts, and project-specific tracking. This solution advanced the SME to Capability Level 1 (Implemented) and established a foundation for continuous improvement in digitalisation. The case demonstrates that basing digital roadmaps on capability levels provides organisations with a practical pathway for effective digital transformation. This capability-based digital transformation roadmapping approach helps overcome digitalisation barriers and supports sustainable digital growth by fostering strategic alignment and optimising resource use.

Digital transformation projects make use of data for taking better decisions, optimize existing processes and to improve their services. As the technological revolution is moving towards automated decision making, there are heightened concerns about profiling and any other potential misuse of data. Thus, organizations need to take measures to protect privacy of the data at all levels. With information privacy conceptualized as an individual’s desire to have control over the use of their data, the current privacy protection measures have taken privacy issue as an individual concern. However, decision making using aggregated data requires analysis of privacy issue as a collective concern and its multilevel effects. The paper discusses the evolution of privacy from an individual concern to a collective concern and how current technical solutions and policy guidelines fall short in addressing this issue. There is a need to take a sociotechnical approach to analyse and implement such solutions.

The introduction of digital technologies into the educational process has led to significant changes in the interaction of the state and private business in education. The article examines the transformation of the mechanism of public-private partnership in education under the influence of digitalization processes. Two stages of interaction are distinguished: in the implementation of the traditional educational process and the educational process in the context of the introduction of digital technologies. The methodological basis of the study were scientific publications of domestic and foreign authors, open library Internet resources, data from international organizations and international studies.

An assessment of digital marketing management in the work of companies was carried out – namely, the compliance of internal resources with the mechanisms of digital transformation in marketing. The approach to the digital transformation of marketing systems and the principles of digital marketing management are considered. It is noted that digital marketing management is inseparable from the continuous process of developing the functions of the marketing system. The stages are proposed, on the basis of which a methodology for calculating the marketing management index in the work of companies is developed in order to analyze the digital marketing methods. It is proposed to divide the performance indicators of digital marketing communications into strategic, analytical and operational, and combine them into the classes in accordance with the methods. Based on the results of the assessment of digital marketing management, it is concluded that the theoretical basis for the economic success of many companies is the professional flexibility of top management specialists and marketing departments.
